Just got my second Lexus (ES 350 F Sport) from Metro. Couldn’t be happier. Bob was fantastic. Very down to earth and genuine. The process was as quick and easy as a car buying experience could be. Beautiful facility and friendly staff. Will definitely be back for number 3.
Excellent service!!! This is by far my best car shopping experience. The vehicle comes with 2 years bumper to bumper warranty and life time car wash. The maintenance package also comes with 4 maintenance service plus pick up and drop off service for only $10. I did not feel any pressure to buy any additional warranty service. Because of vehicle shortage, some dealerships add the mandatory “accessory package” to rid people off. I feel very comfortable with my sales lady, Lisa, and the sales manager, throughout the whole transaction. All the signing and paperwork was done in less than 1 hour. The experience tops off all other dealership: VW, Audi, Toyota, Honda and dodge. I will be back for more Lexus especially Metro Lexus. Thank you for making car buying simple!

Found a car online, inquired and received a quick response from Metro. Test drove it and bought it! Ryan was professional and super easy to work with. No sales pressure/ upsell. Clean and efficient dealership. Received first class service throughout the entire process. Definitely a customer oriented operation, highly recommend!
The sales woman Lisa was very accommodating and waited after hours to help deliver the car even before the paperwork was complete. The paperwork in the end took a bit longer. But they were explaining the different products they offer. The car was detailed very well on delivery. However it would have been better if car orientation would have been available at the time of delivery. That may have been not available due to it being the weekend. Some simple things were missing like a simple keychain after all it is considered a luxury vehicle. But on a strong positive note i do believe they were fair in their pricing selling their car at sticker price without the price hiking other dealerships are doing in these times of limited vehicle inventory . This is my second vehicle from this dealership and would recommend it to friends.
We have been leasing/buying cars since 1989 from Kevin McGuire (Metro Lexus) and have never been disappointed. He provided superb service. He is warm, courteous, friendly and very much service oriented. We did have issues with Lexus cars (tires and wind noise etc.) but so far, never with service or sales. Our long-term relationship with them speaks by itself.
The staff here is professional, kind, fast and honest. I brought my car in for 35k service and recall. Unfortunately, in my own personal life my father was in hospice and passed the same day. Super stressed and appreciated the understanding they provided and working with me too gave the service I needed while needing to keep cost down. Really touched that they filled my gas tank and had car cleaned up. I truly can’t thank them enough as I’m here out of town and they treated me like a long time customer. Thank you God Bless!

Cassie is awesome. Truly. She tried to assist and own my issue from start to finish. However, the 3 stars are for the overall service I’ve received thus far at Metro Lexus. I’m bordering on 2 stars. Lexus had my car for 9 hours, only to tell me the car was functioning as it should. My car was picked up at 8:30am. I expected word back within a handful of hours, only to have to call twice to find out that by 4pm, the car was deemed working fine but my windshield wipers will be replaced out of courtesy. At 4pm was when Cassie said they’d change out the wipers, run the car through the wash to test it out one last time before giving it back. What were you doing since 8:30am? I lost 2 hours of my evening because I had to stay in Strongsville to wait for my car because I couldn’t have my dog in the loaner. It took 9 hours to replace wipers and tell me my car leaks and that is normal. Sometimes you don’t get what you pay for and so far, Lexus underperforms compared to my Nissan Rogue. Buyer’s remorse.
While car buying can be a hassle, Desiree at Metro Lexus is a easy to work with. This is the second car I have leased with her. She is personable and straightforward in the process, and makes sure the customer’s interests are achieved to the greatest extent possible. I can strongly recommend her.
When I picked up the car, it was completely iced over. The electric mirrors, windshield wipers, backup camera and traffic sensors were not functional. Also there was snow just inside the car as if the window was partially down at night. There was so much ice on the vehicle that I could not examine the repair that was done. I took it home and hosed it down with warm water.On the good side, the service team was polite and responsive and the repair and detailing was done well.

We were visiting Family and ready to start the drive back to Texas, and our car would not start. Jeff Miller picked up the phone right at closing and kindly spent the time to advise on an troubleshooting and on an after-hours tow. It took lots of elbow grease and tenacity, but he and his team were able to diagnose a chronic leak issue that was misdiagnosed twice in Texas (windshield seal), a wide range of underdash electrical gremlins that resulted from the leak, and get everything back together and get us on the road.The key was solid communication and a great team. This was a very difficult diagnosis and repair. Not our home dealer, but I’d recommend Metro Lexus- and Jeff- to anyone in Cleveland!

My experience with my service at Metro Lexus for my 50k check up was exceptional as it always is. I did however think the charge was a little costly for a rotation of tires, oil change and replacing the compartment air filter. Maybe this is another sign of inflation?

Took my 2013 ES350 in for 150k maintenance and they found that the previous (1 owner) owner had non-factory brakes installed. They let me know through a video text. This lead to irregular wear and pulsing. I was informed immediately and given a quote to which I accepted. Jeff had me in a nice loaner car for the weeknd while they rounded up parts. They also discovered a problem with a caliper and that was replaced. Now that I have my car back it is even more of a joy to drive. No pulsing and it glides across the roads! Thank you Jeff and to the mechanic team at Lexus! Hope you all have a Happy Holiday Season (you all made mine Happier! )!I recently (3/7/2022) had to take my car to Lexus due to a noise coming from the front tire area, noting that I had brake work done 2 months ago the Lexus team took my car in without an appointment and resolved the issue. I know that they were very busy yet they made sure that I was going to leave with everything working properly! I always leave feeling better about taking my car to them!

I bought a IS F sport 2017 about a week and and half ago. Everyone I dealt with at the Metro Lexus dealership was more than pleasant to deal with. My first sales rep I met and worked with day one was James Neff. He was extremely detailed and thorough. Unfortunately, he wasnt there when I went back to do a test drive. I however, was fortunate to have a second fabulous sales rep. That rep was Karen Mason. She had excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, great organization skills and was a good listener. She not only was my sales contact, but we were able to become friends. Her boss Micheal Gleydura was also very friendly yet professional. He was very kind during the process knowing that I spent a lot of time there and researching what car I wanted he made sure he did his best to throw in a little extras show appreciation. Overall, I really would recommend this dealership and the staff is worked with to anyone. One more person I want to recognize, but I couldnt find her business card was the lady that helped me with the lease agreement and financial part. She was on top of her game and very friendly as well. Great job Metro Lexus!

I went in by myself that day, Im a hard working single mom, and they literally did a car reveal for me- in the middle of the dealership with everyone clapping for me- made me feel amazing and HAPPY. From my salesman Abed Darwish to their finance gal Donae to the service manager who heard I hadnt eaten and made sure I left with a brown box lunch- they were all wonderful. I’ve gone to several dealerships, but wish I would have stopped at metro Lexus first. It would have saved me a lot of time! I was immediately greeted and set up with an excellent sales Professional. Although I didn’t want the original car I stopped in to see, Ryan listened to my needs and was able to direct me to the car I absolute love. The NX300!! I stopped in at the end of the day and instead of rushing me to come back when they reopened, he took his time, walked me through the process and let me know next steps. My car arrived within 2 days and the personal welcome and reveal of my vehicle was phenomenal!!!They actually we’re clapping when I walked into the show room!!!! In addition, Skyler- my personal technology specialist, took her time with me to show me how to operate my vehicle. She was very personable, didn’t just rush me through the amenities, but made sure I was comfortable before leaving the dealership! Again, due to my schedule, I was there very close to closing and that was not a problem at all. I was not rushed to hurry up and read a manual later. All in all, I was treated like they were honored I chose them and not like they were doing me a favor!! Excellent customer service!l, which goes a long way!

The experience at Metro was nothing short of extraordinary! The staff really took the experience to the next level! Jessica was amazing and so helpful! When they didn’t have the car that we wanted in stock, she did everything she could to find the perfect car at a different dealership and have it brought in for us. Skylar was so helpful (and fun) while teaching us about the tech of our new car, and Dave made the finance experience quicker and easier than any dealership I’ve been to before. The service team at Metro Lexus in Cleveland is first-rate. There is a beautiful waiting area (complete with free drinks and grand piano!), but they always make a loaner car available if you don’t want to wait. They always finish the job very close to the estimated time as well.

My RX350 was repaired at Metro Lexus after my catalytic converter was cut off and stolen at a park and fly. Metro made the situation much less stressful they quickly ordered and installed the replacement parts and communicated well to keep me up to date.
The parts department at Metro Lexus always treats me great. No matter how busy they are the guys always take time to help me with parts or questions. Would recommend them to anyone. Good crew there

I haven’t purchased a new car since the 1990’s. We wanted a new car we can comfortably drive across country for a picky passenger (me) and a long legged driver (my husband). We shopped the Toyota Highlander, Honda Ridgeline and Lexus RX.Metro Lexus was excellent to deal with. Christian was not aggressive (which we liked), very honest and kept us informed about dates our car would be delivered.We went through efficient receipt of the Lexus in record speed thanks to 30 year employee Dave. They presented my car to me with fanfare!!The highlight of the purchase for me was Skylar, the technology/info specialist. She quickly and efficiently stepped us through the important features and described the many other features. I feel I can contact her at any time and she’ll respond.I highly recommend Metro Lexus and if we ever need a new car again, it will be another Lexus.
Our experience at Metro Lexus in buying a new car was wonderful. Everyone at the dealership treated us like we were the most special customers on the planet. We especially loved it when the entire dealership was present and pulled the tarp off our new car and applauded - they almost seemed just as excited as we were. Would definitely recommend this dealership!

2022-07-01I had the most amazing experience from start to finish with Desiree at Metro Lexus. Desiree was very helpful with making sure I got the car I wanted my dream car. (IS 350 F Sport) Also Stacy from the finance department made sure everything went smoothly. I had to wait awhile for my car to come in Desiree kept me updated and made sure my rate lock didn’t expire. I would recommend Metro Lexus for your car selection. 2022-01-19Metro Lexus provides a great car buying experience. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted, I knew this was a different car buying experience, everyone was extremely friendly. From Tom who greeted me at the door, and set me up with my sales person Tori, to the finance manager Jannelle and the technology specialist Skylar, they all made you feel welcome. It wasn’t the experience I was used to in the past. Would definitely recommend Metro Lexus to family and friends. I would not hesitate to buy another car from them when needed.

2022-03-02Excellent experience! It was an absolute pleasure working with Terry. Terry was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. When we first came to the dealership they did not have a car in stock that we wanted, but Terry did everything she could to bring a car for us in about three weeks. Upon delivery the car was detailed and polished very well. Skylar was so helpful in showing us how to operate a new vehicle. In addition, Denae was very nice and made a finance experience so easy and quick. Overall, this location has an outstanding customer service and I highly recommend Metro Lexus.

2022-01-25Seriously the BEST service! With 2 babies at home, the valet service from Lexus is amazing. From Paul, to the valet drivers, to the service department, to the girls that scheduled my appointment - they all did such a great job! This was so easy to schedule and the Lexus team did the rest and I didn’t have to leave the house! THANK YOU!! Keep doing things like this- it takes one additional thing off my plate and is SO efficient and simple!

Not only the environment is clean and welcoming, don’t forget you also will have the Lexus experience. From the showroom to the professional greetings from all Lexus staff. There is a sense to ensure the customer is acknowledged, assisted, and if there is anything to make your visit comfortable. Your questions, concerns, interests, and wants will not be ignored.If you are interested or plan to purchase a Lexus, you have options. You can begin planning your Lexus experience online or in person. If you are not afraid of technology, I will say use the online portal. You can schedule a test drive and this will also decrease that paperwork time which is usually all done in person which can be time consuming. You have the ability to take your time at home and begin the process online. This will save time.Most of all, my sales rep was pleasant!Terry, Thank You!You listened, ask me my wants, concerns, and provided me options so I was able to get the Lexus that was right for me. 2022-05-25My experience with Metro Lexus was the best experience Ive ever had at a car dealership, my wife and I were greeted with a very pleasant salesperson (Lisa) we were offered soft drinks and water, especially after realizing the drive we made. After about 10 minutes there I felt like we knew each other for 10 years, the manager who did the appraisal of my vehicle was very fair and honest, the sales TEAM ALL congratulated me on my purchase.(AWESOME BY THE WAY.!!!) Other dealers should take note.! The finance department (Sarah) explained every thing not rushing you through. Lisa helped me pair my phone and navigate through some features on the vehicle, THIS IS HOW A CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE.!!!

2022-03-30Christian, and Tom were so extremely helpful to me in getting me into the vehicle I had the most interest in. They went out of their way to make sure the process was as smooth as possible, they both went above and beyond to work with me and my time constraints. My experience was quick through and efficient, I was made to feel cared for welcomed into the Lexus family with open arms and an awesome unveiling of the IS 300 I’m so happy to now call mine. 2022-05-21Metro Lexus is a wonderful place to go to maintain my car over the years. They are efficient and keep track of what repairs need to be made and explain why. Everything is explained clearly and I never feel pressure to add on additional repairs; its my decision. The staff is respectful and kind. I would recommend Metro Lexus to anyone looking for service for their Lexus.

2022-04-30I came in today and I was VERY pleased! Everyone is extremely welcoming, kind, and enthusiastic. Everyone is so positive and patient. When I first walked in, I felt at home. The staff was amazing, they were so friendly as well as attentive! The atmosphere was great, I didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of and I also got approved for a REALLY GREAT car. I worked with Abed who was OUTSTANDING! He was very relaxed, informative, and he helped me make a decision that was comfortable for me. Danae was also amazing, she got me approved for something I didn’t think was possible to have! I’m very impressed with my experience! Thank you!!!
