- Increased the final cost on us last minute; literally the day before we were scheduled to pick it up (+50% of original invoice)- Communication on the project was horrendous- Never heard about any issues with the build (including the extras they charged us for)- The build itself was subpar (deserves 3.5 stars by itself)- They didnt complete the job as outlined by us
