I have just started my search for a used car. A gentleman named David came over to me right away. At first, I was a little nervous about David filling the used car salesman pushy dishonest stereotype. However, David was nothing but patient, never pushy and I felt honestly answered my barrage of questions. Without a doubt I will be coming back to Minnix Auto Sales when I’m ready to purchase.
No sugarcoating required. David & Zac are extremely professional and exceptionally customer oriented. Cant go wrong buying your next car here. I bought Ford Escape 2009 without warranty. Next day, got few jobs to do.. they took care of it and got it done for free. Dont go by my words, visit them.
Ive dealt with some nice car dealers before but these guys were the best. They treated us almost like family. They went beyond what I could have expected and made the experience a great one. Next time I need a vehicle and feel like going on a road trip Ill probably swing by to see what they have and say hi to Zac and David.
Zach is the best car salesman I’ve ever met. He sells quality cars for a quality price with a quality attitude. I bought a 2012 Mitsubishi Galant off of him months ago, and it never had any issues. I drove it to NY, FL, all around Ohio, to PA, and I loved it. I recommend him over any car salesman in Northern Ohio. He is the only car salesman that I’ve ever trusted, and actually make a friendship with. I am buying another car off of him today, a 2008 Buick LaCrosse 🥍, and he is giving me a deal. He will take care of you, and you can tell he is passionate about helping the world become a better place.

The buying experience was great! Dave and zac are a great team to buy from..They are honest polite and upfront about everything.
I did not end up buying a car but Zachary and his team were fantastic. Very responsive on Facebook. I traveled a good distance to see them, but before I left home they made sure that I had all the pictures I requested and the icing on the cake was they had a carfax report that they shared with me so I had no questions. This is how business is done, other dealers should take note. A+++ work gentleman.

Honest discussion about vehicles in their inventory. Not hiding anything or running a scam. Have not completed a deal but their honesty was appreciated.

Awesome service dealing with Zac and his dad got me a car for a good deal...update after I had the car it had issues..check engine light came on 60 miles after I had it so I had to change turbo and that cost me over a $1000....very nice people would jus make sure u know what your buying and have a scan tool would of saved me thousands

2022-08-16I have purchased 2 cars this year (one for my son and one for myself) from Minnix Auto Sales. I have been very happy with both vehicles that were purchased. 2022-04-27Bought a truck for my son. Was told that it was inspected by their master mechanic and a potential buyer had taken it to his garage and everything looked great. After leaving the dealership we went to fill up with gas. A check engine light came on. We went to have it scanned and found an emissions problem. To their credit they did eventually send a check for $250 for that repair. But that is just the start of the issues. Three days later my son was driving, and the brakes failed and was in an accident with the airbags deployed. Luckily no one was hurt. There was $2250 worth of damage to the front end. My son could not afford comprehensive insurance, so he was unable to pay the additional $4000 need to reinstall the airbags. From there we had it towed to a certified garage. Besides worn and locked up brakes and blown brake lines here is list of other issues missed by their master mechanic. Leaking oil pan, transmission, and radiator. broken tie rod, and leaf spring. All told it was another $3750. I contacted them and they asked for a call which consisted of nothing but long excuses and zero culpability.

2022-04-28Long story short, I needed a reliable vehicle stat. Looked at nearly every dealer, private seller, and found this gem pushing quality over quantity. Its been nearly two months, and it runs just as i purchased it. DnZ will get you what you want and at the areas best prices.Can say Im a Jeep gurl thanks to them!

2022-08-08I brought a 2010 Dodge Journey in February of this year and the vehicle has been in and out of the shop every since i brought home (Pennsylvania). Today, i found out that the motor in the vehicle was blown, due to lack of antifreeze and its reservoir cracked the whole time. I was wondering why every time i put antifreeze in the vehicle and next thing i know it needed more antifreeze. So i end up replacing the resevoir and thought everthing would be fine it was one thing after another with this vehicle. I reached out to this man several times and he insist that wasnt nothing wrong with this vehicle and he LIED. I would NEVER go back to him for a vehicle. I wasted almost $7000 on a LEMON 🤔🤔
