Exceptional customer service! Our salesperson, Chris, was knowledgeable and helpful through the process of choosing a barn. John did an excellent job delivering the barn with minimal ruts in the yard. The barn is extremely well made and we were happy that it was also a good price. Would recommend them to anyone!

I can say, this company is A+++++ They made me feel like a rock star, by the way they listened to my needs and they sure did deliver. They go above and beyond! From Chris in sales to the people in the office. Quote and delivery is right on! This company sure does care about their customers. You can tell from the first moment that they take much pride in what they do. Great group of people. I will definitely tell everyone about them. HIGHLY recommend! Found a shed that I wanted here and as my luck would have it, It was sold! I talked to Chris and told him my needs and he went above and beyond to get one built and delivered within two weeks! I should see take delivery on Friday morning and undoubtedly will be happy with my purchase! Great place and selection of buildings. After looking at numerous companies, I feel they got the best sheds in the area.

Chris was such a pleasure to deal with, very patient and honest! We custom ordered our shed and he made the entire process very easy!! The delivery was quicker than quoted which was GREAT. Millcraft customer service was the best to deal with as they were very responsive and quick to act!!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!

Simply awesome!! We can’t stop talking about what a pleasurable experience this has been. We looked at several different vendors before finding Millcraft. Not only does Millcraft’s product selection and quality blow all the others out of the water but it is particularly appealing to find that Millcraft is a faith based organization. Every person we dealt with was pleasant, professional, and customer focused. Chris, our sales person, helped us pick the correct building to meet our needs and when a small glitch arose after the order was placed he quickly resolved it. John, the delivery person, expertly maneuvered the shed off the truck and onto the prepared site with very little damage to the yard. There was some damage incurred to our shed during delivery that John reported back to Millcraft and Paul was at our house the very next day to make repairs.
