Mid Ohio Valley weather canbe hard on everything especially vechile extior. Made decision to keep 2011 Honda Ridgeline. Connor and the crew did not disappoint 👏 super pleased with outcome. Truck looks almost new. I had taken care of vechile but was tired and wax wouldnt last. I am very pleased with work preformed and how company kept me updated and informed...
For those of you that know me, you know how I enjoy my vehicles and take care to keep them reliable, safe, and looking good. I cant speak highly enough of the quality and care that Mirror Image Detailing Plus, LLC places in their work. Having used a few other detail services in the area, and having used Mirror Image once previously prior to this, I can strongly recommend Connor and his team if youre considering any of their various levels of detailing services. (This was not a paid endorsement, just a very satisfied customer).
This is hands down the best detailing shop around. If you want quality service definitely bring your vehicles here. I will for sure be back.
I could not be happier with the final result that Connor presented me with! I am the 3rd owner of my 2012 Wrangler and with the odd light blue color that it is, it is very hard to keep clean and looking nice. Not to mention the previous owners scratched the heck out of it when washing and light trailing. Connor preformed his Stage One Color Correction and Trim Restoration on my jeep and it was absolutely worth every dollar I spent! Connor truly goes the extra mile with every detailing job he dose. From removing my wheels to clean around every inch of them, to even taking off my gas cap cover. There is not a single inch of my Wrangler he did not make sure to address. So, YES, I Most Definitely would recommend Connor with Mirror Image Detailing?
Hands down the best details and restoration in the MOV and probably with in a 100 mile radius. My cars never look better than after one of his washes. He has also done a paint restoration that changed the entire look of my paint. No more swirls and literally was almost like a mirror in my pictures. You won’t be disappointed with his work.Update to my previous review: Conner was able to get my wife’s cream leather seats to appear as brand new. Years of staining from our jeans left them with a blue hue. Conner was easily able to make the whole car look brand new, inside and out. We have used another detail company one other time, but never again. My wife and I were amazed by the difference in over fit and finish and attention to detail. He was also able to restore my tonneau cover after another company screwed it up with chemicals. We were amazed by the quality for the price. Not as convenient as some of the mobile detail shops, but quality is way better. Well, worth the money.
Connor has done jobs for my father and myself on at least 4 different cars. He does a fantastic job, and is easily the best detailer in the MOV. Worth every penny.
Great experience and Connor was great to work with. Our vehicle looked awesome when we picked it up. We had our car ceramic coated. Very pleased with our service. Connor communicated with us timely from when we first inquired until our service was completed. Look forward to having him do our other vehicles.

I had my GT500 paint corrected and ceramic coated, and Conor did an amazing job. He went over the car thoroughly to see what it needed and gave me an estimate before starting any work. He shared a ton of pictures of the process with me and kept me informed throughout the work. The car looks like a mirror and the underside cleaning and detailing looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. I would recommend Mirror Image Detailing to anyone.
Highly recommend. These guys did such a great job detailing the inside of my Subaru Outback. It looked better than when I bought it. They have packages but will also customize the service you’re getting to fit your needs, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service and a pleasure to work with. I’ll definitely use them again to detail my cars.

Conner and his employees are very professional and did an excellent job on my truck, highly recommend.
I took my wife’s 21 Jeep Compass for a middle grade interior detail. Our dogs had pretty much had gotten hair on everything and the hard winter took its toll on the interior. I Spoke with them via face book messenger where they set us up with the app they use (which is awesome and very helpful throughout the process) and had it scheduled in a timely manner. We dropped the Jeep off at their main shop the night before. Within a couple of hours after our scheduled appointment the next day the detail was completed. After our inspection the detail was very professional and not a dog hair could be found. Everything was very clean and they even wiped down the engine bay free of charge. I would 10/10 recommend their services and we will definitely be using them in the future.
My wife booked my car here as a Christmas present. As soon as I dropped my car off, I knew that it was gonna look great. Connor is very knowledgeable and takes care of every vehicle like its his own! When I picked up my car, I could hardly believe it was the same one I dropped off! The swirls in the paint were gone and it looked better than brand new! Bringing my car here was worth every penny! If youre thinking of getting your car detailed, paint corrected, or ceramic coated, this is absolutely the place to go! You just cant beat this level of quality! The best around for sure!

Excellent job! My husband gave me a gift certificate for Christmas last year for an interior detail and I just had it done before it expired! I have an 80lb boxer that rides in the back seat and between the hair and slobber they had their work cut out for them! I was absolutely thrilled when I picked my jeep up! It looks amazing! Seriously looks new! I highly recommend them!It’s a great gift!

I severely neglected my car and being black in color, it was bad but they were able to exceed my expectations with a simple exterior renewal polish. Mirror Image Detailing treats your vehicle as if it were their own and take an extreme amount of pride in their work.They are very knowledgeable and will keep you updated with pictures every step along the way. Occasionally, you visit a business where the passion of the owner is clearly evident in every aspect of the experience. Connor took the time to explain the various options, help pick out an appropriate package, and then went above and beyond when it came to delivering the final product. I almost didn’t call, because with all of the high-end work they do, I wasn’t sure an every day Chevy Traverse that carried a bunch of kids around for years was in their wheelhouse. I’m glad I did. The vehicle looks amazing, and was worth every penny.
Connors work is incredible. I have seen many detailers around and he is hands down the best. He is patient with his vehicles make sure you are satisfied to the max and is ALWAYS friendly and able to answer any questions you might have!! I always recommend him to ANYONE!! Black vehicles I think can be the best looking vehicle out there, but the absolute hardest to keep the swirls, and scratches out of the paint! after 8 years of abusing my trucks paint, I took it to Conner to see what he could do. WOW , is all I have to say! Im not sure that truck looked that good when I bought it!! Super nice guy! Was upfront about everything he was going to do, and kept in touch through the process!! it came out AMAZING! Wish Id known about him years ago!
I would give 10 stars if available. Connor and his crew do an excellent job on detailing our vehicles and we have had 2 mustangs ceramic coated by him. We will not allow anyone else to touch our vehicles except Mirror Image Detailing..

I had Connor do a full paint correction & detail last year. He also did a roof paint correction for me when my garage door opener malfunctioned and closed the door on me while I was backing in.He was very patient and thorough when answering my many, many questions and he even sent me update photos through the entire process once he began working on my car.He does great work, highly recommended.

I took my truck which was some what of a disaster her . I talked with the staff and walked around the shop and just so happen to be a truck the same color in there getting detailed. Needless to say I was sold booked my appointment. When I got my truck back it was literally looked better than new. I will always take all my vehicles to these guys they are literally amazing and you can tell they put there heart into it.If anyone is on the fence stop and talk to them and look at the work they do. Connor does the best work around, without a doubt. He takes his time, puts extreme attention to detail, and his finished product is immaculate. Prices are very fair for the amount of labor and high dollar products he uses. This is the only detailer in town Id take an exotic/classic/or otherwise high dollar car to.

Amazing work! I bought a used vehicle that had a large decal down both sides, not only was the decal removed but that car looked PERFECT when we picked it up. This shop is not just for higher end vehicles but anyone who wants great honest work at a reasonable price.

It’s funny that it’s called detailing yet that’s what most companies miss...the details. Connor crushes it when it comes to the details. Unbelievable work. He handles all of my cars and trucks. I’ve even seen him take brand new cars off a car lot and make them actually look flawlessly brand new. Highly highly suggest using Connor.

I purchased a used car (for a great price) that was a disaster on the inside. I attempted to clean it but quickly decided to take it to Connor. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anybody.

I have had several of my cars at the mirror image detailing for paint correction, ceramic coating and detailing..I am very particular about my cars and have been extremely satisfied with all the work ever done..Conner is extremely ‘detailed’ about what he does, well trained in the process from start to finish & leaves no stone unturned when it comes to his work..I’ve had others in bigger cities with bigger outfits do work for me on high end cars & his work is much more precise & exact as he takes all the time in the world to make sure it’s done to perfection..Definitely would recommend his work to all for paint correction, ceramic coating, detailing & maintenance wash, & details
Overpriced, also created a Facebook post because he got upset that someone gave him a bad review and got his Facebook friends to give him fake reviews of 5 stars because he got upset because he heard something he didn’t like. The owner will whine about how much his products cost and then acts like he uses all of the product every time for each car he does. Complete rip off.
Connors professionalism and willingness to share best practices is noteworthy. My wife and I are looking forward to his handiwork on our collector car in the coming months.

This kid couldn’t detail Bicycle. Would not recommend this place to anyone, low quality work and robs the working man of their hard earned money. I’ll go to a automatic car wash now, before I leave my car at a kid party pad and hangout spot.

2022-02-25Highly recommend taking your vehicle to Mirror Image Detailing! My car was covered in dirt from road construction and they were able to make my car sparkle on the inside and out! The coating they added to my windshield makes driving in the rain a lot better!!! I hardly use my windshield wipers. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

2022-04-26Scheduled in for a Exterior renewal and Interior quick refresh. After dropping the car off i was well kept in contact with over every part of the car that was detailed and cleaned, which i greatly appreciated. Although the Exterior renewal package does not include paint correction, still a large amount of paint swirls were removed and the paint was left with a great glossy finish. Overall the car has never looked better and am super happy with the results.

2022-02-22Had my new set of aftermarket wheels ceramic coated to help keep them clean and looking good because my car had big brakes and makes a lot of brake dust. I wanted them to be easy to clean during washing and to rinse off in-between washing. Before is with out the center cap and after is with center cap.

When I saw the finished product, it was 100 times better than I could of imagined! The outside was dingy, scratched and lost all its luster. My baby is back and shining again!!! 2022-03-22The price may seem steep for some, but after you see what they can do for your vehicle and everything they put into it, it makes it all worth it. My paint was dull and almost grayish when I brought it in. I now have a perfect mirror finish and can see all the sparkles again. Id highly recommend bringing your car or truck here.
