Not sure why all the bad reviews! This was the best urgent care I’ve ever been to! Praise the Lord Jesus Christ
Not very helpful, most of the doctors are rude. Wouldnt come here if something is really wrong with you. This is just a band-aid place, not a hospital. And they tend to rip you off. Youre best bet is to go to Canton where youll receive actual help and be treated respectfully. I dont come here too often but when I do, they really dont do anything. They gave me antibiotics when I had strep thoat last year and thats about the only time they actually help me.
This place is horrible. The doctor is rude and tells everyone its a Sprain when its not. He spent 2 seconds with me. Told me it was a sprain but yet theres nothing you can Sprain there but he thinks its a Sprain. He made absolutely no sense and had no idea what he was talking about. Most definitely not worth the money or time. I will never go back or reccomend to anyone.
This was my first visit to this care center.Everyone was so nice as well as helpful . Medical staff was very professional and I would recommend it highly.
Its a small place in a small town so Im not too upset if I have to wait a little longer than expected. People whine about the nursing staff but theyre doing the best they can with what they have. Overall its not a bad place.
This place is a danger to Carrollton 100% I went there 3 times for a rash on my ear and numness on left side. This doctor miss diagnosed me each time resalting in permanent facial peralises. If you love your family and self avoid this place at all cost
I went in here extremely ill. Was harassed from the sign in lady to the doctor herself. They found my medicaid billing number but wrote my name incorrectly in order to have my prescription for antibiotics filled. I will never go back to this place. Ever. Again.
Nice people, pretty quick to get you in to see the Drs or Rns & dont give you the heres a pill, take it and see your regular Dr tomorrow routine !!
The woman at the registration desk with mid length brown hair is exceptionally rude every single time I come to this office. Never seems happy and speaks rudely to the patients.
Well I went in not being able to walk hardly, and saw dr clark,I was amazed,God gave him hands to heal, I recently visited with bronchitis and saw a different dr,she ordered a cough med,so I went to drug store waited half hour for it was over the counter,so today Im going to see my regular dr cause I still have the bronchitis, from now on I will only visit if dr clark is working
Ive been here for two hours waiting just to be seen by the doctor, all I want is a sick note for work BC I am sick so I can go home and rest to feel better but Im stuck sitting here waiting
This place is awful the doctors don’t want to be there and dismiss you and tell you it’s a cold when it’s clearly not. I also found a flea on my 3 year old while waiting on the doctor and we don’t have animals! Will not go back!!
This place is a freakin joke! If i could give it negative stars i would! Took my dad here for appt and he was back there for a hr and when i asken about him they said “yea i think so” they are idiots! So glad i left this town.
Staff left clients sitting and not being processed, paperwork wise, while supervisor was covering and reviewing things. Makes one wonder what is the priority.
The wait is way longer then what should be acceptable, and also the order of people called to be seen is so unorganized. This place is terrible honestly.
I only went there because Aultman was closed, I will never go back , the Dr was a total ass, He kept saying , why dont you just go to your own Dr ?? Well because I have a job and cant get there in time , He was rude , 2 minutes and it cost me $250 ...And he did not help at all, I still have the problem,but I dont have ins so I dont have the money to go elsewhere, What a waste of time and money !

2021-12-21Even when theyre busy they still manage to get you in quickly. Ive been going to them for the past 3 years for any sickness that I get towards the winter. I would recommend this place over any other.

2018-02-07Best thing about the place was the doctors personality. went back in a wheel chair, then they made me walk out. Didnt even ask if I was O.k to walk. No paper work, Nothing. Nurse was rude as Hell, then had to hear them talking about me down the hull....laud, as if no one else was there to hear them. I dont care if I am bleeding out, ill drive to a real hospital next time.

2021-08-01Don’t waste your time. You’re better off driving to canton. I waited 2 hours for a covid test. They had me walk throughout the building knowing I’m getting tested. I wait inside the building for a test all the way in the back of the last room. Makes no sense. How are we going to fight this if even medical is careless. Shameful and irresponsible. This is very easy to take basic standard care practices to prevent the spread. Shame.

2019-06-14I stopped by to have a blood screening at the Health Fair held each month and I was greeted by cheerful, helpful people and given instructions to complete the registration. I filled out the forms and handed them back in and within a few moments was led into the procedure room. The blood draw was completed by a friendly, competent person. The whole process from completing the registration forms to having the blood drawn took 11 minutes! The experience couldnt have been more pleasant.

2019-02-01I needed help fast! We arrived & someone helped me with the sign in process. I was able to give my information and by the time I had my paper work filled out, they were calling my name! The facility was clean, the staff was helpful & professional, and my first experience with Urgent care was positive. I was quickly on my way to pick up my medication that was called in & waiting for me. Thanks to you, I will be on my way to recovery.

2020-02-27It was horrible. Waited over two hours for a TB test. Said they had to wait for the 11 people behind me to do it. The nurse was terribly rude when I asked about the time wait. Will definitely be going to the stat care in north canton next!

2018-05-31The women who was not registering my family took it upon herself to YELL at my special needs son for having a breakdown and running away from us along with his baby brother who was following him. In no way should she have abused her authority and took it upon herself to have any contact with my son. I have never had a bad experience here because the doctor is an amazing man but because of that receptionist my family will not be returning for more verbal abuse.
