2021-11-26The service started out good BUT went downhill fast. I was told they would call prior to cleaning and they did not they showed up after us having it 3 days and complained on where we had the delivery guy put it for our convenience and told us if we had it more then another week they would have to move it for their convenience. I called and told them to pick it up on the following Monday because of that and they called the wrong number so it didn’t get picked up until the following Friday and at that time we only had it for 2 weeks. They over charged my bank account and then charged it twice when I brought it to their attention they said they put in for a refund but it would take a couple days - that’s money we live on. I am filing a complaint with the attorney general and the better business bureau. They don’t seem to want to make things right .

2021-09-17I rented one unit from Millers for an event last month and had a horrid communication breakdown regarding the unit I was expecting in addition to the unit delivery experience at the venue (with an 8:00am-10:00am delivery window, they tried delivering my unit at 6:30am, 7:20am, and ultimately delivered past 12:00pm inconveniencing myself and the venue owners). I tried speaking with a manager or supervisor on the day of delivery with no ability to be transferred and no sympathy or resolution for the poor communication, and have sent follow up emails since the event which have been ignored. I wouldve preferred to handle this directly instead of leaving a poor review, but hopefully this helps others who value working with a professional company.

2021-06-10They came out emptied did not spray it down in or out put no toilet paper in no hand sanitizer called and told them all they could say was go somewhere else and get them to clean it . Should have come cleaned and gave toilet paper or gave half our money back but no rudely say go somewhere else
