They werent honest with what they said they were going to do to help my daughter and myself. HUGE let down. Made our situation worse than it already was .

So I came in for my initial visit just to pick up the application and the African lady who I spoke with on Thursday after giving her my information and she did give me a call back and told me that I can come in and pick up an application after she got my information and ran my insurance she did not give me office hours so when I got off work at 3:00 p.m. on Friday I stopped by to pick up the application she came to the door she said they were closed and I said oh I didnt know that because the lady I spoke to on the phone but I remember her voice did not explain that to me so can I just get the application since Im here and then she goes on to ask me why am I giving her attitude Im like what do you mean how am I giving you attitude well because were closed and youre here how would I know youre closed if you didnt tell me your office hours I dont get off work till 3:00 so I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge and she said she was so I would not recommend them for counseling.
