I was able to rent a unit, pay online, and make arrangements on a holiday weekend. Arrived, security gate allowed us in late night, and we were able to unload easily - wasnt too tight. Smart thinking to enable business online.

Prices are fair and the units are clean/dry. The only complaint is that the narrowest aisle is the exit lane. So getting out is sometimes interesting.

24/7 access and great service for the most part they had a lock on my unit after I already paid that month and for inconvenience got a free month bc of that so awesome customer service never had another issue and been there for over 2 years now

I HAVE HAD A UNIT 6+ YRS, ALWAYS WONDERFUL!!! CLEAN, SPACIOUS, AND LOVE THE 24 HR ACCESSIBILITY! BETH IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! ALWAYS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

This unfortunately happens to be the only place that is allowed 24 hour access but its the worst place possible with rude customer service and a very expensive storage unit Plus on top of that they have Mouse boxes or rodent boxes or whatever those are and they dont work I put clean boxes inside my storage along with some totes that were Mouse proof no mice but when I left I had mice but they dont seem to care I had a lot of stuff destroyed because of the mice and went telling them this and having Insurance it doesnt seem to faze them if youre going to rent here I would be cautious and not rent towards the front near the gate to go in because when it rains it floods very badly in that one area which means you will have to get flood insurance if you have a storage unit in that area you cant miss it its where you put in your code and you go through the gate right in that area between the code box and the first set of storage units is where the whole entire area floods so bad it turns into a lake I kid you not dont believe me come in a rainstorm plus you want to stay away from the back end its where all the critters are anything in the back going towards the river is a no no besides that youre hooked up against two trailer homes with druggies which means put a really good lock on your storage unit otherwise you might end up losing all of your valuables. They do have security cameras but unfortunately those cameras are not in each and every row Nook and kranny. Customer service is never around and when they are theyre rude its really not worth it

It was a great start with them and even was about to start renting several more units until the.disturbing cal from the site manager. Only had the unit for about a week and supposedly had some other customer complaints about accusing us of living in our unit and steeling electricity somehow from the unit. ( there is NO outlets in the unit or ANYWAY to steel electricity from them) it’s called a converter box from our vehicle to be able to have a prop light to take pictures. We are very hard workers that just so happen to have a field that we may be working sometimes 247 and per our lease contract there is 247 access to our unit. BIG MISTAKE MIAMISBURG STORALL!!! You missed out on renting several more of your units and leaving a bad taste in your customers mouth!

Lower than average security and leaky doors. Make sure your unit seals good at the bottom of the doorway.

Very friendly managers. Truck rental and plenty of good storage units of all sizes.

Friendly service my stuff stays safe and they work with us the few times that weve had some financial difficulties and they didnt take my stuff away
