Great place to get a clock, watch, or other jewelry. They are great at helping pickout a nice clock or to give specs. They are also a Bulova dealer and can order about anything from Bulovas catalog. They have a fine collection of Coocoo clocks, grandfather clocks, and a nice selection of wristwatches. They also carry a wide variety of watch straps, most are of spiedel branding but if you need a twist-o-flex or a quick leather strap they have a nice selection to choose from.I do not recommend that you get anything serviced by them, I dropped off my 1958 Dress Omega Seamaster for repairs (stem with crown came out of movement due to rust) December 20, I understand the holidays are busy especially with covid and such so I wasnt to worried till around a month later I called checking to see how it was they said, It was on the work bench ok great. A couple weeks roll by still no word so I stop by to see whats going on, once again its on the work bench and they said it should be looked at by next week. So i call exactly one week later (Friday Feb 12). I call, they take my info then Im expecting a call back with a update, nothing, I call the next week (Friday Feb 19) to see about how it went being Looked at but no update, I picked up my watch February 20 still in disrepair. Sidenote: I was not told by anyone how long it would take to repair my watch.In conclusion, I recommend Michaels for anything clock, watch, and jewelry purchases, but do not recommend them for repairs as the communications need improvement.

I have loved buying jewelry here for my love and everyone who has helped me has went far beyond being courteous, respectful and knowledgeable in helping me pick just the right piece for just the right occasion. They have always been over the top on customer care and even went as far as teaching me about the 4 Cs of diamonds (cut, clarity, color, and carat weight) I feel I have built a strong connection with this establishment and would recommend Michaels to anyone and everyone seeking to buy from their first piece of jewelry or the many many years and just because of love piece. You cannot go wrong with Michaels. From higher end gorgeous clocks to rings, necklaces, wedding sets, etc...they have an awesome selection. More than once I just described what I was wanting and they matched me up with the perfect piece. Even if you browse and dont find something that strikes your fancy, just talk with them and you will find they have all the resources to help bring you exactly what you want. They also do repairs and are very efficient and well priced. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! 📿💎💍❤❤❤

In response to the review from Clint Neal below, if I recall correctly the gentleman purchased the clock on ebay and brought it in to my store with a problem of not running. At the time he was standing here, right away I noticed an adjustment that was needed. I asked him to leave the clock over night so I could see how it would perform after the adjustment. The following day, the clock was running, but it was running several hours fast. (a whole new problem) This problem required a new part with daily adjustments from us. I went ahead and put the new part in it. At this point we started receiving phone calls from his wife, and then from his wife and himself until she showed up and stated with attitude, she was going to pick the clock up and take it somewhere else. At this point I had the clock running 2 minutes fast (almost finished). It was a total of 6 days with a cost of $35.00!! The day she picked the clock up, she stated her husband had purchased it for her for their wedding anniversary and that she didnt care if it ran or not, that he wanted it to run. This was approximately a 100 year old clock (we are not replacing circuit boards).The frustrations of dealing with problems and demands. I truly sympathize with all professional service oriented businesses in todays society!

I had a necklace made for my niece for her 16th birthday. She LOVES it. I had earrings made for my kids 16th birthday using her grandmother’s diamonds. They’re beautiful. I had a very sentimental ring repaired. The work is amazing and well worth the wait.

One of my favorite jewelers! The staff is always courteous and helpful. I love the jewelry that is on display. My wedding ring was designed here and I love it. I rarely go anywhere else to get my jewelry.

My jewler referred me to Michaels for a watch repair. Since they were all the way in Greenville I decided to use another local jewler that said they could repair the watch. That jewler had it for almost two month and returned it to me without being able to complete it. Needless to say, I ended up driving to Greenville and had it back completed in a couple weeks. Should have gone to Michaels first. Great work. I would recommend anyone to Michaels.

This place has a large variety of different wall clocks and jewelry priced for anyone. The staff are very helpful and devote their time to ensuring that you get what you are looking for. I very much enjoyed the time I spent at this place and will be a customer in the future as well.

Extremely rude customer service. My partner stopped by for information about a ring, and they acted as though he was annoying them with his presence. Then proceeded to talk down about the ring and its value. Good to know that this isnt a place we will ever go again.

Purchased a 1950s pocket watch that was working and keeping time sometime in December of 2015. As of today, February 26, 2016 I still do not have my pocket watch and keeping on getting excuses. In my option look elsewhere to have your find jewelry repaired or looked after. No customer service at all.
