I had my son’s senior pictures done here and they turned out better than I’d hoped. The quality and personality of each photo was excellent! Then I used them for graduation announcements, ordering them at the last minute, and they rushed my order and made it happen for me. The staff is professional and good at what they do. Use them!
Love this place they fix everything and explain everything to you so that you understand exactly what is going on and if something happens after they have fixed it before they take care of it with no cost.So I highly recommend this place
Overall great experience...professional, flexible staff that are very easy to work with. Our photo session was laid back, fun and produced beautiful pictures of our senior!

My family and I had our photos taken here because we were given a $100 gift certificate. We were very happy with the staff and the quality of the photographs. There was a surprising number of backdrops and scenery on site. I gave it a 2 because despite their professionalism and quality their pricing is incredibly outdated. One picture on a disk is $150. I highly recommend you demand to see prices before your commit to the sitting fee, if you have a normal income Im sure you will find their prices unreasonable.
I loved the way my pictures turned out, but I was not happy with the service I got. So the day of we were there first thing in the morning so it took them a few to get the lighting right which is fine. What I didnt like was that by the time we got back in the room to start it was around 9:10am, well after messing with the lights for about 10 mins he starts taking pictures and says were all done after 4 poses around 9:23am. I was like what!? When I talked to a woman and scheduled the session, she saidn10 poses. So Im thinking were going to have 10 totally different poses. No it was 4 different poses and they counted her facial expression as a different pose. I was shocked! So I asked if I could be in a picture with he . At first he hesitated, then he said uh I dont know, well yeah I should be able to make that work I was like this isnt happening right now. So I go in and picked my 10 poses which were really 6 poses and the other 4 were the same picture just a different smile. So I pay and leave, they said they will be ready by the next Monday. Well that day comes around and I was like do I have to call them or will they call me. I got busy so I couldnt call. I believe I called the next day, she said I was just about to double check them and call. So she said she would call me right back. She did call me right back and tell me yes they are ready. With my super busy schedule I wasnt able to stop by until Saturday. Which was around 10am. Their door said open, their website said open. The lights were on and their were 3 cars in the parking lot. The first set of doors were unlocked but the second door to actually go inside was NOT. So I call and call and call no answer. Finally I have to leave to go to work so Im not late. I call one last time and leave a message saying I was there to get my daughters pictures but no one is answering please give me a call back at and left my number. No phone call was returned. So I go in there the following Monday get her pictures and go. Like I said I like they way they turned out for the most part 1 picture was NOT edited you can still see the wall down the side of the picture. But the service I got I was not happy with. I dont plan on going back every again. It was pretty bad. I felt rushed, I felt they didnt really care, they just wanted to hurry through my pictures. Easy money is what I was thinking. Since it wasnt even 15 mins I was in the room.
Crappy quality, high prices, bad attitude. So happy to never have to deal with them again!

My wife was forwarded an ad for a free print for a baby picture. She took our brand new daughter for the photo shoot and was pleased with the service and interactions from the two photographers, Brianna and Alysia. After the print was ready, we both went to the studio to pick up the photo. We were well aware that we were only getting one photo for free and that we would have to pay for any additional prints. We were excited for the print that we were able to get for free. We though the prices were reasonable, considering that the photographers are professionals and do an amazing job. True, you can get cheaper pictures at JC Pennys or wherever, but in my experience, those pictures did not have the same quality as these ones did.. We will be using Robert Glutz Photography again, happily.

Too darn expensive. Looking at $52 for a package of normal school pictures to send to family. Yall are out of your mind.

I worked with McIntire Photography for my 2015 wedding. The studio was McIntire-Glutz Photography then, and now I understand that it is just McIntire Photography. They have a great studio off Mt. Carmel-Tobasco Road. It is directly across from a church. Easy to find.I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff throughout the process. From booking with them and the pre-wedding consultation I was always made to feel like I was being heard and my wishes met.Unfortunately, the photographer I had booked had an emergency arise just before my wedding, the studio was quick to inform me and a new photographer was assigned. I was disappointed because I had really looked forward to working with her, she shared my vision and we had a plan for the day of.I can not remember the name of the man who was assigned, but I do remember him talking at length about his privately owned photography business where he worked prior, I was concerned because I thought, okay if he had is own business, why is he working here now? He also did not listen to my wishes about some of the photos.I do not like tilted frame photos and made that very clear in my first consultation with him. He went a head and took some tilted frame photos. He also took random photos of a bowl of gold fish crackers and other strange photos during the wedding. Even still, my photos were beautiful and I enjoyed making the photo-book and ordering prints.**This photographer does not work for them any longer. I checked the website.Another thing I appreciate about this studio is their timely and professional customer service even three years later. I had an issue with my photo CD where all the files had been corrupted or deleted, but something happened to my CD. I was in a panic because it had been working just fine before. I called McIntire Photography is a panic thinking there is no way they would have my photos 3 years later.THEY DID!Bari Cruze called me back immediately and told me not to worry that he would put all my photos on a flash drive. I was able to pick it up with out any issue.If you are looking for professional, excellent quality, and amazing customer service, this is the photography studio for you.

2022-09-15We are between 1st visit and 2nd visit for senior pics. We have loved their photography for years now as they do the photography for my sons school. They are very approachable for any questions you may have and are prompt and courteous in the process. Our photographer and assistant for 1st visit made it a fun experience for our shy son. My husband is into photography so was neat to see the commonality in their conversation. We went to another photographer for my older sons wedding and are now kicking ourselves. McIntire will be our go to photographers from now on!

2021-08-04There was an issue with getting my pictures the first time from the school and I do not blame anyone for that.I can tell you when they were made aware that I didnt get my order they responded quickly to fix the issue. Bottom line is I got my pictures and they look great. They fixed my order professionally.Thank You

2019-11-04Wasn’t prepared when I showed up so wasted a lot of time on trying to get equipment working when I paid for an hour of photography. Took very few pictures as a result and I didn’t like any of them. Overall, very unfortunate experience. Go somewhere else or hire a private photographer. The prices will be better and so will the photos

2015-07-28This company is a rip off. Getting my pictures taken there was the worst decision of my life they wont tell you prices and completely mislead you. Seriously go anywhere else and i guarantee it will be cheaper and you will have a better experience
