Mike Wiseman is the best! He listens and advises without judgment and with the best interest of his clients at the forefront of his pursuit to sell and buy. He informs with expertise and with empathetic awareness for the wants and needs of his clients. I did not buy one house based on his reality experience of the amount of time it takes to make a left turn out of the neighborhood at the time I leave for work. I ended up buying a home near the original interest on the property of which I reference. As I drive by in the morning and see a line of cars, who would have been me, as they are lined up and waiting in the morning...I think of my gratitude for Mike’s knowledge. Therefore, daily, I am grateful for his guidance and help in both selling my old home and helping me find the home FOR me. He will not steer his clients wrong and he is the best a potential buyer can have because he LISTENS. He hears your needs and wants and makes them his own to make sure you find the right fit. He is not in it to get a closing. He is in it to find you your HOME.
ERA realty came highly recommended to my Husband and I by a relative to sell our home. Mike is very knowledgeable, professional, always available and quick to answer questions.During the sale of our home, we had several very challenging situations come up that complicated the process. Mike leveraged relationships with with handy men and real estate title attorneys to overcome our obstacles and get our home sold. Mike Wiseman has been around the real estate block for a while and is a huge asset for his clients. He is great to work with professionally too as occasionally we have clients that we share a commonality and will work together with them seamlessly. Mike made the entire process of searching for our home incredibly easy. Constant communication. Showed us multiple properties. Has a ton of knowledge about building and maintaining homes. This is incredibly helpful when trying to figure out what additional work may or may not need to be done on some of the homes we looked at. Highly recommended!

2022-07-21Mike was an absolute lifesaver. I was very skeptical at first going with a company that my father saw advertised on TV. Boy was I wrong. My husband and I were assisting my elderly father with selling his house after 60 years and moving him in with us. This was a difficult and emotional decision for all of us. Mike was exactly who we needed to sell my childhood home. Mike was patient, understanding and compassionate. Mike was sent to us for a reason and it was a perfect fit. You would be lucky to have a man like Mike sell your home or find your dream home.

2022-05-16Michael helped us look for a house for months. Thinking if it was the right time to buy a house in this crazy time and no luck for months. Until finally a beautiful house appeared to us in Fairfield township exactly and perfect to where we wanted in the first place but never thought we would actually get one. The process went will and he is fast, efficient, answers calls and texts messages. He also has checked in on us a few times through text to see how we are settling in in our new home. Great guy, laid back and gets the job done. Very knowledgeable as well!!! Thanks Mike we appreciate everything you have done for us. Forever grateful.

2021-11-14Mike Wiseman is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. It took me 9 months to finally find the right home. Mike must have shown me 20+ houses during that time. He was never pushy and it was clear he always had my best interest in mind.

2021-11-01In a nutshell, you wont find many agents like Mike. He helped my wife and I downsize within a modest budget. He put us on a selection list of possible homes with our criteria and we found one close enough to our preferred area. I have worked with many real estate agents in my real estate development career and Mike stands out: always available when contacted via phone or text, knowledgeable, thorough, and focused on what his clients are looking for. 2021-02-07Ive worked with many real estate agents over the past 20 years and the level of service Mike Wiseman provides is as good as it gets. Personally, I appreciated his honesty and transparaency during the entire process as we worked together to sell my townhouse in Mason and buy a new house in West Chester. He was always available via phone or text when I had a question and made sure to discuss every decision along the way with me.

2021-03-23I have worked with Mike Wiseman each time I sold or was buying a house. He is awesome to work with and truly wants to help find you exactly what you’re looking for in a house. Most recently, he helped my husband and I buy our new home in this crazy real estate market. He was readily available when a home popped up and we wanted to see it. When we decided we wanted to put an offer on it, he was very determined to get us the house we wanted. He’s professional, accommodating, reliable, personable and super easy to work with. I’d refer him over and over again!
