Excellent service and can’t beat the price! Riley was the most reasonable price around and does top notch service! He not only changed out all four of my breaks and rotors, but he also explained how he went the extra mile by tending to many of the small misc moving parts that most major shops overlook. I was so impressed, I will be taking all my other vehicles to him here soon as well. It’s great to have a close quality shop here in Hilliard and a mechanic you can trust.
Highly recommended. Very professional, came in to get a tire mounted and balanced. Had that done, and then I told him about another issue I was having with my vehicle and he was able to fix that as well before his next appointment. Will be coming back and recommending him to people I know.

Riley was awesome - super flexible and friendly. He looked at my car right away and gave some much appreciated advice! Riley was awesome to work with. Great communication, got me scheduled for tire replacement quickly, and I was in and out in an hour and a half. Honest guy and does the job right.
I called Rylee got my appointment set up, I went in got my oil changed and tires rotated. He also checked everything and told me, what needed to be repaired (which i figured) He didn’t over charge me. Great service and it didn’t take long. Riley recently installed new brake pads and rotors on my Jeep. I was running into other issues as well, since I have an older vehicle. Riley took the time to thoroughly look over my Jeep and assess what needed to be done. He explained his findings to me and we decided to replace my fuel pump. My Jeep has been running great ever since. Thank you, McQueen Tire & Auto!
Riley was a class act from my initial call about getting new tires to the time I pulled out of his garage. He found me an outstanding deal and then followed up a few days later to make sure everything was going alright. McQueen Tire and Auto will be my go to auto shop from here on out.

Called to get a quote on some tires gave him the size. He said he would call me back with a few options. And never call me back. So I went to Katz tire picked out my tires he got them the next day and had them installed 30mins and a grand later I was omw again happy as can be. If he didnt have the time he should have said so that I understand. Giving me the runaround everyday for a week with this excuse and that it was personally unacceptable. Bad business if you ask me.

2021-12-10Went to see Riley to get my tires replaced and he did an awesome job. He was super quick to respond to my appointment request and was able to get the tires ordered and ready to go in a very short amount of time. Riley is really communicative about the whole process, the service time was fast, and hes very friendly and personable. McQueen Tire & Auto is a great shop, 10/10 recommend going to see them!

2022-04-27Just wanted to share a great experience I had with Riley at McQueen Tire & Auto, an auto repair shop in Hilliard, Ohio. I had a stressful situation come up with my car…my sunroof wouldn’t close and there was a storm coming. Called several places, no one could get me in anytime soon and started saying things that sounded expensive like “needs a new motor” and quoting prices per hour of labor, etc. Then I remembered McQueen Tire & Auto, my son had his car repaired there before and said they did a good job. I called and spoke with Riley (the owner), he told me what time to come by. I showed up and he jumped right in and figured out the problem and then went to work and fixed it (without any expensive quotes.) Matter of fact…this young man said no charge!! I feel like it is so hard to find an honest mechanic sometimes. I would 100% recommend this young man to anyone who needs their car repaired. I will be a return customer from now on!! Big thank you to Riley at McQueen Tire & Auto!!
