Review Update: PLEASE READ EVITE REVIEW AND SEE PICTURESGood: I love the variety of products they sell here. Over priced in comparison to Walmart and Kroger but they have a lot of items those stores dont offer. Especially clothing, shoes and beauty products. The produce department is the best in town. Always fresh and yes its a little pricey but worth it.Bad: The fish tanks were absolutely, positively disgusting. I have never been in ANY store in my life that self fish and they look so terrible. I felt so bad for these fish. Nasty tanks, growing/harboring bacteria. Many had Ick and many were dead and floating as the other fish were eating them. This is not just someone being lazy on the job and skipped a day or two. They were in such bad shape that it would take many many months if not years to get that way. It was incredibly sad to see such a great store neglect these live creatures this way. For that reason alone they have lost me as a customer.
I absolutely love Bullwinkles! We went for Mothers Day and their ribs are devine! If they (kitchen, cooks, preps, waitress?) had not messed up a couple of our orders, this would have been 5 🌟 The service was decent and the waitress was super apologetic for the mess up. The manager did comp the kids meals as opposed to the adult meals that were messed up.I wont let this stop me from going back... I just hope history doesnt repeat itself.
Went into this store on Saturday, they had computer glitches. I kept putting in my card and it wouldnt work so I had the lead person cancel my order and I walked out with nothing. I went home check my card and there were 2 transactions. I went back to store and asked for my money back and they wouldnt give it. I talked to several people issue and still my money is still missing from my card.Store should of told people when they walked in and at the registers that there is a glitch and it should of been cash only until the registers were fixed. They said they announced it on the intercom but hard to hear with thunderstorms, rain and alot of people talking in the store. They kept telling people put their card in and it will take I hate to see how much this store stole from people. People are needing their money, we should sue this company for theft.
Awful service. 9:00 pm, half the store is closed to enter or exit. No cashiers open so every cart has to be self checkout. Right after we check out and swipe debit card entire store became cash only. We are stuck with either hope you got cash or you have to go to an ATM while your merchandise sits in self checkout.
I really really enjoy shopping at meijers the place is always well organized always has good and fresh food everything is always clean you go into the restrooms and theyre clean the employees are always friendly theyre definitely doing something right here at Meijer so thats every Meijers I go to and especially this one, much better experience than going to some place like Walmart.
I’ve experienced terrible customer service at this store on two occasions over the past couple months - once while working for Door Dash and once as a customer. Employees are obviously not concerned about losing business so I will not shop here in the future. There are plenty of other options.
Sometimes you can find some really great deals here with clearance items. Need to combine store coupons with manufacturer coupons for some really great non-clearance deals. I was told the store does not combine them by some lady at the service desk, but shes wrong. I know prices are going up, but I feel Meijer just raises them for the hell of it.
Debbie at the service desk is maliciously incompetent. Claimed they couldnt search for a receipt more than 10 days ago just to get me out of her line. I checked with a former employee that told me otherwise and they said the service desk can find it from a month ago, asset protection from 3 months ago. Another person had to find the receipt but couldnt print it. So Debbie had to print it. I do not like being lied to by customer service.
Just a heads up everyone and I hate to do this but its repulsive, a worker not sure who it was , went into the bathroom and had bowl problems will say and then proceeded to go back out on the floor and NOT WASH HIS HANDS make sure you have sanitizer after you touch products
Our family loves shopping at Meijers. Its a happy medium between Walmart and Target. M-perks are a great way to save money. However, I dont like the way Meijer is now requiring you to buy multiple of items to get the sale price. For example: if I want to get the sale price of $1 on soup, I have to buy 8 cans. Otherwise I pay $1.79 per can.
I like Meijer. That have a lot nice things. Better quality than Walmart. And I can often find some grocery items at Meijer that I cant find at other grocery stores. They are getting 4 stars instead of 5 because someone I spoke with (her computer showed in stock) and online today said they had the ihealth covid test in stock. There were none. I wonder if they were stolen. Maybe they need to be behind the counter at the pharmacy to prevent that from happening.
This store makes you feel uncomfortable. They had 5 people following us around plus we got followed home by cops for no reason. Scan and go without problems but today I waited to scan everything on my phone until I went to self scan and had the worker scan all my items with my phone. Then was still followed by Copa home
In my opinion, if I had the option to go to Kroger or Meijer, I’d pick Kroger. Kroger always has way more options, and a lot of the time the items at this location are either hard to find, or sold out. The store could be a little cleaner as well, but overall it’s not a terrible place to shop. They do have some good deals, but again not as many as they could have.
Checkout lines are always longer than any other store Ive ever been to. Long waits and slow cashiers no matter the time of day...maybe the slowest on the planet. Also, how about no masks and blowing your nose while grabbing all my groceries! Now I remember why I go to kroger.
I went there to get a prescription for my daughter. The antibiotic was free! The pharmacy technician that helped us was AMAZING! I wish I remembered his name. He did magic tricks with cards and really cheered up my daughter. He should really be working at childrens hospital. Best experience I have had in a long time. Thank you for making a bad day better
Apparently theyve stopped taking the card that I use. That normally wouldnt be that much of an issue for me, but I only found out because the delivery order I waited on for half the day never arrived. I checked the app and it says the order was cancelled; I texted the shipt shopper, because I could have easily just used another card if it was an option, and he didnt even have the decency to reply back. So I guess there are two businesses I wont be using again!
As you can see, as of the 9th of June 2019, they still have a great selection of geraniums at this meijer. We had gone to the one in huber heights prior to this one, as well as the lowes out there looking specifically for these and other flowers and this meier by far had the best selection of healthy flowers at this time in the growing season.
The Greeter was friendly and the store looked clean but it didnt have what I was looking for.Does this store have ANY PLANS to fix their darned parking lot?? Every single spot has AT LEAST 2 holes for your cars front tires to fall in to; some actually have all 4! What an awful site and experience. I dont go to this store that often (maybe once every 4-5 months) but hopefully they fix this problem because its been like this for a long time. Maybe on my next visit there will be restrictions because the lot is being fixed 🤔
I dont understand! If your job is customer service then why have a job if your not going to be helpful or personable?! Ive noticed over time anyone from management, stockers, cashiers, and even door greeters have no interest in being friendly. I say hello, pardon me, or hows your day, and so on. Most look away, look at you like your crazy, or act like its a hassle to be helpful or speak!!! You really need to teach your employees some personality traits or something. I went to ask a gentleman working the produce section a question and he ran past like Edwin C. Moses doing the 100 meter dash, wth?!! I hear staff there complain about there job or what so and so is doing towards another, huh? Very unprofessional conduct at this store! Kids like walking into the twilight zone!
The food was better when we were there before. But it was okay yesterday . Have to mention we did not like the woman server. She was rude. She doesnt have the personality to deal with people. We tipped her only because we know servers do not get much per hour. But she seriously needs to work in the kitchen only.
The store has poor air conditioning. Even the employees complain about the heat. Front of the store smells like sewage. Not sure why. Has had this smell for over a year. If an item is on sale, chances are they will be out of it! UPDATE DEC 2020. Since Covid hit they have done away with name brand items for many products. Paper products are all generic. Out of various items all the time. They stock the shelves during the day which makes lots of congestion in theIsles. Since covid I have yet to go there and got everything on my list.February 2022. Like always its a gamble if they will have everything in stock. I understand it isnt their fault. Still has a sewage smell in part of the store. Dont know why. Every time we go they have multiple lanes open that actually have cashiers working at them.
This Meijers is now literally my favorite from now on! They have things the other Meijers dont carry and it was neat and clean!!! I could have done without the 6 or 7 police cruisers running around in the parking lot but thats their job I suppose as long as they dont decide to mess with me for no reason Im cool!
This five star review is for an individual rather than the store as a whole. I dont typically shop this store, but do spend a lot of time and money at Meijer.Yesterday while in the store looking for an item my normal location was out of I observed Charles S. working as a cashier. The gentleman in front of me was obviously elderly and was healing from some recent injuries. Charles treated him with dignity and respect. He simply did all the little things he could to make this gentlemans day as good as possible. Charles made sure his groceries were bagged in a manageable way and that he didnt have to rehandle the soda on the bottom of the cart.It wasnt much, but even through his own struggles to communicate I watched Charles demonstrate the love and care this world needs to see more of. I can only hope management will see this and take notice.
Im shopping there less and less and at Krogers more and more. The staff at Mijers have not always been nice. The vast majority dont smile much. Its as if they would rather not be there. For quite some time you had sale signs up, however there were no sale prices marked on them and placed in a way one cant tell which item the sale price were marked for.Which leaves me feeling manipulated.Years ago Mijers was found to be the worst offender for these sails tactics and the sails not showing up at checkout. Three other Chane Stores were targeted. One was Krogers, the other I cant remembe, it was a long time ago. It did make the news.
While checking out I was assisted by Stephanie and Denise at self checkout. Stephanie preemptively scanned my cat litter and giant bag of cat food, so that I wouldnt have to lift it out of the cart; so incredibly friendly and kind! She also kept each station sanitized, organized, and always ready for the next shopper. I thought she did an excellent job reminding everyone to take the survey at the end of our transaction.Denise was cheerful and buzzed around helping several shoppers at once. She took the time to say hello to everyone and make sure that everyone knew she was there and ready to help them.Thank you so much for providing incredible customer service and a friendly environment.
My has a terrible habit of being out of most things on sale and most foods I like. This has been pretty consistent with several locations. The prices are particularly better at Meijer but not worth the time to go their when their sales items arent there. I much prefer Krogers.
I wasnt sure exactly how to find a good winter coat for my daughter. I had been on line and in other places to shop, but I found the perfect winter coat for her and the price was not exaggerated for the quality of her new coat. I gladly spent the money and had the expression I hoped for when she opened it up. It went color for color on matches I found around the store. One happy daughter, one extremely happy dad😊
Terrible customer service. The Meijer closest to my house on Springboro pike is and has been out of their Meijer brand cat litter for weeks. I checked online and it said that the Kettering store had some in stock. I drove there and was unable to locate the cat litter, looked for employees to make sure I wasnt missing an endcap etc no one to be found. They had a surplus of a more costly brand that was about $5 higher than their brand. I took that brand to customer service and asked for a product substitution. I explained my situation to the employee, he called a Matt that was a General Merchandise Manager. He said he would meet me half way and offered $2.50 off. Im not sure why a company like Meijer is unwilling to help a customer and was willing to send a customer off with a bad experience but apparently that was the situation today.
I like shopping at Meijer for the reason of their variety of fruit and vegetables and the freshness as well. But at the same time their staff are not very nice and helpful. I like few of them that are nice and welcoming like the guy who always welcomes people at the entrance door...He is the best.
Lets start by saying, I am a compulsive shopper and deal with every store in the local area as well as all online retail stores. I have several complaints. 1. ) I made an order online yesterday and received confirmation order # via text and email. The item was to be picked up today in the Kettering store at 11:00 am. 2.) I got a call at 7:30 AM (which i did not appreciate) from an employee that said she didnt have this item in store. 3.) I checked my email and text there was no confirmation of cancellation of order. 4.) I called the number for customer service . Some guy that sounded half a sleep took my call and agreed it still showed the complete order online and he was also puzzled . He was going to look into it and call the store and try to understand what was going on. 5.) He didnt do that and all he did was transfer me to the same hateful woman running curbside pickup. 6.) I asked for confirmation of cancellation of order and she was very rude, rude, rude and said if I have an issue to call corporate and that I dont get a confirmation text or email. 7.) I went back to my online order and tried to edit my credit card information and cancel the order myself since I have serious trust issues with this merchant. It wont let me!!!!!!!!!!!!!This is NOT how you run customer service or a business!!!!!!!!!! I am upset that you allowed me to order something that does not exist, that the lady called way too early and was rude, that the customer service phone number was a waste of time to call and resulted in another conversation with a rude curbside girl . I will be printing this information and sending it to corporate offices since my customer service phone call resulted in NO HELP. I cant even cancel my online order that now says its not in stock but is still charging my card??
8:30am not busy at all. Was able to wonder around the store with very little human contact which is great during Covid. Had everything I came for. The employee who checked me out was so nice and friendly. She helped me with the digital coupon on my phone and everything. The bill was cheaper then anticipated so it was a great expiernce.
Rita that was working at the self-checkout today 01/25/2021 was very quick and nice. That hasnt always been the case. Many times cashiers have purposely pretended not to know Im checking out with beer or need some type of assistance (apparently the listening devices are super secret cant talk about it--even four years later)So thank you Rita for not playing that game!I gave the store three stars because the management still allows hecklers to run rampant in the store and in the parking-lot. Thanks to those who understand what respect is and dont believe in scapegoating. I love you! 👏 ♥
In the past I have not been a big fan of this Meijer location. Most of the times Ive been in there, the employees were very unfriendly and unhelpful (to the point of being outright ride). The last time I was in and again today, I encountered some very helpful and friendly employees. It was a very nice change. The store was clean and well stocked. They had some good sales. I was quite impressed with my visit there today. A lady working in the deli department was very helpful and friendly, as well as a gentleman that I encountered in the produce department. Another gentleman that was stocking, was helpful to me on a couple of occasions when i could not locate a particular item. He was happy, joking and in a good mood. Very nice. I only encountered one employee who was quite unfriendly, she was working in produce, but I just chalked it up to maybe a rough day for her. Very nice improvement over past visits to this location. Great job.
Grocery Pickup service isn’t ready for prime time... still needs process improvement.19% of our order was unfulfilled, not including non-equivalent substitutions. There was no clear way to see what was not for filled… So we had to go back through our order and verify each piece individually as it was pulled from the bag. We now have to go to a different grocery and pick up all the things we needed so that we can have our meals this week.
I love the Meijer company they have great deals. With that being said this store I did not care for personally the Kettering and Fairborn store is a huge disappointment compared to the Huber Heights store It was my first time shopping at this location I asked a gentleman if he could tell me where is soda isle was.........with the most annoyed look on his face he says isle 3. I said thank you this is my first time at your store.He mumbled something under his breath and walked off.
Meijers has the best produce section in town. Items are in stock and fresh. Last trip was noon on a Sunday found a very crowded store. Uncomfortably crowded during covid.I think theres a great selection of items in the center aisles of the grocery although prices might be slightly more than Ive paid at other stores.I love their wide well lit aisles that arent crowded with lots of extra stuff.
I have shopped at this store a lot. The staff are always helpful. One afternoon last week, I drove my Meijer electric cart(I suffer from sciatica) up the the checkout. Celia was the checkout clerk. To my amazement, she unloaded my cart for me and checked me out quickly &and efficiently. She was cheerful and helpful. I plan to keep shopping at this fine supermarket.
Meijer is like a specialty store to me. They carry so many awesome things there that the other stores dont carry. Their loyalty Mperks program helps you save money. Today I went there just for cheese because they have so many different kinds and the price was unbeatable!
I got my first dose of the Pfizer Covid vaccine there today! I was thrilled to get the text inviting me to make an appointment last night! I followed the link and found plenty of appointment times available today! I did all the registration and consent online, so I didnt need to fill out anything. I also got my card with my second dose date. I will just have to choose the time. Cant wait! #WearYourMask 👍😊
Meijer was a new experience for me in September when I moved to the area. It is a real well-run outfit. The service folks are happy and know their store. Food and sundries are above par. Fresh meat & seafood is top notch. Good organic foods for those of us who need less bovine growth hormone in our dairy products. The store is always clean. The cashiers know their work and do it fast. I saw a manager assign the cashier at my aisle to break. Then she waited for the line to advance and chained the aisle behind me. Very thoughtful management like that takes training and good skills as well as genuine concern for both staffer and customer. It shows.
I will be returning here more often. Though I am new to shopping at Meijer, I was impressed and pleasantly surprised by how easy things are to find in the store. The aisles are wide, and easy to get through with other people/associates filling them up. Prices seem really great in comparison to Kroger. They had the product I needed, when I needed it, at a fair price. I really appreciate the motorized self-checkouts, and it makes it much easier to do self-checkout with a large cart. Associates were friendly and greeted me. Im impressed, keep up the good work!
This Meijer always has everything that I need. The cashiers are quick and friendly. They deli is extremely good (I usually just grab whatever theyve put out that day instead of waiting in line, since the line is usually longer than I feel like waiting). The meat department is always stocked, and Ive never had a bad cut of anything. The deals are usually pretty good. Oh, and their foreign section(s) are great as well!
This particular Meijer Store on Strop Rd., is a good one. Everything is well stocked; The store is clean, and the employees are always helpful; or at least, they always have been with me; and the atmosphere is very pleasant. If you havent been there recently, I recommend you give it a try.
I normally dont do my main shopping at Meijer but considering the times we have to go anywhere we can. I want to say everywhere I have been Meijer has done an extraordinary job with their instock compared to other stores, and the customer service has been exceptional! Therefore I would recommend their stores for any groceries and personal items. Job well done to all the Meijer associates!
They have good quality fruits and vegetables on sale from time to time. And cereals are usually on sale constantly. Its well worth the trip. Not satisfied about the quality of clothes because its seems perfect for women whom works in the office. I would like to see more comfortable clothes that arent dressed up.
Honestly, any store in the area is better than this Meijer. Had trouble finding a few items and no one could even give me an idea of where they were, when I tried to get help they just kept walking by me like they didnt see or hear me. The quality at that place has gone downhill.
My first experience with Meijer pickup services aka Wheres my stuff.I place my order, I pay a $5 pickup charge, then I get to tip the picker. The order is delayed four times for a total of 5 hours. The shopper texts me that they are out of one item (noodles). I pick up my order and give a 20% tip to the picker. I get home and unpack and discover that less than half of the items I ordered are delivered. I was only notified of one item being out of stock!My personal favorite was radishes. I was not happy about having to buy a pound of radishes online. Thats a lot of radishes. But I could not specify a quarter pound or a half pound. So what do I get when I pick up my order: one radish! Thats comical!Finally, I got enrolled in the loyalty program even though I specified not to. I do not shop at stores that require loyalty cards PERIOD. I have boycotted Kroger for over 20 years, Walgreens and CVS only a bit less. If you have to sell my data to make ends meet, you dont need me as a customer!Tomorrow, I get to leave my house and try again. It sure as hell wont be at Meijer! At least this time I wont be paying a fee or a tip. Meijer, you should be ashamed of yourself. This is not a service, it is an abomination!
When you can’t count on saving money at Walmart or Kroger’s, Meijer is the spot. I love purchasing my family’s fruits from here. They’ve always been fresh except for maybe one time. Also one of the best stores to shop to support Ohio’s sports. Lots of high name brand fashion. I mean where could you go wrong shopping at Meijers.
I love Meijer. The store is always extremely clean & I would rather shop there than Kroger & they are no higher in price. I do a lot of shopping online & my only complaint is I dont know what they carry in their store other than whats in the sales ad. I can go on Walmarts app & look up anything in the store. Same with Target. I wish I could do that on the Meijer app. I really wish they would fix this.
Ive been going to this specific Meijer since I was 6. Staff has always been friendly and helpful and Im always able to find what I need. If you ever cant find something just ask, most of the staff Ive ever had the pleasure of speaking with not only can tell you the aisle of the item but generally where in the aisle as well.
I know masks are required to shop, which I had, however Im severely asthmatic, I had an employee come up to me and demad i cover my mouth and nose, I was taking deep breaths, since the inhaling oxygen thru the mask leaves me with oxygen stats in the 80s and was getting light headed, I even have to remove my mask at the doctors to get a good O2 stat. You know because as humans we require oxygen to live, his tone could of been better, and he just interrupted my conversation and then left, I felt was very rude.
There is a HUGE line and only two registers open. One is the self scan the other is operated by a person. People are racing to these lines and they are extremely long. I think I was seventh in line. One of the workers comes over and closes the self scan I thought she was coming over to help check out this extremely long line. There are now 15 people in line at this one register. My time is valuable and I am not going to wait half an hour or more to get checked out. Note to management if the line is long don’t have your employee close down the line and walk away. The second employee standing there just playing with the handbaskets. She should’ve recognized the need to open a second register. I will not be back. The sad thing is according to previous reviews for on this location management doesn’t even respond to the complaints. I don’t expect anyone to reach out for goodwill adjustment.
I love shopping at Meijer! The employees there are usually very pleasant, the store is clean and organized, and they have the best selection of products from grocery to clothing and everything in between. If I’m going to make a stop at a store with every department I could possibly need, I will always pick Meijer over Walmart, hands down.The clothing selection is nice, especially in the women’s department, and they always seem to have a large variety of sizes and styles. I appreciate their seasonal department for usually having better quality items than other similar stores. I also always see such nice things in the home department. I have several Luminara candles that I purchased here as well as a couple of art prints. People can’t believe it when they find out I got them at Meijer.My favorite Meijer service is Meijer Curbside. I’ve always had a good experience! The employees are friendly, efficient, always find what I want, and are always on time. I love the drive-up where all you have to do is push the call button and they answer right away. There aren’t any phone numbers to call, no parking lot to deal with because it’s on the side of the building. Of all the stores where I’ve done pickups, Meijer is the only one doing it right.I would give them 5 stars, but I had to deduct one star for one flaw in the grocery department - you have to watch dates on the products. Sometimes they don’t always get all the expired items off the shelves. Otherwise, Meijer is a great shopping experience.
Its got good sales and marketing is fair. Can never find any sales associate to help you and no one to help you to your car with the heavy items so not very senior or handicap friendly. Your on your own and the parking lot is like a race track when trying to get across to get in the Store not stores fault. Just lack of respect by people for pedestrians
Store is always clean, with friendly staff. Senior management needs some work. Ive ask at least on 4 different occasions when I saw the suits huddled to put paper towels for customers to dry their hands when dealing with produce. I guess thats outside of their abilities.
I like to occasionally shop Meijer. I always feel like I get a good value for my dollar. I especially like shopping Meijer for perennials and vegetable plants in the Spring. I have always had good success with their stock. I also shop their seasonal garden center and the mens department. All offer good value!
This is the second time in a year that the Meijer brand chicken had all been contaminated with whatever rotting meat was dripping all over the counter, and that rotten juice got all over my hands. I mean at least put some hand sanitizer nearby, you guys either need updated equipment to refrigerate properly or maybe employees need to check expiration dates more closely.
It was exactly what we needed, Wal-Mart closed at 830pm, and we needed fans desperatly to help cool the house. They have been open later thou this pandemic, which is perfect for when you get off work at 10pm. Plus it has the most options when it comes to stage 2 baby food.
Produce department is second to none. They always have a great selection of produce and all of their shelves are neatly stocked. This is a nice change from the other stores that are combination department and grocery. The only thing we have commented on is the bananas are usually green and need a few extra days to ripen. Great selection of food, bakery has great choices. If you are looking for frozen pizza, I have never seen a selection like this store, there are more choices than anywhere. Great choice for grocery shopping.
Bi-monthly grocery shopping trip equipped with numerous coupons recd in the mail; all based on items weve purchased on previous shopping trips. Very nice because these items are ones we tend to purchase numerous times.Aisles clearly labeled!! A must, otherwise I wouldnt return!Meijer has a few Self-checkout lanes for limited number of items, then a few more Self-checkout lanes for unlimited number of items and finally a bunch of regular cashier present lanes; making it your choice!Overall, my shopping experience was very positive this trip!
Wow! Talk abt customer care! I took a Carheart coat back last night (and exchanged it) however, when I got it home it didnt have the nice fluffy Sherpa lining! I went back to re-exchange near closing time. Pat S.(mgr) must have walked 4 miles to try to locate it! No luck. He took my name and said to call today, that hed look for it.Today when I called, TWO team members began re-locating my returned coat! Kim and Nicole not only took time and care to find it but placed it in fitting area. In such a time as this, when we can no longer even shake a hand, these people genuinely took great care of me! Even the lady at the service desk!Im so appreciative if all they did to help! Thanks everyone! I pray al your superiors see this 10 star review! And it was ON SALE! THANK YOU AGAIN!
The remodel has definitely made some changes for the better. Brighter lighting and an improved sense of cleanliness make it a friendlier place to shop. The produce department is large and offers a great deal of selection but Id really like to see more organic and better emphasis on local. I have the same feelings about the meat department, it needs some more local and ethical emphasis without so much stress on low prices at cost of quality.
My coffeemaker died Tuesday, so I had to get a new one. I decided to wait till Friday to go get it. Thursday, I got a message from Meijer about coupons good Friday and Saturday only. The first coupon was 50% off on a Mr. Coffee 12 cup programmable coffeemaker. The timing couldnt have been any better!
Meijer is tough to rate,These stores that step out of there comfort zone and try to multi task by selling a little but of everything instead of focusing on what your good at have always bothered me.I stiil rate it a 5 but its not a positive or negative experience I have there its just a place I need to go occasionally and Im neutral on it.Uts never interesting but it dont quite suck.

2022-03-02Love the variety... Produce has both prepackaged and fresh veggies available, great seafood and meet department. Just a large variety of everything; including friendly staff. A nice place to shop... Try the spicy pineapple ham from the Deli 😋

2022-01-19Ive very close to this location and it is between work and home so I stop here a few times a week. I stopped in today to look at storage containers. As I was looking I saw a sign that stated B1G1 50% off so I grabbed 4. These are $21.99 totes so even getting 2 at 1/2 off it isnt inexpensive. After I stood in line to purchase them the cashier gave me a total. I was confused at 1st and then saw they didnt ring on the deal so I told her. She stated she couldnt help me to go to Customer Service. I then proceeded to Customer Service where I stood in line again. The CST member called someone to check the department. The person stated there was a sign that stated that but it should have been removed on the 15th (4 days ago). I understand things like this happen but they should honor it no questions ask. The CST member said he would have to call someone else but by that time I had 7 people lined behind me that had been waiting. I just told him I would just not get them.

2022-04-28I shop here almost daily. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well maintained. They have a great produce section and the butcher & deli are amazing.Honest cons: If you are looking for a good seafood selection, youll need to look elsewhere. I also strongly suggest going elsewhere for bakery items. The bread is usually stale, and while the cakes look great, its a sad bakery that cant do a classic buttercream icing.

2022-05-18I love shopping at this place when it comes to groceries. Theres always a sale going on and I get great coupons in the mail and on the app. Its always clean, the staff is always generous and helpful. I shop past 5 so its quieter too.

2022-05-04Wish it was open 24 hours LIKE THE SIGN SAYS!! what happened to Temporary Hours? Kroger is open the same hours you are and is cheaper, so Ill go there instead. You lost your one advantage, Meijer, good luck keeping up with competition now.

2022-05-19Great place to buy bird seed at a low price. Our nature setting is a banquet area for birds of all kinds. They go through two 20 lbs. Bags every 2 weeks. Meijer is a lifesaver for bird seed. Clean store and reasonable prices.

2022-06-08First time actually shopping in-store for me. It’s like an upscale Walmart! The produce is FANTASTIC and majority of the employees were awesome! Our cashier wasn’t the most pleasant person, but you can’t win them all.

2022-03-24I’m a brown lady that went into the store, now I don’t care so much about greets but there was a older white man at the door and I noticed when I came in he was only greeting white people I said ok no problem so I continue to shop. After I checked out I was leaving out and he looked at me with nothing but evil in his eyes and gave me a angry face like I wasn’t suppose to be there and said have a nice day to the white man behind. Now I know my money spends just as well as white people but he creating a toxic environment I will not continue to shop there that pushed me to only local business…

2022-05-27Why are the fish looking like they havent been cared for since before covid... I took pics bc I wanted to post them... Its PITIFUL. The water on three of the bottom tanks is so murky **for the last two weeks** every time I come in it looks the same.. Its really sad, actually. Certainly these live things should be prioritized. Over something like stocking the dairy isle😭
