I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I really love. Id say overall it was a nice experience. A few things irked me though during the process, when going over the add-ons the sales guy got rude when I didnt want them. He also tried to sell me, if Im remembering the price correctly, a $600 flashing brake light which I later found out my car already had when my friend was driving my new car. Then I requested gas since the Jeep was very low and they gave me a quarter of a tank, which is the first lot to ever not fill it up all the way. But I think I got a great deal and my mechanic said it was in awesome shape. Wouldnt recommend any of my friends to go there though...
I cannot say enough positive things about Lee Spain. I purchased two vehicles from him and both times were stress free and felt like I was just setting around talking to an old friend. Ive had both the vehicles serviced in the service department and when we had a minor issue the manager called immediately and went above and beyond to make it right. Thats the right way to do business. They make the customer feel welcomed and truly listen. Good job MIG. I will continue to send everybodyI know your way. Keep up the good work guys!
Over all experience was meh. Love the truck. Lots of improvements to be made in the customer satisfaction department.Pros:Great truckAnnual Ziebart service included with the truckFriendly staffCons:Communication...We were set up with a third party financing company with custom biweekly payments that wasnt specifically stated as a third party as well they payment amounts werent completely accurate as well. Our bank knew nothing about this payment setup.My salesman scheduled a detail for me and the service department knew nothing about it. Also didnt inform me it would take three hours to do, it was a long wait in the waiting room.Salesman also scheduled my Ziebart service and maintenance and to pick up a rental for the time my truck would be worked on. I showed up and my salesman was off that day and the service department wasnt aware that I needed a rental and they didnt have a rental for me. Another salesman set me up with a Civic from their lot that had near zero gas. When I asked for gas, they said they would try and find a gas can. After waiting the salesman ended up driving me to a gas station.They had to order a new key for the truck. I had to call and check on the status of it. Turns out theyve had the key for some time now and never called to let me know.
Took my car to the collision center...they did not fix the mechanical problems as they PROMISED they would do....after three weeks they called and said it was ready, I paid them, and took my car for a drive.....they had fixed NOTHING!!!! So I took it straight back and again was assured the problem would be fixed. Now, they are claiming that the problems were not due to the accident...It drove fine before the accident.....I mean the dent was gone, but I still cannot drive it!! Then called and threatened me that if I did not return the loaner car, they would start charging me! They got their money and I am still without a car!
MIG was very helpful in getting rid of that awful 2018 Chevy silverado. i should have never drove it off the lot. when i explained my situation to them they didnt hesitate to lend a helping hand from sale to fiance and even service the all helped and was very nice. Even storing the vehicle i purchased from them inside for two weeks while i got funds together.Lee is awesome and we will be back when its time to upgrade the family car.truly thankful for your help.
We leased a truck from Migs, that we are very happy with. But when my husband contacted the service dept and asked how much it would cost for them to program a brake controller ,that he would install,they stated , if we have them do it all it would be 700$ if he buys it,installs it and only have them program it, it would be 500$ !! (Seriously ) We were able to purchase the the item for 178.00, install it in less then 1 1/2 and after calling 5 different dealer in a 40 mile radius no one was over 80 dollars !!!! In fact Nelsons in Mt Victory did it for 18.00$ !!!!!! Unbelievable. So much for customer loyalty!!!!!!
Looking for a late model Grand Cherokee locally turned up nothing favorable, so we has the search engine head us out of town. We ended up in the farm community of Bellefontaine. Met Lee Spain upon unannounced arrival and was greeted warmly. We already had info about the 2014 JEEP from the search engine and we were quickly given the keys. It drove great w/o any deal breaking issues. The one minor problem it did have, Lee gave us a discount to more than cover the cost of fixing it back home. (Kept us from making the 100mile round trip again) Thanks also to Larry for helping with the financing and extended dealer warranty. I would not hesitate recommending MIG and will look there first for my next vehicle.
I have been to several dealerships lately but the staff at MIG make your best interest there # 1 concern. Also not many dealerships will you find the owner on the floor in shorts, polo and a baseball cap making sure you are being taken care of with genuine concern, answering questions and giving good advice, not trying to sell you but willing to earn you business. I could go on but just know that you will not regret going there to buy a vehicle or just to get one serviced.
Took my ram in for service which I purchased a lifetime warranty with.the service dept was very nice and professional. But the service mngr and a service tech both felt and heard the same problem I was experiencing and they both agreed some rear end trouble. They balanced the tires and said it was fixed. Still hearing noise...whats the purpose of lifetime warranty if they dont take the time to check everything ? And the loner vehicle I felt more unsafe in than my own thinking Im gonna lose a bearing , tie rod or drive shaft and be at the mercy of what ever breaks..Ive dealt with another dealer for over 19 years, thought Id give mig a try...not happy. Maybe because Im just a dumb country boy that graduated from a new Carlisle high school no ones ever heard of . I bought it brand new , spent the extra for warranty but I know my vehicle & when someone tells me as long as I own it the engine , trans , drivetrain & electrical is covered. Why didnt they take more time to check it. Maybe because I got a call and said they need the loner vehicle back because they are in a pinch to put another customer in an unreliable difficult to drive vehicle with no a.c. & check lights coming on
Not impressed whatsoever! Told them what I was looking for and he said he found me just what I wanted and all I needed to do was get loan approval, so did that. I waited for my car and finally told them I was tired of waiting on my car and thinking about cancelling. He said if you would only change the color of your car, I just know I could get what you want, so obviously he lied and never had me a car at all. So don’t go there, go somewhere honest.
I took my car here for a major sunroof leak. They fixed the problem and came in at the lowest estimate. Big plus! It did seem to take an awful long time and I always had to make the calls to check on it. Would give them 5 stars, if not for that. But all in all, I would return here for service.
We bought a 2015 ram back on May 20 2017. Our initial experiance was greatBut then, the time line we were promised to pick up our truck in a few days turned into pick up at end of month. When we picked it up we noticed that the only penguin sticker we requested to keep was screwed up and our salesman Lee Spain said it was no big deal, I thought it was. Then we noticed a plastic piece ( not sure of correct term cup holder bezel just to describe it) in back seat still was missing we were assured it would be replaced. Just for his response to be was well... its not on the I.O.U slip from him to say I remember us talking about it. To then saying well its a $10 peice (which it is not) and we could order one ourselves, we declined and requested him to honor what he said they would do. Our salesman stated he would take care of it despite it not being on the IOU. ITS now August 9 and they still have not honored this. LEE SPAIN (our salesman) also has you rate / review his service before you leave so you feel obligated to give a good reveiw. and initially it was a good experiance until they dont honor what they say they will do. Bottom line go to a different dealership we drove from Eaton to get a good price on our truck but with our experience paying more locally would of got us better service.
I went there just to test drive a jeep to see if I even liked them, one in particular caught my eye and i fell in love. I wanted to stay around my current car payment. At first the jeep I wanted was out of budget but Jordy the sales associate went above and beyond working around all my picky requirements and ended up getting me in the jeep I orginally fell in love with. They stayed passed hours to finish the sale, wasnt pushing us out the door, and their owner jumped in the car afterwards to show me everything the jeep had to offer; since it is my first jeep and I didnt know my way around it. Shows they care about more than just the sale. Definitely recommend!
We drove 4.5 hours from Central Illinois to pick up a particular Willys Wrangler color and set of options. The deal was closed over the phone while working with Lee Spain. Lee was very responsive sending pics to my cell phone, confirming price, and arranging financing. He had the Wrangler ready for pick up the following day. Lee if very knowledgeable of the Wrangler and offered great tips to operate and maintain it. 5 out of 5 stars and we will be doing business with Lee/MIG again.
ITS ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE WHEN I STOP BY MIG AND CHECK OUT THE NEW RAM MODELS. LEE SPAIN IS AN EXCELLENT, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ASSOCIATE. THE ATMOSPHERE IS VERY LAID BACK, NOT PRESSURED AT ALL. LEE WILL HELP YOU MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE SO YOU CAN FIND THE VEHICLE THATS RIGHT FOR YOU.

2021-10-21I cannot express how pleased we were with the service department. We took our truck in for oil change and 12 point inspection. They told us they recommended changing the rear brakes. So we decided to change them ourselves and had some issues. We had to take the truck back to have the brakes bleed without any questions they were remarkable service and very reasonable. I highly recommend this service department to anyone. Thank you for such great service and friendly atmosphere.

2021-10-20Taylor at the service desk was very helpful and answered all my questions. She took me to the payment area and to parts to help with questions on my Jeep. Great customer service. The parts department called around to see if they could find a part for me and came out to look at it too. Thank you!

2020-01-25Honestly was a pretty great experience, I purchased a Jeep Wrangler and the Jeep has been great my sales man, Lee was awesome as always. I have been coming to MIG for a long time because of him actually. That being said, I will say, I was less than impressed by the Management there. I experienced a check engine light about 2 days after the purchase and wanted to get it serviced to check it out. When I arrived,they let me know that It wasn’t a problem but the manager let me know that I was out of luck for getting a loner for the mean time and was very unprofessional when speaking to me. They did end up providing a loner but unfortunately the manager made me feel like he was going above and beyond to make this happen. And it took a couple hours. I have really enjoyed shopping at MIG in the past but I don’t believe I’ll be going back.
