Had my winter tires switched out for summer tires at a different place earlier this week after unfortunate encounter with a pothole. One of the summer tires developed a slow leak. I was able to take my car here without an appointment and get the tire looked at as quickly as could be expected. They fixed the leaked without charge, no problem driving more than 1 hour home. Highly recommended.
When I scheduled my appointment the guy I spoke with on the phone was very nice. I got my appointment scheduled and he took my phone number & car information. When i came to my appointment the guy told me that they couldnt do my car that day and my appointment got canceled because something came up. I completely understand things happen but you would think that someone would have called me to tell me my appointment was canceled considering I gave them my phone number.
Excellent service! Seth got me in last minute on a Saturday to patch my tire free of charge! Thats not all, he kindly handed me the TV remote in the waiting room to change to cartoons for my impatient 2 year old, and he had us in and out within 40 minutes!
Great staff and friendly service, I brought my truck late in the day in for a tire leak and they were able to fit it into their schedule to get it fixed before they closed. Great service! Thanks guys!
Friendly and great customer service. Very expensive. Cost hundreds of dollars to replace simple brake pads. Only offered a coupon or discount, Im a returning customer, after the brake service was done.

This place is terrible I would never recommend them to anyone. The assistant manager likes to cuss at customers, and is super rude. It also took 6 days to have my car diagnostic done, and then when I called to say my warranty would pay for it, I was yelled at and told we would have to pay as well as the warranty company. They try and scam their customers ESPECIALLY female customers. Never ever go to this midas location.
DO NOT USEThey left my car parked at the edge of the lot with all windows down and items were STOLEN. They refused to let me see security camera footage and completely dismissed me. Still working on getting my stolen items back
I was in town for the Southern Ohio Forest Rally and found I had a hole in one of my gravel tires. I found a new set but needed them mounted ASAP. I pulled up and they got me right in and taken care of immediately. I had my doubts because not many places can mount gravel tires but these guys have the touch. Service was great. Prices were great. All the employees were great. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommended from this car guy!

I needed to get my sons car in on the Saturday morning before July 4th on Monday. Called Saturday morning, they made me an appointment for that afternoon and it was ready in a little over an hour!
Seth took care of me. He was friendly and explain everything well. I will be back with future auto repairs!
Awesome service. They told me it would be a moderate wait but got it in and got my oil change completed much quicker than anticipated.
I came in for an oil change abd the guy said he could start on it in ten minutes. About an hour later I asked because my car was not brought into the bay. The two employees was just sitting eating for the hour. He said then look budy we will get to it when we can and walked away. He then they put my car on the lift and didnt do anything to it for an hour. I asked howmuch longer will it be and he began screaming and walked into the work bay. I was polite every time and never seen an employee act like this. I eventually got the car back it took over two hours and when i checked my oil after the change it was low and black and oviously not new oil. They didnt even do the oil change and my paperwork said customer was inpatient so no proper inspection was performed. I will never go back.
Exceptional service, polite employees where ready to answer all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Will be returning for sure any time I need work done on any of my vehicles

Took my lincoln in to have struts and control arm on and they said the couldnt even order the parts because they only had access to certain companys to purchase parts so I had to order control arm from parts geek and put on myself and ordered strut as well and waiting for it to come in for I can put that on as well
When I called to check on prices staffs response was robotic and dismissive. They might as well employee a machine to answer the phone. A little personality goes a long way....
I was quoted $1000 dollars for a minor repair, took it to a local shop and was quoted/charged $270.Sean was the one who gave the outrageous quote. Sean.
Left my car there for hours....they never got started on it despite giving me an hour to hour and 45 time estimate. 3 hours later it was sitting in the same place untouched.

The Assistant Manager Seth dont know how to talk to people on a phone. When he cusses at you and swears at there customers he needs another job obviously that he cant handle his job
These guys have done a fantastic job with my car! I’ve had A LOT of work done on my 2008 KIA Rio. It has over 211,000 miles on it and it sounds wonderful.I’ve had Midas replace the Transmission, Timing Belt, Brakes, Control Arm, Fan, etc etc etc. And every time they have shown me the problem explained it for me to understand, and have sympathized with me and offered solutions I could afford and offered payment plans on the more costly parts to make sure the car could get back on the road.To sum it up, they have taken a car with a failing transmission (with TEETH from the machine spilling out into the transmission fluid) and turned it into a sound, reliable car with a gentle purr. A car ready for the junk yard turned into a car that could easily run another 50,000 to 100,000 milesMIDAS ON BRIDGE STREET HAS A WONDERFUL ,RELIABLE TEAM, AND I CAN’T THANK THEM ENOUGH FOR THE WORK THEY’VE DONE!!!

Friendly and fixed my Jeep quickly. They were recommended to me when I couldnt get into a local mechanic in my home town. They scheduled me same day, found the problem quickly, and charged the lower end (for the average I googled) for the repairs. Will definitely go back to them again.
The tire on my 2019 Honda CRV went flat on a trip. When I returned home, I dropped my flat tire at the Bowling Green OH store so they could figure out if it could be repaired. My tire was not repairable, so they special ordered the one I needed, to match my original tire. Once the tire was mounted, I got a phone call to return to the shop and it was installed. I felt the staff was very helpful, explained everything to me, worked to get me back on the road. The customer service at the BG store is 5 stars and more. Thank you.

Great place, very professional I took my car there for all around work and oil change and we scheduled an appointment for the next day, I got there early and they took the car in, not a very long wait time even know they were busy. They talked to me about an estimate then when the work was finished the estimate wasnt too far off at all. They dont lie and try to make money off of people that cant work on their vehicles them selves whither or not if it due to no knowledge of vehicle maintenance or if its just not having the time or space to do it. They fix what is needed and/or asked to do. They took their time and thoroughly inspected the vehicle without taking all day. I will be returning for future oil changes and any vehicle maintenance needed for as long I am in the area.

They were going to charge me $525 plus tax for four 165 / 60 16s with 30,000 mile warranty and a wait of three hours. Went down the street, got same size including tax $460 with 90,000 mile warranty, roadside hazard, lockout and emergency gas (3 gal) service included. Got the tires installed and out the door before midas could even start the change.
They helped us out for FREE on our trip from Michigan to North Carolina when we got stuck with car trouble on our road trip! They were all so nice and friendly! Everyone else was too busy to help us, but Midas helped us right away!
I had an emergency brake failure 500 miles from home . They got me in, in 45 minutes and completed the repairs in an hour and a half and I was on my way home.
For the last 7 years I have had both my Fords serviced at Chillicothe Midas, both routine and major. Repairs. I do not go anyplace else. The Manager, Kyle and assistant, Ernie are great as are the techs. They tell me what is urgent care needed and what can wait. A great place for car care.
Kyle is very professional and always so nice. This is the second time Ive brought my car in for service in the last 6 months. I like his honesty about issues with my car and I like that they dont rush to get the cars done. I know most people want it done within an hour. But to me that shows they take time to do each car and not rush through it. I will keep coming back for sure!!
Good for small jobs. But too pricey!They quoted me $647.00 to replace a CV axle! Which is a 30min job thats really not complicated at all!Took it to Action Auto on High street in Chillicothe... They did it for under $250.00!!Ill get my tires and oil changed at Midas, but thats about it;
Tire went flat we put air in it the sign above said free tire check when we went in to have them check he walked out and said yeah it looks fine shouldnt go down to fast if its leaking and walked away will never go there again
Came in for a used vehicle inspection and got the most detailed rundown of a car Ive ever gotten. The guys took the time to price out maintenance and service prices the car would need in the near future. Definitely the best experience Ive had at any auto shop.
My wife took our vehicle for an oil change. Was quoted 45 mins. After 1 hr and 15 mins they finally got the oil change done. Was told that one tire was out of balance 1 oz. and they could fix it for $50. $50?!??! When she left, the dash started lighting up like a Christmas Tree. Check engine light, stability contol light, Towing light...took it right back and the representative said he forgot to put some air cap back on??? When she left the check engine light was still on. Will be taking it to a mechanic to see what they actually did. HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT USE MIDAS!!! ZERO STARS if I could!
My car had a rusted brake line that was leaking. I didnt feel like doing the repair so I took it to Midas. After 3 days and no communication I went to their shop. They said they were unable to bleed the brakes. Really? A brake shop that cant bleed brakes! I took the car home and bled the brakes myself and a few weeks later the same lines Midas had repaired were leaking. I ended up taking it to Tims Tire and they corrected the issue, Midas had use the wrong fittings and cross threaded them on. Tims also bled the brakes.
Excellent place, had a slow leak in my Sierra tire.. they showed me the issue and explained my options. They fixed the tire and was very friendly

Everything you’d want in a repair shop. Great staff willing to work with you, speedy repairs, and trustworthy. I will only trust Midas with my future repairs or even just an oil change. Manager will show you in the garage the issues with your car and give you affordable quotes so you can fix them. Kyle, the manager has worked with me and helped me understand my car better.
These guys are seriously great. The manager, Kyle, always takes car of me and my husbands cars. Anytime we get an oil change they let us know if something else should be done. They’ve helped us keep our cars is great shape so when we had an accident and totaled one, our insurance gave us a great review of the car and helped get so much more money back than we were expecting. Ive been coming out to this shop for over a year now and they have always fixed anything and everything that dealer ships have either said was messed up or that the dealerships service depts have messed up themselves. Or anything that breaks or goes wrong period. These guys are exceptional workers, mechanics, and all around human beings. I 1,000,000% suggest going to these guys to get your car fixed if your looking for true honesty and professionalism when it comes to your daily driver. Not only are there rates dramatically cheaper than other places, but the true best part of these guys services to you is there Honesty about your vehicle and there ability to get the job done professionally. Theyre very thorough and up front with you on what you need. Little pricey but they dont put junk parts on and theres a warranty of some kind on them. Manager is why we kept going here with his honesty.

Having problems with my van and took it to the Midas this morning they got me in right away and took care of the problem right away .
I came in on May 31, 2018 no appointment. They offered to help me right away. My muffler braces had rusted and one was even all the way off. They let me inspect it. That, I appreciated. They told me as long as they had the parts I needed, I could be in and out in one and a half hours. They did have what I needed and I was serviced and out in exactly one and a half hours. Just like they told me. I was so happy with the employees and the service. Thank you
Outstanding and timely service! We were 9 hours from home when we stopped for gas and my truck wouldnt start. With some starter fluid I managed to get it running to get it to the nearest Midas. We were seen immediately and given the diagnostics results along with an estimate within 15 minutes. The maintenance was done well and was done quickly so we were able to get back on the road. These guys were life savers!
Called and got in same day. I had them install aftermarket wheels and tires. I did not know I needed aftermarket lug nuts also. They was able to catch that and inform me about it, could have been very easily been over looked. (that shows their attention to detail)They had new lug nuts delivered in Less than 10 minutes.All staff appeared and carried themselves in a professional way representing the company well.I will return when I need additional work done. I have no problem referring people to the Chillicothe Midas store.
Went in for alignment and paid for 90 day policy. First alignment I noticed it still wasn’t right, investigated and found that control arm bushing was bad, so I replaced. Came back for another alignment and it was done and the car still wasn’t right.. after another investigation I noticed another bushing and ballpoint were wore out.. I return for the third time in a week and get told that they will have to charge me this time. Isn’t it the shops duty to investigate suspension parts before aligning.. The first time I brought the car I was told that they shook it down and all was good.. I’m not complaining about there job capabilities just was not happy when receiving an attitude from the manager.. There is different ways to approach the situation than giving me a tough guy attitude..
I just have to say that the honesty and clarity of my experience with my recent visit here was a wonderful feeling. I was feeling so stressed about the problems I was having with my car. Not only were problems fixed, but it was explained and the problems were shown to me. No pressure was put on me to have any unnecessary repairs. Thanks, Tammy and the mechanics. My husband and I were on a road trip and had an issue with our transmission. We stopped at Midas hoping they could help us. They were booked solid but squeezed us in. We spent the better part of 5 hours with Tammy and her amazing staff but they worked their butts off to fix our issue. During our time there, they went above and beyond the call of duty for at least 4 other people that came in. They were professional, courteous and did whatever was needed to help every customer that walked in! I would definitely recommend them a hundred times over!!
Stopped by today to address an issue with a low tire pressure problem on my wifes Honda Fit The staff was friendly and extremely helpful in resolving the matter to my satisfaction. The problem was identified and corrected quickly at minimal cost. Kudos on a job well done!!

My girlfriend had an oil change appointment for 11am and they didn’t get her car in the shop till noon. we are still waiting and Just for an oil change. But Kyle usually makes up for it by being professional and nice.
Hadnt been to Midas for over twenty years! Stop in due to exhaust pipe issue! I didnt have an appointment but Tammy got me in anyway! I sat there while she waited on several customers! I was so impressed with how she handles each customer! They fixed the pipe, didnt try to rip me off by selling me an entire exhaust system that I didnt need! Went back again for oil change and again great service and great prices! Told everyone at work to try Midas again, they give great service and oil change is cheap and they check the entire car out! Scheduled my appointment and they started pretty much on time. Took advantage of the $25 oil change and rotation.They didnt tell me a bunch of unneeded stuff needed done. They pointed out a rotor that needed replaced that Im aware needs replaced and recommended an alignment which Im unsurprised about also, owing to all the potholes in this town. Gave an estimate. Werent super pushy. Just showed me the problems and gave a good estimate. Dont have the time today but the price seemed solid so Ill probably be back.

Lets just say we will never go back there again. Yesterday we got our radiator flushed which was clogged our heating units. Now they wanna sit there and argue with you over how its suppose to be and not listen what the customer is saying. Rude and Unprofessional behavior They claimed that the car is actually heating up but the time when we drove it and while driving had no heat and this is what we were trying to tell them and they dont wanna listen. So i went in with them listen to the conversation and i was floored. The Mechanic said well its working when it really isnt working at all. We called another mechanic from another city to give us advice of what needed to be done. I think we are going back to our mechanic thats 3 hours north from chillicothe ohio at least they will listen not what MIdas wants. What happened to the rule of CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT

I was visiting the area and found out that one of my rear brakes was grinding. My nephew recommended them, so I called and they had my car in/out and repaired in about an hour and a half. Nice work and professional.

Went for a front-end alignment and tpms set and got a large scuff on my gas lid and some scratches on my new wheels so I called and left a message for the manager and no response so I will not recommend any service there and I will not go there for any further service 10/22/21 posted
I had a flow master exhaust put on and the guys did a wonderful job! Im a very satisfied customer! The staff was super friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. I will definitely return to them in the future for all of my assecerizing needs!
Called Midas at 4:30pm to see if they could take a quick look at my car due to a unusual smell coming from the heater and when starting and I was worried about an unusual gas with me transporting my kids. They were able to get me in and look over the car and determine it was just a wet catalytic converter from the snow/ice. Didn’t charge me anything. So thankful! Would recommend!
Cory the GM was very helpful. The techs they had working answer all my questions and were able to find the correct fix on problems I had that other places want to over charge and make seem like if I didnt do this now my car would blow up. I didnt get that feeling at all from Cory and his staff. They broke down what needed to be replace now and what can wait for future service. Very helpful. Will go back again.

I get my oil changes here all the time. Just got new tires and top ball joints in and the price was responsible and the work was well done. They always treat their customers good.
My car takes synthetic oil and tried to put regular oil in it. They didnt do any kind of check the other fluids like every other oil change place does. The only thing they did do was rotate my tires for free and gave my free wiper blades.
These people are AWESOME!!!!! They squeezed me in for work today and the manager told me when I left that since it was customer appreciation weekend all the customers today were being entered for a chance to win a free oil change. I got a call this evening saying my name was drawn in the drawing... I will be bringing my car back for everything.
Very friendly staff and completely honest. Made my appointment and requested multiple services, after my inspection my technician informed I didnt need such intensive repairs at this time. Anyone else would have just made a buck. Everyone was checked on multiple times while waiting. Tammy was great!! She even corrected an offer that I messed up on. I will definitely be back.
The Store Manager, Tammy, is AWESOME. Our tire blew out on the exit ramp right next to Midas. I had a half hour to go and pick up my son from the bus and had my two younger children with me. She not only got the tire replaced in less than a half hour but she also entertained the kids with cartoons. Great Store, great service, and super friendly.

Never had a problem have been there several times manager is a great guy to deal with i had a meeting to get to and my car started acting up i pulled in they was completely full and the manager offered to take me where i needed to go and pick me back up while they fixed my car there isnt much of that anymore i will def go back and now my family goes there too. it may take a little time but i think as busy as they are they do a great job time wise. thanks midas

Had a pretty severe issue with my breaks. Tammy and company worked on my car for most of the day, and even stayed 45 minutes after close in order to get me back on the road. Quality service, cares about the customer. Would recommend.

He got me right in and found he problem. He also showed me the problem and most dont. I could tell he was trying to just sell me whatever. I will be bringing all my service back to midas. Took 2 hours for an oil change. They kept no communication with me on telling me they had to have one delievered. was told they were busu, forgot and ppl make kistakes. But as Store Manager i think you should be a bit more on top of things. ecspecially COMMUNICATING with customers who have been waiting 2 hours!!!
I visited this Midas between late 2014 and early 2015, and I was left totally dissatisfied. They did work on a car I used to co-own. It seemed like I had to keep going back. First, it was the serpentine belt (which they had to re-install, like, three times) and the alternator. Next, it was an idler pulley, brakes, and tires.The final draw was when they diagnosed the accelerator sensor as being bad. They worked on it, and then a week later, the problem returned. Not only was I out of $300, plus hundreds of dollars in earlier repairs, but my car was left unable to drive.The thing that got me was when I bought another car:Midas called me up to confirm repair dates and services on the old car (And, Im wondering Why are you asking me? You guys have records on ALL car repairs YOU do, right?). Do yourself a favor and find another repair shop.
Unfortunately I was in a jam and needed my car fixed as quickly as possible. I took it to Midas as that was the only place I could find open. The employee I spoke with said it shouldnt take too long to figure out what was wrong with my car. Long story short, I waited about a day and a half, ended up with a car bill for over $800 dollars. But the car was fixed. I took the bill to two other mechanics in town. Both said that all Midas needed to do was take off the air valve, clean it, and put it back on.
Got a flat tire on my 16ft enclosed trailer while at Menards. Went to tire discounter and was told there was 3-4 hrs of work in front of me. I just needed a tire plugged. I asked if anyone could just work me in and plug it. Was told no, I will need to wait the 3+ hours. I said no thanks and slowly eased my way down to Midas. Every bay had a car in it, and all employees were busy. Told the guy my situation and he rotated some ppl around and even jumped in himself to help me. 20 mins later I was on my way. I asked what was the bill and was told, tire repair is free of charge. This is the true meaning of customer appreciation.
Best oil change and cheapest I’ve had. They did a quick inspection and told me what was wrong with my car. Thank God it didn’t need a lot but thanks again for telling me! I will definitely be back or something.
Worst experience ever...my appointment was at 11:30 I was told it would be done at 5, I paid 1,200 dollars for the work & they can’t even manage to change oil, rotate tires, replace a battery, brake pads, and one tire rod in 6 hours.. still not done, had school orientation and missed it due to being told the wrong time, and was told I was being to much for asking question on why it wasn’t done or why it was taking so long.. but I’m still in Midas and the guy literally just sits on his phone in front of the computer. Praying it gets done soon... & that no one else had these problems
Monday evening on our way back to Chicago, IL our car broke down in Ohio on US 35. The front bearing failed. The tire locked up. The axle broke. The tire blew out. And the heat that was generated caused a small fire in the wheel well area that went out quickly due to the cold temperatures.We were towed in to the Midas in Chillicothe, OH. We spent the night at a nearby motel and the next morning, as the Midas store was opening, we explained our situation to the Assistant Manager. The crew there went to work on evaluating the car, ordering parts, and disassembling what had to be removed. They were courteous, concerned for us, and went out of their way to get parts brought in and the work completed so that we could get back on the road to Chicago. The store opened at 7:30 and with all of the work that had to be done from ordering parts to re-assembling the front end, they successfully got us out by 4:00.It was a busy day for the store. Unfortunately, one of the employees called in sick, and it was the manager’s day off. Our repair consumed a considerable amount of time, and we would like to apologize to those people who were affected by being put behind schedule because their appointments were pushed back. We were impressed that the store manager came in after lunch on his day off to assist in getting customers served. We also told some of the customers their who were upset by the lateness of their appointments that it was our fault, and once they heard our story they were understanding.We want to thank the team for the work they did, the professionalism that they showed, and the courtesy that they gave us during our unscheduled mishap. I just wanted to say how professional Kyle Nuckols was to work with. He was short staffed and very busy doing a lot of multitasking. The air had gone out in the shop as well and he still continued to smile. Hats off to the workers for a great job! I will come back!
They are very friendly staff and honest mechanic, they do their job well and right. They care about their customers and ot shows. Very happy and highly recommend. I only got an oil change but they did a wonderful job.
Ive had nothing but bad experiences at midas! They misdiagnosed my vehicles and was going to have to pay for something I didnt need and that was over priced. Do your homework dont just believe what they tell you.
Stopped by Midas with a misfire and was told it would be $2,000 to replace the spark plugs and coils. Looking online, the parts would have been $375.While waiting, I noticed that they ask each customer with a smile to post a review. Be aware that the google reviews are one sided.
Service isnt bad if you can manage to get in. 2 out of the 3 times I made an appointment for an oil change there they tell me its going to be a two hour wait and have me reschedule. They are not that flexible though if its the other way around. If you are a few minutes late to your appointment they arent going to take you.
Tammy is amazing. The guys especially Nate were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I received great service at a good value. Im am extremely confident in the workmanship and will definitely use this location in the future for my jaguar.
Midas of Chillicothe had very courteous and knowledgeable service. They didn’t try to sell me anything that my car did not need. The installation was performed in a complete and timely manner. I would definitely recommend their service. Justin was very helpful in answering all my questions.

This morning, I pulled into work at five till 7 AM. Open my car door and I could hear my tire hissing. Googled what was the earliest place open in Chillicothe...., Midas came up ....OPENING at 7:30 AM...My tire was holding pretty well so I took off for Midas clear across town... I figured I’d stop and put air in my tire to get me there if I had to...I made it!! They found a large piece of metal in my tire, he said he would do his best to fix it !!...If not fixable, a new tire would be my only option...( And these are already new tires)...But they did it !!! They got it fixed!! ...😆🙌🏼And not being a local person, I had never dealt with Midas... So I get out my credit card, And to my surprise,… THEY DO TIRE REPAIRS FOR!!! FREE !!!😇👍🏼😅... I was seriously overjoyed!!!Thank you again Midas!!! And I always give thanks to the Lord above!! For sending me to the right place😇

Stay away! I had brakes and rotors put on a few months ago. They said it would be roughly an hour. Five hours later they finished up. I called the manager and he apologized but that was it. Swore Id never go back but ended up needing front brakes today and no one else could do them. Guy at the counter said to give them an hour. I went back two hours later and they hadnt even taken it in to do the inspection. There are better, cheaper, options in Chillicothe. Dont waste (hours of) your time!
First time customer, They were very thorough and honest about the issues with my brakes and tires. Discussed what needed to be done and what could wait. Worked hard to give me every discount. I will be taking my vehicles there from now on.
Service as expected, didnt try to upsell. Took in an 06 bmw. Was told breaks would cost $130 when I arrived they were very up front that there may be a break sensor that needs replaced, but he wasnt sure due to it being only on certain BMWs. Unfortunately for me mine did have the sensors. Was not forced into purchasing it, but decided to anyways. Would recommend! Total cost on rear break pad replacement was $212 after coupon.
I will take my HRV there from now on for my oil changes. I may pay just a little more but it is s worth it! They were so nice and we went over everything with me in detail. Answered all my questions that I had. Unlike another place in town that i will not mention their name.

My caliper froze up the day before a trip. They got my car in, found out we were headed our of town and did their best to get us set up and on our way in a timely manner! Kyle called to keep us up to date and they got us going 2 hours before their own prediction!
We were stranded out of town and they were able to get my father in laws truck fixed and on the road in no time with no appointment. The customer service was amazing, they were very nice and attentive to the issue at hand.

I went in with a rattle coming from my exhaust. It ended up being a heating shield that the weld broke. They fixed it without charging me anything. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars and not 5, is that they were gonna put a clamp around the heat shield to fix it but I told them I wanted it welded back on.
A very pleasant experience. Everyone was kind, the service was quick and painless, and the prices were great. Plus my truck sounds better than it ever has!

Tammy and her staff went completely out of their way to fix my car! Im out of town and need my car fixed when it broke down on my in Chillicothe. She called everywhere to find a radiator, but wasnt able to get it until the next day. Knowing that I was out of town and headed back home, she offered up the company truck to drive back home (1 hour and 1/2 away) at no charge. Everything was fixed the next day and so thankful that I had the car towed to Midas. JOB WELL DONE!!!!!

We had gone to Jerrys tire shop and purchased 4used tires. The same day one of the tires went completely flat. Jerrys ended up being closed so We took the car to midas and they jacked the car up, came out to the lobby to tell us they lug nuts are swollen and they cannot remove them without taking a hammer to them to strip them and then they would have to order from AutoZone. They come back out again to tell us its going to cost us $80 for tire mount, patch work and lug nuts. Needless to say we will NEVER come back.
Just got a flat tire on Highway brought it to Midas in Chillicothe. Cody was awesome and patched my tire and got me going within 10 minutes very appreciative and great job

Went in with a flat tire and not only was it fixed quickly and inexpensively but they found a nail in a different tire and patched it for free. Highly recommend coming here.

Ive been going to this Midas for over five years. I used to hate getting my car worked on because Im a nerd and dont know anything but automobiles. The employees here have always explained things to me and never once tried to make me feel stupid.

Theyre nothing but a bunch of crooks. Took my father in law for 2500 dollars saying things needed fixed that didnt and wouldnt give him his vehicle back till he gave the ok to repair them.

Told us what we needed and what we didnt. Job was completed in one day. We are extremely happy with this shop. Kyle and Seth were great.

2022-05-15This place was amazing! I was traveling home to Chicago and encountered car trouble about 30 miles away. It took me nearly four hours to nurse my vehicle to their store, but even after a few calls to say I was still coming, they couldnt have been more kind and patient. I got there 25 minutes before they closed and they immediately took the car in to look at. Things didnt look promising at first, but upon a closer look, the solution was easier than they thought. Three of the mechanics stayed an hour past closing to ensure I could get back on the highway and headed home that night. I was so grateful for them! They couldnt have been nicer! To top that off, Kyle the manager, texted me the following morning to make sure that I arrived home safely. What incredible service and downright human kindness! Thank you, Midas!!

2022-07-16Seth gave me an estimate of cost for replacing brake lines and cylinders, and days involved.Estimate was only off by $9, and took an extra day to do. Which was not an inconvenience to me to have it done right.Been a customer for several years, will continue to be one for the foreseeable future.Thank you Seth, and your crew!

2022-02-27Kyle and the guys have always went above and beyond. I dont just say that because I used to work there, but weve always strived for customer satisfaction! While I was there one of my crew members arrived with and issue and was taken in immediately. Granted it did take a while, but I didnt have an appointment, and Kyle even apologized, but like I told him, Im here on your time. You guys rock and like I said at the counter, thats the only shop mu trucks will got to!

2022-06-25Driving from Chicago to Raleigh with the family… Rolling through last night I had a caliper seize and wrench a pad and a rotor. I came in at 7:45am and Seth and his crew were already here getting ready for the day. By 9am Seth and Co. had me out the door, fixed and ready to go. Polite, friendly, empathetic, and efficient. Can’t ask for anything more during a stressful road trip. Thanks Seth!
