Menards has everything yard and outdoor-even household. I can usually get all my outdoor needs in one simple trip. Gate hinges? Done. Lawnmower air filter and spark plug? Done. Household cleaners? Even fleece lined jeans and wool socks. They have outdoor furniture, solar lights, fountains, plants, insecticide, tools-the list is endless. Wonderful, helpful employees. You cant miss.Post Covid update-masks not required as of 6/2/22. Picked up necessities and outdoor products and tools with an available 11% rebate. Still my favorite one stop shop.
I want to wright a review about the garbage Richmond hot water tanks but cant so I will put this on them since thats what they sell. I will never buy another one. It broke twice in the first year Ive had it and rest assured I will be buying something else when the warranty expires. Both times I was without hot water for a week. This last time I called them on a friday morning and was told my 2 parts would go out that day and would take 1 to 2 days. On Monday (3 days later they still havent shipped and only one part was ordered. It took another 4 days to get all the parts. The plumber they called wouldnt schedule till I had all the parts. When I finally got them I was told the soonest would be monday. Another 4 days. That would have left this family of 5 without hot water for 11 days in January. I was able to find someone else to instal the parts and was told that Richmond and rheem were were 75% of their repair and the thermal couple were junk. I would agree since we had 2 put in on the first year. Unsatisfactory for a water tank that cost over $800. Never again.
There is no customer service at this Menards store or loyalty to repeat customers. First we a had bought items a kitchen sink and 2 lights online for pick up and this order was wrong First we attempted to recieve our order pick up and they rudly stated all orders are to picked up in the yard. We attempted to go around with both a printed and emailed receipt if over 1000 dollars worth of items. There automated scanner refused entry we called on the speaker and phone and said we were not allowed entry into the yard because we did not have a receipt and were accused of trying to gain entry illegally on the yard and the person on the speaker no receipt no entry. So we went around to the front desk after 30 min wait were told to go around back and we explained we tried that and got nothing but attitude about our item. It took me threatening to call the police on them for not providing our merchandise until they over rode something to gain access to the yard. Than when we got around back they only provided us with one item we had three. They accused us of trying to steal even though we had the receipt a d once again when we mentioned calling the police they looked at our receipt and after 30 min miraculously found the other 2 items. No apology or anything just threw our lights in the van. Then when we got the gate they held us up for another several minutes going through other items we had bought in the store and having to show receipts. Then we were allowed to leave. Again no apology or anything. Once we returned home looked they item over the sink was wrong. We called the store and once again got nothing but attitude about returning or exchanging the item needless to say after several days and having to go back into the store we finally got our money back. We had items delivered to our home than when they got here they refused to bring the items into the house and stated they only put items in the driveway or garages. The items we had here were b board paneling which can not be left outside. So we had to move the items in the house our self after paying a delivery charge. We are not happy and would not recommend this menards to anyone that would like just a little customer service.
Will no longer bring my business to any Menards lambert and Drake of the Alexis road location refused a return of 2 cabinets because I paid cash and could not find my receipt but if I would of paid with my card it’s no problem than they lied to me about a manager on duty
Horrible.I understand that Covid has changed a lot and inconvenienced many but just trying to get into the store with a stroller meant having to lift the whole thing over the rails. Then we go through the store adding items to the cart as we head to what we were there for - a deep freezer. Nice sized purchase. Find the one we want. Theres no one around to help. So we find someone - whom even seemed annoyed to be stopped for a question - and are told theyll send someone over. Get back to the freezers and wait. While doing so a kid (dont know the name - frizzy hair) has a pallet jack covered with empty boxes and wants to get through the lane to get to the back room and instead of asking us to make room just starts trying to squeeze pass the stroller - a kind excuse me would have been enough. Then continues the waiting. Enough was enough though. We left. Couldnt even go back through the door we entered because the turn styles only go one way (plus wed have to lift the stroller anyway) so we have to go to the opposite side.The place is just full of inconveniences for parents, no help, and impolite employees.
Needed a piece of scrap 2x4. INCREDIBLE service by everyone. One guy directed me to go into the lumberyard, called ahead to let another guy know I was on my way, that guy approached me as soon as he saw me enter the lumberyard, asked what I needed, and cut 4 pieces for me to the length I needed. All for $2! Such an excellent experience! Thank you Menards fine employees!
I applied for a credit card at Menards on Thanksgiving we thought the washing machine was broke come to find out it wasnt. But I received my denial letter from them. They said my credit score wasnt high enough I guess not since they did a hard inquiry on me made score go down 29 points. THEN THEY SAID MY INCOME WAS NOT HIGH ENOUGH WHICH I PAY ALL MY CARDS AND BILLS ON TIME. I OWE MY HOME AND ALWAYS PATRONIZED THEIR STORE GUESS NOT AGAIN MY MONEY CANT BE HIGH OR GOOD ENOUGH FOR THEM.
Friendly and helpful staff. I love the layout of the store--makes it easy to find stuff. And because they carry a variety of products, sometimes I dont have to stop at the grocery store. Prices are very good. Lastly, I hear they have good employee morale as well as ethical business practices.
We called first asking if they had auger bits that attach to a hammer drill and we were told yes they do and were given prices. So we drive there from Michigan to get this part. We get there and lots of employees standing around talking throughout the store we asked several employees where we would find this part and we were sent to the garden center then to masonry then to hardware then to the drill isle and this store did not even have the part. A ridiculous waste of time and gas money and employees that have no idea what they were doing. Was very disappointed in the service
The young man out in the yard where the landscaping supplies are was very helpful, he sent me inside to get the order sheet that I needed to take up to the cashier but there wasnt a soul around. I walked all over looking for an employee but there wasnt any to be found, so I went back to the desk and waited there. Finally a young man came out from a door from behind the desk acting as if I had interrupted him doing something really important. He looked up the other item I needed and printed the slip I needed and sent me on my way and went right back into the door that he came out of. I paid for my merchandise and drove around to pick up my order and luckily the same nice young man was there to load my car.
Always a cut above Lowe’s and Home Depot. You don’t have to walk through kitschy holiday stuff and overpriced vacuums to get what you need. Store is often well stocked, and the staff always helpful. I drive here from Monroe because the service and stock is so much better than the Lowe’s right in town. I always like going to Glenda’s checkout lane too. She’s such a sweetie.
I miss the old menards. The one that cared about its customers. During the pandemic when things were shut down they told us it was OK to wait for a return that wasnt right for us, until it passed their designated time limit, and refused to refund money with the receipt, even though their manager said they would over the phone when called to make sure. Was forced to take a store credit. They are no longer accommodating to the customer. Back to Lowes we go.
Place is good but my bone is with the no military discounts, they sell all this patriotic material, shirts , hats etc. And dont give vetrans a discount! I think places that capitalize on patriotism should give the very people who defend it a measly discount! Mostly I avoid this place for that reason, lowes and home depot give those very discounts, reason why I frequent those places..
The workers are extremely rude. They just want to yell at you about a mask even when you are in the process of putting it on. There is no friendly greeting anymore! I am a contractor that spent a lot of money on materials for my customers there. NEVER AGAIN. Menards lost my business forever.
This review is not about the store in general, it is about their online ordering and delivery. I ordered a refrigerator and on the website it gave me the option to choose the best day for delivery I chose Friday mind you I ordered this Wednesday night at around 6:00 or 7:00 p.m., and the delivery location is less than 2 mi from the store.... And I have not been contacted about when it will be delivered.... also I had ordered the same refrigerator from another location also to be delivered on Friday to a different delivery address, because their stock was limited, we were contacted and told that they dont do deliveries on Fridays, so we had to find someone to go pick it up last minute... I mean if you dont do deliveries on Friday so why even offer that as an option when you place an order to purchase something from their website? Spending $900 and expecting it Friday, only only to find out on Friday that they dont do deliveries on Friday...
Im not the only contractor with a complaint. This store needs to revamp how they do business.Number one constructive material contractors need... 2x4s. Where are they located at every other box store? Right near the entrance. Where are they located at Menards stores? Out in the warehouse. But wait it gets better. First you have to park walk all the way to the back of the store to the builders desk and have them issue you a gate pass/checkout sheet. Then you go up to the register waiting line. Then drive all the way around the building. Which now they no longer have gated tenants on the entrance side. So when youre picking up materials youve never picked up before you no idea where its located. Load up your 2x4s. Go back through the gate.Contractors do not have time to walk the entire length of the store twice then get in their vehicles drive around the building just to load up.I have spoken with the manager at Alexis road. I asked him to speak to his regional. He says there isnt one. He tells me that the email slips that you fill out dont even go to corporate they come back to him. This type of structure creates slow to change. Slow to fix immediate problems let alone longstanding problems with the store.but thats why from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. both Lowes and Home Depot have barely any contractor parking. Whereas Menards you can get front row parking pretty much anytime during that time.Its broken people, lets fix it! I enjoy shopping at Menards, their selection is good. I enjoy the pricing. I dont enjoy the time waste.
Shopped a few months ago. Walked in with no mask due to my medical issues..(airway)..was not stoppedWith my masked family..but at checkout ..some random false supervisor or whatever ran out and said ..dont continue her transaction unless she puts mask on..checkout lady apologized..but Id already put my card to be cashed out..im sorry that was ridiculous.. and she acted like I committed a crime. So disrespectful..and could have been handled better
Its Menards, what more can I say till u shop their for yourself. The service is ok, their always a little disorganized in back with loading materials, Always seems to take more time then it should. Prices are a little lower on stuff the lowes or home depot but their quality is a little less for the less money. But overall a good store, with a little bit of everything. Furniture, food, pet supplies and lumber in one place.
Very disappointed in my purchase. Got a new dog bed from the shelf, price under bed was $31.99, went to check out and they rang it up $41.99. I had to go back and show your associate where I pulled from and she stated to me well I didnt see you get it from there. Do I have to have an associate with me when I shop at your facility. I will go to the other box stores before i come back to your store. Dont like to be called a liar.
I go to Menards because its close to where l live and on many items they have good prices. From a service standpoint its no worse or better than the other big home improvement stores. If you need someone for information about something most likely youll need to track them down. After that its a toss up as to whether theyll be knowledgeable about your need or issue.
It was horrible & I will never shop there again!!! Finished shopping & they would not let me check out without a mask! Passed many workers while I was there & they never said anything to me about a mask! This is ridiculous. I have a medical condition where I am unable to wear face cover of any kind. First time I have had this issue anywhere! Not happy but will take my business elsewhere from now on. Your loss not mine! 😥
I ordered from them as they had the quantity of stuff I needed in stock. They are an extra hour away. They shorted me 10 pieces then did not notify me when the missing pieces became available.Additionally, be aware their procedures are different so I got to spend an extra 10-15 minutes waiting because they dont do a slip to get out.2 stars are for quantity and not sending that shortage somewhere closer to me.Never went into store...
So I had a wonderful chance to come down and try to find a chainsaw. I went to a couple locations and I came to this Menards here. I was at another location and the customer service was terrible but this location not only did the customer service agent Drew answer my phone call when asking about the chainsaw in question. He also followed up the call the next morning to let me know that the part had arrived and that I could come by anytime to pick it up. He also set one aside for me to make sure that I did get it when I arrived. Honestly some of the best customer service I have received from any Menards. 10 out of 10 would purchase again
Menards has become my new go to project center based on selection, pricing, hours and customer service, the other stores fall flat when it comes to these categories. A few examples, vinyl siding, Menards has more in stock colors to choose from the others have three. Treated Wood Products; theres no comparison Menards have more choices to get the job done. The other two stores used to have knowledge employees in each area of the store whos knowledge was in that specific area they were assigned to, lastly there have a bunch of kids who dont know the difference between a joist bracket and a floating shelf bracket. Its frustrating. My 1st choice will always be Menards.
I purchased $850.00 basement windows back in November from a store and sent off 2 rebate forms. I did not save and correctly copy the original bottom and of course I got the small rebate back right away but the 85.00 check never came.After numerous calls with their receptionist at corporate who will remain unnamed, she would hang up on me and say there was no manager or supervisor to speak with, and noone would respond by email. This does not feel like a family owned operation to me. Noone would respond and there is noone to complain to at the corporate office.Finally the general manager from the store actually helped me and made good. This was after 5 months of pursuing my 85.00 rebate.Now that Menards is requiring a mask to shop at their stores, I think it is time to part ways for a while and focus on Ace Hardware.
Im typically a fan of Menards and have experienced great customer service many times in the Findlay store where I normally shop. This visit was a mix with an employee unable to get assistance to help me locate a product in the store for about 5 minutes...even though I already had the Menards SKU #. It took 3 attempts to get assistance before finally learning the product was not in stock.Thankfully the last 3 employees who I interacted with were great, and that is more typical.
Not as full of a store as usual. Disappointed in pricing, although 11 percent off helps a bit. We got most of what was on my husbands list but some key things were out. Cleaning products, lining for a pond/waterfall, a specific dog pad/bed. We will go back of course but I will check for an ad first.
Very nice staff! Thank you to the nice young man who helped me with my soil and rocks. (Forgot the name😥 but he was thin, young, dark haired with blond in the front!) And the lady in garden store who helped me find the rocks and soil ( she has hubby who recently had back surgery) I am terrible with names
Ive been going to this store since it opened up. Yesterday I was told I had to wear a mask to enter the store. Since I didnt have one they said I could buy one in the store but would have to wait in a line . A mask isnt going to make it any safer in the store for anyone. I left and wont be back anytime soon. Actually hope they go bankrupt like some of the stores who werent allowed to open up . Wake up America our rights are slowly being taken away from us
What a great store... 4 stars definitely. Only thing holding back is the lack of installation services like the competitors Home Depot and Lowes....The selection is amazing. They have alot of most things and a few of everything.Would have expected to see more snowblowers in February but maybe they sold out and arent restocking.As far as the store goes it was clean, neat and well organized. It was well lit up and the lines to leave where very efficient.
I would say this store is about average in my expectations. This is mainly because multiple times I have gone to get items that show in their app as being in stock (and large enough quantities where its not just the last item) and go there only to find they actually dont have any in stock. This has happened in a number of departments and Im always told that whoever was doing stock probably didnt realize what they scanned and counted was the wrong item. I could understand on some of the items but it has happened so frequently that its clear someone is not helping train the people doing stock what the items actually are so they can correctly count them
Joe in flooring has horrible additude. Been in the store a few times to buy flooring items and he always is very snippy with his answers and sarcastic. Spend alot of money at this store working on my rental houses and he makes it were I dont even want to purchase flooring items at this location.
Beware of placing special orders at Menards. I ordered some deck stain that they dont carry in the store. When I was placing the order the date for arrival was given as May 21st. I received a confirmation email to track the shipment. On the 21st I checked the shipment tracking and according to UPS it had been delivered to the store. On May 22nd I went to pick up the order. They could not find it. They say it it was never delivered. I asked them what I was supposed to do. They said wait until we call you. That does not work for me. How long am I supposed to wait? I cancelled the order with someone at the store, but it still shows up as pending. I suppose I will never get my money back. Will never order with Menards again. Of course, the store manager refused to talk to me. I understand that is company policy. Terrible customer service.
Though it took a little while to find some help in the garden center, once I did they were very helpful. A young man named Dylan was a great help getting my soil for me and loading it. He also got a planter down for me so I could have the two that matched that I wanted. He helped make a sale by going out of his way. Thanks again, Dylan.
I was there paid cash for items they put back in stock, and instead they credit my menards card said it store policy, the store manager Patrick, was very very rude, and unaccomadating. I dont agree with that policy, needs to be changed since they had no problem taking my money, s
1.6.17Today at 6:25 pm my family and I went to Menards just to get duct tape and super glue. We got everything we came for and went to check out with only 5 items. We were in line for 11 minutes with only 2 people in front of us. Everyone working was very slow and non-efficient. We usually are not disappointed with our service, but today our visit was very aggravating.
Everyone complaining about masks dont care about the other customers or employees. I have a family member who works there and they are experiencing huge amounts of business everyday with not the greatest pay and its impossible to keep 6ft of distance all the time. They deserve to be protected and respected. If you dont like it dont shop there. This is going to be the new norm as businesses reopen so your going to have to get used to it or stay at home like your suppossed to be doing. I love menards for doing this. Thank you Menards
Menards is really competitive prices compared to other big bix stores. This store has a great selection but is an average size of menards. Staff are nice and understanding. I have never really experienced any problems with any of the menards I have come in contact with in my projects.
Went to store seeing on line that they had our favorite Australia Gold Bond sanitizer available. Have always bought 1/2 dozen at a time before this COvid thing. No sign indicating limited quantities. I was in formed after taking 6 small bottles to front to purchase. Come on guys get with it. Post a sign.
Recently had a horrible experience with this Menards. My mother bought pavers to make a patio and steps and the first person she worked with to set it all up was great. So then they didnt give her everything she needed from the beginning. She put all that together as best as she could and sent the guys helping down to pick up more of the pavers and pieces she was using for the stairs. Well the store loaded the wrong items and she realized it later that day. She called to return them and the manager said well you get what you get and refused to return the items and give her the right ones even if we drove them back down there. She ended up just buying the stuff she needed, and that was when she realized they didnt give her everything they discussed to begin with. Well needless to say, they didnt do anything to remedy the situation. They had the too bad, so sad attitude. Make sure everything is EXACTLY the way you want it before picking up deliveries at this store! And make sure you get ALL of the material you need for whatever project youre doing because they certainly wont care whether you have it all or not.
Always have what I need. Very friendly staff and have returned items with zero problems. They do need more people to answer their phones though. I remember a few yrs back the phone rang 20 times before they finally answed, and have been left on hold forever. But the place itself is great. Oh except they let their nursery stock die every year. Hire some people!
Excellent Service, I live in Canada, and had the best delivery experience of an appliance EVER, I will defiantly purchase appliance again fro Menards Toledo. The deliver team was very polite, on time and treated my family and my home with respect while entering with the appliance. Awesome, service. Matt at Contractor sales was also fabulous to deal with. Thank you Menards, The Brick delivery team in Canada should take lessons from Menards delivery team, NO comparison, Menards you have won me over!!!!!! Thanks for the excellent service!!!!!!
My name is Lee Thompson and I just had an awesome experience at your store . I had to special order some leach field supplies and your plumbing manager took care of me . As Im disabled . Arianna was her name . She was the best representative Ive ever self with in a large store ! Period ! I worked with her on the phone first and then in the store . She gets 5 stars for sure ! Ok, its Menards, you should be fairly familiar with the store and layout by now, but if not, there a couple of pluses over Lowes or Home Depot. 1) more contactor size/grade stuff by that I mean larger diameter plumbing (copper and pvc), larger diameter metal ducting (round and rectangular), odd and longer lumber, etc. If a big box is gonna have it, its Menards 2) friendly helpful staff - people will help out when they can or get you to someone 3) the general store, theres a bunch of did from food, to toys to clothing available in a pinch, some is passable some is good, some is weird. The negatives are that sometimes the stuff doesnt make sense (end caps for duct sizes they dont carry, options available for one plumbing size and not another), returns without a receipt are always dinged 11% because of the constant mail in rebates - great, they take returns with no receipt though, but who likes mail in rebates anyway? Finally I hear they are pretty adamant about their politics, which seems kinda inappropriate, but its not my company either.
Bought a deck from Menards, scheduled delivery which was an extra charge. To first be told they didnt have a truck for the scheduled day, then after rescheduling was told that the boards that came in for my deck were busted and after they asked me if i wanted them (i refused) was told it would be atleast 7 days before they would have new boards. And the girl then told me if you dont hear from me in about a week just call us! So after finally resheduling delivery they called and told me they did not have the screws i had PAID for!! And to top it all off i tried to reach a corperate office to discuss my situation and they will not take any calls, everything must be done via mail or email! Should have been a red flag they must have to many complaints they wouldnt be able to staff enough people to take all the calls! Also i did email with customer service who just blew me off and said we hope your next experience is better but not a word about trying to make this one right. Never will i return to that store
I actually get better wood for my projects from Menards than I do from Home depot and more times than not, from Lowes. The staff are always a lot more pleasant and a lot less judging than the Lowes staff. Certainly more knowledgable than the Home depot staff. And Menards seems to be a better employer as well. I mean if you ask the employees. Obviously I havent done a conclusive study on it lol. Just seems like Menards is overall a nicer place to shop at. Although, dont get me wrong lol, I still shop at Lowes for more things too, simply because they are closer to where I live. But for big purchases like wood and gardening items, I prefer Menards most of the time. I used to be a Home depot only kinda gal...but Im sorely disappointed in their stores anymore due to a lack of knowledge on the part of their staff towards what they sell and thats a big no-no in my eyes. Know what you sell please. Otherwise how can I take you seriously ?
We ordered kitchen cabinets in February 2016 and each time we get notification the cabinets are in, the cabinets are either dented, scratched or stained sloppily. We have rejected them and had to re-order 5 times. The quality is terrible and menards has done nothing for us except keep re-ordering. Never again. Its April 9 and we are still waiting for the last cabinet.
425 block rolled off into the yard. Just pulled up and slid them off the back of the truck. $89 delivery fee right? Wrong? Because of the weight they neglect to inform you that it will take 3 payments of $89 to get this delivered. MAKE SURE WHAT IT WEIGHS WHEN YOU BUY IT ONLINE. THEY WILL CHARGE WAY MORE THEN WHAT YOU PAY AT CHECKOUT. They will call and say oh we can’t do it for that price. The mortar I needed to start the job was on the bottom of the pile......who does that?
They were to understaffed to retrieve shopping carts from the return rack one hit my car did considerable damages to my vehicle. After entering the store and talking with costomer service I left unsatisfied with the store managers responce to my claim.He stated, I quote, I know the store policy, theyre not going to do anything.He actually told me the truth. They did nothing. (Personal opinion) I hope that he has moved on to a better company that he can use his truth and integrity. This wasnt the store. The store was located in jackson michigan
After a few hundred visits the song becomes part of your subconscious. You cease to notice it most of the time. Then when you do hear it you get kind of scared.Never buy anything with a moving part here. Especially a motor.Believe it or not, Menards does actually employ the occasional competent worker. Unfortunately, when you need the hardware expert to be present, shell be either off that day or working over at the building materials department. Or the plumbing guy will be way too busy helping some guy pick out a sump pump and youll get stuck with the guy who doesnt know what PVC is.Those of us that shop here cant help it. Its so damn convenient. And Lowes - a far more enjoyable place to shop - is a few more miles down the road. So we end up at Menards. Again. And again. And again. One time I went here 6 times in one day.Dont become one of us. Save yourself.
When you first walk thru the door to your right after passing through the turnstile... take your time. There are lots of deals there...Normally laundry detergent is cheaper than any store.... paper plates and cups are on sale... many items end up free after rebates so make sure you get that after the checkout by the service desk.Do your homework for larger projects! Im certain Menards is cheaper than Lowes or Home Depot!
Was sitting in the car getting ready to leave and one of the 10 carts scattered throughout the parking lot flew into the car, dented it, and now the front door barely opens.Now, days later Im told by their insurance company that most likely Im stuck with the bill. So, someone elses neglect causes me to have thousands of $$s worth of Damage that isnt covered?As a homeowner we have shopped at/spent ALOT of $$ @ Menards [Doors, Sheds, Flooring, etc, etc...] but Never again!! Its my lifetime goal to deter as many people as possible from Menards 🖕🏻👎🏼
Stop by our neighborhood Menards today to pick up some shelving and brought my four-year-old son with me. After looking through the aisles and attempting to remove some shelving this entire display of iron shelving fell on my four-year-old son. I tried my best to catch it giving myself these scratches and bruises in the meantime, then had to dig my son out from underneath all the steel brackets in order to get him free. After the incident I was informed that their insurance company would call me in regards to the situation. Unfortunately their representative informed me that unless there was a hospital a bill to be associated with this but there was nothing Menards would do about it. She was extremely unprofessional and essentially told me multiple times that unless youre going to the hospital theres nothing Im going to do. Directly afterwards I contacted the store manager himself and at least got an apology out of the situation. This wasnt a tiny unit that fell on my son, or a small pail of nails, this was an entire shelving unit full of brackets as tall as 6ft that came off of their display unit and crashed into my four year old son pinning him to the ground. I cant believe that Menards has nothing more to say than we dont open our doors and hopes that someone gets hurt in our stores.
Menards, well can you really say about it? Its the necessary evil of my life. In fact it has become way too large of a part of my life, so much so that I have referred to myself as becoming Menarded.My record for trips in one day is 4. 4 times I walked into the gates of hell in a day to find that one screw I needed. Fortunately Menards doesnt sell screws in bulk, so Ive had to buy an entire box to get that one screw. On a related note, if anyone reading this needs any sort of attaching device; screws, nails, fence staples, please let me know. I have enough left over to build a small house.Lastly, if you are thinking about buying a fixer upper house, I would recommend against buying one anywhere in the vicinity of a Menards. If you do, the green sign and mind numbing Menards jingle will invade your life and ultimately ruin it. Im not a religious man, but I pray for everyones soul that they do not end up like I do.

2022-03-23Great selection of items and always great prices. Had trouble finding a specific item, and the associates approached for help were very willing to help find the item, the item wasnt in the designated area and a couple of associates help look around the store to find the wanted item.

2022-04-28Shopping for shower doors and enclosure, we were helped by Adalyn, a very knowledgable young lady who took the time to list out the items we were interested in, priced them, and helped us find accessories. She took the time to explain the difference in quality of the materials and really helped make the decision making process simple. Will definitely return .

2022-06-26I only shopped here today because the spouse wanted to. I NEVER go here because I am handicapped and need a motorized cart to get around such a large building and they NEVER have one available. When I ask the employee at the door he says they only have 1 cart. Ill never come back!!!

2022-03-03Love shopping at MenardsBut I do wish they wouldnt put there name all of Toyota sponsored cars and trucks in Nascar. Especially since they go out of there way to promote American made products in there commercials.
