MinuteClinic in other cities:
Signed in and said it would text me 30 mins before my appt. So at 2:02 got the text and went to clinic and arrived at 2:20 pm. Said lunch was from 1:30 to 2:30, so our appt was first after lunch. At 2:45 Doctor shows up and then made us wait another 15 mins while she was behind closed doors. Then she comes out walks past everyone to take out trash and says nothing. Another 5 mins calls us back, no sorry running late or even how are you. She says I need your insurance card and DL. She asks why we were there and I told her my daughters symptoms and she says its viral and antibiotics wont work. Then takes 5 minutes to check her out and then says its viral, do you have any other questions. This woman was so rude and had no bed side manner at all. I would never recommend or will I return not even for a flu shot.
My review is for the Minute Clinic. A few months ago I went in because I was getting sick. I recently moved here from California and I have been taught from a young age to always see the doctor before the third day of feeling sick, as they will only prescribe antibiotics during the first few days of illness. I told the nurse practitioner, Leslie Robson, that I was on day 2 of sickness and felt particularly horrid and needed some kind of antibiotics to get me through this one. I was met with complete disregard and lack of empathy and was rushed through without a single test. She informed me Id be charged up to $130 for the visit, and asked if I would like to continue with the exam. I asked to be examined anyway, even after she persistently told me that she wouldnt test me, and even if she did- it would likely be a false positive for sinusitis. Then why even have testing?I digress, because I was not on day 8 of deathbed sickness, she decided I was absolutely fine to return to my daily routine and hustled me out the door with no testing, no swabs, no nothing. Just a promise that she reiterated 3-4 times that I would be billed for this. I get it, you like money. I too, like money, but I also like to live and thrive.I knew in my gut something was not right with my body and I did not accept her misdiagnosis. Im referring to it as a misdiagnosis, because I went down the street to another urgent care, was swabbed, and immediately tested positive for strep. This nurse practitioner is clearly fatigued, fed up with her current role, and given the lack of sheer neglect and lack of empathy, should reconsider her position within a medical field that at its very core- should be helping people. Regarding me as another druggy of Canton could have ended very badly for me had I not trusted my instinct and gone to another urgent care.I would leave negative stars if this were possible. Avoid at all costs, trust your instincts.
Jared did a great job. Nice guy. Made an appointment online and was seen at exactly my appointment time! Was in and out in less than 30 min. The person I saw last year screwed up my prescription but fixed it 2 days later (weird phone system last year). Sign in at the kiosk. You can walk in and wait or make an appointment ... limited choices for appointment times, but was able to make an appointment to be seen the next day.
Don’t believe the hours posted on the website, I only wish that if I was done working at 8 that I could stop 30 plus minutes prior. I just needed my sons seen so my could get antibiotics for sinus infection, would not see them. Poor customer service. Thanks for wasting my time
My experience has been horrible!!! Got labs drawn on 2/13/16. I have called about 8 times. Given my Doctors fax number 3 times. I still have NO results!!! They have supposedly put me in Urgent Status 3 times now since 2/18 for the NP to call me. Still havent heard from ANYONE!!! Sure hope I dont go Septic! This place is an absolute joke!!!
Saw Lisa Fiala, NP, today for my daughters sports physical and TB testing for her MED TECH 3 program for school. She was very thorough and has a great beside manner. Absolutely LOVED her. We have used them in the past for sports physicals as well as treanting ear infections and other illnesses. They have always been thorough.

2022-01-25Yesterday I brought 2 of my daughters in to be seen at minute clinic. Both suffering sore throats, cough, pain in chest. My one daughter is status post 3 weeks having COVID with zero lingering side effects. My other daughter is 1.5 weeks past and has struggled. One appointment was at 5:50 and the other 6:10. We drove there from Jackson in the snow because the few times I’ve gone there it’s been a gentleman NP and he’s been amazing. Last night Leslie Robson was the NP and I’ve never been more disappointed in someone’s bedside manner. She was extremely condescending and brushed the concerns off as “symptoms of Covid can last 4-6 weeks” despite telling her (especially my one daughter who advocated for herself) that it’s been 3 weeks and this was new. She barely assessed them, brushed the concerns off and was just rude. I will say that as the appointment progressed she became kinder. However, as a healthcare professional myself I am NOT going to stand for that subpar care and dismissive attitude without calling her out. When the visit was over I kindly asked to speak to her and I said, “I appreciate your disposition becoming nicer as the appointment neared it’s end but you were dismissive and condescending from the minute we walked in” she mentioned trying to her them both seen - and I said that was on her as they each had separate appointment times. I asked for corporate’s phone numbers from other staff at CVS (my girls agreed I could because they agreed she was rude and dismissive) and they mentioned wishing more people would speak up about certain things…..they offered to let me know which NP was on staff if we ever needed another appointment because if it’s her, we won’t return.

2022-01-23Had a great experience with NP Jesse. Other reviews here made me skeptical, but I was seen ontime and they were able to make sure my VA insurance was taken. Concierge also helped others and myself sign in and make appointments. Pharmacy was working on my Rx as soon as I walked over. Couldnt have gone better IMHO.

2021-09-15While at this clinic I got very poor care from Nurse Practitioner Ruth Hahn. I made an appointment with the minute clinic to get a physical done for my new job. When I walked into her office Ruth was unfriendly. She told me she was unable to give me a physical because I didnt have all my vaccine records (which I initially understood) after she said this I asked if I could just pay for the physical to done without her signing anything that way I could clear it with my boss. She then interrupted me by stating do you not know what the word certify mean? I am not doing it!. she didnt let me know that the vaccinations that I needed was actually offered at the clinic instead she said oh well I am not signing your physical. Terrible experience

2021-11-03Worst nurse practitioner ever!!! Kimberly Oney sent my son home after three weeks of dealing with a sinus infection and told him it was allergies. Of course she charged him $120 to do a covid test that we knew would come back negative and another $140 for a visit to tell him to take allergy medicine and Flonase. Then didnt even call him in a prescription for the Flonase and told him to buy it over the counter when its covered under the insurance for free. Definitely would never go back to CVS MinuteClinic again and this is why they have a 2.2 rating. I will be filing a formal complaint with the corporate office for her lack of care and stupidity.

2021-08-25Never do business here. Plenty of other CVS locations. Went for a scheduled rapid covid test that was scheduled by the green clinic after they had to cancel. Appointment was for 3:30, I arrived at 3:15 and went inside to sign in, after waiting for 10 minutes I was told to wait in my car and they will call. After driving around and parking. I was greeted by the test taker at 3:35 and told she could not see me because I was 5 minutes past my appointment. I explained that I was there 15 minutes early and signed in inside. She continued to tell me that I should have not gone inside, and that she would not do my test. I told her that I was only there because of a cancellation at another store, which went out of their way to get me in at their location, and I was early at 3:15 and was waiting on her. She would not budge. She was also rude, and dismissive. Did not care about our situation, and unwilling to hear. Just NO I wont do your tests. This test needed to be done for an event the next day that is requiring a covid negative test within 48 hours. Very disappointing. Absolutley should not be working with people let alone in the medical field.

2021-07-10DONT EVER GO TO THE MINUTE CLINIC IN NORTH CANTON ON MAIN STREET!! They are so rude, nasty and completely disrespectful. They clearly were not taught customer service skills and they have absolutely no compassion for their patients. I work at a hospital and we are taught to be kind, respectful, and compassionate to patients, their families, and our fellow coworkers. I ended up going to the Minute Clinic in Jackson and they treated me wonderful. They know how to treat patients with kindness and compassion .

2020-12-09I have never experienced medical care with such blatant disregard for patient health and wellness. I received a Covid-19 test on December 2nd, 2020. I was informed that my test results would be available within 3-4 days. After seven days passed with no contact from this location, I received a rapid-test at a different minute clinic. When I called into the CVS customer service line I was informed that my test results had not been processed yet, but was not provided with a reason. Shortly after, I received a call from the nurse practitioner of this clinic, Lisa, informing me that my test results had not and would not be processed, as the clinic had failed to include my name on the sample that was sent to laboratory. I have quarantining at home, waiting for these results, only to find out that the results would not be processed and could not be processed, due to a glaring clerical error on the part of this clinic. Because of this failure on the part of the clinic, I was unable to work and unable to know if I had Covid-19. I am beyond disappointed with the behavior of the staff of this clinic, and under no circumstances would I return.

2019-04-27I have a very painful ear infection. However the nurse practitioner said both ears looked fine to her. A few hours later my ear was bleeding due to that ear infection. I went to immediate care. According to the physician, the infection was advanced and it was very unlikely that I showed no signs of an ear infection less than 24 hours before. In addition to the inadequate care, the online hours do not reflect actual hours. I was in a lot of pain, so I made an online appointment. The nurse practitioner was out to lunch and did not show up until 2:45, did not come get me until 3:00. Made no mention of my wait, or her late return from lunch. Not a good bed side manner in general.I really dont think my insurance or I should have to pay for that visit, since I had to go elsewhere the next day to recieve appropriate treatment, which prolonged my pain and potentially caused eardrum damage.Last year there was a different nurse practioner. She was good and thorough.

2020-01-08Saw Leslie today not my 1st experience w/ her? Out of 3-4 visits she has NEVER prescribed anything & never even touched me. Came in w/ sinus like symptoms for approx 1 wk no over the counter meds working symptoms worsening. Family had same symptoms got antibiotics & within 2-3 days got better? She says virus. I advise to call pharmacy & make sure she is NOT working ( Lisa the other CNP is wonderful) or go across to new Hometown Urgent Care. They were great & very helpful.

2021-01-08I saw Ebony Lewis, FNP a couple weeks ago and she was honestly so rude and just seemed annoyed at her job. Patient care is everything and she was just very dismissive & rude with me. I usually have a good experience here but I do not recommend it anymore!
