I feel like I cant thank Monic enough for her service. She was, and is, truly a blessing. I called about a wheelchair for my 13 year old daughter so she could go on her end of the year trip (broken tibia) There was no way she could make it if she didnt have a wheelchair with a right leg extension. Long story short, every Medical supply store around did not have the right leg extension. I know this because Monic was so patient and gave me names and phone numbers to every supply place she knew so I could call and try and find one. Everyone is waiting do to inventory not coming in. I called the Canton store back. Informed the lady to let Monic know I called everywhere and I was about to just buy an extension from Amazon because, why not. Im desperate. Monic called me right back and basically let me know that as enticing as it may seem, she didnt want me to waste my money. She recommended to NOT buy one from amazon and wait a few days while my insurance is going through and see what she can do and find out about the leg extensions. I called a few days later to check on the insurance and chair. Monic said your insurance went through....and by the way, I found you a right leg extension. It may seem little, but hearing those words meant the world to me. It meant the world to my daughter. I asked when we could pick it up and she said right now, I have it ready for you. We got there, greeted us with a smile and she showed us thoroughly how to use it. She was so personable and really cared about our needs. I felt she really cared about my daughter. I saw she knew how important it was for children, to not have to miss opportunities. She went over and beyond for my daughter. For that I am grateful. Thank you Monic.
Not happy with the billing department. My wife called to ask a question about our invoice .The first person was very rude and did not answer my wifes question . My wife asked to talk to a supervisor, she was transferred. The supervisor yelled how did you get my personal number??? My wife told her she was transferred. She was worse than the first .Very snide remarks, After my contract is up we will not use Millers again . Would be glad to speak with someone above themThank you Alicia for getting back to me
I just marked my 20 year employment anniversary with Millers and would like to take a moment to express my personal assessment.Working for this company has been quite challenging at times, but mostly its been so very rewarding. I have watched many changes with Medicare, private insurance as well as state funded programs, such as Medicaid, that has caused our jobs to become more complex and frustrating at times, but we have always kept our clients needs first in our daily duties. Management keeps us up to date on new rules, guidelines and products that makes us more efficient, informed and giving our clients a very competent and effective transaction.Millers is a very diverse company, with many different departments and specialties , but the one thing we have always stayed true to was keeping our patrons as independent and as mobile as possible.It has been an absolute pleasure to work for a company that provides needed products for our geriatric, baby boomers and the disabled community. We just bought a power wheelchair for our son. The team did great walking us through the new experience for us. Nick and Justin went above and beyond to help build the chair for our son and make it a very comfortable and positive experience for him. Communication with Bobby and Kelly was very helpful when ordering.
I have been a client with Millers for a number of years. I continue with Millers in Canton because of the location and the service I have received. Communications are timely and efficient. I am informed when it is time to replace supplies. In my most recent appointment last week, Tony and Autumn were the best. We had a great experience with our daughters wheelchair! It was such an easy process from start to finish. Danny was the evaluator and extremely efficient. Tiffany assisted with paperwork and got everything taken care of so quickly. Kelly handled scheduling, and was very accommodating. Ron was the technician and absolutely WONDERFUL! Millers has a fantastic team, and they treat their customers well. I definitely recommend them over other companies!
After a nightmare experience at another company I contacted Millers for my cpap needs. Well at first contact with Monique everything was definitely different! She was very knowledgeable about what was needed and going to happen and she did all the work without stressing me out. I appreciate Moniques professionalism in this matter. Tony Stayer a sleep tech at Millers rental and sales,was very knowledgeable,patient,and explained everything so well. Hes very professional and down to earth,I look forward to working with him in the future. When I get older I will definitely get any medical supplies I may need at Millers.
I picked Miller’s based off their reviews online. When I called to see how the process worked, I never felt rushed on the phone. The took their time answering my questions. After I confirmed they were in network with my insurance I asked my sleep doctor to send them my script. Once, they received my script, they contacted me to set up an appointment. They were able to get me an appointment in less than a week from the phone call. I believe it was Courtney, who explained what my insurance covered and what was expected of me financially when I arrived. Once I arrived, I met with Tony rather quickly and he took his time to explain the CPAP machine, mask and everything to me. This is my first time needing a machine. He answered my questions and was great! I received a nice folder with bunch of information and all my receipts. I highly recommend Miller’s in Canton!
Update 2022: two years ago they gave me a random survey which asked about race/ethnicity. After answering that Im hispanic theyve refused to provide supplies and hold my account hostage so I cant get them elsewhereJuly 2019 update: Now that I met my deductibles for the year theyve become my best friend and actually want to fulfill supplies.Still only 3 stars because they refused my willingness to pay cash for my supplies beforeMay 2019 Update. They can hound me for a $5 billing error they made for my CPAP machine but deny me supplies for my cpap. Once again being held hostage and unable to get supplies even though my insurance assured them its covered for more supplies since March.Unbelievable bad service and worse people. Have held my ability to purchase cpap supples hostage for two years. I have been using broken and moldy equipment as Millers refuses to sell me new cpap supplies and is holding my ability to buy them hostage. I suspect maybe they lose money on the machines because the day I became eligible for a new machine they banned me from buying supplies and fight me being able to buy them elsewhere.Don’t get trapped by them.
Im super thankful for Tony Stayer at the Canton Millers location. Hes the best! My cpap machine was monitored by a different medical supply company who never met with me in person...they just shipped me my machine and the mask they thought was best based on my sleep study. After two years of frustration, and a deep desire to get a good nights sleep, I took my machine to Millers and met with Tony. Not only did he recommend the perfect mask, he also showed me how to link my machine up to an app on my phone so I can monitor my usage and apnea episodes. Sure enough, after this mask fitting with Tony, Ive been able to use my machine consistently for the past month and it doesnt even feel like I am wearing a mask at all. Im so happy to be getting great sleep every night... and it was so easy! Thanks Tony!!!
I picked up my new CPAP equipment last week and have now used it nearly a week. The equipment works well and is very easy to use. That’s because Debbie V. did an outstanding job in her training with me. She was patient and clear in explaining how the different pieces connected to each other, how to work the machine, and how to modify the settings if needed. She made it look very easy and because of her training, I slept like a baby the first night I used the equipment since everything worked well. Because of my terrific experience I recommend that 1) when people need medical equipment they go to Miller’s, and 2) Debbie V. should get a raise!
I cant say enough about how quickly Courtney got me scheduled for an appointment. I work the times the store is open and she got me in the next day to accommodate my work schedule the best we could. My appointment was with Tony. I was not thrilled about needing a Cpap machine and he made sure I felt 100% comfortable before I left. I am sure he treats everyone the same way but I truly believe he he took extra care to make my experience positive and I had the knowledge I needed before I left. Great job to both of you!
Being diagnosed with sleep apnea was an emotional experience for me because I kept thinking what am I doing wrong. After 2 sleep studies, I made my appointment with Millers to pick up my equipment. I spoke with Courtney probably 6 times between making sure I did what the doctor wanted and getting the results from the sleep studies and she was so kind and so patient every single time. She put my mind at ease and gave me the confidence I needed to deal with the diagnoses. When it came time to pick up my equipment, I spent a lot of time with Tony and he too was so kind and so patient. I was extremely overwhelmed about the added responsibility I was being given, but meeting with him made all the difference in the world. I just want to say thank you to Courtney and Tony for making this the best possible experience it could have been and I would recommend going to Millers in Canton every since time.
Hello I needed a new C-Pap so I went to Millers in Canton. I met with Tony Stayer, RPSGT, he set me up with my new machine and head gear and explained everything I needed to know about the c-pap. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Very nice guy and would highly recommend him to my family and friends !!! Thank you Tony
Patrick D came out and fixed our Bruno stairlift today. He is a very professional young man and did an excellent job in fixing our problem. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Millers should be very proud of him. Every business should have a Patrick working for them.
Just had an apt with the Resp. Therapist Joyce Parson today, and she was absolutely a joy to talk to! Very personable, and most of all knowledgeable about the new C-Pap Machine and the So Clean Machine my husband received. We were not there for hours and hours, got us in, got us informed without being rushed, but was still able to go about our day without having to sacrifice a lot of our time. Dealing with all this insurance stuff is such a pain, but she took care of all that for us.Thank you so much!
Kudos to Jullie Houston, Ronnie and Tim, (Extremely great employees at Millers) I cant say enough about the sales/service/rentals and the movers and shakers at Millers Rental. My husband needed a lift chair quickly due to the fact he had total knee replacement. When coming home from rehab and sitting in his old recliner, it was so low to the ground, it was extremely difficult to get out of the recliner. Julie Houston, Manager Extraordinaire, had a chair ready and delivered the next day at noon. Not only was she extraordinary, but the delivery personnel team, Ronnie and Tim, were extremely professional. The large lift-chair was brought in with extreme caution to prevent damage to walls and they even had to remove a door stop on the sliding door to fit it through. They really went out of their way to get here quickly and customer satisfaction is obviously Number One with their company. Dont find companies like that anymore! THANK YOU MILLERS RENTAL FOR EXTREMELY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. By the way, this chair is EXTREMELY comfortable and solid!
Got my cpap replacement today with Joyce and she was excellent, so friendly and knowledgable. Had me laughing most of the time. Allison who called and scheduled my appointment was also very friendly and let me know what my financial responsibly would be at the time of service. The two of them make a great team. So happy with my service and new cpap machine.
I have only wonderful things to say about Millers. From the beginning, we have received exceptional customer service. Every time I have called, someone is always available to help. Ron (the tech who brought my dads wheelchair) was so compassionate and patient with all of us. We felt as if he truly cared about our father, which reduced our stress/emotions over the entire situation. Then, the company went above and beyond. Kelly in rehab is great!! I called to inform her that the day after my dad received his wheelchair, he fell in an unfortunate accident and had to go into temporary rehab for round the clock care. I was inquiring how to get the wheelchair relocated and was just hoping she could assist with names of companies who could do that for us. Kelly said she was going to make sure that his chair was relocated due to the circumstances, which was a level of customer service our family wasnt expecting! We had enough worry and it made a world of difference. Their tech even made adaptations to the chair when he relocated it, so that my dad could still use it, which wasnt their responsibility. My husband had an outstanding appointment with Tony Stayer at Millers Rentals and Sales in Canton today. Don needed a new CPAP machine, and Millers helped Don get an earlier appointment in Canton than was available in Akron. Tony was thorough, efficient, and very accommodating. Don left with new equipment in a timely manner, all questions answered, and the offer of future help if needed. 1 very nice man+1 informative and easy appointment = 2 extremely satisfied customers. Recently my 88 yr.old father had to begin using a Bipap machine because of retention of Carbon Dioxide. Debbie worked diligently with him and the staff in rehab at the hospital and followed his therapy when he moved to Assisted Living. She again worked with the staff there to be sure everyone was educated about the device. She was so kind to him and our family. She keeps me updated on his condition and I know I can call her anytime with questions. I am a registered nurse and I wish everyone in the medical field was as competent and caring as Debbie!Your company is very fortunate to have her as an employee.
We had an appointment with Tony the sleep technician who taught us how to use my husbands new CPAP machine. He was very professional and knowledgeable answering all of our questions. After meeting with Tony we were glad to have chosen Millers for our healthcare needs.
I had to go get my new bi pap machine this morning and Debbie helped me she was very knowledgeable very personable and was quite funny huge help since i was somewhat new to this she is a a+ in my book. also as i was checking out Courtney was helping me i felt welcomed with her big smile and very easy to talk to, both these ladies made my visit top notch.....rock stars
I am a CPap user and the staff here is always very friendly. The respiratory therapist was very thorough in explaining everything and worked with me to ensure I was comfortable. Sometimes getting replacement supplies takes some time I understand that is the fault of my insurance. I highly recommend Millers!
Today I came in to Millers to get the new ResMed F30i Mask. Its a full face mack but doesnt go over the top of your nose. Its also a freedom mask so the hose wont wrap around you or disconnect during your sleep. Very awesome! I also bought the SoClean PAP Disinfecting System. It cleans your mask, your headgear, hose and also disinfects your water in your humidifier. Definitely recommend this if you have a busy schedule or dont want to take the time to clean every ounce of equipment. Debbie was my therapist and was extremely helpful in setting up my new mask and showing me how to connect my setup to my new SoClean. She was super friendly and provided top of the line service. I had the pleasure of checking out my new supplies with Erika Wright at the front desk. I had to use my HSA card on top of another debit card but she was super patient and very kind in allowing me to use multiple payment methods. I couldnt ask for a better Lead Client Care Specialist. Thank you two so very much for providing excellent service for me. This definitely helps in achieving my sleep therapy goals!
So, I rarely share experiences about visiting stores. Im in my mid fifties and remember a time when the customer was treated with respect....a courtesy all to uncommon with the millenials running retail these days. Just want to say, Erika and I believe Courtney? were over the top in helping me out. Brought in a 12 yr old cpap machine I wanted serviced so I could give to my buddy who snores like a freight train. These ladies treated me like I spent $10,000 in there! Very refreshing, very concerned. They have restored my faith in the younger generation. Definitely will recommend these gals and millers to everyone! Thank you!
Debbie V. was FANTASTIC to work with. She really went the extra mile, and kept me in the loop, to get me my CPAP as quickly as possible. On location, I worked with Joyce (who did the fitting and went through the proper usage/maintenance of the equipment), who was also WONDERFULLY helpful and professional! Based on my experience with those two ladies, I would highly recommend Miller’s.
Joy Wendell was extremely patient and efficient in explaining how to use my new C-PAP machine! She had me use the controls so she knew I understood how to use it. She seemed to know what I was going to ask almost before I asked the question. I have been frustrated with my CPAP machine so I went down to Canton location for help with it. Their sleep technician (Tony Stayer) was very knowleable and I actually expected that. What impressed me was how much he really cared whether or not I was compfotable with my cpap and would be able to use it on my own. Tony is genuinely a good person that cares.James
My daughters physical therapist worked with Millers for over 6 months to make progress and still cane up short. As summer approached and school staff was on break, I reached out to Millers for answers. After a runaround with some people, I was transferred to Jessica who went above and beyond to help me out. She got me a rental so I did not have to carry my 7 year old daughter around as she had completely outgrown her chair. She also pushed the manufacturer and insurance to get things rolling. Her gait trainer cane and and was delivered the next day. Still no chair though. Jessica reaches out again and somehow got her chair here the next week. As there was no one available to deliver it before the weekend, Jessica and Nick drove out on a Friday afternoon to deliver it themselves. Ick worked hard to move I think every part to fit my daughter better. While fitting my daughter in her chair, we realized the parts on it were not safe. Jessica promised she would contact the manufacturer Monday. Through her super powers, Jessica somehow got the parts overnighted to her and the next day, Dan delivered them. He spent a lot of time making sure everything was right and the chair was safe for my daughter. What started out as a headache and a half turned into the best customer service I have ever received! I am forever grateful for their dedication to my daughter’s needs and safety.

Picked up my CPAP unit today at Millers. Tony Stayer was the Respiratory Therapist that showed me my new unit and all about the way it operates, from changing the filter to assembling the unit. I opted to purchase the SoClean CPAP Sanitizer, to minimize my time cleaning the CPAP. Tony did an excellent job explaining the functions of both machines!! I highly reccomend Millers if you require any type of Medical equipment. Thank you to Erica Wright for the quick checkout! Cant say enough about the staff at Millers.
Bryan S. originally set me up with an account at Millers. He was always helpful and pleasant. Joy W. is excellent. She is not only efficient but very thorough. Her teaching style would be both highly effective for individuals new to sleep apnea therapy products and those of us who are more experienced with the products. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea slightly over 10 years ago. Joy is by far the most knowledgeable person with whom I have dealt in obtaining my sleep apnea machines and supplies. I highly recommend Millers Rental and Sales and Joy W. for sleep apnea questions and machine/suppy needs. She is terrific!
In December of 2018, i had the pleasure of talking with receptionist Liz and mobile tech service agent Shawn. They were not only very professional and knowledgeable with their power chair equipment. Liz was able to help execute on see thru the purchase of our power wheelchair taking great pride with follow thru. As for Shawn not only did Shawn provide great explanation of the unit but he took the extra time to go over details to make sure that the whole family was well educated in all the features of the chair. Cant say enough how about the great services these two provided. With Shawns first visit i forgot to mention our van that we have to see if the chair would fit in. Once i figured out in late december that the power chair wouldnt fit i called and Carla and Audrey fit me in to shawns schedule. I really appreciate the due diligence to get us in under short notice. Then Shawn came and took the time to help modify the chair to work, like the first time Shawn was great in all the information that he gave me so that i could not only get the chair into the van but also took the time to help give advice for the proper ramp to buy for the van. Having some issues with my CPAP system, I met with Joy Wendell and was very impressed with her knowledge and patience. She has resolved some of my issues and continues to work with me to resolve an ongoing issue. I had ordered cpap equipment via their phone system and after one month had not received the supplies. I stopped in the store and talked to Debbie Vallelonga a respiratory therapist concerning this problem. Debbie was extremely helpful and found that there was a glitz in the phone system and the order was never received. Debbie went the extra mile and had the supplies shipped the same day. I cannot thank Debbie enough for all her help. Debbie was very courteous thru the entire process and showed that she really cared for the patient!Miller Sales should be extremely proud of her caring and professionalism!
I acquired my CPAP thru Miller’s a couple years ago and stop in occasionally for supplies. Solid company with great employees. Erika Wright is always very helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is correct. I would recommend Miller’s and ask for Erika!

I have worked in the medical field for over 40 years. That said I am now confined to a wheelchair. My electric chair has had some issues that required repairs several times in the last 2 + years but all I need to do is call Molly and Joe is usually here the next day or the day after. They have always been kind and helpful. I have never had to use the answering service, or the other areas of repair, and cannot speak for them, but my experience with Millers has been top notch

Stopped by Millers Canton location today ( Nov 5th, 2018) at the direction of my Doctor to pick up a knee walker. I would like to recognize the very professional, courteous and extremely helpful attitude of my client care rep, Allison. She had pre-staged my equipment, made short order of the paperwork once I arrived, answered all of my questions and even helped me load my kneewalker into the trunk of my car. The staff was friendly enough with the exception one lady I spoke with who was really rude. I was disappointed with their lack of service. I called to get a wheelchair for my 5 y.o. son who had a broken foot. . .I did everything that I needed to do as far as getting them paper work and things faxed. After that I never heard another word. . .finally 3 WEEKS later I get a phone call asking if I still had a need for the wheelchair!! My son got his cast off the week before. 😒
Very impersonal, one they got order for CPAP machine, it became all automated and wanted information using the auto record feature. I called and they told me , they can release from for the automated call list and I ask I contact have a personal call because how do I know that it was Millers. They said know, I heard bad things about them before I got my machine, I should of listened.Well, it has been a year now and after to the manager or asst manager a few weeks ago about my order, she said things would be better, yes they tried to help but they never finished. Please do not use this company, I am stuck.
Just wanted to let you how much we appreciate Ron the wheelchair technician. He comes to the Mansfield area frequently & builds custom seating for adults & children that we serve in Richland County. He is kind & respectful to our clients & makes sure each chair is fitted properly to the individual.
Chelsea was an absolute delight. She even taught this CPAP user of many years something new. I tried to get a wheelchair for my wife here on 06/11/2015 without any success. She recently shattered both bones in her lower leg and needed one quickly. We were sent here from another dealer that didnt have her size on hand after they checked and found they did have one we could use. Once I arrived and presented our VALID prescription signed by her specialist I was informed everything was in order except the signature. WTH? The signature was legal but they didnt want to accept it because his readable name was typed and not hand printed along with his signature. Well, the doctor was out of the office at that point and we would have had to wait another full day to have him jump through their hoops that no one else would present. The previous place had no issue whatsoever with the prescription. I mean seriously its a wheelchair not narcotics. I guess I just didnt realize there is a black market for wheelchairs in Stark County. Who knew? At any rate we ordered one from Amazon and had it delivered next day. So much for keeping business local.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the service. I received a letter telling me to call them, when I phoned them, I found out they were using the wrong phone number. They had received the money from the wavier , who was paying for the shower chair and they were trying to get a hold of me to find out if they should order it. I would think if you receive the money you would go ahead and order it. If I hadnt called several weeks latter, the shower chair wouldnt have been delivered because they were using the wrong phone number again. Their products are of the highest quality but their service could use some improvement.
I have been using a CPAP machine for nearly two years and was told at the sleep study that I need a full face mask. I was not feeling any better and had a tritation study. My pressure was increased, but my sleep scores were not much better. I went into Miller and Joyce Parson fitted me with a nasal mask and I have experienced a big improvement. Sleep scores (from Resmeds own app) are in the mid to high 90s. Thanks Joyce. ~ Marilyn H.
I recently was started on CPAP and Tony Stayer set up the equipment and educated me on the use of the machine.He was very thorough and informative regarding the use of the equipment.I would highly recommend Tony and Millers to anyone needing CPAP or other home medical assist/equipment.
I work in the medical field and have had the honor to have many dealings with Millers . In fact when a patient requests them I give a little cheer because I know that this will be a seamless transaction from paperwork to patient getting the medical equipment needed. I truly want to thank a great company full of wonderful people who go above and beyond any time my office has sent a request to them.
If I could give less than one star I absolutely would. A few years ago we rented a wheelchair for my daughter who had a broken leg. $75 for a month, in, out, done. Whatever. Recently my daughter injured the same leg, when her mother called in she was quoted $190 for one month of the exact same wheelchair with no explanation. She returned later with a prescription from the hospital for a wheelchair that was written by a nurse practitioner, the worker told her they wouldn’t fill the prescription because the issuer “wasn’t a real doctor”. I called and left two messages and never received a call back. Today my mother called in for me (she picked up the wheelchair for us last year) and asked why the price increased so drastically and they wouldn’t fill the prescription . She was rudely met with a reply of “That’s just how it is.”Upon research, we found that you can just buy the same wheelchair for half the price they’re charging to rent it for a month. I will loudly proclaim from the mountain tops to anyone who will listen “DO NOT GIVE MILLER’S YOUR BUSINESS, THEY ARE RUDE AND EXHIBIT ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.” To any who will listen.
Thank you to Jackie and especially Brandi for helping my mother in providing answers for every question, when she didnt know the answer she went and found it. Great customer service when it came to finding the solution to our problem. Everyone had a pleasing personality. I would recommend this business to others
I was in your store recently and received a C-Pap unit.Joy Wendell took care of me.She was very proffesonal and thorough in going over the equipment and instructions as how to care for and use the machine.She explained every thy thing to my satisfaction and answered all my questions.I will highly recommend her.Surendra n Dash.

2022-04-04Debbie, Julie and Autumn took care of us from the phone call to the in store visit and walked us through each step of the way. They were fantastic, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They made us feel at ease and were so helpful and answered questions before we even thought to ask. We left with the confidence of knowing we were in good hands. My wife and I both have dealt with Millers of Canton for a C-pap for myself and By-Pap for my wife with oxygen and they are always taking care of us and any needs we have. 2022-07-20Chelsea was absolutely amazing! There was some initial confusion when it came to my appointment time. I showed up with only 45 minutes to closing (not knowing that the appointment was supposed to be 1.5 hours) Both Chelsea and Moniq stayed late so I could get my CPAP. Chelsea made arrangements for a babysitter for her kids so she could spend the extra time with me. I cant tell you how much I appreciate what she did! I would absolutely recommend Millers!
