Been coming here for years, best Hookah spot in Columbus to kick back, relax and enjoy a nice pipe with friends. We frequently bring a board game with us or plan to have dinner there. Food is spectacular and staff treat you like family. Its my favorite place to unwind after a long week. Tea is always nice and hot and they always have lots of shisha flavors. Frequent coal changes and always always always get the ice hose.

Very easy-going atmosphere. Very easy to relax and have a Turkish coffee while enjoying your hookah. The have many hookah flavor options and they also offer food; which I saw multiple people coming in for take-out. Food must be great. Great service from the two hosts. THE BEST HOOKAH BAR IN THE WORLD! I have been coming here for 5 years and I am in love with this place. The staff is incredible and extremely personable. They are so sweet and always make the experience enjoyable. The hookah is always spot on and the food is delicious. The hummus and oreo cake are my favorites. If you are in Columbus, this place is a must visit. The patio is gorgeous and I always enjoy visiting when I am in the short north.
This is the only Hookah Lounge Ive been to that changes the coal constantly by Sammy or Jalal which I loved - they are great with customers! Also, you have to try their avocado smoothie and fries that comes with garlic dip. Youre welcome! ❤
This is def. the best hookah spot in town. The boss Romeo treats every customer with respect and the same regardless of race or ethnicity. The hookah is always fresh, the food is better than anything in your moms kitchen and the hours of operation are flexible for any type of busy day. Super chill and mixed crowd went on Halloween night and they are getting a lot of customers with everyone else closing so early due to covid. The service was great and they have a great layout and they do they use fruit for the bowls which was my first time seeing that. It’s was a 10/10 for this place!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The list of hookah flavors is almost endless plus you can always mix flavors! The standard hookah comes packed in grapefruit which is a nice touch. The atmosphere is really great, perfect way to end the night or just play some card games!
One of the best hookah lounges I have ever been to. I have been going to hookah lounges for over 5 years and this one has one of the best atmospheres. I can come here to hang, play cards or study. The staff is extremely friendly and will make sure you are having a good time.
Honestly the owners are some of the kindest guys Ive ever met. The food is some of the best in the city my favorite chicken shawarma and rice the avocado smoothie is literally one of my favorite foods anywhere and their baklava is to die for. The atmosphere is amazing laid back comfortable and the patio that they even have open and heated in the winter gives you options the service is always on top of everything taking care of you before you ever even think to call for them. Whether you smoke hookah or just want some amazing food and service even in the middle of the night its worth stopping in.
I am a regular here and i have to say i only come here. i do not mess around with any other hookah bars in Columbus. They are polite, and are like a second family to me. Ive ordered pretty much everything from smoothies to subs and im always happy. If there was ever a time something wasnt right they immediately made it right!!! By all means it gets very busy on the weekends but if you call ahead they will reserve a table for you!. Come check it out!!
The hookah is high quality, coming in many different flavors and being very smooth. The food is decent, but takes a while. The music is very traditional, which can be off-putting during weekends. There is plenty of parking around and there is a very safe, welcoming atmosphere here.
Was a great place to just relax and podcast I also was able to catch the Ohio state game which I rarely get to see. There royal grape flavor was really good and their chocolate cake was phenomenal while enhancing the hookah experience. I will Definitely be back.

Love this place, I am there like almost every week. I smoke a lot of hookah, at home, bosses, girlfriends house..love it. Ive been to other hookah bars (most of them) and nothing comes close. They change the coal without having to ask them to. Their customer service and staff is awesome! Food is really good. I am gluten free (allergic) and they have lots to choose from.

Overall Midnight Hookah is one of the best hookah bars Ive been too. Ive seen many hookah bars in different states, and the atmosphere at Midnight Hookah is the best. All of the staff are friendly and make me feel comfortable, and not just a random customer. The tobacco used is of high quality, and the hookah pipes are as well. I like the prices of the hookah bar. it is a bit higher than others, but honestly, I dont mind paying a few extra dollars for the extra quality and care I receive. Also, they have a great food and dessert menu you can choose from. A cafe as well, even though I dont drink coffee =).
The hookah is great and so is the staff. Frequent charcoal changes and super nice people. The fries here are delicious as well along with the green garlicy sauce. Overall great environment.
If I could give this 0 stars I would, me and my partner just left after being there for 10 mins. We got there it was nice and pretty inside and we were really excited to try this new place. We ordered our hookah and the instant we got it we realized there had to be old dry shisha. No smoke and was burning the back of our throats. We smoke hookah regularly and even at home so we instantly realized what the cause was. We asked if we could get a different flavor and were told to buy a new one at full price.We obviously left.Dont waste your time and money.

Midnight Hookah is by far the best hookah lounge in OHIO!~ It is very clean and convenient location. There is a very nice patio off of the lounge and the seating in the lounge is nice and comfortable. You can come in and relax by yourself with friends or even come in and smoke a variety of shisha while you are doing your work or studying. The staff is friendly and very helpful in making your menu selections. The pricing is very good and the hours are great! You are missing out if you dont try this place out!!Debra
Cant count the amount of times ive been here yet its never not impressed. From the relaxing atmosphere & accommodation whether you want to be inside or outside.. the guys are always extremely welcoming & even if you have no idea what to get always recommend some new flavor to try. Tasty flavor choices for hookah as well as their great menu & some of the best smoothies in Cbus. By far only hookah place id recommend going when living here or visiting.
As far as hookah goes, Im an expert. As far as hookah bars in Columbus, you wont find anyone whos more connected and in tune with all the different places to go. I know all of the shops, their owners, and their clientele. Midnight Hookah, by far, is my favorite. With a modern chic look and soft lighting, the ambiance of the place is inviting. Midnight stands out as opposed to the two extremes that most hookah places tend to drift, either dark, smoky, and outright creepy, or loud, obnoxious, and club-like. The ownership prides itself on the friendly atmosphere.The hookahs there are top-notch quality, and if you dont like your hookah for any reason (even if its because you ordered a disgusting flavor) theyll gladly make you a new one, no questions asked. They also make sure that your hookah keeps working perfectly, every 10 minutes, a guy will come by to change you coal for you and make sure its still hitting perfectly, and not in an obnoxious and intrusive way, but discretely and silently. The service there, really takes the cake.
This is a great place to spend your afternoon/evening. Very chill, relaxed, great atmosphere. The service here is fantastic and the owner himself actually does work and is very friendly and helpful. Its quite inexpensive, all the hookah flavors from basic to extravagant are great and i recommend this place for a night out on the town.

The service is quick, the food is AMAZING, Romeo and the staff are soo friendly, they know everyone by name! No one can ever go to Midnight just once, every time i go i have a better experience. I came to Columbus to visit a friend, and we decided to go to Midnight and enjoy a hookah. Midnight is a clean establishment, with quality hookahs and a great selection of Starbuzz flavors. The atmosphere is very relaxed, the staff is friendly, and the music being played was a blend of Arabic music and US top 40. They change the coals every ten minutes, the spiced Chai was fantastic, and the grapefruit heads are delicious.The only complaint that I have is that I think it would be better if they allowed customers to run a tab and that the staff would ask if you needed anything to eat or drink when checking on you. The reason is that hookah smokers are going to be there for at least an hour or two and would probably order more if they didnt have to get up and pay every time they got thirsty or hungry, especially when paying with a card. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience and plan on returning the next time I visit Columbus.

I have been to many hookah bars in NY & i can surely say NOTHING compares to Midnight! Since the day i came to Columbus I have to been to other hookah bars maybe once or twice, but the day i walked into Midnight, i knew this was the perfect place! The atmosphere is very open and you feel as if you really are sitting in the middle east smoking hookah. It is a great place to come study after class, hang out with friends on the weekends & even just come to relax and let yourself go! They have amazing & comfortable couches, not to mention the arabic music they play is beautiful. The service is amazing and i never have to ask to get my coals changed, someone is always coming to check up on the me or the people im with, making sure our hookah is as we want it and we are happy. The food they have is perfectly spiced and ALWAYS fresh. (Chicken Shawarma is my fave!) They have a variety of endless flavors, as well as hookahs! The owners make it feel as if it a place of your own, always friendly. The price is extremely reasonable, compared to other places ive been & for the awesome service as well! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to go with friends, study or just wind down! There motto really is true, Midnight Hookah is the BEST HOOKAH BAR IN TOWN!

I used to really like this place, but lately the employees have been rude and unfriendly. I’ll order a frozen hose and pay for it, then they’ll bring a regular one and try to argue when I tell them I ordered otherwise. 3 stars only because their hookahs are always clean and they change out the coals frequently. Otherwise, I wouldn’t come here at all.

I was here about 2 weeks ago. It We were a party of 3 and spent about $80 which consisted of a pineapple head hookah with strawberry sheesha, 3 smoothies, 3 bottles of water and a large plate of beef shawarma enough to share and a very yummy fruit plate which again was meant to share..The smoothies were so good I could review them independently. Hookah was tasty and the service was impeccable.We didnt even have to ask at all to have our coals changed. I wasnt a fan of having to get up each time and order food, drinks etc. I was directed to do that by the young lady changing out our coals. The only other downside was I kept getting the distinct feeling we were in someones seat. We sat in the left hand back corner. which didnt have a reserved sign but maybe should have. A group came in who was friends with the owner and pretty pointedly showed disdain for our seating arrangement.Do you ever get the feeling youre being talked about? We did! I think I would visit again, I do know that unfortunately it was a little bit of an uncomfortable vibe, no fault of the owner. After we were there awhile the owner did sit on the end of the seating area with 3 friends and that was fine. All in all I would recommend Midnight Hookah.

I had a fun time, the place was way to expensive though and they didnt serve booze. It cost a friend $60.00 almost for a quessadillia, some chips, and a hookah. Cost me $4.00 for two cans of pop, $6.50 for literally 10 mushrooms the size of quarters, and $15.99 for coals that sucked. The only thing that really saved this place was the customer service.
#1 Hookah Bar and Restaurant in Columbus! The Fruit heads on the Hookah not only make them appealing, but truly intensive the taste of the many variations of tobacco that are available, and the unlimited coals really allow you to sit back and have a long conversation or indulge in work while taking in the great ambiance. My favorite is patio sitting, but I also truly appreciate the latino music playing in the private room on the weekends! Late night food bites are an extra plus and their variations of teas and smoothies make it an all around best place for gathering, working (free wifi!), or simply having some alone time! Love it!!!

I found this gem while working in Columbus. Fell in love at first bite, and smoke. The chicken shawarma and strawberry smoothie is my Go-To meal every evening. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Tarek, the owner, approaches you and learns your name. He gets his hands dirty even though he has employees. I travel in and out of cities every week and have never been to a more homely hookah lounge and cafe in the country. Its got an atmosphere that is inviting and makes you feel like you can connect with the other patrons. I will never step into another hookah lounge in Columbus. Unless they decide to open another location.
The hookahs are typically packed excellently, the service is phenomenal, and the staff are kind. Biased as a regular, but there’s a reason we’ve made this our hookah bar we visit frequently!
I got food poisoning from this place. My stomach didnt like the food when I originally ate it. I got about halfway through the shwarma and my stomach was bubbling. Ended up stuck on the toilet in the morning when I woke up. If you want to spend your time on the toilet, taco bell would be a better and cheaper option.

Absolutely no customer service. Rather than accommodate my wifes concern, they suggested we buy another hookah. Customer service is key in this industry, the lack of class and courtesy speaks volumes. Take your business elsewhere.

That more than anything will keep you going back on a regular basis and make it difficult to leave. Add to that great food, perfectly made coffee drinks, and the smoothest hookah you can smoke. When you walk into this cozy coffee shop on a quiet side street, you’re struck by tall ornate glass hookahs and a case full of desserts and sandwiches that look as perfect as pictures from a cookbook. If you’ve ever been there before, you’re greeted like an old friend. Even the customers are generally friendly. There are tv’s around the walls, leather couches, an outdoor patio and soon another room. There’s a menu of desserts, coffee drinks, Middle Eastern foods, and more hookah flavors than you can imagine. The hookahs are always so perfectly smooth it’s like breathing flavored air. They replenish your charcoal whenever it starts to burn out, and the hookah will burn for hours. The coffee drinks have been perfect every time I’ve come. I’ve had the best falafel I ever had here, almost the best baklava I’ve ever had, and great meat pies and a grilled chicken sandwich I got for my son. I had a tirimisu here as god as the Italian restaurant I used to get it from back home. The food has always been of the utmost quality. I love relaxing here with a good hookah and a good friend. I’d do it every day if I could. It’s my default place for meeting up with old friends I haven’t seen in a long time, for dates, to de-stress after a difficult period in my life. It’s always pretty crowded and noisy, but it’s still the perfect place to meet and talk over a smoke and coffee.

Was really crowded one night with only a reserved booth and a couple tables open. When i was 1 back in line to get my hooka a girl came in with her party and walked behind the counter and she was drunk as a skunk. IDK if she worked there but she spent 5 mins arguing with the guy in front of me so i left

Best hookah n service n patio ive been to in the States..very professional. Perfect if u wana chill with ur buddies or just to smoke n relax and make new friends or even study. Decor n furniture is contemporary. Amazing smoothies and arabic tea and turkish coffee is to die for. Very clean, you can even see into the kitchen coz they got nothing to hide, nothing shady like other places i know of.
Im am not a hookah person, and I ended up here on Christmas eve while looking for some food at 11pm. The atmosphere is relaxing, food is great and I enjoyed hookah part as well.

2022-05-07The services were all in all great. Was surprised to see a menu like theirs on a High St Hookah Lounge, by far the best hookah in town. The food was great me and my friends all had different items from the menu, everything from an entree to desert. The hookah itself was by far the best hookah in town they have options like Pineapple fruit heads and grapefruit heads, every flavor of hookah you can imagine.This is the best establishment for hookah and hanging out with a menu of food that you can’t find at any hookah lounge in the state! 10/10

2022-05-07This place is the where the owner(s) and staff make you feel at home every time you walk through the door. I have been a customer here for the last 10 yrs., and have brought all of my friends here, and they always feel right at home with the best service! Not to mention their top grade hookah, food and Nescafe (my favorite)! Romeo is always one of the first people to greet me with a smile, and to make sure I have a spot to sit and study, and then him and staff ensure I get to my car safely at night. There is no other place that compares to this home away from home. I love everyone here!

2022-04-05The hookah was okay quality at $24 but I was charged almost $20 for tea by myself. I tried to point it out to the owner who said it was because they gave me the whole teapot; there was only one person at the table when I asked for tea which is me I do not need an entire teapot for $20. I pay less than $5 for entire teapots everywhere else. Unbelievable and shameful. Will not be returning.
