My rental agent name is J.Y. at 268 Mitchell Avenue/Cincinnati, Ohio 45232. The Rental Agreement Summary doesnt up hold to you rental standards. I dont agree signing off on the rental then have the video footage recorded and emailed after the fact. The rental agent never said I will email you the footage of walk around. I didnt have service until Monday 4/4/2022. It should as follows: walk around, video, then sign off and email. The vehicle smelled like Marijuana. We smelled it soon as we opened the door. The rental agent said he didnt smell it. He didnt travel to Georgia and back. The smell of lingering marijuana triggered my allergies and asthma. Windows dirty inside and out, vehicle as well. Agent excuse due to temps the vehicle could not be cleaned. It was not near freezing at the time of pick up. Driver side windshield wiper wouldnt wipe properly. This caused poor night vision driving in the rain. I wasnt informed of drop box in case I dropped the vehicle off early. The drop box states Kia Drop Box-not Mike Albert. I called customer service no one could help. The chat had a long wait time. This caused me to keep the vehicle another day and be charged another day rental fee. I have called the general managerMr. T Guy twice. He has not returned my call. I asked the agent not to charge for the early return. He declined to do so. Customer service hasnt been the same since 97. This was my last personal rental. Our rental was Ford Expedition. I also didnt get my AAA discount. Please see photo states Kia Drop Box. The door has Mike Albert hours. Customer service does not exists. Dissatisfied customer!

This was a horrible experience!! I needed to get a loaner car while mine had work done. The person at the desk was playing a game and more interested in that than helping. There was confusion in getting a car, the person working was not forthcoming with information, and when I was finally brought a car, it that smelled like weed and cigarettes very strongly. I said, I cant take this car and was told there was no other option as all cars would smell this same way. So disappointed that I cancelled the car and had to go back to Honda. Wasted over an hour for this whole process.

Easy to rent from them. Took little time to complete paperwork and get car. Agents at the desk were helpful and efficient. My only issue was they did not have a car similar to mine, Honda CRV, so I ended up with a Hyundai Elantra which sat low to the ground and I did not like but I only drove it for a day.Molly Walter

Horrible rental company. Tried to lease a car where someone was a heavy smoker. Said they didn’t smell it. Smelled as soon as I walked to the car door. Very ghetto.

The worker with the purple hair walked into superior honda body shop, did not greet me but immediately asked for my ID card for a rental. I told her I am calling geico to make sure i am covered. As i was on the phone with geico she continued to interrupt without saying excuse me. She then sat right next to me in the waiting area and started talking , i asked her to wait until i got off the phone with geico and she got even louder. I then turned to the superior honda rep and told her that the girl had bad customer service. The woman dismissed it so i stood up and said i will find another shop to work on my car you guys have poor customer service. I asked for her name she said Amanda, then started laughing. I asked for my paper work back from the lady at the body shop and she said she would shred everything. This is the same lady who set me up with the rental car and i asked her if i would be covered by geico and she said dont worry i know the guy i will smile at him nice, but when i double checked by calling geico thats when they started over talking me and saying they probably wont cover the rental.,Absolutely no excuse for how they treated me! None

This place is wonderful.. they are way better than any other rental place. Less hassle they are super nice people. I had no problem getting a rental... come check them out

Kept $45 of my deposit for no reason. Car came back in the same condition I got it in, WITH more gas than when i picked it up. Never rent a car from here! I shouldve known it was a scandalous place from its location.
