Millers Rental and Sales - Cleveland in other cities:
Ryan and Nick came into my home to install my daughters bed. They were professional and did an excellent job. It was a great experience working with everyone at Millers from our initial experience with Bobby to Hollie coordinating everything. Thank you for helping us get this bed for our daughter!
I am the PT at Warrensville Developmental Center. Ryan did a perfect job on my clients new manual wheelchair build today. He was kind, considerate, and listened to the unique needs of the client when building his wheelchair seating. He made sure that staff understood how to work the new chair. The client was positioned well, comfortable, and very happy with his new wheelchair! We really appreciate the excellent service!
I missed the guys by over 30mins when they came to my house to build my sons chair, when I called them to find out how to reschedule they turned around and came all the way back. They were so attentive to my sons needs, made sure he had everything and did not leave until they were sure he was comfortable and happy with his new chair. I am EXTREMELY happy and satisfied with the service we received from Mike and Ryan I couldn’t have asked for better technicians!
Millers Rentals has great customer service that comes out to your house. It started with Holly who worked with us to get my sons wheelchair attached tray table delivered in a small window that worked out great for us! Then Ryan was such a great technician, 2nd time around! He dose not disappoint, he makes sure everything works and that I know how to install and uninstall the tray table. Ryan takes his time with great patience but yet very efficient! Millers should take their team on the road!! start opening up in other states, we have told many people how great they are!
I am writing this review as a Physical Therapist who closely works with Miller’s for quotes and equipment, including wheelchairs, bathroom chairs, and reverse walkers. I enjoy working with Miller’s for the variety of equipment they can quote, their skilled technicians, and the customized chairs they make that meet the needs of many individuals I serve.I schedule through Hollie Keen, who is both prompt and professional in all communications. She is thorough in confirming appointments, working around family’s schedules, and including me in these updates so that I can contribute to the team effort.Mike Grzincic has been my sales rep/ATP for the past 2.5 years and I have known him to be knowledgeable about the products he works with and thinks outside the box to find solutions to the unique needs of my clients. I have worked with Mike on manual and power wheelchairs, shower chairs, lifts and slings, reverse walkers, and more. In every situation, he has been exhaustive in his research, patient and courteous when joining me for visits with clients, and a pleasure to work alongside for the countless projects we have completed together.I most often work with technicians David, Ryan, and Steve (who is in training). David has demonstrated the depths of his knowledge time and time again through problem solving on site during custom builds. He is patient and listens to my professional recommendations and family feedback throughout the build process. Ryan is an efficient tech, assembling quality products and incorporating feedback from the entire team. Ryan thinks about the length of use for the wheelchair and makes decisions that will maximizes the safety and comfort of individuals for the lifetime of the wheelchair. In the few visits I have completed with Steve, I see he is quickly learning under the mentorship of David and Ryan, incorporating many of their own personal tips and tricks of the trade into his builds. These three techs have surpassed expectations during visits and with follow up appointments with families. One of the reasons I really like working with Millers is that their techs allow me to participate fully in the decision making process, getting hands-on with the builds, and I feel they respect me and my role as the physical therapist.
Very happy with the experience of ordering my new electric wheelchair! Our rehab sales specialist, Mike, worked extraordinarily hard to find the chair that met my specific needs and to solve problems as they came up. He is a miracle worker! So happy with the professionalism & dedication shown to me and looking forward to future visits.
My 5 year old daughter was recently evaluated for a new wheelchair. Daniel was so kind and helpful and my daughter just loved interacting with him. We look forward to receiving her chair and are so happy that we chose Millers. Thank you Daniel for the personal touch. We hope your knee is better!
We are very pleased with our new EZ Rider stroller. Techs David G. and Steve M. were so helpful. They maneuvered my little girls new stroller up stairs, through a narrow stairway, past a protective chihuahua and into my home. Then they spent time showing me how to use and adjust the equipment to fit her perfectly. Mike G., our salesman who measured and help us pick the best product was also fantastic- so knowledgeable and thorough.
A tilt-in-space manual wheelchair was ordered for my son through Mike, the salesman. He was great: super patient, knowledgeable and professional. The chair was delivered yesterday (6/15) by Skip, the technician. The chair is perfect! SO happy with it! Skip was terrific in every way: professional and knowledgeable. Skip took lots of time reviewing the instructions on how to collapse the chair. Very very nice - said that I can call anytime with questions or issues. I will always recommend Millers to anyone needing this type of service.
Ryan came today to set Carlos in his new power chair. Ryan was very knowledgeable and patient in setting up the chair and teaching Carlos and the staff how the chair operates. He took his time and made sure all questions were answered and everyone felt comfortable before he left. H Ryan was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Great Job to Ryan!
I have been working with Millers for the past five years and always have had professional and reliable service from them. When making appointments or scheduling deliveries, Hollie has always responded quickly and follows through with my requests. Thank you for the great service!!
Id like to thank Dan peak and the millers team for such a great experience with receiving a custom wheelchair. Dan and the technicians skip and Ryan were so professional and so helpful. They were able to meet all of the residents needs and explain the entire process to the entire team. They made sure the resident was able to be in his most comfortable and safest position in order to ensure the highest quality of that patient in his chair. Thank you so much for the help!
David and Skip came out to build my sons Next Generation wheelchair and did an excellent job. They were polite, clean, prompt and very skilled craftsman. We appreciate all they did. We have used Millers for our sons wheelchairs for over 20 years and have always been satisfied in their service. Profesionnal staff. Highly recommend.
Had a great appointment today with Dan Peak. He was prompt for the appointment scheduled. I was able to get in the next day for an appointment through Holly whom also gave excellent customer service. Dan was very knowledgeable of the product gave me various choices and options and gave good recommendations on what he thought would work best for my needs. I have MS but I am very active and wanted to be able to go more places alone and have a scooter to meet my needs and he paired me with the perfect scooter. He went to the showroom and got the actual scooter so I could see it in person and do a test drive and that made it so much better to make my choice. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for DME.
Skip and Mike T. built a new wheelchair with me at a Developmental Center. The client was difficult due to behaviors, but the guys were very patient and professional with her. Her chair turned out great despite the challenges and they even made some improvements from the initial quote in order to better meet her needs. I can always count on Millers to do what is best for my clients! It is a pleasure to work with you!
Recently my daughter Libby had a new wheelchair built at Millers in Cleveland. Although it was a long day the staff could not have been more professional. David G. and Mike did a great job fitting the chair to exactly the needs of my daughter. They took the time to make sure Libby was safe and comfortable in her new chair. Most importantly they treated Libby with respect - speaking directly to her even though she is nonverbal. That level of care and compassion is hard to find. Great job Millers... we are so happy with all the services you provide!!
My daughter has been with Miller’s since she was 3-4 years old— she is now 28-29 years old. Today Skip came to bring her new wheelchair. We have worked with Skip before with repairs, parts and maintenance of my daughter’s other wheelchairs. It was reassuring to have Skip set up and adjust this new chair according to my daughter’s particular needs! He is always pleasant and ready to answer questions or help with our concerns. He made sure my daughter was comfortable and confident in using this new chair! Great job!
10/15/18My experience with Millers has been great. Mike came out to my apartment, listened to my needs, took all of the necessary measurements and did a well rounded assessment helping me choose the Power chair and attachments best suited for me. Krystal worked diligently with my Insurance and Doctors, She and Hollie kept me informed throughout the process. Hollie phoned to make sure the Power chair would be delivered at a time that was convenient for me. Skip delivered my Jazzy Elite 14 Power chair with all the planned attachments on time as scheduled, also making sure I was trained and comfortable with the use of the Power chair and all of its functions. He then assured me of Millers on going support and chair care. Overall a Professional and Caring Team.
I have had the pleasure of a new job that once again allows me to work Millers to obtain new wheelchairs or modify existing equipment. After several years of not working with wheelchair needs it has been great to see that the excellent service that I had experience with before is still part of their package. Hollie was very helpful in getting things scheduled, Mike G., David G., and Skip have all been great.
Thank you Jim , and the Millers service squad . On time the specialist moved the chair to the area and discussed , with mask on , the repairs required . I had at this time left the chair in repair area with him. When finished returned the chair to me to operate , and verify the service issues addressed . Operating the chair I had found all issues , problems had been addressed , He even cleaned the chair and work area , thank you Jim and the Millers staff for returning the operational qualities it was built for. Thank you very much !
Millers has been amazing for all of the wheelchair needs for a number of individuals with whom I work! From the initial sales experiences with Mike to consistent communication with Hollie throughout the paperwork and scheduling process, and the build/fittings with Ryan, David, Skip and Mike -you cannot beat the personalized treatment. I know every individual is treated with compassion and care, and this entire team will get it right -or come back out to make any necessary alterations if necessary.
Millers welcomed my Occupational Therapy class of 45 students from Cleveland State University and educated us on their wide variety wheelchairs. The staff was extremely knowledgable and hospitable. It was clear they are passionate about the services they provide! Their demo was wonderful, along with the opportunity they provided for us to gain hands-on experience. Thank you for a wonderful, educational experience!
Terribly disappointed in Miller’s Rental. I tried to purchase a lift chair for my mother in law. I did not get accurate information upfront about the different types of chairs with options of added features that were possible and those that were not and correct sizing. The sales rep was always needing to look things up and double check and unsure. She was not nearly knowledgeable enough on the chairs. Also, slow in responding to my phone calls. It took me two weeks initially to get a return phone call after leaving multiple messages. No one else seemed concerned about my customer service experience either or acting quickly about getting my refund unless I made the phone calls but they were vigilant about the 20% restocking fee. I chose Millers expecting a knowledgeable sales representative and responsive customer service, I got a half hearted order taker and disinterested bookkeepers just trying to finish off the return. The only positive was the friendly delivery men who brought and picked up the chair.
We recently used Millers for some wheelchair and off-road stroller repairs. We had some trouble with the initial wheelchair repair. Our repair led to another problem with the chair. Our client care representative, Ashley was very helpful in working with us to remedy the situation. Our technician, Phil, was terrific, was knowledgeable and understood what we needed repaired on our off-road stroller. Phil took the time to get things right.
Millers is always very kind and professional when they come to the clients home or whenever I have to stop by the company. The client that I work with has to have his wheelchair worked on pretty often and they are alwys patient ans understanding.Ryan and Phil were great...thanks for getting his wheelchair back up and properly running.
I really enjoyed getting a tour of Millers! The staff went above and beyond when explaining the different types of wheelchairs and allowing us to try them for ourselves. They clearly have both the expertise and passion necessary to help people! As a future occupational therapist, I will definitely recommend my patients to Millers. Thank you so much for the awesome experience!
My daughter has been a client of Millers for 13 years, and every experience has been stellar. Our most recent encounter was for a wheelchair fitting, and Mike was not only professional but personable as well. Thanks, Millers for always providing our durable medical equipment needs.
My son Brady got a new Quicki Power Chair. The guys from MILLERS, Skip and Dave M., came to his school to deliver it and customize is to his body needs. They were wonderful. They treated my son with such care and listened to him to make sure his chair was just perfect. Skip and Dave M. are the best. I have worked with them many times regarding different chairs my son has had. They were always helpful and made sure everything was just right for my son. They really care and are concerned for my son and his comfort, and my understanding of how everything works.I hope to continue to work with them in the future.Thank you Skip and Dave MMelissa and Brady Tumino:)
After almost 2 years of use of my Pride power chair with the seat height at an uncomfortable position, and one of the shroud clips loose at delivery I was finally able to get the issues resolved after calling back and speaking with Ashley. She quickly got a service rep out to replace my old batteries which was the main reason for the call. Upon arrival, I asked the technician, Ray S. to see if he could fix a scratchy zip tie on my control arm, as well as see about how to raise my chair as I am very long legged and tall. He replaced my batteries, and the offending zip tie, and told me he would find out how to raise the seat after noticing that it was too low for my height. So within 2 business days, he called back between his appointments and told me he had the resolve and wanted to know if he could come by that day and fix it! He came out and did just that and now I am completely relieved of the stress imposed on my hips from the years of use of the chair. Ray did an excellent job at assessing the situation and resolving it, was very professional, caring and genuinely cared about my comfort and the health conditions the ill fitted seat was affecting. I couldnt have asked for a better service rep. He did an awesome job! Thank you Ray and Ashley for listening and handling my request so well!
I am very thankful and appreciative of the work, time, and effort that Ryan Parsons put into upgrading and repairing my twins wheelchair! It was in horrible shape and several transportation companies threatened not to transport my twin to her appointments because of the chair being in the condition that it was in.Unfortunately the company that provided the wheelchair, gave her a model that flimsy and of poor quality. It wasnt very sturdy and began falling apart after the first week of use. We called and begged for a little over two years to have it repaired or replaced, but our plea fell on deaf ears!Thank God for Millers stepping in and saving the day! Not only did Millers repair the chair; they made the necessary modifications to make sure that she was safe, comfortability, and in compliance!Thank you Ryan and thank you Millers for sending such a crafty and experienced technician! He was professional and fast!Warmest Regards,Tonya
Working with Skip and Dave M on a wheelchair for a student I work with was most satisfying as they were able to customize the chair to benefit Logan. He got the best present he could receive with subtle changes made just for him. Thanks Millers for hiring these guys. 5 stars
From working with Don to order everything our son needs, to Hollies quick scheduling and then Skip and Micks speedy delivery, we are so pleased with Myless new wheels. Everyone at Millers worked with our therapist and our family to get things ordered quickly and put together so he could have it at his new school right from the start. Thank you so much for your kindness and care! Everyone deserves a raise : ) Well done!
I have had the pleasure of working with the staff at Millers for 32 years. We have quoted, funded, and built many wheelchairs in that time. Yesterday was no exception. The quotes completed by Don addressed my clients needs. He always has helpful recommendations to address my positioning and alignment concerns. David G. and Skip went above and beyond to build or modify the chairs as well as to address some additional positioning concerns. Hollie has been helpful keeping me in the loop, on my quotes in process, with email and phone call updates. A shout out to Phil in service too. He was working on a couple of wheelchair repairs yesterday. He handled the repairs efficiently and was helpful with some extra adjustments.
Reviews on here are suspect. Trust me guys 🙏.I reached out to have tires put on my quickie q7.Ashley ( service rep) advised you must buy there tires before they will work on it. I had my own serial number for my chair and where I got my tires and she was not interested. Southwest medical is an approved vendor for quickie products . Just a money grab hereWe are sorry you feel that way Robert and wish you good luck. Not sure what you mean by money grab that couldnt be farther from the truth.Lol luck is not needed! Just good service! Which i found at a local bike shop lol. Also I can elaborate on money grab but something tells me your kind of a smart guy - this is too easy! Please for being an owner you should be assisting in other areas of the company not reviews! Clearly Im smarter and can do this all day.BTW- I wish you the best of luck. See how bad that sounds
Millers is absolutely my go to for ALL of my sons equipment. For over 10 years they have provided us with not just excellent products but with amazing customer service as well. Our most recent purchase was a task to obtain but our client rep Hollie was there every step of the way. Bobby who was are salesman listened to my needs for my son and the recommendation of his therapist. SUPER shout out to our technician Skip!!! He delivered my sons equipment during the middle of the covid pandemic and even though it was a no contact drop off he made sure that the equipment made it inside of our home! (had to remove a wheel because my door way was to small) its the little things like that, that make me say I will continue to choose Millers. Thanks for always being there for us!
Mike and Skip did a wonderful job on Valeries chair. I especially liked the way they fixed the head rest so it could be adjusted forward to support her head for eating. she sits up so nice in it , and seems very comfortable in it! Very nice work that they did! Bob and I are very happy with it. Thanks guys!! Rita Wright
As a evaluating therapist the initial process was great. They found an appropriate chair for my patient and were able to clearly educate our patient with the specifications and features of the chair. From that point on, it was a disaster. Once we completed the assessment paperwork, Millers sent this paperwork into the wrong insurance for approval. Several months later passed and our facility had to contact the company to find out they sent it to the wrong insurance. No communication was made by Millers to let us know it was denied for this reason. When that process got fixed, the chair was delivered and the patient required some modification. Our representative came out and said they would send someone out right away (keep in mind our patient now had to go back into a standard w/c during this process). 3 weeks have passed and we still do not have a technician out and the patient is still in a standard w/c with her custom chair sitting in our gym. Needless to say we will not be utilizing this company again.
Let me start by saying that Nikki LOVES her chair, she enjoys being in it and learning about its functions. We really enjoyed having Dave M and Skip in our home, they did such a nice ,clean job assembling Nikki s wheelchair. TRUE artists in their own right! We were hesitant on going to the newer wheelchair at first it was a huge difference from her previous chair, but WOW!! Quickie had out done themselves! So far we could not be happier 😁Thanks again Dave M and Skip!!!
My familys experience with Millers was outstanding. I have never seen costumer service like the type we received from Millers staff. We would like to personally thank Dave Maskaluk and David Groesbeck as they were SO considerate with our concerns and requests. They did not only provide us with excellent service and take care of every single request we had but also donated an extra pair of laterals for our sons previous (other) wheelchair with a whole set of new tools to fit his other chair too. Dave and David were also extremely patient and kind with our concerns on our sons chair as they were able to create a new Millers chair fit to my sons needs including a back that could transfer and fit on to his previous chair for travels too. This is honestly the first time my family and son deal with a wheelchair company that actually cares and takes the time to perfect the needs of the patient. Again, thank you Dave Maskauluk and David Groesbeck for your time and consideration:)
This is to give a resounding thumbs-up to Cleveland employees Ray and Ashley for the prompt and excellent service they provided our daughter Elizabeth. Her motorized chair needed a repair recently and they made sure the problem was handled quickly. Whats more was the caring attitude they exhibited, making sure all was well before we left. Kudos to two excellent Millers representatives!James, Theresa and Elizabeth L.
This is the second time we bought a scooter from this company from the salesman Mike to the technician Ryan nothing but professional and kind. their products gave me my legs back and I cant say enough how much this company has helped me. its worth every penny to shop here for a power scooter.
All of the staff at Millers were very knowledgable of all of their equipment. I enjoyed my visit there to see all of the different types of chairs and seating options that they have and will definitely be utilizing their services if ever needed for clients in my future career!
Skip and Mike completed a new manual tilt in space wheelchair at the East Cleveland location this week and nailed it. Custom Contoured seat and back inserts fit our client perfectly. Even though she can not voice her opinion I can tell she is so comfortably positioned by her expressions and non-verbals. Nailed it. Another job well done by Millers staff. Hollie and Mike G. were also instrumental in scheduling and evaluating and processing paperwork to ensure a final outcome that is meeting the clients need very well.
Phillip, the repair tech, installed a new joystick on my Amy wheelchair. He was friendly, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable.I didnt even need to transfer out of the chair. The repair was done in a short time.Phillip is a lovely addition to the Miller family.
I am a PTA at Parma City Schools and we had a power chair go haywire this week (right before spring break) and Ray S. came out, talked through a couple of ideas of what could be wrong. The next day I get a phone call he is at the school and the wheelchair is fixed and ready for the student to use! He was so great, explained everything, made some suggestions, and was very personable. Thank you so much Ray S.! Seeing my student smile ear to ear when I told her her wheelchair was back in business made my day!!
Millers service is great! They go beyond to make sure you are comfortable with your equipment and that you have everything you need. They always repair whatever needs to be repaired as soon as they can.Krystle Malbouf, who is working with me in getting my new chair is the best. She keeps me updated on everything and does her best to make sure I get everything I need. ☺️I Need to also mention Ashley, Mike, and Donald Shiplett, who are working to get me my new chair. Ive been having so many issue with my current chair and they have also helped me.
Millers is a great local resource for medical equipment. Their staff--especially Don Shiplett---is so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Every year Millers welcomes a large group of Cleveland State University Occupational Therapy students to their store to demonstrate a wide variety of manual and power wheelchairs. They provide a wealth of information and offer a unique opportunity to see innovative technology. The students are able trial essential accessibility equipment to get hands-on learning experience. We are lucky to have such a great local resource who is willing to give back to our community! THANKS!
I appreciated Phils ability to think outside the box and remedy an issue I have had on my chair since I purchased it, nearly three years ago. He took the time to think the issue through and perfected and executed a plan that I am happy with. I wish all of the technicians I had previously worked with had taken the time to listen to and think about my issue like Phil did. In the future, when I need repairs, I am definitely requesting Phil! Hes the best!
I am a PTA and have worked with Vinny for over 20 years providing wheelchairs for adults and pediatrics. He is very knowledgeable and I have learned a great deal from him. It is a pleasure working with all the Millers staff and I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a wheelchair with custom seating. They are the best!
Took back first post!10//15/2020So here I am again, today I find out that Ryan is not as concerned about his clients at all, he came into my home on a mission and that was to distract me from seeing everything that I did not like about the wheelchair, he and his coworkers had a $20 bet that he could not get me to keep the wheelchair, and he came up with everything he could to change the dislikes, oh and dont let me forget the point he was going to get also,( corporate loves positive feed back) Ryan said, how deceiving you were, didnt see that one coming. I was never given the customer service that was given to other people because of what happened 5 years ago. I was told by the rep, that he was told (ONLY GIVE HER ONE CHOICE). I asked about the other wheelchairs and was told the other wheelchairs didnt come with all the features. I am looking for the same great customer service which is due every customer, looking to see you soon with that same customer service. If you had to sit in a wheelchairs 12 to 18 hours a day for the next 5 years, I think you would fight for what was best for you also.Deceived customer
Thank you to Don for his initial assist with the evaluation and Don for coming to properly fit the new wheelchair for one of my students!! They continue to have the most amazing customer service and Skip came PREPARED!!! Thanks so much for all you do for me- you help make my job so much easier
Millers welcomed my occupational therapy class from Cleveland State University on our visit to learn more about medical equipment. I learned a lot about the various wheelchairs and features that they supply at their facility. They are very knowledgeable and it is clear they are willing to help any of their customers to the maximum extent possible!
Dave M and Skip R went out of their way to work on my sons seating needs and took into account his comfort and challenging body posturing. They were so pleasant and accommodating and really listened to what Terrence (Mickey) needed. I was in awe of their incredible knowledge and craftsmanship. Forever grateful for the sincerity and passion they showed in their work.
We had a stair lift installed by Branden who was a very professional worker. He took the time and explained everything to my mother & made sure she was able to use it correctly. Thank you so much! you are a good representation of your company. She is enjoying her new stair lift & her independence. Thanks Again! The Abood Family
Millers is a great company to work with! I am a nurse at an ICF facility in Berea, where Millers has provided and serviced wheelchairs for our residents for years. They are always so friendly and professional! Skip R. and David G. are wonderful. They are patient with our residents and their families. They make sure the job gets done and to everyones satisfaction. Thanks guys!
My son has been a millers customer for about 12 years now, it started out fine we felt as though it ran as a well oiled machine should. This past experience however has been much different. It took 5 months to do repairs and updates. When this is a persons only way of being mobile this is totally unacceptable. I also received several calls from misinformed staff members who should have made inquiries from within before calling clients and upsetting them. They could sure use a few more techs, they seem understaffed and spread thin. Im not sure whats going on with this business but I will be looking at other businesses for our wheelchair needs in the future. The only positive is that the techs have been very accommodating when making the chair work for my sons needs. Hoping down the road that they can pull it back together and run smoothly.
Thank you Skip and Mike for building such an awesome wheelchair for my daughter Erica. She not only looks great in the wheelchair. She is able to be up and interact with her family now for longer periods of time. I can show my gratitude enough! Also, thank you to Hollie for all your help. You all deserve a raise!! God Bless You All!
I hired Millers to assess my dads scooter and Phil came out and was professional and did a great job. We ended up purchasing a few new parts and Phil returned and installed them. Ashley from the sales office was also a pleasure to deal with. This outfit knows what they are doing and I would highly recommend them.
I had the opportunity to visit Millers with my occupational therapy class from Cleveland State University to learn further about medical equipment. The staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I learned a lot about various wheelchairs and features that they supply. I am grateful and thankful for this experience!
Thank you Millers. My son was struggling driving his power chair with his head array. Donald Shiplett took the time to design a special driving counsel that allows my son to have more independent mobility. Our family appreciates the time Don spent to ensure that our son has a power chair that works for him. Most of our experiences in the DME world have been extremely difficult and frustrating- but without Don and his collaboration with the CCF Wheelchair Clinic I dont know if my son would have had this opportunity at independence.
Dave and Skip came to my house to help with my new wheelchair. They were here for a full day, with no break to get my wheelchair to fit me as needed. They did have to come a second time as well because we didnt have enough time to finish. After the second time they were able get everything fitted to my needs.
Ray S. the technician that came out to do my repairs did an exceptional job. He was courteous, professional and explained to me everything that was done that morning in detail. He also gave me some tips on how I can do a little maintenance on my own to preserve the work that was just done. Thank you for the great service!
Today Phil came out and did an awesome job with service today. He did awesome with my dog Charlie and made him happy as well. I am glad he replaced my tires and other things that needed fixed and made a list of things that needs repair and is taking care of it. Phil is a keeper keep up the great work!
I had my wheelchair serviced by Millers Rental & Sales ; The Technician was Phillip, & the Client Care Rep. was Ashley ; both were very professional ; very punctual, & the work was high quality; I will recommend Millers , to everyone, who is in need of excellent, accommodations .
The facility I work for has had nothing but excellent service from Millers. Skip R. and David G. are always friendly , professional and go above and beyond to see needs are met for our residents. Both work well with the therapist and family members to ensure job is done to their satisfaction. When visiting if a residents chair needs readjusting they will do so the resident will not have to wait to schedule an appointment.
We are so grateful to Nick for staying over on a Friday night to make the repairs on our daughter’s power chair. He found a temporary joystick to get it going until the new part comes in. We are so grateful we can deliver a working power chair to our daughter at Ohio State tomorrow! She was really struggling getting around that huge campus in a manual back-up chair. Thanks again Nick for going the extra mile!
I recently went to Millers on a field trip with my fellow Cleveland State Occupational Therapy classmates. The staff, especially Don, was very welcoming and open to not only discussing and answering any and all questions about the equipment they have, but they also allowed us to test and try out their different manual and power wheelchairs. I left with a lot more knowledge than I entered with that I believe will greatly benefit me in my future career as an OT. Thank you Millers!
Toured the facility and looked at some of the different available options at this location. The staff was friendly and very knowledgable. As a future therapy practitioner, I will definitely remain in communication with Millers. They are experts in everything wheelchair related and will work hard to find the right fit for their clients.
I had the opportunity to be at Millers for a whole afternoon and gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and information from the staff at Millers, especially Don. Staff were all so helpful and inviting to us as students. I really enjoyed this experience and learned so much about all the various wheelchairs available; from manual to power assist to power. Was really interesting and informative to learn about all the different options that are available.
The staff at Millers are extremely knowledgeable and eager to share this knowledge with others. They welcomed our whole Cleveland State occupational therapy class with open arms, ready to teach us about various wheelchairs and the process of receiving/providing equipment/ They also provided demonstrations and gave us hands-on experience. It is clear that they are passionate about what they do!
We have received two pieces of equipment from this company, and both have been excellent!! First we received a stander, and second was a bath chair for our son. Delivery was on time and prompt, set-up was easy, and staff was very nice!! Our technicians were David G. and Mike T.
The staff was great in educating me and my fellow students on different equipment and wheelchairs available. We had the opportunity to test the different chairs out and it was a very educational experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit there and it was clear that the staff was very knowledgeable!
I learned a lot about different kinds of wheelchairs at the Miller store. Don was very knowledgeable about all the information concerning the wheelchairs Millers had to offer. Getting a hands-on experience on the wheelchairs was an excellent learning process. Thank you, Don.
The staff at this location is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Don provided a great demonstration of the various wheelchairs and accessories for my entire occupational therapy program for an entire afternoon. The demo and information shared was very beneficial for myself and my classmates. Thank you Don!
Thank you guys for hosting and educating our class of OT students. Year after year, you instill the students with not only the knowledge necessary to facilitate the mobility needs of a client, but also the compassion and concern involved with giving someone the opportunity to participate in their desired life activities by providing a custom-fitted piece of equipment that will allow them to do so. Thats the heart of what you guys do, and you do it extremely well! Outstanding knowledge, service, and equipment. Thanks again!
I want to thank Phil for completing my repairs on my wheelchair in a timely manner. we had some hiccups but they where taken care in a professional manner. Thank You Ashley for keeping me informed of the status of my repair and also getting back to me in a very timely matter.
Bridgett Mullins came to our house for a stairlift presentation. She was very professional & knowledgeable of the product. Very understanding of all our needs. We purchased a Bruno Elan stairlift which was a great comfort to all of us. She is an asset to your company. We aprreciate her concern by following up on our purchase. She is very passionate about her job & should be commended. Thank you , The Abood family

We thank you very much! Great people
My name is Matt Melvin I am extremely pleased with the excellent work that my Millers team of Mike, Hollie, and Ryan Parsons did with my wheelchair delivery on Friday October 9th, 2020. When Ryan delivered it, he was very pleasant, answered all my questions that I had about my chair, and showcased common sense and logical real world answers. Also before Ryan left he made sure I was 100% comfortable with every aspect of my wheelchair, (seating, padding and overall comfort. Ryan went above and beyond. and is a wonderful Millers Technician and If anyone considering a wheelchair through Millers, make sure you request Ryan Parsons as the Wheelchair Technician. He truly cares about the clients wants and needs when building wheelchairs. Thanks Ryan!
I have been a client of MILLERS for many years. My recent experience working with Dave Maskaluk was simply amazing. He is very creative and patient as we worked out the intricacies of the new adaptation to my present chair. I feel confident in the care that I receive from MILLERS and can count on Dave to provide me with the best solutions for my particular needs.
Very nice and knowledgeable staff that is willing to work hard to help their clients get what they need to function at their best! I really appreciated their time and help! May also be requesting a free quote for a stair glide soon to keep my nana in her 2 story home. They have said that they will even go to her home and take the measurements themselves to make sure everything is accurate!

I have dealt with Millers for years for wheelchairs and this is the first time I felt the need to write a review, the technician who repaired my wheelchair in my home each time he was here was very helpful with good information explained to detail every repair that was needed and polite, on time. His name was Phillip Mclester.
The team at Millers is excellent! It is a pleasure to work with them regularly. They are always willing to help in whatever way they possibly can. They go above and beyond for each client! They are considerate to each clients individual needs and very professional all around.
Worst service, have tried to already for a month so they can come up and pick a chair. Two emails, 7 calls, when at last reached the person in charge of the picking, her attitude was not the best, waited the whole day this past monday 05Nov2018 as told, nobody came to pick up or call.Johnny Miller, call me after this review and apologize about the situation. He immediately made the gesture, and the wheelchair was pickup. Thanks
I want to give a shout out to Ryan P. Chuck L. and Mike T. We were having a community event here at the Salvation Army ARC and I called Ryan to ask for help. Not only did they show up they went way beyond anything I could have imagined. Way to go men. Giving back to the community they serve.
They have terrible customer service twice they havent gotten back to me the same day ! Their service people act like they just want to leave as soon as possible and dont spend any time trying to diagnose issues with my Permobil M300. The profit they make on these chairs should warrant much better service.
ASHLEY AND PHIL HAS BEEN A GREAT HELP FOR ME, AS GETTING MY CHAIR FIXED AND KEEPING IN IN WORKING CONDITION.. EVERYONE AT MILLERS THAT I HAVE HAD CONTACT IS VERY NICE AND CONSIDERATE. EMPHATHY SEEMS TO BE THEIR MOTTO TO ME I ALSO WANT TO GIVE PHIL THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR BEING VERY PATIENT AND CONSIDERAT ,BECAUSE HE TAKES HIS TIME IN CHECKING MY CHAIR AND DOING WHATERVER IS NECESSARY TO GET THE JOB DONE TO PERFECTION BEFORE HE LEAVES MY HOUSE, EVEN IF HE HAS TO CALL THE OFFICE TOTO REPORT A PROBLEM SO THAT I WILL KNOW WHAT OTHER STEPS TO TAKE AS WELL AS HE. THANK YOU FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL REP. OF YOU COMPANY

2022-01-27We have been working with Millers for over 17 years. We have purchased 9 walkers and two wheelchairs from them. I cant say enough how impressed I am with their responsiveness and knowledge of their staff. More recently Dan Peak came to my sons Physical Therapy Center and measured him for a new wheelchair with Jacks team (OT and PT). Dan was very thorough and knowledgeable. More importantly he was kind and clearly loves what he does.I also want to say that Millers gives back to the community. I was on a Committee for Night to Shine (Special Needs Prom). I asked Millers for a donation and they quickly said yes to a sizable donation.Thank you Millers! Youre the BEST!

2022-02-07Weve used Millers for almost 20 years, for our special needs daughter. Due to her many medical problems, seating especially, can be extremely complex. They always do a fantastic job. Their team is reliable, knowledgeable, and always friendly. From Holly in scheduling, to Dan in sales, (and many others in between), Ive come to depend on their efficient and honest, upfront service. Dealing with Medicaid can be a process, and Millers have always made it much easier. The few times weve had to use other companies, Im always reminded of why I recommend to Millers to others.

2022-07-02I have known the team at Millers for years now, and they never cease to amaze me with their passion for their work, knowledge of products, and concern for clients. They demonstrate great customer service; ensuring that the optimal equipment is provided to make life easier for the client and caregivers. Millers has also very generously opened their doors to occupational and physical therapy students so that their Assistive Technology Providers can show the students a wide variety of wheelchairs and scooters. Don Shiplett does an excellent job of educating our future therapists! I highly recommend (and appreciate) their service!

2022-05-24Came in for new batteries, Because I own a meter and know numbers, I figured out the problem quickly. Refused to sell anything til a tech looked at the scooter. With a service call fee and diagnostic fee(I am sure) they refused to sell me any parts. These machines are built like power wheels, Doesnt take much to diagnose a problem. This is why Amazon rules the world.

2022-03-09After many years of snoring, my wife finally convinced me to get a C-PAP. Through the usual medical steps I was advised to get the device from Millers. I am fully pleased at the whole transaction. The people were nice and helpful setting up the appointment to get the C-PAP and the personal instructions. Tony was an excellent instructor. He answered all our questions with the his experience with the company and his own personal use with the device. And yes, the C-PAP seems to be working for both me with my snoring and my wife with the annoyance of my snoring.

2022-07-04Millers allowed my occupational therapy class to tour their facility and all of the employees were informative on the different types of wheelchairs. They have such a large section of wheelchairs to assist in whatever you need.

2022-06-24I have been working with Millers for 36 years. I appreciate the skills of everyone there and very much enjoy being part of the entire process. Most recently, Don did a great job quoting wheelchairs for two of my students. He worked with their families with kindness and to answer their questions. Hollie is great at keeping me in the loop and promptly answering any voicemails I leave. Mike, David, and Steve came with two trucks this week to build those chairs. It was a busy, hot day but I am very pleased with the outcome of both chairs and the boys look so well positioned and comfortable in them. Mike, David, and Steve were kind, patient, offered great suggestions, and worked well with the families. I look forward to continued work with Millers. Thank you!
