Found everything I needed. Had some coupons Id gotten in the mail. The staff was helpful when I couldnt find what I was looking for.
Customers seem happier shopping here than Walmart and employees at least try to help, not like Walmart
Meijer 104 in Hilliard was an embarrassment today. At 11 am there were no carts at North entrance and no Greeter. When we went to check out, there was only one cashier...Julie on Lane 9. She was phenomenal. The line to check out went all the way back to Mens clothes. Self scan lines were also very long. It took us 45 min to check out. Ridiculous. Julie was our hero staying cheerful and working as fast as she could. We are loyal Meijer customers and never want this wait again!!!
Ill never go back to the K store again. Greetings when you enter store and almost all employees are friendly and helpful
This Meijer is my go to store for all of my needs from meds to groceries and clothing I love it and it is only 5 minutes from my home!!!
This store seems to like to discriminate. Their employee accused me of stealing a clearance item three times, loudly in public, after having already rang up 100$ in products. In total I spent 160$ and they had the nerve to smile and make the statement to “have a great day and don’t steal anything on my way out” all while I was holding a receipt for 160$ worth of products I had literally just paid for. I returned it all and took the money to their competition. In the last two years I have spent at minimum 10k$ in meijers on the east side. The west side meijer will see a dollar of my money when hell hands out snow cones.
Was ok until the greeter decide to take my grocery carted items away while I was in the washroom, he said was blocking and against fire code, even though I made sure it wasnt blocking anyone, and only few aisles down there own bins were leaving less room in the grocery lanes
I order through doordash But employees at the store pick the items And my dasher picks them up. Once again Nearly 50% of my order was wrong,And doordash wouldnt credit my items in full. Would rather have the items I asked for, But in liu of not having the items I asked for And did not receive,I dont expect to be charged for them. So I am angry that Meijers didnt even bother to call, the option selected, When they didnt have the item But instead just threw in whatever they thought would be an acceptable substitution. I am also angry with doordash because they wouldnt refund in fullthe items that were missing , Let alone credit the additional fees and tax and tip that went along with the larger order. Doordash cited that was their policy, but what policy allows you to short change a customer? This is not the 1st time this has happened I think Ive only received one order from this store that was accurate, And each time dordash short changed me. If there is no accountability, there is no correction.
Love their rotiserri chicken. Prices are great. Produce can be hit or miss with regards to freshness depending on the day you go.
I go here a lot more than the place across the street. Usually have very little trouble finding what I need, and usually find a lot of stuff I didnt need in the first place. Ive also found some gem disc golf discs, so now I have to check every time I go
Pretty clean and spacious produce section. Today the produce section seemed to be full of good produce and no rotting smells.
Love the chain, but only shop there about once a month due to their location, too far. Love the variety of food and clothing tho.
The produce team leader is the most incompetent person I have ever spoke with I came in with simple questions about some products in the produce department and spoke down to me like Im some kind of child where I use to be a team leader at whole foods I understand the job and be tough at times but this guy is way over his head he doesnt know what he is talking about and quite frankly it seems the position is to much for him to handle he should be sent out and trained how to treat customers and employees with respect after we were done talking he was speaking to a produce worker right behind him so terrible I couldnt stay around any longer because I was about to go off on him for being so un professional..

I am 28 years old and today is the first time Ive ever been shopping in a Meijer. (Im from a small town. Dont judge)But Wow! Where have I been??I am so impressed. First off, the store was insanely clean. They have the cutest holiday decorations and baking center set up. The aisles are well lit, well organized, and easily labeled so I could find everything I needed.I actually saw the staff interacting with customers, stocking shelves, and helping people.Prices were cheaper than Krogers sale prices, and they had a wider selection than any Walmart around here.Everything I needed was in stock. I signed up for a member card and started getting discounts right away.The self check outs were clean and not crowded at all for a Friday afternoon.The hours are 6am to 12am daily. Which is super convenient for me since I work night shift and most places close by 10pm and dont open until 7 or am.I honestly cant say enough good things about this place. Im amazed!

This is the second time Ive ordered a birthday cake. Both times I stood at the Bakery and had to call the store to get help. Cake was good but a little inconvenient.
I love meijers and the meat dept Shelves were a little bare on Sunday.
This is not my usual grocery store, but they are the only ones that have a special chocolate syrup that my family likes (Hershey light)2022- they no longer carry the syrup, so I no longer go here
Half of the self-checkout machines were out of order and there was only one cashier who had to divide his time between checking people out and helping with the self-checkout. I dont expect to take 20 minutes to check out when I shop at 6:00 am.

Ive been shopping there for years. Very nice Meijer. Very helpful employees. Could use more employees floating around in the grocery department to help you find items.They, like most stores, or out of a lot of items. Theyre waiting in line a lot of the time can easily be over 5 minutes. There were 10 people waiting at the self checkout. 4 of the 12 self checkout registers were not working.

Clean, well-organized, classy department store with a wide selection, fair prices, and courteous staff. Great for both grocery shopping and home improvement shopping. At least for groceries, prices are comparable with Walmarts for most items, and comparable or cheaper than Krogers.

I was quickly reminded why I dont shop there. Having to check expiration dates because well you should if your shopping there. Empty shelves with boxes in front of Im assuming what I was looking for. Could use some cleaning for sure. Now I can deal with all that Im understanding it happens. But after spending 3 hours shopping mainly a result from all the above I am approached by a big man without a Meijer uniform or a name tag matter of fact he was dressed pretty sloppy. He tells me the store is closed and I need to go check out now rudely. I know the store is closing I heard it over the intercom at least 10 times! Thats why I almost tripped over stuff to get the last thing on my list. Then he decides hes going to hoover. He made me feel pretty uncomfortable to the point I left my cart and had to leave because my anxiety was at a 10. Im just disappointed, and disgusted! This is actually a short version of my experience. Lots of reasons folks shop late I can tell you now its not cause I want to and I can tell you Im not happy because my time is extremely valuable to me and it was just waisted! Not to mention now I have to go to the store again. I just dont understand. This is just sad!
Today there was an employee that made my day- he has a Mohawk; and while stocking, he was spinning and tossing boxes with such flare. Made me smile!
I always enjoy my experiences at this location. It is always well-stocked and I never have to wait long in line to check out, if at all. They have great sales, excellent produce, and I really enjoy shopping here! Also, the mPerks program is phenomenal! I get money off my orders all the time and paid $0.92 once for the JUMBO size box of diapers between my coupons and savings. 10/10 recommend!

Im not sure if meijer is aware that a portion of their business is contingent on deliveries thru 3rd party apps(like shipt). So some people enter the store as personal shoppers to complete this transaction and get the groceries to the individual. I sincerely hope that these shoppers are paid hourly. Rather then based on number of orders completed(were not hourly). The lack of staffing causes orders to fall behind directly reflecting the personal shoppers causing these individuals to lose money in addition to potentially losing out on that job/Side gig. We waited 49 minutes at the bakery counter waiting to pick up an order for a customer. When we inquired as to why the delay we were informed it was due to staffing shortages. It sounds like as a company meijer needs to seriously reevaluate wages/employee expectations. Its not just this store, its most of them. Increased wait times, cant find staff, at times poor stocking.How about we just pay a better wage and address what are probably toxic leadership/management issues so we can atleast pretend to care about customers. But that would require a dip into profit margins and dear God we wouldnt want that to happen.Long story short, unless you enjoy waiting forever or possibly not even being assisted while you attempt to locate things that arent stocked or waiting in an order in the bakery they probably didnt even prep.

All I have to say is WOW! Have never been here before. Sams club was out of a few things I needed, so, I went in to Meijer. This place has everything!! Decent prices as well. I was tight on time do I couldnt cruise the whole store....but, Ill be back to check out everything. Wouldnt it be nice if they took over Walmart?!
I love Meijers But this location is frustrating. I went to buy bagels on the 18th and all the Meijer bagels were from the 8th-13th, the bags of apples are rotten and a lot of produce is spoiled or has flies multiple times I have gone.
Most of the items that I was interested in were available. Store seemed cleaner than usual and the cashier was very helpful. I dont usually get such a warm reception at the checkout line.
2 weeks in a row Ive gone to Meijer on Hilliard-rome and their shelves are empty, empty stocking boxes on the floor, pallets in the middle of aisles and very unhappy customers. Unlikely to return, Kroger gets my business now.
Dont buy anything expensive you will be accused of stealing, wont be back!

This place is great. Got a gift card for Meijer, it was a good experience. Store is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and the widest variety of merchandise Ive seen in one store. They definitely won me over, theyre better than Walmart.

Great grocery pickup experience! They got everything correct! Only 2 items unavailable. Great communication! Delightfully friendly associate brought my groceries. Definitely will do this again!!! Wayyyyy better than Walmarts experience and on par with Krogers experience.

Took son to Columbus for football game and he needed some Ohio State gear. Good selection and good price. We dont have Meijer in Atlanta.
Second time coming to this store. Its always very clean! The parking lot was FULL so I was not looking forward to my trip, realizing it was a football game day as I was walking in. Inside the store there were still plenty of carts to use. The aisles were busy but not too full, a few people per aisle. I went around the entire store, picking up a few extra items more than needed since I realized the store wasnt as busy as I thought it would be. Saturday at noon and the shelves were well stocked, only a couple things I noticed were not stocked but they did have everything I needed. At the checkout lanes, they had most open. Only 1-2 people waiting to checkout which relieved me, as the parking lot was quite full I thought I would have a long wait. Cashier was nice and even double checked when scanning something that I mentioned was on sale and I wanted to make sure it applied. No loyalty card was needed for the sales and discounts, which is a major bonus for me. I will definitely be going back more often, as I dread going to the store when it comes to their competitors.
There are no locks on bathroom stalls have to use handicap stall. The toilet paper had no holder so it was on the floor. Hand dryers do not blow out much air and of course no paper. Not sure whats going on with Meijers but this place was discusting.
This particular Meijer was really on the ball I shopped there for groceries and a few other things they had a lot of people on the floor people came up to ask me if they could help me find something very impressed good job Meijer

Appropriately staffed for the holiday business! AMAZING! Literally 10 people in line for self checkout while each lane (10-15 open at the same time!) Had maybe 1 person in line. Fantastic experience!

I love the variety of clothes for infants and toddlers available. Usually the store isnt very crowded so its easy to maintain distance from other shoppers.
The greeter employee at the front door was very rude and I didnt say anything in order to get a response. So maybe she was just having a bad day!

I prefer shopping here over Walmart any day. I never have to self checkout or stand in line due to only one register being open.
Really dont see much savings than other chains I think Meijers and Krogers actually are about the same price of many items and doesnt have as much to choose from sorry just My personal opinion
When I come to town and visit in Columbus I love to always come by here just to see whats going on in the store and what kind of deals I can get but I do notice that they are offering all the different vaccines Johnson & Johnson moderna and Pfizer at this particular location if anybodys interested
Meijer was good. Meijer is Meijer...I prefer it over Walmart so theres that. Most days they have what u need in stock at good prices. My complaint would be not having stock put out in a timely manner on those 2/3 day sales. Say the sale starts on a Friday, get there Saturday morning and everything thats on sale is not on shelves. Sadly it was the same for this Sunday morning. I hope it is just bad luck on me and that they dont just sell out on the first day. Last Saturdays shop was 6:30-7:30 am and this Sundays was 9:30-11:00 am. The trip is never for not though! I still get what I need and find fantastic deals. I have M-Perks as well and feel ways about it. Mostly good...I think....not sure if this is the review spot for that. But $2.00 off for every $100.00 is kinda...😒.
Got off from my night shift job came to Meijers to grocery shop for the first time and I would like to tell you I am impressed and it takes a lot to impress mebut I was looking for some seafood products and Nate Cable was very nice enough to help me look for it he finally found what I was looking for the product was pushed back and turned around very professional, polite, & a patient guy... cashier also was polite and front door lady very nice and greeting and also store has everything foods I haven’t seen in forever and I finally found this spice I was looking for that was outta stock everywhere now I can start my new recipes nice clean environment my new shopping store 😁

Meijers seems to be having supply problems. Was only on the grocery side, but a lot of very empty shelves, especially sale items.
Store sometimes has problems keeping sale items in stock. Store has an excellent selection of baby items.

This store has some of the rudest employees. While I was in the frozen food section of the grocery, an associate pushed a stock cart in front of me and stopped to scan an item in the freezer where I was shopping, blocking me from my shopping. I stepped back to let her do what she needed to do, joking about how squeeky her cart was and the she needed some WD40. She stopped what she was doing and just looked at me. Apparently I was annoying her. She said nothing and went back to her task. When she was done I asked her how her day was going. Again she stopped and looked at me. Then she simply turned and walked away. The employees in this store do not go out of their way to help you in any way, acting as though they are doing you a favor if they help you with something.This treatment would never happen at Kroger. Doubt I will be shopping at Meijer again any time soon.
Very clean shopping environment. I usually save a few bucks using their Mperks program. I like to wait for their buy 10 get 1 sale to stock up. Usually i can get checked out quickly and the cashiers are very pleasant. Its nice to have hardware and sporting goods if i want to pick up a few extra things while doing my grocery shopping.

My order was late! No notification to tell me that my order was ready. It was a inconvenience. I was better to shop for myself. Not to worry Im a loyal customer, but not to your location.
The staff is incredibly friendly, and willing to help you find whatever you need. The selection for household goods, and clothing are a little slim with everything that is going on, but its more than adequate. Thanks to all that work there!
Very very very delightful it was you know in and out the store was clean that service bathrooms are clean not bad at all and the pizza was pretty good we got about some pizza there and eat before we left and it was pretty good not bad Id visit to Myers again

Aside from it being a little more expensive, Meijer is my favorite grocery store to frequent. Always seems more clean than most, and has more variety than other stores.
Closes at 12am, so if. You miss Wal Mart you have a single option for 1 single hour. If your at this location its right across the street. They do not make it easy to get in though, the door may be closed at the entrance and wont open automatically. Just push it to enter especially if its during business hours.

I get that there are shortages on certain items at this time. However, the lack of products has always been this way. They have A LOT of empty shelves & it is ridiculous.

2022-04-16Come here for the produce.. their doughnuts are very good they often have meat I can actually afford to buy.. nice ham at 79 cents a pound and nice strip steak at $8,99 . Much less than their competitors..

2022-04-23They try to be like walmart except Walmart doesnt hide what they are. The girl working the self checkout in the mornings is super nice. Management sucks, have to walk through half the store to find any help. This company hasnt been the same since Fred left, his kids are undoing everything he stood for.

2022-05-08Produce and nonmanagement staff are nice! thats where the stars come from...the management that run the service desk are terrible, and accused me of using WIC when I tried to return some avocados that I bought that refused to ripen..even with a receipt.I kept some of them and when id cut into them they just were rock hard... but this isnt typical for meijers produce... so thats why I still said their produce is amazing :)she also made me feel kinda singled out because she asked to see my receipt after I was shopping, and I watched she didnt ask anyone else....I used to work for sams club where they checked everyone receipt... and I know for a fact this supervisor was just giving me issues...sometimes it can be hard to find a staff member to help, but when they do help they are really nice too :)

2022-05-30Has anyone else noticed that milk tastes very off from this meijer? Ive bought milk several times here and it always tastes or smells like its just spoiled. I like meijer much more than Walmart so I do like it for non perishable items that I cant get at sams club. But grocery shopping wise looks I need to start going somewhere else. But this meijer is usually very clean, very nice employees. Especially a young man who works in the gas station most evenings. He is a pleasure every time.

2022-06-22One of the great things about this store is that, once you go there a few times, they start sending you coupons that you might actually use based on your shopping history. Sometimes, you even get coupons for free items. I mean, they GAVE me free chocolate, which is absolutely the road to my heart.They offer scan and shop so you can have all your items scanned ahead of getting in line so all thats left is to pay at the end.They also do the shop online/pickup in store. They will text you about items that are out of stock and confirm your choice of substitutions.Update June 2022:The store remains fantastic, shop and scan is the best invention ever (its been updated to suggest coupons for items in your cart that you might have otherwise missed) and even though they are still sometimes a bit short staffed, the employees are still always friendly and the level of service you can expect here has not suffered for it.The gentleman youll likely find at the north end self checkout lanes remains my favorite employee. He needs a raise or an award or maybe a cape... something. His job is basically to help people that are being defeated by the self checkout and yet he acknowledges every customer with an upbeat attitude and sweeps in for the rescue when needed.This is still absolutely my go-to store. 👍
