Went in today for my leg bothering me. They were very nice as well as professional and caring. Wait time was not long at all. They also really took the time out to explain to me what was going on with my leg🤗🤗👶
We waited almost 1 hour and still havent seen the doctor. Ridiculous appointment management.
Always busy and very slow. Doctor comes in and just asks whats wrong and doesnt look further into it. Quick to give antibiotics
Been in the room for an hour.Noyone has came in to see my daughter and the Dr is just talking outside my door completely ignoring that my child is screeming at the top of her lungs.
Currently in the waiting room have been here for 1hr 20 min with my 9 yr old that feels terrible really slow service.
Actually, Im pretty impressed with this place! The staff is really friendly! Ive been here less than an hour and a half, and were already done.
The women are front are so rude. Don’t go here. They will talk on their phones and then hang up and then ask you can they help you as if you’re bothering them.
Very long wait times but they try their best to get you in and out .
Brought my son to this urgent care and check in about 11 am. I was told it would be about 45 mins. We didnt get called back until 1230. They had us waiting in a room for over an hour in the room and still havent seen a doctor.
Thank you to all the wonderful employees who were friendly, attentive, efficient and fixed me up on the day after Christmas. So glad I have an excellent facility close to home! Happy Holidays!
Was seen quickly by a nurse then shortly after by a doctor. Was very happy with their thoroughness and genuine affection. Definitely recommend.
Bad timing with cold and flu season. Never felt rushed. Dr very considerate.

I sat in the waiting area for 45mins while everyone after me got seen. Then when they finally called me back. I sat in the room for almost an hour without being seen. Ridiculous!
Wait is outrageous even for a scheduled appointment. Would not recommend.
MetroExpressCare is located close to my home and the staff is very friendly and helpful.The above review I posted before the staff (majority of) lost there professional status. I just came from MetroExpress Care where they triage me and then told me that I couldnt be seen and could go to the Emergency room, but when I ask why I wasnt told this and given an option before triage and medical being billed for triage I was told that they need to make sure I am stable and I could go to W R or come back in the morning and when I asked to be seen first I was told if you are here when we open sure. So I no longer recommend this a place that charges twice for a one time visit.
What a wonderful group of associates working here, I was very impressed with the care and compassion they exhibited!

Honestly? The front desk staff and nurse were pretty short with me, even though I was in obvious extreme back pain. And the office itself is pretty old and tired. BUT, Dr. Sandburn made it 4 stars. She talked me through what was happening, treated me like a human in pain, and generally answered every single question. I never felt rushed and service was quick. As urgent cares go, a decent one for sure.
I had a doctor, Maryann, who was awful the 2 times I saw her. I now request that I am not seen by her when I visit. I went in for something minute and routine and she immediately started to ask me about the scars on my wrists from 15 years ago. I said this was a conversation Id like to have with my therapist who I have seen weekly for many years.. or naybe a close friend. But not her - someone I do not know and have just met. It wasnt the time or place. I was not expecting that and i was absolutely not ready for it. I forget about them, they are a thing of the very distant past. When I told her that I was a little shocked and uncomfortable, she explained it is her job to make sure I am safe and dont want to hurt myself. I said its a sensitive subject and NO doctors have asked me about my scars within the last decade since theyre clearly very, very old. She was extremely defensive, cold and inconsiderate. I am transgender, going to the doctors office is a pretty scary thing for us. A smile or any sign of gentleness really goes a long way. You wont get it from her. This location has gotten better with staffing, i dont feel like someone is mad at me just for being there anymore. The receptionist with the short blonde hair is really nice.
Front desk couldnt even figure out how to check me in after their urgent care on York rd wouldnt see me....
I wish I can put no stars. I came to this clinic 3 months ago because I was having really bad pain on my lower back and legs. After waiting for 1hr I was told I have arthritis in my lower back they gave me a shot and send me on my way home. 2 months ago I was having pain again on my lower back and legs this time I wasnt able to walk. When I went to the emergency room I was told it was NOT arthritis but sciatica. If Metro Express Care wouldve gave me the right diagnosis I wouldnt be suffering as much as I am today.
Im not going to change it because I dont know how is exactly what the RN said. My daughter had issues with her wound vac so we went to urgent care for help. I was hoping theyd change it, she had an appt in 2 days but was so uncomfortable. No help at all, a waste of time and gas. The RN didnt even act like she cared. i kept trying to read her badge to get her name but couldnt see it. She even had the nerve to tell us to call the RN from the home health agency and have her change it. Went to ED, even though they said they werent wound certified, they had enough sense and compassion to pick up the phone for assistance. My daughter is recovering from Stage 4 cancer, has an open wound where the tumor was located.
I was alright until I saw the post it note saying they have no water in the bathroom to wash your hands!
My wife calls, & they immediately put her on HOLD says her call is important to them, if it was, she wouldnt be on HOLD. one could die at this location, & nothing would be done.
In the past, have gotten recent care here. Does this one have MRI machine?

Took my six year old here. She was complaining of ear pain. I assumed ear infection. After a long wait in the waiting room we get seen by the doctor. Doc says her ears are so clogged with wax that she cant see her ear drum...ok so she literally scooped a tiny bit out and says oh well her drum is not infected. Her ear is just impacted with wax. I asked if she would irrigate it and she said no. I ended up taking her home and doing it myself but jeeezz what is my insurance paying them for?
So as we waited to get my child checked waiting 25 min in the room before even being seen. Mind you theyre NOT busy. And drs and nurses standing around conversing, laughing. A Nurse practitioner walks in and starts talking to my daughter. Then looks at me and goes do you want to hang up or do you want me to come back after your phone call. It was my childs father. Ive never and i mean NEVER had a Doctor come in and ever basically tell me to get off the phone so she can check my child. Since when cant you be on the phone. My child is old enough to tell the dr whats wrong. Express her concern and communicate. Im not the one being checked. I wasnt speaking to my husband when she came in so why feel the need to tell me to hang up or shell come back. RUDE!!!!

2022-03-30They kept the people moving out of the waiting room quickly and the staff were friendly and caring. I just wish I wasnt left in the room for 20 min for my release papers that were already printed and sitting on a counter.

2021-09-07Have been waiting in parking for a good 1.5 hrs with a toddler. Have been sitting here watching people going in and out that came in well after my daughter did. She just got called in a room for more wait time.This is terrible but I guess if you have nowhere else to go this is it.Update*** after 2hrs shes done! Never again!!!

2021-01-26I will not be returning to this location at all. I went in to see if I could get a Covid test done because I was having mild symptoms and they refused to give me one and told me that even if it were severe symptoms I would then need to go to the emergency room. I left there completely disappointed and the nurse I was talking to spent a whole 40 mins telling me why they would not administer the test to me which was odd to me seeing how when I came in before for my symptoms they offered the test test to me but it end up being strep throat. The nurse was very rude and kept giggling as if something was funny about it and not to mention a doctor there seemed to be annoyed for some reason and kept huffing and puffing as if I was bothering her. I believe this would be a great place if they had a better staff because the staff there are disrespectful and will provoke you.

2020-08-29Back in early September 2019 I went to this location because I was experiencing middle back and abdominal pain. Also I was rapidly losing weight, couldn’t eat and couldn’t urinate.These we red flags to me but to NP Monica I guess it wasn’t.She performed unnecessary STI/STD testing and completely dismissed the tears in my eyes and the pain I was experiencing. I was thrown a cup to pee in after explaining I couldn’t pee. I was at this location for 2 1/2 hours for her to tell me “ just go home drink water and take aleve”I waited a couple days and decided to go to a different place that was lovely and treated me well. They were able to get down to the bottom of it but wouldn’t have my blood test results til the next Monday morning. (They closed on weekends it was a Friday when I went)that Saturday night I was admitted to Fairview. Jaundiced and weak.I had an infection that was weakening the function my kidneys, spleen, pancreas and completely killed off my gallbladder. I had my gallbladder removed Monday morning. And on top of that all I also had a UTI. AND a 4 day hospital stay til I was stable again.This could’ve killed me... and this place I had the opportunity to catch it sooner. And they didn’t.Take my experience how you want. Just know you never know what you’ll get.

2021-09-09The wait times are ridiculous and the waiting room is not clean at all! A world wide pandemic is going on and they dont even have sanitizing wipes to wipe down the chairs other sick people have been sitting in. The plastic barrier between chairs are filthy and look like it has not been cleaned or sanitized in I dont know how long....do better Metro.

2021-12-24Dr was very rude and insulted me multiple times. I have going to this urgent care for 10+ years and have never been spoken to like that. I will never go back.

2021-10-25Waste of time. Doctors here are useless and refer you to your prescribed doctor or er. Simple ear infection wasnt treated and dismissed. Dont waste your time. Make an appointment with your doctor or go to er.

2018-11-30A lot of people arent reviewing the actual Urgent Care Facility. I will be reviewing the Urgent care part of this building. This is my first use of an urgent care facility. I previously was part of Fairview Hopsital familt medicine and would normally be able to squeeze me in. This place the time was listed on the website as a current wait time of 17 minutes. Others were are 5. When I got in they they WERE busy. I havent been in the University Hospitals affiliated place for 15 years. I didnt have to fill out pointless paperwork. I handed my drivers license to them and paid my Co-Pay. 5 minutes later I was brought into the triage room. I had the normal triage for my complaint and was led to an exam room. I sat there about 17 minutes probably was more like 20. I came in and the doctor was fantastic. Her name escapes me but it was definately Chinese. She was fantasstic. I told her the history of what my problem was over the past 3 weeks. She indicated without me saying anything three drugs which is precisely what I had read was the treatment. She put it in the system and sent it to my pharmacy. I left the building and guess what! The drugs were there and filled. So as far as precise urgent care. This place got it for me.
