Our furnace went out a few days before thanksgiving. We called asking for someone to help repair. He came and charged us $150 to do nothing and give us a replacement sales pitch. I looked at it for about 7 minutes, determined the old physical timer was bad. Spent $15 on eBay and no more than 3 minutes replacing it fixed it. They charged me $150 to do nothing when an actual fix was $15 in parts and 10 minutes at the furnace.They really push their new install business. I’d give them another try, but I’m very disappointed with this experience. We did have their guy quite a new one and he was great. The price was competitive and we considered it before I went to look for a fix.
Technician was on time, looked professional, very informative about my furnace, did a good checkup of my furnace(new to me since I just moved in), installed my thermostat quickly and set it up. I have used Miracle many times and am have always been happy with their service and price.
I have used Miracle Plumbing before when my toilet quit working during a large family reunion. They were prompt in fixing the problem and did a very good job. This time my pipes under the kitchen sink were leaking due to a bad garbage disposal.. There were prompt in their response again, in fact they showed up a little earlier than expected, did the repairs as well as they did the first time and left the area in a very clean way. I would use Miracle Plumbing again. Thank you.
John Becker came out and he was great!!! Extremely polite, helpful and answered any questions I had re my water heater. He got the pilot light back on. But things are still pending as he needs to hear from Homeserve. I thank John so very much. Miracle Plumbing and Heating is the BEST!!!!
We chose Miracle based on a personal recommendation and we were very satisfied with the work. I got a confirmation when I made the appointment, and again when the plumber was on his way. The plumber took time to explain his recommendations and the estimate. I would use Miracle again.
I recently purchased my home, the home inspector recommended that I have the air conditioning unit leveled up. Dennis and Jason told me it was well within the operating parameters and wouldnt have needed it. While they was working on the unit, I talked with them about another issue I was having with my drainage of the downspouts around my home. another company had been there and quoted a much higher price to camera the lines to see where the problem was coming from. They was very informative and went well above to answer all my questions.
I posted a negative review because of previous hot water heater installation. Im changing my review because of the recent EXCEPTIONAL experience from Miracle Plumbing.When our furnace stopped working, due to a warranty program Miracle was called. The sales person thoroughly explained my options. With a large selection of high quality furnaces, we choose Amana.It was installed within two days of purchase. When the two installers, Dave and Dennis arrived,, they explained the installation process. Of importance, Dave and Dennis, because of covid, WORE THEIR MASK, during the furnace installation. The installation was fast was, just about six hrs. The furnace looks great. All the wires and piping, was neatly installed. After the installation they cleaned and swept up all trash and hauled it away. Dave and Dennis took time to explain the furnace operation and make sure all my questions were addressed.My recent experience with Miracle was really good. I would recommend Miracle and its employees for plumbing and jobs that you may have.
I had a hose connection burst and flood my basement. Miracle was quick to send out a repair person to initially access and cap my old plumbing. The following day they returned to fix the entire issue including clearing a slow drain. I’ve relied on Miracle for years to help me with my plumbing items. Always professional and timely. Thank you!
As of now I’ve called many times to remind them just about getting a quote to me. “I sent it” but I have no email. Not in spam. Not in trash. Verified email again for it to be resent. Nothing. I really would like to get this job done and am at least hoping to get a number but this is disheartening.
They repaired several plumbing issues including a new sump pump, broken bathroom sink pipe, gurgling kitchen sink, and replacing 2 toilets. Preston came out, looked at the things we needed, and gave me a great quote w several options. He then proceeded to fix the bathroom sink and sump pump and explained why the previous pump replacement (not done by Miracle) failed so quickly. He went above and beyond. Said he would need a second set of hands to do the rest of the work, and a couple days later he and Donny took care of the kitchen sink, toilet replacements, and what I thought was a leaky bathtub. Both guys were quick, great at what they do, professional, and nice. Couldnt ask for more!
This earlier week we noticed our hot water was not as hot and by the end of the day it was ice cold. I called Miracle the next morning and they had Rick out to my house within a few hours. The pilot was out so he relit it and told us to call if we had any more issues. It was a little frustrating because the next morning we woke up again with no hot water, but Miracle was very responsive and Rick came back out as promised. We tried one other solution and that didnt work so we ended up needing to replace our water heater. Rick was very professional and friendly. I will definitely use Miracle again and recommend them.
I called at 1:30 pm and a technician showed up just after 2 pm. Donny was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable with what he was dealing with. We have had another plumbing company come out a few days before to unclog our bathroom sink. After an hour, they were not able to clear it and told me I needed to replace my pipes and would give me an estimate to tear out the wall but everything else would be quoted as we go. Donny showed up and within 30 minutes had the drain cleared. He proceeded to clean up the mess, put everything back together, and everything looked as clean as when he started. I’ve had to do a lot to this 101 year old house and this is the first company I have been compelled to leave a review for and didn’t feel like I got shafted. I think I just found my go to for all my plumbing needs.
We had miracle out 4 times at the end of spring,We had water coming back in to our crawlspace and not draining away from the house. We called to have them send out someone with a camera and to hydrojet (as that’s what the technician said last year should only be done on our property)- the technician they sent didn’t have a camera, and didn’t hydrojet.. he tried fixing the issue with their normal clean out routine. When he was leaving he told me that the notes on our property says to “only hydrojet” yet he continued to use the regular line.About a week later. Still have water coming back into the crawlspace. We call again, they come out and said they’ll hydrojet. We asked for a camera, they didn’t bring one..They told us we have a belly behind our house leading to the clean out but serviced from the clean out to the street twice instead.They repeatedly said that there is a belly but they wanted to replace the piping on either side of the clean out to fix the issue..then they scheduled that after the third visit when they finally brought a camera but was unable to use it.They dig up the clean out on the 4th visit.. and discover we now need more than 25ft of pipe replaced.The excavator they brought tore up the yard pretty bad, they left broken pipe all over the yard, crushed our only raspberry bushes and left a significant amount of damage that we’ll now have to go out and buy fill dirt to replace all the missing ground and try and fix the damage. When fixing the pipe they also tore out our underground internet line and we had to call spectrum to come out and replace it.I have 3 young children that like to run barefoot in our yard and now my priority is finding all these broken pieces of pvc and clay pipe in the yard so they don’t get hurt. They also left coveralls as well..I wouldn’t recommend miracle after this last time, we have used them for years and my husband worked with them at a nursing home several times and we used to really like them.There’s no aftercare on what they do. They could care less if they wreck your yard, leave it trashed, or the expense of fixing the yard the home-owner is now left with. I felt like the goal of the company was to see how many times they can get multiple visits/more money. We’re a single income family and we had 4 visits before the problem they identified last year was fixed. All this frustration met with not being able to fully use water in our house for about 4 weeks.It’s over with and they did fix the water coming back into the house. I’m saddened it took so many visits to fix, and will be looking for a. Different plumbing company in the future.
Very inaccurate estimate provided for plumbing services. I dont like it when ppl waste my time like this. Someone is clearly not doing their job properly at the office. Left a voice-mail to plumber to correct estimate. Will update/change this review to something better later on if we can resolve this careless estimate.
Thank you Donnie for meeting me and going over everything to help me understand what was going on. I will continue to use miracle pluming in the future. I’m in the commercial restaurant business and will be happy to spread your name to people who ask if I know of a plumber that does credible work. Thanks again for coming out on such short notice. I had Miracle put a furnace in one of my properties and Jeff was very easy to work with and professional. He even called and helped me out when there was an issue with an unrelated service call to make things right. I appreciated him taking the time to give quality customer service.
These people showed up when they claimed they would, they were extraordinarily polite, especially COVID-19 protecting, very efficient. I will not hesitate to use this company again, and I am not hesitant to recommend them to anyone else. I am very satisfied with their service.
Last summer I had them out through a Warranty protection provider. The service person that was out told me about a ac/heating yearly maintenance check plan that they had. I called and purchased that on my own. I got a call a couple weeks ago to schedule my ac maintenance. I asked if it was already paid for on the plan I purchased since it has been 8 months I couldn’t remember/wasn’t 100% sure. I was told it was already pre-paid/paid for. That I would have to renew this fall if I wanted the plan again. The service guy came out yesterday who was very nice, no problem with him at all. I get a voicemail this morning that there was an error that I owed them a $110.00. I called back and said I was told that it was pre-paid when I double checked, or I would not of had them come out. I get transferred to another lady had to leave a voicemail, 3 hours go by never got a call back, called back the lady that answered the phone said the lady already called and talked to me, that wasn’t true. So finally get a call back and they said they are going to write it off but put me on the do not service list. I wasn’t going to use them after this whole incident. But it’s the principal so it’s like okay we wrong and we are going to write it off but like I’m the one really wrong because how do I get put on a do not service list for a mistake they made. I would of never had them come out. The office gives inaccurate information, therefore the records must not be being kept to well, they say you got a call back when you didn’t, then in the long run they acted like they fixed the problem but really didn’t own up to it all the way because how does someone get put on a do not service list for a mistake on their part. I had them come because I thought it was pre-paid. Would have not renewed it if it wasn’t. Called HomeServe and told them what happened (this incident wasn’t through a HomeServe call but a plan I purchased on my own) told them everything that happened and how I was put on a do not service list due to their mistake, told them I wasn’t comfortable & didn’t want to use them anyways after this incident. So I made sure Homeserve had other service providers incase I ever had a call into them, which they do.
As always when I have used your services everything was top notch. We have a issue with roots growing into our main drain and have to have it cleared out annually. When possible to request a serviceman “Big Mike” is the guy I ask for, very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Thanks for another job well done.
Jack and the other guy with him( cant remember his name) were very great! They got the job done right and went above and beyond their job! Very professional smart helpful kind courteous and honest. Would highly recommend this company and especially these specific guys! Thank you for all you did!
Great company. Price was reasonable. Mike & Jack were great. Both worked very hard to fix our issue. Mike explained every detail and option open to us. He went above and beyond to try to get our drain problem taken care of. No high pressure sales or nonsense. When it looked like our problem wasnt going to be fixed, Mike even contacted the home office to push for the extra equipment he might need to finish the job. Ended up not being needed but I appreciate the extra effort just in case. Jack was a very good helper. Was right there learning from an obviously experienced plumber. If he follows Mikes example, he will make a good plumber. Both were very polite and courteous. Would definitely use them again.
Pleasant and friendly to work with. I was given a 2 hour appointment window and they arrived at the beginning of their 2 hour window (which was a nice surprise).I’ve called and scheduled several appointments with them and they were able to come out either next day or the day after. Absolutely recommend them!
I called on a Sunday because we thought something was an emergency. I was able to talk to a plumber, explain what was happening, and we determined it could wait until they could respond during normal business hours, saving us a lot of money. They did a great job, were on time, and left the area as clean as when they arrived. I will hire them again.
We had a great experience! Bernie and his team handled everything for us. Even when our needs changed and new permits had to be pulled, the job was finished in a timely manner. The city inspector was pleased and so are we. Also, the customer service reps are fabulous, will always get back to you, and were flexible with our schedule. Would definitely recommend and would call on them again.
Called Miracle and specifically asked for someone good at diagnosing. I had to wait a couple days but I was okay with that as I really wanted someone who could figure out what is going on. Miracle called and cancelled and rescheduled appointment. We have a leak at basement level but coming between floors. A waste pipe also connects below this point. The leak looks like above not below at waste pipe. The guy knocks, no ID, no mask. Im also going to say our repair person NEVER identified himself, didnt have clothing with ID, and did not communicate well in general. He also seemed a little out of it. Since we are around a vulnerable person, we said so and he did put on mask. He says its the waste pipe leaking and doesnt give a price. The bolt on the wheel of his snake came loose before coming into the house. He spent at least half an hour working on it prior to even working on the pipe. Not sure if we were charged for that time or not. It ended up being $239 for him to clean the waste pipe. Well, that wasnt the answer. This week we now have a much more active drip coming from above. I would NOT recommend. Gave two stars because the office was very nice.
While the price was higher than Id like and above other quotes, it was the knowledge and experience along with the great warranty that sold me. Numbers do not lie and everything I was told as far as what could be done (volume of air to a room) and what will be done (PVC exhaust piping to outside) was accurate and not hidden. There were things that were communicated to me in the initial consultation that others neglected to mention such as drainage and input air pipes that told me I was dealing with professions that cared. The installers continued the same by communicated and ensuring that what I wanted/expected was being done while meeting or exceeding code.Before my new furnace was installed, the floor was washed down by the installers, the temperature measurements were done after installation and communicated to me and all the while, the installers maintained masks (coronavirus protection).Oh, it was another HVAC company that a friend had gotten that recommended Miracle because they werent licensed in my city. It is nice to see honest companies still exist.
Said I needed to call electrician my breaker box needs replaced causing A.C. to over heat. Not true! The problem was the shrubs around my A.C. unit was over grown, due to all the rain. He never mentioned this. After he left I searched on line and discovered this could cause unit to overheat. I trimmed shrubs and my air conditioning works great & no issue with over heating. Would not recommend this company because of my experience with them.
I have used Miracle many times over the years and as always great service, on time and today the guys were early which was great because we had no heat and it was only 25 this morning. They installed our natural gas pressure regulator and made sure furnace and hot water tank were coming on, which was appreciated and the heat was on. Super service thank you.
They put a panel in for our humidifier October 2018. Had a home inspection in March 2019. The home inspector said the humidifier is not working. So I hired in Arctic Air who put the furnace in to find out why it’s not working. Miracle air forgot to turn on the saddle valve which makes the humidifier work. I tried to get reimbursed for having to pay somebody to turn on the part that they put in so it would work. They asked me why I didn’t come back to them but it was the first time we used them and they screwed up the job the first time why would I want to hire them back to screw it up a second time? Plus, I did not initially hire them so I just called the number on the furnace which was Artic Air. So here I am out of pocket almost hundred dollars to have somebody turn on the part that these guys installed and forgot to turn on. What good is a humidifier if you don’t turn it on…? Research other plumbers!
The tech that was sent to my house was friendly and professional. He could have charged me a lot of money. But instead he found the problem and showed me that it wasn’t the plumbing at all!! The lady that answered the phone there was very kind and understanding of my situation and got the tech to my house really quick. I will certainly recommend Miracle in the future.
Muracle Plumbing went above and beyond to replace the blower motor in my furnace last week. Stephanie called to let me know Rich, service tech, would be out to fix it. I was given a status and text messages of his arrival time. Rich was knowledgeable, professional and worked tirelessly to ensure approval for service obtained. I, highly, recommend this company.
The job we had was small it was difficult to even find someone to come look at it. I called Miracle, said no problem will get it done. Very professional, had my wallet in mind when doing the job. I had to move a water line in our basement, the technician suggested another way of getting the job done and saved us money. Highly recommend for any project you have. New or existing. Will call again.
These folks are fantastic! In the span of 3 days, they fixed the water main from the street to my house and repaired my central air conditioning unit. Both projects were professionally completed and they cleaned up well after themselves.I was working with the teams out of the Canton area; however, they have a location in Medina, too! I hightly recommend them!
This company is overpriced, and doesnt fix it right the first time, so that you have to call them to come back. Instead of correcting their failure, they want you to pay again, citing a deeper problem they conveniently didnt point out the first time. Buyer Beware, they arent the only game in town.
Called in on a Saturday after hours. Service man Marty I believe was his name arrived at my house within a half hour. Wasnt sure if he had the fittings to fix my water issue when I sent him pictures but was able to fix my problem another way and get my water back up and working at a fair price!! Will definitely have my business again if the time would come again. Very fast and friendly service. Thanks again Marty! Hope you made it home in time to watch the buckeyes! Lol
When I called, an estimator came out as scheduled, to look at my issues. He was on-time, polite and professional, but he never sent the quote. After several weeks, I called the company and they said they had mailed it to me. I asked them to send it to me via e-mail, which they did, but it was only halfway completed with a couple of items left off. I think they wrote it up after I called, because it took them awhile to send it to me. Anyway, I e-mailed the company with my concerns about the items missing in the quote and asked for clarification. Five business days later, no response.It amazes me that companies who treat customers this way can stay in business. I will take my business elsewhere.
Had no desire to help. Called for a quote on a gas leak. $69 trip charge. Diagnosis charge they wouldnt tell me cost of. I asked is it charged by the hour? No, it just depends how long it takes them So its not a charge by the hour but the price is determined by time? Yes, was her answer. Then there was going to be a price to fix the problem. Which of course could not be quoted, which I completely understand. They would only quote the trip charge. So I said, I dont even know what to say then, I told her to have a nice day. Hung up and called elsewhere.
I recently called Miracle to repair the blower on my furnace. No big deal right, except my furnace is my age....72 years old...and . In the over 30 years that I have lived in this house the few times I have had to have a repair on my old XXth Century furnace Miracle was alway there with the parts and the know-how to fix a furnace that I was told would out live me.
These guys are Crooks all they want is to come out and give you a crazy estimate and then you say no and they still take your $69 service call. The guy tried to charge me $400 to run a water line directly underneath the floor to my water supply it took me 30 minutes to do it off of a YouTube video.
Hot water heater went out, they came and took a look. Within 3 hours, brand new one installed, cleaned up and done!The week after the water heater, our air conditioner was having issues. Again, they came fixed the problem cleaned up and done. Would definitely recommend them!
Horrible, asked if they work with wells and holding tanks, they said yes, sent a tech out, then he was like not sure if I can work on it, then he calls shop, a guys calls him back says they have a tank but not to touch mine and not work on it, very irritating, still trying to get my service call fee back since they did nothing.

2022-07-15I use Miracle for all of my plumbing needs. They have unclogged my drains for me, repaired AND installed new toilets, repaired tub faucets, and install garbage disposals over the years. Their work is quality, their plumbers are top notch and do not leave a mess. I have recommended them to family and friends and Miracle has never let me down!

2021-12-11We are a commercial entity with six lavatories in our building. Two wash basins had fixtures that were outdated and worn out. We obtained new fixtures and Miracles technicians handled the installation and minor repairs to the basins. Work was performed exactly as agreed. The job area was left in better condition than when they found it.

2022-03-29Marty came by this morning, right on time I might add. He was awesome! Right off he gave me an estimated cost. Then he began the repair that I needed. The drain pipe broke off in the wall under my kitchen sink. Marty had it fixed , up and running (draining) in less than an hour. I will recommend Miracle Plumbing to everyone.
