I would not recommend eastgate location.. We dropped off my husband’s hearing aides and they mysteriously do not have them when we called back. They are so unprofessional since Kevin left. We chose to move To a total new doctor facility now can’t get husbands medical records from them.

Great place. My husband was fitted for hearing aids by Jeff. Professional and wonderful. Answered all our questions and provide excellent follow up. Getting these hearing aids has really improved his quality of life.

After the passing of my Dad we visited this franchise to see if his hearing aids (about 3 years old) could be reprogrammed and fit for my Mom’s hearing loss. She recently lost one of her BTE hearing aids (not made by Miracle Ear) and she was hopeful she wouldn’t have to buy a whole new pair.The guy came over and told us the hearing aids could NOT be reprogrammed for Mom’s needs. He never tested her hearing loss and seemed far more interested in her donating my Dad’s hearing aids to them so they could be utilized for someone who could not afford hearing aids. What? Did I hear that right? They cannot reprogram them for Mom, but they can for a complete stranger? What a scam!This man lied to us and could not even look us in the eye when he spoke. But I can attest the Miracle Ear in Cold Spring, KY was more than happy to service the hearing aids, program them for Mom’s hearing loss, and not charge anything at all. Everything was covered under their Lifetime Warranty which we didn’t even know existed. I do NOT recommend the Eastgate Miracle Ear, but I can wholeheartedly recommend the one in Cold Spring.

I’m leaving one star just so I can leave a review. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude, nasty, and unprofessional. They cancelled on my grandfather because his wife with Alzheimers wasn’t able to come with him. It sounded like they just wanted double up and sell more than one set of hearing aides. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP THE ELDERY. What if my grandma would’ve been dead? Would they still see my grandpa then!? This place is a true scam!!!
