Rude management, I order 2 burritos, one was birthday coupon, and the manager rudely tells me theres a note saying they arent honoring them. Why email it in the first place. Also the note is so small I didnt see it upon entering, otherwise I would have left without asking. Ill never go there again. It is not the first time that man acts up with customers. My son had a rough experience with that same man a few years ago!
Edit: Liking Moes more than ever during Covid. No lines, well staffed and plenty of food on hand! Take notes, Chipotle. Moes puts cilantro in their 🥑guac, too. 👍Still huge burritos 🌯 (aka the Homewrecker) and free salsa and chips with your order! More toppings but not as many salsas as Chipotle. Peach slushy is delicious! Toppings, chips and steak always fresh. 👍A great weekend lunch at a reasonable price.
Great choice if you want to spend more for half the size of the other guys burrito and have it taste dry with questionable meat quality
Can’t say anything about inside due to the pandemic. Ordered the steak quesadillas. The steak they used is very fresh and tasty. However, the quesadilla as a whole is constructed poorly and it can completely fall apart at any moment’s notice. The ingredients are slightly better than Taco Bell, but there’s no structure holding it all together. Fortunately, the food was put in a to-go container instead of a bag unlike the Five Guys next door. At least you won’t have to worry about a takeout bag falling apart due to excessive grease with Moe’s.
I love Moes food and the staff here were super friendly. Free chips and salsa, Coke Freestyle, and tasty food. Moes isnt afraid to be a little step down from Chipotle in pretentiousness, and they really knock it out of the park in that niche. I would eat here every day if there was one near where I live.
I want to take a star off for you guys screaming “Welcome to Moe’s!” But I realize the company is having you all do that. Really stupid.Anyways I like the food much better than Chipotle. Many more items to choose from and the menu is more extensive. I also believe the portions are bigger and it’s a better value.
Great food and the manager there is awesome. Dad frequents this place (he is on a first name basis with staff) and they are always really cool with him. The for its reasonably priced and its always clean. Normally Im a fan of Chipotle but when Im in the Avon lake ohio area this is where I go
Not only was the Freestyle machine out of almost everything (with some 2 litre bottles of warm soda on the counter to make up for it), the restroom had no toilet paper. Supply management issues! The food was good as usual for this chain, just really disappointed in the supply issues. Also, this location does not have a good spot for a group of more than 4 to sit together. I miss the one that was in Rocky River.
The food was the usual good quality (as it around the nation) and it leaves Qdoba and Chipotle in the dust.
Not sure what happened but today the chicken and steak was absolutely disgusting my chiptole ranch tasted like it was old. And Ive been coming to Moes since they opened and never had a problem. Im hoping it was a off day but it will be hard to go back after this.
Really enjoy eating here. Staff is always very welcoming. The queso and free chips are amazing. I usually get the Joey burrito, nachos or chicken quesadillas.
Moe’s is so much better than Chipotle. Not even close. The food is fresher. The portions larger. Free chips. The only thing..and some other have said it..the “Welcome to Moe’s” when you walk in is crazy.
I much prefer moes.kvdf chipotle. Excellent fast food option available. Portions are well thought out so you dont leave feeling too full. Handicap accessible, clean restrooms and sitting areas, friendly staff and lots of options on the menu.
I have eaten here probably twice a month for the last few years. Always good food and good service. But recently the chips have been chewy and soggy as if they weren’t fried long enough or sat in the oil.
Moes is hands down the BEST fast food Ive ever had. The portions are filling, the food is tasty and their queso is AMAZING. Blows Chipotle out of the water!!!

Great food. On Monday if you download the app and go in burrito + drink (and of course salsa and chips) for 6.99! Great deal! Make it bowl instead of the wrapped burrito and youve got at least two meals!
Welcome to Moes indeed! They were friendly without being obnoxious, great, fresh food and quick. I went in for lunch on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the staff. Chipotle who?

Moes is so great! They really let you customize your food. They have more than just tacos and burritos. The biggest upcharge is for queso. The queso is amazing!!!! Some other places nickle and dime you for ALL the extras. It seems that they have changed the chicken recently and it is even better than before. Its more marinated than before.
I would of given it a 5 star. The food is MUCH better than Chipotle. The reason I didnt is very simple. Why does corporate companys dream of having their employees scream out WELCOME TO MOES I mean seriously. Im interacting with the employee and they have to just blurt that out. My god. You corporate guys are insane.
First off ANY Moes LOCATION is BETTER than CHIPOTLE. Chipotle is cheap and disgusting and a commercially over-marketed chain just like its owner McDonalds.The taste and options here are way better and fresher. Nothing looks like its been sitting out on the buffet for hours + Moes doesnt nickel-and-dime you for all those little things like Chipotle does and they dont skimp on chips and they provide a free salsa bar with several fresh homemade salsa choices.However like any chain business be warned that not every location is created equal. With that being said dont waste your time or money going to the one in North Olmsted. This Avon location may be further away but the QUALITY is so much better that it is worth the drive and you wont have to worry about getting sick from chemical cleaners while eating or physically hurt just trying to walk out of the place. The North Olmsted location still has not fixed their faulty 1 inch concrete lip that I tripped and fell on last year even after suing them. Than last time I was there they had a kid spraying Multi purpose cleaner on tables while people were eating. I was so disgusted that I couldnt even finish my food and left. I just now literally drove from North Olmsted all the way out to this Avon location because it is absolutely SUPERB service and the quality of food is overall better and the manager or owner thats always here is a really nice guy and my chips are always hot! This is the BEST MOES in Ohio I have been to this far. Thank you for your quality control!
Same type of restaurant as Chipotle but WAY better! The chicken is moist and tasty (unlike chipotle), you get unlimited chips and salsa (unlike chipotle), and the queso is pretty good (unlike chipotle) all for the same price point! Oh, and they have more toppings to choose from than chipotle, too (fresh cilantro, fresh or pickled jalapeños, black olives, and both white AND dark meat chicken (separate so you can choose). I’ll never go back to chipotle again. The staff here were wonderful to us, very polite and accommodating of my sisters and I that had never been to a Moe’s before. Will definitely be back!

Very good under pressure as a long line formed out the door they kept their composure and still showed urgency. They definitely were getting and feeling the rush but kept it together. Way to go Moes!
Moes in Avon is always awesome. You always hear Welcome to Moes! like they want you there. Ive been to others where they sound half dead... One thing that sets this Moes apart is a guy named Mike. Hes always so nice and always here which is great to see a familiar face. I went as far as to ask if he was the owner because he carries himself in such a way. We come here about once every 2 weeks and its just always such a great experience. Thanks Moes and Mike!
Waited tonight for pork. Waited specifically for the pork. They packed up my food to go but never put the pork on the bowl! Tried to call the store when I got home to talk to someone and the line was busy for over 30 minutes until they closed! Unbelievable.

Use to love this place but went there yesterday and was disappointed . They are giving less rice and meat and other ingredients but still the prices are high. Maybe its this location because I dont remember them being so stingy. Sorry moes but gonna have to take my business to ur competitor

2022-05-14Went to Moe’s today (Saturday morning 5/14 just after 11am). It was just me and my 18 month old daughter who I was holding in my arm. As I was getting my order made down the condiment line the manager directed another employee to set up a high chair at one of the booths so it would be ready for us by the time we got our food. This was done without my request or knowledge in the moment. The manager simply anticipated our needs and addressed them on his own accord. Talk about a simple gesture on his part that turned our dinning experience from ordinary to extraordinary. Thank you so very much!

2022-04-08I received a email from Moe’s that they were celebrating National burrito day and we’re offering $5.99 burritos. I stopped in and asked if I could order one $5.99 burrito, I was told sure what would you like on it. They made the burrito and when I went to pay they told me it would be $8.79 I told them I ordered a $5.99 burrito. I was told you can only receive that if you ordered it on there app. I was told there was nothing they could do to with the price it was in the computer already. Reluctantly I paid $8.79, sad how less then $3 you will NEVER have my business again! Rude service never gets more customers.

2019-04-18Absolutely love this place, and have a new found love for the “stacker”. All ingredients are fresh and the food taste great for a reasonable price. Beats chipotle in my opinion. They have a larger variety of ingredients and options.Staff is also friendly, I’d highly recommend trying this place.

2021-09-12Food was fresh and the flavors were okay. I was lured in yesterday because of a promotional email I received for a free birthday burrito. When I went to pay for the rest of my order, I was informed that the Avon location doesnt participate in that program. Which locations do? Not N. Olmsted either. Those are the only ones remotely near me and I go to both. Not good public relations. I paid and left not feeling very good about my purchase.

2021-10-01Every time I go to Moe’s in Avon I’m always so happy that my order is always correct with the correct items in the bag and I have been noticing every time this one man is working I always get two containers of salsa instead of one unlike Chipotle where I’m lucky if it even makes it in the bag. I don’t know if he is the supervisor but I appreciate it very much ! The fast food places like Taco Bell , McDonald’s and chipotle always put the wrong things in my bag or forget items or give me the wrong drink or no straw …. But so far every time I have been to this location everything has been perfect ! Thank you !

2021-12-01Ordered through Grubhub. Restaurant accepted order and then canceled 9 mins before delivery time due to closing. Beware they accept evening orders and then cancel leaving you no time to order anywhere else before close.
