This Meijer has been a favorite store since I was in my early twenties. The produce is great, they have a wide selection of goods and the prices are reasonable. Ive bought everything from food to fishing and hunting equipment from here. My only sorrow is that I moved from the area and there are no Meijer stores near my place.
I went there because there app says they have live fish on sale. When I get there after driving 24 min to get there I find out that there tanks are closed. Well they have been closed I spoke with an employee who told me 3 weeks before that they would be closed for 2 weeks. So I figured I would give them an extra week. I tried to call 5x before I made the drive and couldnt get an answer. So I asked to speak with a manager I waited 20 min and one never showed up so I left.
Generally well stocked and kept clean. A one stop shop for most items needed for your household wants and needs. Masks are recommended for everyone and highly requested for the unvaccinated.
Lately the checkout lines have been extremely long and slow and it shelves are sort of lacking product but thats more than just a Meijer problem.
I had a great experience with staff and a customer who returned my purse that was left in the vegetable section. Thank you for honest people..still have faith in the world
Bathrooms are disgusting!!I cant understand why this would be an issue!Mask nazis for 2ish years bc of safety and health...and I walk into their restroom and feel I need a tetanus shot...WTH!
I had previously given this location 3 stars but the produce department has improved drastically. I had to leave a star off because of the lack of a butcher counter here and no fresh, unpackaged fish.
Went to check out the meat dept Deals. Its been over two years since I was in Meijer, glad to say Ill be coming back. Your selection of meat is unbeaten. Thank you.
Open later than any other store in town, they always have great sales and the m perks are awesome too!
TEAM LEADER AND STORE MANAGER WERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAD ALOT OF I DONT KNOW THE ANSWER. MAKING ME FEEL HOW DID YOU GET TO THE MANAGEMENT LEVEL. MEIJER SHOULD REQUIRE MANAGERS TO HAVE THE EQUIVALENT DEGREE TO GO WITH THE POSITION OF STORE MANAGER. SERVICE COUNTER PERSONELL WAS VERY UNINTELLIGIBLE AND THE TEAM LEADER TOO. The only Meijer in Springfield, this place is always clean. If youve never been, its pretty much like a moderately priced Walmart with the full array of merchandise from milk & eggs, to shoes & as we discovered JACKFRUIT. Ive never seen one in person, and I was pretty amused to see one. It looks funny, and its huge and heavy. I hear they taste like Juicy Fruit gum, if you can get past the smell.They also have alot of foods from other countries and I found Kinder Chocolate Bars. I havent seen them since I lived in Germany.
Couldnt find a single item I needed on my list. Meat Selection was lacking. Very long lines and hardly any lanes open.
Instead of moving the fish to the back where people cant see, maybe get rid of them? Almost all the goldfish were dead in one tank
Bathroom was the most nastiest bathroom I have ever been in . Seats falling off dirty employees dress code is far from none . I couldnt even tell an employee from a shopper . Worse 1st time experience ever
Thank you for having the dried ancho Chiles I couldnt find anywhere else in Springfield. Plus....huge deals on beautiful steaks, chops and roasts at the meat counter that day. I stocked up. My freezer is full! And the fellow who waited on me was so very kind. Ive been a Kroger customer for a long time since moving here. But not anymore. Im going to meijer! Better produce selection also. Plus, if you need things other than grocery items, its a one stop shopping experience!
I like that meijers has a good selection of national brands. Something I dont feel I see much at Walmart! The main reason I like meijers is because they are actually willing to pay employees to check people out!!! They usually have multiple chk out lanes available. I even had someone offer to help me get something out to my car! Customer service is non existent these days in so many places. Thats not the case meijers. I will continue to shop here for that reason alone.

Definitely one of the best and cleanest groceries in Springfield. This location has good selection of vegan products as well.Edit: They have a Coke Freestyle machine here now. 😋

Their customer service staff perform way too slow to deal with their customers. Like 10 mins per person.I like clearance sale. Super cheap on quality items. Higher standard and lower prices, indeed. But I dont agree with the staff members. Some of them need to improve their skills and their performance on customer service. They even sneeze on my money, receipt, and ticket. I got infected by their common cold. Retrain them, please.

Went to Meijers today, most of the power was out and they were still open and they greeted you at the door, explained what was going on, I really liked that, we still got what we were looking for and we really appreciate the all the employees for working through the outage.

Was quick in & out but seemed like a decent Meijer. However, theyre very pricey on doggy items. $10 for a leash & collar for a puppy that I couldve gotten the same quality at Dollar Tree. Took a quick look at some toys for the pup too & Target is cheaper.
Always good, a little too big for quick trips, but, worth it. Stocking shelves.... aisles very crowded. Trying to keep up with demand. I try to get there early or late.
I will never go back to that Meijer. Under stocked hardy had any cat food but well supplied in dog food. Check out line not enough open for amount of people. Prices over priced on food items.

So happy with this visit, my sons bday party is tomorrow and the only thing he wanted was a game. They were in the process of closing and Tom S. came running back to grab the game and get us checked out in time before they closed. Literally saved my sons bday happiness. Wonderful experience.

Meijer prices are high,the parking lot is like a maze since all the stores on the outer parts of the lot. If you see something you like better grab it cause they do change out things quickly. The produce is usually nice.
The fish tanks are heart breaking and disgusting to look at. Why have them if you arent going to take care of them?

Its Meijer. Not a whole lot to say about it. Their bathroom at the entrance seems always on the cusp of being clean (but not quite). The prices are always decent. Theyve made some changes recently with the layout of the store and it seems to flow a bit better than I remember. My wife and I like to look at their clearance section but we werent able to locate the new spot for it. Maybe next time?
If you are looking to buy a pet fish dont buy one from them. The fish there looked so unhealthy. The tanks were dirty and there was so many dead fish in the tank! I told a worker about it and got a attitude. I dont remember the name of the worker. I left because I was so mad. Those fish should never go threw that.
Bev in Customer Service is rude. Her bangs are from 1983 and she needs a life. Also Rebecca W (department manager) smells like cheesy cats.
Store is organized like a man did it kinda hard to find some things but all n all i like this store bc when you do find stuff sometimes they have good deals or sales.
I love to shop here. Sometimes I just go in and mosey through the whole store to see what I can find. My trouble is at the checkout. While it is bothersome to wait in line unless you check yourself out, and I don’t get paid for that, but my trouble are the cashiers. Not all of them but it seems I only have trouble at this store. I have had a cashier think he needed to examine everything he rang up and comment on it. I have had a young man hold a lengthy conversation with the person in front of me and then tried to do the same with me. Today I was in a hurry but got in line in plenty of time but the cashier stared out the window most of the time she was ringing the person in front of me out. I was waiting on her to finish my order, just hit the button, but she stood looking out the window combing her hair with her hand. The person in back of me and I just stood there waiting for her to remember where she was. I think maybe more training is need.

My Mom had to return a large number of items to this store due to the recent passing of my Dad. It was a lot and not at all well organized between many receipts. Nathaniel at the Customer Service desk was patient and so kind to work thru this with my Mom to return all the items. It took close to an hour. With employees like this, Meijer will continue to be the place where we shop. Thank you Meijer and Nathaniel C. Job well done!
I enjoy shopping at our local Meijers. The quality and variety of fruits, vegetable, meats, and dairy-free items are excellent. They have great customer service and are willing to assist when needed. One of my favorites is the availability of having a personal associate check out, rather than all self checkouts. These clerks add to the shopping experience and make a difference.
Prices are a little higher than other discount retailers but a good variety of products. Store is clean and well organized.
I am an employee of another location. I was shopping for someone and had quite a few questions on the availability of different products. The Lead in charge was extremely helpful in trying to locate the products I was searching for. The staff at this location is on their A game.
The bakery has gotten worse and worse. The excuse of staffing issues is not going to hold up when the service and manner in which the service is provided is unfriendly, unprofessional, and all around unacceptable.I ordered what was supposed to be a double layer mermaid cake for my wifes birthday. The cake itself was under cooked so it sank and the decorating was haphazard and rushed.This cake was ordered Thursday for pick up Saturday which more than meets the current 24hr requirement Meijer bakery has, so it is not okay that a cake ordered in the time frame should be substandard.
Usually I love to shop @ Meijer, even though their prices are often higher than a lot of their competitors if you buy stuff other than the standard veg/bread/meat/milk. The stores are generally clean and theres a lot of really unusual and interesting non-grocery things there of a slightly higher quality than Walmart.However, I pretty much decided today that I am done with this Meijer in particular. The last three times I have been there, including today, I have had to stand in line anywhere from 20 to 35 minutes. Sounds crazy, right? Whats crazy is they only have had five lanes open plus the youre the cashier lane the last two times. Today I think I would still be standing in line had two of the people ahead of me not given up and walked out.Im sure this company knows there are lots grocery combo stores that would be happy to have someone shop there. As for me, returning to this particular location is a no-go.

Service desk was closed and the freezer section was pretty much empty . Pretty much a wasted trip.
With everything going on, its slim pickings, nothing on sale. If you are in fear of the virus going around the majority of the shoppers do not have mask on (me being one of them) but the employees do & they are very polite with dealing with the public. Hopefully when things settle down Meijer will be a good place to shop with a good variety & some good deals again!
I always love stopping at a Meijer, lots of unique things you will find here. Much better than a Walmart and better prices.

One stop shop? Pretty much. 2 registers open in a Saturday at noon. Slow getting in and out. Special cut roast that looks good.
Good selection, and theyre usually have stock on their shelves so if you have trouble finding something somewhere else you should try here. They changed all their Express checkouts to credit or debit only no cash. I dont like that. Their membership program where you can save money is nice
Best grocery store in Springfield! You have to give it a try. If you have to make a choice between Kroger, Walmart or Meijer in Springfield. MEIJER hands down!

None of the card readers were reading any of my cards in the self checkout. It kept saying it couldnt be read. It wasnt declined, I had plenty of money in all the accounts I tried, but the two that I tried wouldnt read them. Otherwise, I love this Meijer. It has a really good selection.

Went there to buy supplies for my daughters first apartment. Good selection of food items. Prices on kitchen cooking items like pots and pans a little high. Place was very clean and staff very helpful when we couldnt find something. Good size parking lot.

The stoee itself is always clean, the bathroom could use some work, the toilet paper holder was taped together and the electric hand dryer barely blew any air. The selection of food is appreciated

Meijer is and always has been a good shopping experience. They have more variety and better prices than the other places in Springfield. The people that work there are almost always friendly. The parking lot could be easier to navigate. Ever since Starbucks went in, its a little cluttered and you have to be careful.
Great prices - their steaks are wonderful!! Got them on sale too!! In fact, everything was on sale!! The Meijer coffee, the wine, the grapes, the rotisserie chicken & the Cesar large bag of dog food!! I only buy my meat at Meijers - tender & juicy!! It has everything that you need!!

Clean and well organized. Plenty of helpful staff on hand. They were even going the extra mile in customer service. (Something rarely seen these days.) No long lines...actually little to no wait at checkout.

You want bean sprouts? GO BEFORE 8am. International section is all Ready made souces. If they would just focus on fresh Asian ingredients I could go there more often. Mangos, Thia Tea and Bean Sprouts is all for today. I was in and out 20 min.
Amy C. was my cashier and I found her to be kind, attentive and obviously happy to be there. She took her time with each guest, called a helper to assist an elderly lady load her groceries. I didnt even mind waiting in line as I watched Amy treat every customer like they were the only person in her line. She didnt pass change and receipts and start ringing out the next customer before the prior customer even had their bags in the cart (my pet peeve!). She was a refreshing reminder of great customer service!
We shop here regularly. Its not noisy or cluttered with overstock and the clerks are very helpful. They have really great steaks from the butcher!
I like going to Meijer they have some decent clothes and some decent little deals here and there good run well run grocery department I will just say this the electronics department is bizarre theres usually nobody back there it looks kind of like a junkyard in a way and then other than that not a bad place

First time using Meijer pickup since it is now done by employees. The basic service went well. Shipt obviously is better to work with when substitutions are needed, but Meijer service is free. Free is good.
Love shopping close to home. But Meijer has the money orders I need and trust. And Meijer has some good perks,like when they send personal coupons to my home. That saves me money on things we use more often.
Great pharmacy that takes good care of their customers. They are very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend Meijer pharmacy ! They have lots of other things but the pharmacy is my priority there!
Nicest trip to Meijers ever! I was able to get help right away, and the lady that helped me was wonderful! I needed help getting cases of water, and she got someone to get them for me. She helped me ring my groceries ,because Im over 70 and I dont understand the self-checkout. And it is difficult when one is using an electric cart. The same clerk and another worker put my things in the car! Thank you Meijer and your wonderful employees!
Expensive! Clean store. Organized well. Had 5% Fage Yogurt that Wal-Mart does not carry and chocolate almond milk in an almost install on size! But sink stopper was $1 more.
Meijer is an awesome place to shop at rather it be food groceries, food, electronics, or any of your other needs. The prices are fair sometimes a bit steep compared to other stores. The store itself has always been clean everytime I have been in there. The staff is polite and respectful although I have ran into a few rude employees. I think that Meijer is a great place with a good selection of products.
Store was busy and employees were blocking aisles and talking. Wouldnt move when people said excuse me.. then another employee was in the parking lot having a LOUD discussion and cursing like crazy..
We like to shop at Meijer. Once you know the layout it is easy to navigate. You can pick up everything at one store. The associates we have encountered have been helpful, thought is the exception rather than the rule to find them. Overall, the ease and sales keep us coming back, wherever we are.
This is my first stop. For one, I HATE WALMART! For another they usually have everything I am looking for. It might cost a little more, but the store is always clean. With wide aisleways, with shelves that are not always being stocked. Easy in and easy out. Friendly, helpful associates. With Walmart making changes in their guns & ammo policy I will not support their business.
Deli : only sale prices shown, no regular prices on most nonsale items. Good products mixed prices. Bathrooms both mens and womens,were very dirty and nasty. I decided to wait until we could go elsewhere. Male companion used urinal only.
The prescription Express Checkout is DEFINATELY NOT USER FRIENDLY. Upon verifying with the Pharmacist, the signature link is not enabled disallowing one to checkout utilizing this method. PLEASE HAVE YOUR I/T Dept., enable or do away with this option!!!
Smelled extremely bad from a bath room sewage issue that has begun to get inside store. With only 5 registers open it had lines backed up even in self check out. Starting to look like Walmart
I always find what I am looking for. The store is clean and products are easy to find. The international isle is stocked with good products but I hope meijer will increase the selection. The deli and produce department always has fresh and interesting products. The bakery has a huge selection of different fresh breads and other baked goods.
I used to love this store, however recently they totally rearranged the whole store for no reason and stopped carrying some of the gluten free food I always bought there. And there is never more than 3 lanes open for checkout. VERY DISAPPOINTED
What can I say...this is Meijer. Great store and they usually have everything we need. Friendly staff. Luckily the entrance to Meijer is not solely on Bechtle Avenue or we would NOT be shopping here. The online Perks program is great and I love receiving coupons from them based on what we regularly purchase.
I love the way it is set up inside. Feels a lot like Sans Club, but with a department store twist. Employees were friendly, but not overly so.One thing that I would suggest is that something is done for easier entrance or exit to the storeComing in the first entrance by McDonalds you have to not only dodge McDonalds traffic but also traffic coming from a drive thru Starbucks. You literally are having to monitor all sides. In the same small lane, cars are entering and exiting Starbucks. Easy collision if you arent paying close attention.Other than that, I enjoyed going into a clean restroom and store.
Really cool dude at the self checkout. I think his name was Lonnie, just a wholesome lad to be honest. The manager lori was completely unprofessional and should be fired.

The pin pad was broken and the cashier told me my card was the issue so I couldnt pay for my groceries and it was embarrassing ALTHOUGH my friends got some great pulls in their trading cards even found a hidden fates box on the back of the shelf great find also their foreign food section is great for living out here in the country
Their prices may be a little higher but theyre in stock on items is light years ahead of Walmart. Also the staff here is much friendlier. The last few times Ive been to Walmart I felt like every employee I encountered hated their job and could care less about helping me I hope Meijer is able to continue to survive.
I got a coupon on the app for diapers & had one for $2 off my next trip already, that was good. I also got a $10. Coupon off my next trip for buying 2 boxes of diapers. Very helpful for my next shopping trip.

A great place to shop if you dont need any toiletries, milk, or anything that the scare is causing. Got myself a monster, and my friends got a beer. Would watch people NOT cough again.

Found a great pair of shoes that I love but was up set the dont carry Moscato primo amor any longer.
Its better than shopping at Walmart but only have 2 lanes open so youre forced to go to self check out and the girl working was lazy as hell. I had 2 big bags of pet food, 35lb tub of kitty litter and huge pack of toilet paper. She watched me struggle to scan them instead of bringing the hand held one over to scan them for me. I guess its too hard to do that job and she should be fired. She not qualified and lazy.
I love Meier. They have a great selection of food and home goods and the prices are reasonable. You can also find specialty products there such as wine and cheese.
Love the produce selection here. They also have great meat and sea food selections. They are a little more expensive than other options in the area but you do fund great quality products and items that you may not be able to find at other area shopping locations.
Wish I could rate this place - 100! Absolutely horrible customer service. They dont give refunds for certain items which is understandable, but at least have a way for your customers to know this before they buy a product. It doesnt say on the display area or receipt about certain items non refundable. Its does say to look on the website (which not everyone can do). Corp office was just as bad. They sell defective product and that is why no refund on certain items. I guess thats what 3rd party retailers are all about these days.
If I need to go to a big box grocery store, Meijer is my go to. They have wonderful sales and friendly staff. I can usually get whatever I need here and the most of other patrons are less annoying that at other grocery stores. This could just be because the layout is better and less crowed. The produce section is fantastic as well.
Extremely rude workers. Unacceptable request of asking us to leave due to the size of our group. We are a large band...and no there were no behavior issues at all. I will not shop Meijer again due to this experience. My only regret was not adressing the issue with the manager at the moment. The rating system made me put 1 star otherwise I would not have been that generous.

The store needs to be ran like it use to be.now lead cashiers just stand and watch lines fill up, instead of jumping on. Not s manager in site during those situations either. Plus,shutting down gm express lane during peak hours is ludacris, especially with no other lanes til like 12 open
The store is really nice... housewares are way over priced... associates are nice but the store was packed with people and only had 2 cashiers open and working... they really earned their money tonight! Almost reminded me if how Wal-Mart runs their store!

Picked up a few items on sale.went through the check out and reminded the cashier the items were on sale. She ignored me and my husband four times till she finally roled her eyes, huffed and add the discount.we Went up to customer service to explain the situation and was told theyd look into it everyone has a bad day. Very unsatisfied and we used to shop here every few days. Will be finding a new grocery store.
Beautiful store,great selection of items very clean
This store is product-challenged. They claim their empty spots on the shelves is the result of not receiving products due to COVID-19. The help by Pharmacy employees is lackluster at best.
Just wanted Meijer to know that since they rearranged the store several items we purchased every week are no longer stocked forcing us to shop elsewhere. Not only that the layout makes no sense. Hard to find things.
Great store. We do most of our shopping there including groceries and pharmacy.
Went around 10:30 am and walked right up to checkout. Cashier was very nice and ask all the questions they are trained to do. Clean and well stocked.
They usually have everything that I need, decent selection of organic and health food options. Sometimes the produce can be a bit off, but typically if you go early in the day its a good selection, by evening its picked over and they must not restock it.
Never have problem finding what I need .. customer service is good...self checkout little bit flustrating otherwise good place !!!
The items I got was correct however I waited 30 minutes watched cars come and go after me was the only one left at 1 point the same person walked past me several times and never questioned while I was there Finally told a cart boy to check on my order when the girl finally brought it to me basically her answer was my Bad This was the 1st time I did a pickup from this location very disappointing
First time ever visiting one considering I just moved to Ohio but its awesome great selection WAY more than Walmart and better prices I got 2 weeks worth of lunches for work for less than 20 bucks so I splurged and bought a 6 pack of craft beer that I am ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH ❤
Great deals. One place you can still get s lot for your money. The cashiers are so helpful and I forgot an item and they had someone bring it to me. Wow now thats service
I usually always love shopping here. Manager Robin is the sweetest! The Manager Brian though , absolutely not. Never heard anything good about him and one day found out myself and heard him personally loud and clear judging my family. He is rude, unprofessional, and obviously highly disrespectful.His boss is his best friend so they allow that immature behavior.Dont even know the guy well enough either for him to make comments .But was told how the guy is always in a bad mood but there shouldnt be any excuses for that. Ridiculous.If youre that miserable and feel the need to judge people, you certainly need to work away from people, period.
They always have sales posted but they never come off at the register, then they want you to go to the service desk at the other side of the store. at which point it take another 10 to 15 minutes to get things resolved if your lucky.
Went there early morning at self checkout. Had all my idioms rang up and cashier said credit only. No signs and 3 cashier standing there and didnt bother to tell me that first. 😠

Meijer used to be my favorite place to buy groceries, but I hate it now that they have removed the self check-out lanes with the conveyor belts. I work odd hours, so Im usually shopping late at night or early in the morning. I loved being able to come in, do my shopping, use the self check-out line, and get out. Now I have to wait in line (I always have too much for the small self checks that remain), make small talk, and struggle with inefficient bagging. It sucks.There are four reasons why Im giving Meijer two stars. One, they have really great produce. Two, they have a good selection of Asian spices and sauces. Three, they are open 24 hours. And four, theyre not Walmart.
There very nice people and they send a message to your cell to let you know that they received your order from the doctor and them they send you another message telling you that it is ready to be picked up snd they tell you how much it is
95% of the time prices on the item you pick up off the shelves, and the price at the register are different. Shelf prices never lower than what it rings up as either. AND THE LADY WHO ANNOUNCES OVER THE LOUD SPEAKER THE TIME, AND HOW MUCH LONGER THE STORE WILL BE OPEN. WE KNOW THE TIME. KNOCK IT OFF, AND TURN DOWN THE RADIO PLEASE. MAYBE OPEN A REGISTER ALSO. SUCKS HAVING TO SCAN 100 ITEMS AND BAG THEM AT THE SELF CHECKOUT. ITS SOME BS IF YOU ASK ME.
One of my favorite grocery stores. Only two things, sometimes the staff is ride and they are out of sale items alot. Today was the first day of the ad and two of the items I wanted werent in stock.
Employees are very nice, although there is no toilet paper or milk, but they still have a very nice selection for some beer and energy drinks.
Neat, clean. Front of store too crowded. I usually shop at Kroger, but had a few Meijer coupons. Meijer staff not very friendly or helpful. None said hello, or may I help you with anything. When I was checking out, the clerk was asked if she wanted to go to lunch. As soon as I paid, she put 2 bags in my cart and left me to finish loading my cart.I will think twice before I go back to Meijer.
I like Meijer I got my tennis shoes from Meijer and I got some deals on cosmetic body wash always sale on that always aceyalone shampoos always and they do run a special on some of their meats and there jellies are are nice good food and they have inside Bank and Lottery its okay store to go in if you want some quick and easy thats a good spot to go in.
My favorite store to grocery shop and anything else you need. Very clean and stocked. Whenever I need help, SOMEONE is always close by to assist. Meijer is the one stop SHOPPING you need

Next to kroger its my favorite store by far. I had a health problem while there and the staff stepped in. Helped me check out helped me get to car and unloaded groceries and stayed with me until I could drive. I think if you treat people with respect thats what you get in return. Meijer staff certainly exemplify that. Not only are their prices the best but they are quality. I LOVE MEIJER
The girl who checked me out was so friendly and efficient! Troy was so helpful, he took my groceries to the car. I have a hard time lifting the kitty litter.
They always seem to have the items the other stores dont, though I feel the prices are high. The store is clean and sales associates helpful.

Very large store, great selection, but the prices tend to be a bit on the pricey side, and the store could be better maintained. Employees are usually very nice, though, and there are always plenty of carts and motorized chairs available.
Clean. Fairly well stocked. Many tempting items. Went in for coffee and ended up doing all my shopping for the week!

I love shopping at Meijer! If you use mPerks you can save a lot of money per year with digital coupons as well as With Coupons that you earn by getting your prescriptions filled there. The store is clean oh, the people are friendly, and there is enough variety to do a lot of your shopping at one location. Of course theres the grocery store area plus cards and balloons, home goods store, outdoor supplies, and clothing line. Also toys, technology, drugstore, and Optometry

The lines are ridiculously longggggggggggg I can’t understand why there’s only a few lanes open with it being so busy 🤨 They really need to have more than 3 lanes open with this many people trying to check out!!
This is the worst store I’ve ever been to in my life! First of all I’m very disappointed in their employees lack of effort. I had just called to see if their ICEE machine is working and their employee was ether blind or to lazy to check, because after the 20 minutes it took to even get their and wait in a very long line to get a cup, I finally got to the machine and the red light was on and it clearly says to not uses the machine when the light is on. Second of all it was very filthy. It looked like it has not been mopped or cleaned in years! I must have stepped on at least 10 receipts! Honestly I thought I was going to puke because it was so gross and disgusting. If their was a 0 star option, that’s what I would have chosen. If they are reading this then they should make some improvements.
No help offered in garden center. Guy was explaining water procedures and other work details to another worker and never even acknowledged us I kept looking his way but never caught his attention. We were only ones there.
The people are friendly. I was able to purchase all of my needs in one place. It was not as crowded or as noisy as Walmart generally is. I enjoyed shopping here very much.

It was alright... I guess. I mean, well... Ill just go ahead and be one hundred percent honest with everyone. I hate meijer! I cant stand the place at all, I dislike Every one of their products, I cant even deal with how they decided to set up the parking lot at their store. Very clean store.I was using self check out and was only one there as I was getting ready to pay the lady that was there working came over step in front of me and start cleaning the scanner.I am sure she could have waited till I left.It was not thar busy. Just thought it was rude.
We always love coming here. Its cheaper than Wal Mart, and its much more relaxed, and the staff is great. Selection is great, and the store is well put together.
The stores floor is normally pretty clean. They normally have what I go there for. The banana selection is far better than Kroger or Wal-Mart.
Not impressed! Showed .99 lb for turkeys. When I got at register was charged regular price. Cashier said must have $30 purchase first. This was not posted where I got turkey. Will not be back due to false advertisement!!!
They have a great produce department, but they dont do returns without a receipt, and sometimes they dont honor manufacturers coupons. They also dont always give rain checks for items on sale

2021-01-10Nice location of this Meijer store. I had to run in and grab something and I was in there and out again within a few minutes. The employees were helpful and were friendly with helping me find what I needed. Watch for their sales because they always have some kind of sales or promotions which are always wonderful. They sell many things here such as coffee, electronics, food, clothes, household items, and so much more.Tip: if you need assistance with finding anything, just check with the employees and they can guide you or take you there.

2022-06-27Seems like there were a lot of crazy people in the store today. Theres like theses girls in bathing suits wearing rubber boots up to their knees. One dude was going shirtless with two bandaids on his chest, another guy was loving on his dog in a chair. For a moment I thought we were on a beach somewhere. I was never so glad to get out of this store. I guess with the price of gas people are using this store as a one stop shop for all their needs!!

2022-04-21They take all sorts of hazardous waste on Thursdays...but we werent prepared for the high cost of used adhesives! We brought them back home because it would have cost over $50 to dispose of it. Will have to save up. But they take lots of products no one else does like styrofoam. They also make the process easy.

2022-06-16No pioneer women dog treats,the only place that was able to find them. No regular cucumbers. Baby ones and super long unusual looking ones. 12oz bacon now at 1lb prices. Have always preferred groceries at this store. I realize this is everywhere today, just feeling a little worried about things. First time in my life with this sort of feeling.

2022-05-18Nothing like walking into a place with 20+ registers. And none are working. And have to go thru self checkout. And then they give attitude when you forget to scan something. Well for one I wasnt trained to be a cashier. And we should get a discount. If we have to do it all ourselves

I brought my 2 and 3 yr old grandkids in to do 1st time.shoppingfor my new home here and the greeter went put of his way to get me a family cart (which is the only complaint needs to be updated) md then I was using the shop n go and the coupons and my phone died the gentleman in electronics/photos charged my phone for me so that I could have my coupons at checkout. I bought $299.99 in groceries and had to pay with my savings money which were 5s and 1s and not only did they not complaint at checkout but they made me feel so much better about it. Which made the other customers in line even nicer telling me how it was OK and then buying my grandkids a camdy bar for being so amazingly good. As I was exiting the employees gave me an even bigger boost when they complimented me on being a great grandma...thank you evening shift employees for your outstanding customerservice skills and overall kindness....
