Sunday morning breakfast was poor, my biscuit was so hard I could not cut it with a butter knife. Service was okay, no one had a smile and seemed to be to busy to care.
Very cold atmosphere. Looked like a place that wasnt quite ready to open yet. Food wasnt good and prices were way too much for the portions. We will not return, to this location....ever.
Sausage gravy was cold...seemed like it was from a can...pancakes were like rubber and also cold...ate 2 bites of each. Told waitress I was disappointed. She removed both plates (that both had more than 3/4s of the food left...only got an apology. She did comp the biscuits and gravy. Poor customer service!! For what they charge...food is substandard. Eggs tasted rubbery also, as if poured out of a container. I am not a complainer and I always tip 20% or more!! Will not be back!!
We have always enjoyed the food here. The service has gotten worse during our last few times here. They have offered refills to me but my wife was never asked. They gave her dirty silverware and the replacement was even worse. They acted like we were bothering them they only checked on our table one time. There were only 2 other tables in the restaurant at the time. We are not sure if we will ever come back again. Note to all servers sometimes the wife is responsible for the tip. So you may want to treat the wife good also.
I just bought a fish dinner a 2 pc French fries and coleslaw. The fish is soo limpy and so are the French fries. I called and was given a credit for the meal 9.99. I went there because long john silvers is closed. Im disappointed because I have eaten at Menches Multi times and never experienced this with my food. Well they made it right. Thank you Menches Bros. I will try again next Friday.
My mom has taken me here many times and each time was great! I love the burgers and the staff are super nice! I normally don’t write reviews but i just had to because of how amazing this place is!
Letting my grandson get in some driving time this morning, stopped and picked up his aunt and decided to have breakfast. Weve eaten at Menches many times, first time for breakfast today. Amazing. Blueberry pancakes, sausage gravy and biscuits, eggs, country fried chicken (I think they had) but we all shared LOL and was delicious. Never had a bad meal there. And the waitress was great too😁
Best burger I ever had. Great service too. So many great options on the menu. Basically every burger you could think of. Highly recommended!
Food is good!! Service is slow! Seems to focus more on curbside pick up. The menu is to much to chose from needs to be simpler maybe service would improve just my opinion.

Our food was hot and delicious. My friend had a blueberry pancake ( it was loaded with blueberries) and home fries. Very nice portion. I had a steak sub, it was loaded with steak , onions, green peppers and mushrooms with mozzarella cheese and onion rings that were to die for. First time I had been to the Perry Menches Restaurant. Beyond pleased. Will be back.

The food is fine but the breakfast service is super slow.....I havent visited this location for lunch or dinner. The prices are the lowest around in the mornings. Staff are really friendly & the place is clean but it does need to speed things up a bit.

The eggs I got for breakfast were brown and lacked any flavor at all. The potatoes tasted like old grease and the pancakes were dry. I dont understand how you mess up eggs but they did bravo.

I wanted a Menches Bros awesome experience.I got soggy cold fries, and a burger that was not made the specific way I ordered it. Lettuce, onion, and tomato only, nope, I received a burger that had everything on it.Never again. As a former cook, and waitor for the Akron Canal Park Menches Brothers, I expected more. Yes, it was that bad.
The staff makes this place. Its nothing spectacular. Its not some fancy upscale restaurant, but its friendly. Its such a calm and friendly place to be. Servers arent upset with refills or children, theyre welcoming and theyre kind. PLUS this place has an amazing breakfast special that absolutely cannot be beat. This is a family favorite for a meet up just to eat and chat. And that is all thanks to the amazing staff! Ive never had cold food or gross food served to me here. I want to make that clear. Its delicious and hot and fresh!!
While the food is great, The Staff that greeted me at the door has to be the most dysfunctional and unprofessional group of people I have ever witnessed. Cant take simple orders, cant operate the point of sale software and do not know how to speak to there customers in a professional manner. I had called in to place a large order, they couldnt accommodate over the phone as she had excuse after excuse why she could not get the order to go through. So I decided to show up in person and place the order, it did not get any better. Lost my business, its a shame how a single person on your staff can cost you so much in potential business.
I found the only thing good was the waitress, Sandy. The price for the salad bar was a joke considering the item that are available. I got a pizza, salad bar combo. The pizza was doughy, sauce was bitter and only had 4 pieces of pepperoni. My daughter got the salad bar and chicken salad sandwich. The chicken salad tasted sweet and not house made. However the waitress Sandy was very, very kind and helpful. If she were at a better restaurant, she would make a lot more tip money.
I’m almost an everyday customer for at least one meal. My most current waitress was a young lady by the name of Brandy. This waitress is a very good representative for your business. She is polite, courteous, helpful and knows her job. Which she does very well.
Great burgers. Friendly staff and clean establishment with reasonable prices. Try one of the specialty burgers (thats why youre there!) - theres over 50 types...and then you can even create your own! The Pierogi burger isnt exactly a Pierogi-just the mashed potato on the burger...but its still excellent! Go have fun!
Bad experience with a wait person telling us we had 30 mins to leave. Food was cold and when we told a lady that was at the front cash reg. she was zero help. We had a girl still eating and was told we had 30 mins to leave. So rude will never go back. There was a table of 6 that sat for about 30 to 45 mins with not even a drink order. Terrible and this was my 5 friends and that table of 6 first time here and never again. Very sad when you want to support local.

My boyfriend raved about the food here, and was really excited to take me for the first time. We were sitting for at least 10-15 minutes, and no one even came up to greet us and take our drink order. We decided to just leave because plenty of employees had walked by or made direct eye contact with us in the time we were there for them to have at least noticed us. As someone who has worked in the restaurant business for quite some time, I was extremely disappointed that the simplest task of serving couldn’t be done. The food smelled great, but don’t think we’ll go back after tonight.

Great waitress. GREAT BREAKFAST SPECIALS. Good food. Home fries and bacon were just barely warm. But the toast and the eggs were hot. Cant beat some of their specials .
Placed pick up order ....Forgot child food but didnt forget a drink and ice cream.When we called all we got was... we will have a credit under your name for next time we order.Was close to closing time so they didnt bother to offer to make the food that was missing.We will not be reordering food and now be out money for the missing food that was ordered.
If it wasnt for a tasty burger this would be a 0 star rating if would be possible. I waited about 5 minutes to even be sat down then another 5 minutes or so to get waited on. A pair of lades came in after I did and were sat shortly after me, ordered before me and got their food and were done eating when my burger finally arrived. I then received my bill and was given a pen that barely would write and then found out that the waitress gave herself a 30 cent increase in her tip. Never will I make a mistake of stopping here again. The food was very good but boy the service just overshadowed it.

Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. The hostess was very personable and friendly. The food quality was good and the wait time for my carryout order was short.The only real problem I encountered was I ordered a #7 (Western burger) as did my co-worker, my husband ordered a #2 (The original), my husband and I work in two different locations both very busy medical organizations. I picked up the food and dropped off my husbands (the box labeled #2) before returning to work. Shortly after returning, I go a text from my husband stating he had my burger, sure enough I had his. I could have checked before leaving, however, my lunch is very short and I would have had to sit and unwrap both burgers. I would have to liked to have what I ordered.We will try this place again but probably eat in to make sure we get the correct food.
The waitresses make sure our orders are correct. Our drinks were refilled without request. A few of the waitresses know us by sight and have learned our preferences. Theres a different food special every day of the week. Generous amount of food for a fair price
Have given this place several attempts and they keep failing. My visit today seated in a timely manner. Waited about 7 minutes to be acknowledged when she finally takes our drink order we place our food order knowing from experience this visit is headed down hill. Takes another 5 minutes for drink to arrive. Food arrives 5 minutes later, not bad, but my toast is missing and I need ketchup, unlucky me I guess, I guess the cook forgot to make it or someone else ate it, but it took another 5 minutes for it to be delivered, by the hostess while on her cellphone. You can probably guess my eggs potatoes and bacon are bone cold by now because they were only warm to start. Their breakfast prices are great but cheap is not always good. The customer service I received on my visits sucks which makes the food quality suck. I think I am done this time.
Had lunch here with my family. Enjoyed pizza, hamburgers and fries with a Pepsi. 😁👍🍕🍔🍟

Good food, server was having an off day maybe but not bad. The place is a bit outdated looking and could use a refresh. Same with the huge menu. The menu could be made simpler and still have the same offerings. 50 burgers listed individually is kinda overkill when 4 burgers and a list of options would do.And thats just 2 pages of the menu.
The variety and flavor of their burgers is amazing! We also got their pickle chips and loaded fries, both being savory and delicious, and the raspberry tea was to die for! I highly recommend it!
Very nice atmosphere, servers were nice and courteous...the food on the other hand, left me a bit sad. I ordered the chicken Alfred pasta the other day (which was 13.99). When I received it, I got five very small, very thin, and very short pieces of chicken. The seasoning on them was very good though. The side salad was also dinky small to me. Now I know what youre thinking, but nooo...I didnt order the lunch portion. I ordered the dinner. And the portion of pasta was right. So maybe they ran out of 🐔. I dont know ,but I will definitely give them another shot down the road.
There is no way I would ever consider visiting this location again. Slow day and yet no one even acknowledged us when we entered.... total of 5 minutes. After a young waiter walked past twice, he eventually offered a soured toned acknowledgement. We would have been a first time customer but quickly became a last time customer. If a restaurant doesn’t have the foresight to maintain any customer awareness, then how clean is the kitchen? How good is the food preparation standard? With the apparent lack of energy for and focus on customers, I would suspect the food care is even more sloppy. Keep driving past. There are plenty of burger places to visit in Stark County.
Very clean. Newly opened. Staff&management pleasant,quick to please. Small salad bar,not too impressive. Our burgers were average. It had been many years since I had been to the Green location but I just remember the flavor being outstanding there. I wanted to stop with my son after his bowling tournament to share the story behind the business and experience a new restaurant for him.
Was scared when we first walked in cause there wasnt many people in there and it said to wait to be seated --- then the guy walked away -- I was like, seat me before you go talk....oh well....he came back and seated us....our waiter was Gabriel L. ....omg he was the BEST of the BEST!!! So nice. We had the Beer Battered fish and soda. My hubby and I each had 2 pieces of fish -- fries and cole slaw/salad. The portions was good. Waiter kept a eye on soda and made sure all was good. Bill came to $24.67 without tip (left $8 tip) If service was always that good I would go back. It isnt close to us but if we was in the area we might try it again. Thanks Gabriel for making it a pleasant experience.... dont find that very much anymore....just cause he was a good server I give them a 5!!!

Friends get together for breakfast!! Great Prices and great food. It was just a little busy, but the server was Friendly and fast! We had one of their breakfast specials and a beverage! You cant beat those prices! No complaints! We go about once a week

I was told it was a cheap place for great burgers! But I we were not that happy about it. Not worth to us anyways, to spend $10 -12$. Some burgers are with many ingredients/ toppings that would possibly be worth it. Just not what we were expecting. Sorry 😪
Some of their food I really like. Some of their food I really dont like.The homemade bread is delicious. The salad bar is excellent when its fresh but toward the end of the cycle when they change it, it can be a little dried out.I love the roast beef dinner and their Fettuccine Alfredo is a favorite of mine because the Alfredo tastes more like chicken gravy than cheese. However, I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo one time with grilled chicken and was not a fan of the chicken. It tasted like it was one of those cheap frozen chicken breasts that had been thawed in a microwave. Skip the chicken on it.Their pork chops are excellent and their burgers are what they are famous for. They have a HUGE variety of burgers to choose from.My mother is a fan of their liver and onions. I cant really comment on those because I can barely stand the thought of it. : - )This is a popular place for the senior crowd. Their buy one dinner and 2 drinks, get a dinner for (I think $1) is a great deal on Mondays.Ive never had their breakfast.
Love their food...especially the steak omelette. I only gave 4 stars because twice we have had Nancy as a server. Foul attitude both times, towards us AND an elderly couple next to us. The rest of the staff have been very nice. Good coffee too!
Really good deals for senior citizens as they get half off. However, The waitress was slow as Christmas. Trying to pay the bill you have to pay the waitress separately. You cannot leave a tip on the table and you cannot add it to your bill. I do not think we will be back.
Asked for my meat well done and had to send it back twice for being very pink in the middle as if the cook had no concept of how to cook a burger well done. No concessions were made on my behalf other than a young male waiter constantly telling me it was not the waitresses fault to ensure that she didnt miss out on her tip. I reluctantly ordered dessert and that had to be the tiniest scoop of ice cream given. Sat and waited forever for the waitress to come get my payment. Got up and an older waitress took care of it for me, no discounts offered for the bad service. First and last time visit. Even though the flavor was good, the horrible service left a bad taste in my mouth!
Good breakfast deals, clean , nice staff....but have a problem with their hamburgers...I have ordered a regular hamburger on two occasions...with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. Shocked..both times not good..dry..bun mediocre. Their fries and soups were pleasant. I get a more enjoyable burger at some nearby fast food places. Will eat other things there..
The food is good especially the burgers. On Tuesday evening, seniors are half price for a variety of menu items. Because of this Tuesday tends to be crowded, but, the wait for a table is never long. Our waitress was pleasant and did a great job.

Good food and the service we received here has always been good. This location is very popular with the older crowds and after church folks (guilty). If you are looking for healthy options for breakfast, this is not the place. I need to avoid eggs and high calorie items and there are not really any options that fit that criteria. You can order just egg whites though, and that is the option I normally take. Fairly clean and the busboy is quick to clear tables.
Absolutely love the burgers here. They have 2 other locations in the area but this is their newest. There are over 50 burger combo options on the menu or come up with your own specialty. They also serve breakfast which my son tells me tastes awesome.The inside is very open and relaxed with mostly 60s music playing for whole old school burger joint atmosphere.

This review is based on the Menches PERRY location: Sub-par customer service. Today was my first time there and it was also my last. I raised my hand for something and was ignored by ALL the waiters.. even my OWN! Not to mention, when I requested my tab she didn’t bring it to me until she felt like it! It’s little things like that that make a BIG difference. How irking! I have no idea why I still left a tip.. perhaps for courtesy’s sake I guess..? The soup was not good at all and I had much better liver.. I could make better liver than that.. everyone I know could. I’m sorry, but I’m just so turned off by the customer service and their food being sub-par didn’t help their case at all!

Prices are good but wait staff is not! When I found out who our waitress was I was upset cause she didnt acknowledge us right away. Then when she did I asked for water with extra lemon. No Lemon! She was slow and just didnt do a good job! Had problems before so wont be back!
Placed on hold long enough to hear staff cash out 6 customers and help 1 deal dash. Slightly entertained with gossip amongst staff until I became extremely irritated of length of time on hold. Will NOT make the mistake of considering this place for food again. Unprofessional. Too bad one star is the lowest I could give.
The hostess that sat us was very rude she acted like it was such a job to take us to our table. Then we sat for along time and the waitress never came. The salad bar looked dried and and the lettuce wasn’t fresh. There was very few tables at dinner time. We decided to leave and when I called in to speak to the manager low and behold it was the hostess. We decided to drive down the road to the Menchies in Massillon and it was great!!! The service was excellent and the food was very good. And the place was packed.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in my area. Wide selection of items to order, food is always awesome, and the servers are really friendly. My wife and I go here or their other location in Massillon at least once a month.
Excellent food!!! Cheap eats!!! Customer service PHENOMENAL!!! This was my first time here and pass this place often. Curiosity got the best of me but I am very pleased with this place! Curiosity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back.
Burger wasnt very good at all.Sweet potato fries came with what was suppose to be cinnamon butter it was butter with 2 sprinkles of cinnamon sugar it was aweful
Have been going there for long time. My first few posts were great but lately its been going down hill. I think tonight well be our last night there. Food wasnt good at all smaller portions,not cooked right and for a place that is known for its burgers. They didnt have any. LOL :(
Very nice family restaurant... quiet, clean, quaint, the server was very friendly, the food was reasonable priced and the portions were good. The chicken parmesan was tasty but the pasta sauce was a bit bland for my taste but overall it was a good pasta dish. The parm, with a salad, bread and soft drink was 9.99.

The burger 2as excellent but the waitress was very cocky and rude. Im sure she felt bad after we left her a nice tip anyway. Boro burgers on Wednesday so I had to take into consideration how long had she been there and how many did she serve before we got there. Ask how much a slice of pie was she slammed the menus down and said I dont know you look. She said she just adds it to computer after someone orders it and it tells her. Needless to say the 4 of us decided to go elsewhere for our desert.
My first visit here after wanting to for awhile now and just havent. Mistake by me because my first impression was maybe the best burger Ive ever had. Friendly and fast service as well and I will definitely be back to try out some other options as I hear they are all delicious!
Well good was good service on the other hand was not so good. Asked for bread twice and still never got it. Had to ask for the wifes cottage cheese twice. And on Mondays its buy 1 dinner and 2 drinks and get the second for a dollar. Well guess that doesnt include a burger. They need to make it more clear on what is included.

ThereWas a hair in my burger. They replaced it, but still expected me to pay full price. The servers seamed more concerned with when they were getting off than paying attention to their tables. The food was still good.

For what appears to be a hole-in-the-wall type of restaurant, there are 2 better options serving similar fare. I wont name them here as this place isnt exactly bad....just below my personal expectations.Ordered German fries loaded. Eggs were dried out and something in my veggies tasted ever so slightly off, like it was near expiration.Come for the value selections and pass on the full price menu.

The wait staff was very friendly. They did mess up the order and were slow to return to the table, we were on a time limit so the item was half eaten; so the waitress said “ah, oh well”. I also gave a 3 star due to the bathrooms being unattended. Had I gone in before the meal, I would have not sat down. Lesson learned.
Have called to make reservations for a large group in the past and have been told they don’t do reservations, showed up in person to get a table for a large group and was asked if I had a reservation by the hostess... When I mentioned I’d tried to do so in the past and wasn’t able to a waitress rudely told me that “I’ve been with Menches for 6yrs and we’ve always taken reservations!” This not being the first time I’ve run into rude staff at both the Canton and Massillon locations our group decided to take its business elsewhere!

Good food but service was poor. Host didn’t make eye contact when she talked to us as we entered the restaurant, and we waited for way too long to see our server and get drinks. Our server was friendly but didn’t seem to be in a hurry to get our drinks (which another server gave us). I’ve had Menches Bros in Green and they are 100% better. Better service and their food is great *At Green!!*

Service was slow apparently a cook was a no show. We waited 45 minutes for food and had to leave for an appointment. As we were leaving one of the staff made a snide comment in our direction. Our waitress told us it wasnt her fault as an apology. If you plan to eat here make sure you have plenty of time to get your mediocre food.
That was not a Strip steak I had.It looked like round steak.It was tuff.Stick to just hamburgers.Paid $13.99 for a tough steak.Tenderize them or something.I took it home and gave it to my dog.I should get a refund.Im not the one to cause a seen or I would have said something.
Disappointed. I ordered the steak and eggs omelet that was supposed to come with my favorite veggies. Being that it was my first time here, I was amazed that they knew what my favorite veggies are. However, that amazement ended quickly because they were no veggies in it. Im sure that was a oversight by the cook and Ill give them one more chance (just one) , next week. If the other issue happens, it will be back to B&K café.
I love the fantastic array of burgers Menchies has, I havent had an unsavory burger yet, the french fries are quite good as well. I love the 50s & 60s music they play as well. I ventured out once morning to try their breakfast, it was pretty tasty. I recommend Menchies, you dont be disappointed.
Meals were below average servings, taste not even for the price. Servers yesterday were cranky, lazy and seem to hate life but definitely their jobs. We stood there for no less then 3 minutes as the hostess said she would be right with us and stacked menus, where we sat we could hear then complaining about customers and just made us feel like the enemy. Salad bar is over priced for a small selection. It did have Marzettis in pouches, that saved it or I would have asked for my money back.
NEEDED a smoothie in a hurry, and being new to the area, didnt know my way around. Went in here, asked if they had smoothies, was told, no, not on the menu, but hold on a second... the fantastically cheerful hostess went into the kitchen and orchestrated the creation of one for my guy!
If you want a burger, thats not just a typical burger, this is the place to go. Huge variety of different topped burgers. You will always find something you love.
I can only give this place a three because I had the best fish since Tims back in the day last Friday. It was so good I went back this Thursday only to be let down. The good fish is only on Fridays the rest of the time its a frozen pos. So I went back then next day hoping for another great experience only to be let down again. It was blah. Flavorless small and way over done. Boo hiss. Why cant restaurants be consistent? Ps the first time I got mashed potatoes and gravy with my fish. They sucked if not for that fish I would have returned it all and left. Waitress was a doll. Salad bar was unappealing pasta salad was gross. They need help
Food was great, waitress great, prices to high for some things. Burgers $8.00 - $10.00, you would assume fries were included but they were an additional $2.39. Other items were priced fine.
Had a good first experience here, coming back for the second time it was drastically different. A simple miscommunication while ordering my food, resulted in my waitress raising her voice at me as well as trying to blame me. From what I could see and here around me, I wasn’t the only one not happy with there food/service. A nice couple even came up to us and told us good luck with our food cause theirs was burnt. The check from the previous people at our table was left there till our food came out, which was also burnt. I wouldn’t waste your time here if you’re looking for good breakfast. Drive a little down further on tusc and go to Pete’s. Or take a left at whipple and go to the whipple cafe.
Luncheon menu with 8 different dishes. There were 3 meals on the board when we first arrived. Very courteous and efficient staff. Meals arrived hot and delicious. We visited the site located on West Tuscarawas located across from Central Catholic HS. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
Good food. I got a club sandwich and onion rings. All the food was good. I like the size of the place because you feel you have space. All the personnel seemed very friendly and price was reasonable.
Going downhill. Mediocre food, gravy is obviously from a can, as well as the mushrooms. Chicken Breast was no bigger than a deck of cards. I can pay the same price and get better food elsewhere. Hostess attitude is always short and rude
We have been going to Menches since its been open. Food good n service has been great until today. We sat for 20 min with no service while the waitress stood n talked to a table top of 6 ...right next to us. She looked at us twice n walked awayWhen we left out of pure frustration we told the head hostess. She then talked to the waitress n she passed the buck n said she didnt know we were hers....very disappointed with this today
Great food, service & reasonably priced as well. They are known for their burgers & have 50 different burgers. The pork chop, spaghetti & hot roast beef are my favorite dinners.
Visited The Perry Location in Canton. We were sat down promptly. We ordered 2 Chicken Stir fry and waited 45 minutes and we got the food it was cold.. understand it was busy..

Manger with the gray sweater with red flower on it is very rude. I ask the waitress can I get my broccoli on a side plate she came with the food on one plate. I asked and the manager sucked her teeth rolled her eyes and walked away. I didn’t eat my food she still charged me for it. I’ll never return! I asked a different waitress for some water then she came back without the water. But came to refill someone else coffee 5 times.

Never disappointed with any meal, we eat here often. Specials all the time, surprised tonight was 50% off for seniors and that is 55 an up. Love the comfort food, and burgers... its all good

On of my go to spots for a great burger. Although I have to say the Steak burger is a must. I add green pepper to turn it into a Philly burger. Absolutely amazing!!!

Food is great. The German fries breakfast is awesome. Great wings, breakfast, burgers. Only thing I hv not liked was the liver and onions. Liver was overcooked and dried out. I love liver but not here.
Me and my mother in law stopped and had lunch here. It was great we had options on our portions of food. They were so friendly and we had the salad bar as well. Loved it
Service was slow. Hamburger meat was gamey. Onion rings were good frozen box kind. Chicken Alfredo the chicken was made out of some type of synthetic rubber. Not even real Alfredo noodles. The Alfredo sauce was also out of a can or jar.. wont be back. I could have had Olive garden for what I paid.
Super cheap breakfast. $1.99 for the essentials(eggs,meat,toast,hashbrowns). The coffee or tea actually cost more! Service is a little slow, but pretty good overall.
Service was slow, wanted fish dinner that was 7.99. Waitress ordered what she liked and the fish was baked and cost 14.99. Will never go back. :(

Good food at a great price and the service was excellent. Menches in Massillon is also good but I prefer the one across from Central Catholic High School. Not much difference really wholesome food at a great price.

Service was lousy, asked for second glass of water,,. Took waitress half hour to. Come. Back. I ordered basket of. French fries. They were cold when they came. Waitress was not. Friendly therefore. She did not receive a tip.

I would give it zero stars if I could. After waiting almost a half hour for our order and being jammed in a booth with 5 of us because they were waiting for a large party to arrive whom finally showed up an hour later, my 86 year old father ordered the swiss steak which he has ordered there on at least 3 occasions in the past. He has dentures and he has always ordered it here when he has come in the past. The meat was really red (not even pink) and the exterior was hard. The order was returned and we were informed all the swiss steak was that way. They got my dad a cheese omelette which came out when most of the table was almost finished eating. I had an all meat omelette with no cheese inside. I asked the server where the cheese in the omelette was and she said they had to ask me if I wanted cheese...for an omelette. I was not asked. The omelette just fell apart on the plate. The food quality was less than I have experienced at the restaurant. When the check came, there was no exemptions for the meals nor any discounts. Being the customer, I decided I would speak to the manager. I was informed he was in the kitchen and that they would get him. I was informed that he had something else to do before he could come out. I waited almost 5 minutes when a male exited the kitchen and came and stood by the front podium. I had come to the front of the restaurant to the hostess stand because I did not want to say something at the table and the front of the restaurant was empty. I finally asked if he was the manager. He said he was the owner as chewing tobacco spilled from his lower lip area (remember he came out of the kitchen!). I started to talk about the swiss steak when he interrupted me and started to get confrontational. He went on in a rude manner about it. After he finished, I just said that he did not need to be confrontational and never mind that I would just pay my bill. He went back to the kitchen. I paid and waited for my receipt. As I was getting my receipt, he exited the kitchen again, still chewing tobacco and started again about the swiss steak. I told him it was over. I paid the full bill, tipped the server nicely and left with my father, sister and two sons. I told my dad that we would never eat there again. I am suggesting to anyone else to avoid this place. It is sad because Menches Bros is usually good.

The food is almost always great and the people working there are nice, most of the time. The manager is not the nicest person in the world but, it is good food, but it also takes a while to finish but overall its good.

Onion rings 50 cents a piece!There burges are a fare price, and good too. BUT $2.99 for six onion rings? Nope not ordering onion rings again, they are good but not worth 50 cents a piece, yikes. My meal was take out.
The meal I had was great. Chicken stir fry with a baked potato. For only $5.99 , our waitor Randell was awesome.
Very nice waitress, smiled a lot. The buss boy even said hi with a smile. The food was good. Had time to visit with our friends at the table.

Ive been eating at Menches Brothers since 2011 in Massillon, Ohio. The Best!!! A one-time trip to salad bar is $3.99. Thats healthier and cheaper than eating at fast food. Plus they bring a slice of homemade italian bread.
Great place to eat breakfast. They should start serving the sausage gravy in large glasses it is good enough to be a beverage.

2021-06-24Meeehhh! It is a good old diner that serves good food. Nice, clean place that receive a lot of nice people from an older age group to be honest. Not that there is anything wrong with that. The staff is courteous and educated.. The place is cozy and inviting and I am sure people come to enjoy the place and not necessarily because the food is competition grade. Come with confidence. The prices are right in line with the place and food quality.

2022-02-22***EDIT:First bad experience. I ordered a burger and they brought out the wrong one. No big deal. However, instead of making a new one, they took it in the back, wiped it off, and brought it back out. As soon as I bit into it I tasted the BBQ sauce. I opened the bun and sure enough, they didnt get it all off. Extremely insulting. Its a burger. Its not a $50 cut of meat youre losing money on, or a meal that takes 20 minutes to prepare.We also had a voucher for a free kids meal as my girlfriends kid was star student, from Green preschool. And this is probably something that needs fixed on the Green locations end, but the Perry location wouldnt honor it because theyd never heard of it.I had no issue paying for the kids meal, but if I just completely insulted my table, the last thing Id be doing is rejecting a voucher from them.***You cant beat this place for what it is. The food is great and the prices are right. I felt compelled to leave a review because I went to order online and saw it was rated at 4 stars. Most of the complaints are recent and service related. If you cant grasp that virtually everywhere in the service industry is having staffing issues (and as a result, customer service issues) then you most likely do not get out much and have no business leaving reviews.

2022-04-05I meet there with about 18 or so other co-workers once a month for breakfast and the staff is always friendly and efficient. I also make it a point to stop when I am in the area because they have the best burgers around.

2022-05-23I had the western omelet. Eggs are not supposed to be crunchy. My dad had sausage gravy over stale biscuits that could have done better as hockey pucks. Waitstaff never checked on us.

2016-12-30The wife and I tried Meches Bros. out for the first time, and it was great! The service was attentive and friendly. I saw them on Fox 8 for best burgers in the area and figured I should try it out. They have a selection of 50 burgers, and Pops Double that I got was amazing. You can tell the meat is fresh and not frozen, and the fries have a certain crisp and flavor to them thays not like others around. After seeing they have a breakfast until 4pm menu, Ill definitely be making this a more go-to place since its not far away. Ive seen other restaurants go in at this location, and Im hoping this one is here to stay for a long time!

2019-02-12A friend and I visited on a Monday evening around 7pm. There were only a couple of tables with people when we were seated. So it surprised us when we were shown to our table, the hostess still had to brush crumbs off if the seats. If theyre not busy, you would think theyd have plenty of time to clean, right? Thats why a 4 star and not a 5 star rating.Our burgers were both good. I had the atomic burger (see photo) with fries and a drink for $3 or $4 more. Our waiter was pretty attentive except I dont recall him asking how we wanted our burgers cooked, which is kind of strange. Didnt have to wait very long for our food and it was hot when it arrived at our table. Everything seemed to seem in ordered Atomic burdllllllll
