Social distancing is practiced in posted areas. But the yellow hazard cone WAS in the front door PROPPING the big door open. I went in and took my youngest daughter to go to the bathroom. I was glad to see what would be a closed dining room. I also Seen a big yellow McDonalds app icon on a window. That window decal put my under the impression with social distancing, one can go in to get the meal. That said, when my daughter was going to the bathroom I had a person who appeared to be a boss come out and get nasty with my because your not supposed to be here is what I heard. Told the lady if the door wasnt propped open with ANYTHING, I never would have taken my daughter to go inside for the bathroom. The manager then went to the kitchen questioning employees of who left the cone in the door. While I do like the fact that social distancing is adhere to, the deplorable behavior I received due to SOMEONE ELSES NEGLECT should not be tolerated. Yes Ill admit I would have be in the wrong if the door was LOCKED and I still found my way inside the restaurant. But NOTHING appeared CLOSED let alone LOCKED & CLOSED. This building doesnt need social distancing signs of they treat others the way I was treated, no one will want to show up REGARDLESS of how protective the company is trying to be.

Huge line and they pumped the orders out lightening fast. I surprised at the speed, friendliness, and fresh food. One location doesnt make up for the 1,000 horrifying Mcds out there..especially in this area..but at least one has good management and staff apparently. Yay!

Always slow, very rude and complains when order is wrong. Which the orders are always wrong. If you want something simple then you might get what you asked for. Burgers are never fully cooked and the sweet tea may or may not be old tasting that day.... Its hit or miss

Food is always cold...I dont remember the last time I was served fresh and hot food from any McDonalds Restaurant...I dont go often, but it was the last Restaurant I could find open mid-evening Christmas eve.

Great cinnamon rolls. Sad breakfast not on 11am menu anymore. Breakfast, esp at Newport used rmto be open to 11am or actually all fifty and night. Well at least dunkin across street for more than just donuts. So I can STILL get breakfast at noon. Coffee had grounds in it. Why? McDonalds did to other day. Why? Every cheap place gets grounds in coffee. Ugh. I dontbknow, it must be where I live. I give a 2 for great Cinn. Sweet donuts! They were worth it!!
Worst experience ever. The staff was crazy rude. They were hostile. Then my hamburger was raw. So I would skip this location if I were you.

Worst McDonalds Ive ever been to. Drive thru is always way too slow. Not sure if the reasoning is the workers or the type of customers this specific location attracts. There are always rude ignorant people in the drive thru line. Ill go out of my way to go to another location before I go here again.

For anyone saying they couldnt believe how fresh the quarter pounder... All quarter pounders are made to order. Anyways Ive been here like 3 times. First time crusty old biscuits yay. Second time super crust McMuffin idk how you even manage that. Third and final time I went I ordered just the coffees thinking they never mess up the iced coffee. We get the drinks and realize omg no straw, so we pull back around and ask for two straws. Guess what they sold us drinks without a straw, and didnt even warn us. Probably the worst McDonalds in town Ive had much better luck at the McDonalds in north Lima. I still think about calling every now and then to just ask if their still selling drinks without straws, or baking a weeks worth of biscuits at a time.Also dont ask for mustard cause they dont have any for breakfast... Ever.
I just left this place. I informed them I had a decent sized order. Placed my order. It was about 8:30pm. Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes only to get ice cold food. They obviously cannot read or label things right because they messed up on my food. The fries were so cold and old that they could have been used as arrows. They do not deserve a single star. They only have good ratings from people paid by Herb Washington. And I know this for a fact. Next time Ill drive to the one on western reserve. At least they get the food right and their machines are never down. This location is just terrible. Workers are lazy. With the inside closed they could take more pride in how they serve people. Shame on them. I will never go back here.
Lobby is closed due to covid. Ok, that is fine.However, I was 7 cars back in the drive thru and it took 40 minutes. I get to the window three girls working the front end are on cell phones. I ask why it took so long and the girl at the drive thru says its not my fault. Additionally, thus was an app order, they didnt have what was ordered and never canceled the order. I didnt know that they didnt have the food until waiting 40minutes in line.I called the franchisee and left a voice mail for them to call me back. They didnt bother to return my call. Only conclusion is that they dont care what is happening at the businesses.With no other choice,, I called the McDonalds corporate number and opened a formal complaint.
Today June 3rd, I made a purchase of 20 pcs nuggets, large fries, and double Quarter pounder with cheese. 1) did not get the fries. 2) nuggets came with wrong sauce 3) double quarter pounder was RAW!!!If I could give them a negative number I would. I advise to by at you own risk. BUYER BEWARE!!!
The drive thru was at least 30 minutes. The staff were rude, argumentative, gave the wrong food and the restaurant just from the drive thru window looked like it hadnt been cleaned in days. Absolutely disgusting!

Employee had a family reunion in the drive thru. Took like 25 minutes. Then he refused to give me the correct size drink with my meal. As a fast food worker myself, Id get nailed for behavior like this.
Im so tired of McDonalds your establishment hiring people that are not capable to do more than one thing at a time nor can they make the order correct. It seems that all McDonalds are like that incompetent people hiring people incompetent to do there jobs.
Was a bit put-off. My order was sitting on the inside ledge of the take-out window when I pulled up. The window girl was filling up 3 cups of soda. When she was done with that, she finally handed me my order. So, to her, filling the soda cups was more important than handing me my order. Not happy.
They are one of the better McDonalds with not forgetting items. However they are extremely slow service. Their customer interaction and communication could definitely use some work though.
Rude employees....When I worked at McDonalds as a teenager we were not allowed to stand around .We always had to have a smile.Customers were always right.We would lose our job if A customer came through the drive thru asking What you want Our greeting was...Hi Welcome to McDonalds how can I help you with a smile not a attitude like a customer is bothering them they are there to work fire the managers bad managers make bad team members....Horrible McDonalds.My order was wrong and she argued with me...So I said forget it and pulled off without the item...

Im convinced this is the worst McDonalds in the country. I waited 15 minutes before getting to the order window, waited 10 minutes after that to move 2 car spots, then left. And its constantly this slow. Youd save time by baking your own bread, butchering your own pigs, and growing your own maple trees for syrup.
The wait in the drive thru is really long. Then when you get to the window and ask for anything like salt or tell them they gave you the wrong sauce, they give you a big attitude. One of the biggest problems is when they give you your food they never or seem happy at all. At night time theyre just yelling to other people inside. Less and less professional as the day progresses. Its fast food but no need to be rude or unpleasant.
They got my order all wrong and told me to pull up so they can bring the correct order then 4got about us til i called to remind them. Terrible service

I arrived there @ 8:52 p.m. I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes before the young man that was working the drive even said anything. He was busy trying to service the drive thru and tried to hurry and take my order. I only ordered 2 Mcdoubles and 2 McChickens. Now there was a young lady that was there was helping trying to get the orders for the drive thru. Another woman that was in the drive thru came complaining she wanted fresh fries. After 15 minutes of standing there I asked the man working drive thru how much longer, when he asked the other man making the sandwiches he got an attitude. There was milkshakes sitting on the counter that had been sitting there for a while so another work offered me one of which I accepted. After 23 minutes of standing there I finally received my order. I literally live 3 minutes from there when I went to eat my sandwich my bread was hard. Ketchup literally dripping from the sandwich. Horrible made. Chicken sandwiches tastes like they was sitting there for hours. This McDonalds definitely needs to hire some faster workers and train their employees how to speak to their customers because of it wasnt for us customers they wouldnt be working. I didnt even call and complain about my order because the manager was rude as hell.
Id give negative stars if I could. Stay away from this location. Waited 20 minutes for a curbside pickup that never came. Had to go thru the drive thru and wait another 15. Food was cold and disgusting by that time. And they forgot items. Complete and utter incompetent idiots.

I went to this McDonalds today and ordered a Filet of Fish, asked for extra tarter sauce. The worker at the drive through window we payed at was very rude. After we pulled away and I pulled the fish sandwich out to eat it I first noticed that not only was the sandwich cold but the bun wasnt even steamed like its supposed to be, it was pretty much close to being stale, the fish was cold, hard and to put it out there, it was completely nasty. We went back to exchange the sandwich for a fresh one and the staff acted like they didnt know what to do about it, then the manager came over to the window, we showed her the sandwich and her response was we cant do that, when my friend told her that she herself managed another McDonalds location and explained the policy her whole attitude and demeanor changed, she told us to pull up to a parking spot to wait for it, when a worker came out to give it to us she just thrust it into my hand without saying one word, I said Thank You to her and she didnt give a response what so ever, she basically ignored me, no your welcome, Im sorry, not one word, very rude. Ill never go back to this particular McDonalds location. This isnt my first problem here with having the workers be rude and disrespectful but today was the final straw, Ill never go back there again.
The McDonald’s drinks we got were good the line was crazy! Two intercoms and everyone trying to cut in front of each other and barely able to hear through the intercom it took 15 minutes for a smoothie and frappe.

They dont clean any machines half the time. The only time ive been going there lately if i do go is in the morning because they are they best shift crew that works there... This is by far the worst fast food restaurant Ive ever gone to. 30 minute waits in the drive thru, a rude staff that throws orders out the window without even saying anything, and then they slam the window when youre in the middle for asking for a ketchup packet. I am beyond disbelief at the level of unprofessionalism of this McDonalds.In all honesty, fire the staff, and start over.Also, to clarify, I wouldnt have waited 30 minutes for the cold trash food they threw at me, but at a certain point they designed the drive thru so you cant pull out.
Syrup ran out for coke, when asked about it was told it is just the way the machine is and she moved on to the next person. It was dirty water. Fries were cold and it was 12:30 pm. Tried calling to let them know and no one answered the phone.
Macdonalds is the best place to eat and enjoy gathering with your friends .the food is so delicious and tasty .the service is perfect and the staff are so respectful and helpful when you call anyone of the waiters they respond immediately .the place is clean and comfortable .there is a kids area where your children can play and enjoy their time and also there is a special menu for them
This place has got to be by far the worst service that can ever be provided. I seen a kid leave the back dishes area and start making food without gloves. i work the night shift right up the road and i go for simple things during the night.. 2 cars still wait 20 mins. or there systems are always down. I sat 20 mins tonight because I was told to give them a minute. they came back 20 mins later to tell me okay cash only. these people are lazy. they dont want to work and make things up to get out of doing things. like why all of a sudden u accepting just cash after making me wait 20 mins to tell me that. HOrrible service and Ive had enough with this place. I drove to the window and asked for corporates number and I am contacting them on this issue. half the time they will not give you a receipt. they dont even know the difference from a sweet tea and some flat coca cola. extremely upset how I was treated after I was given the number to corporate everyone needs to make this aware that this is the worst McDonalds I have ever been at in my life. and it appears Im not the only one who has this thought. poor service, definitely not fast food, long waits, dry or cold foods, orders nvr right. but who wants to sit i another 30 min line to correct it when the inside is closed. always a issue...
This morning, ALL I went there for was my usual mocha frappe and I waited in the drive thru for close to FIFTEEN MINUTES and when my husband said something to the worker at the window, she made a comment about staffing every morning, which is NOT smart at all because Im almost positive MORE people go there for breakfast to get things including coffee and why would you be short staffed in the morning all the time?! I am DEFINITELY complaining to corporate about this and this is not the first time I have had issues at this location with it being so slow.

Manager with dirty dreads refuse to take my door dash order. Said they only do uber eats. Was very rude an unprofessional refuse to give his name his managers name or a corporate number. He was loving every minute or refusing my order. I was also a customer here as well. Wont be anymore. Very poor service and manager.
Maybe I expect more than I should from here but I just want to be able to get what they say they serve until they serve it. Breakfast is going til 10:30am but I get denied a item I want at 10:29 because they were transitioning already. Its upsetting to want something and then take time out to go spend my money there and its always something. Out of sundaes almost everytime I want one....cant buy a frappe that day because they seem to be always cleaning the machine. Its ridiculous and Im just fed up. They need a whole new leadership staff.
HORRIBLE restaurant.The management is incredibly unprofessional, half of the time I hear people swearing, especially when children are present. The food is either rubbery or cold or will take way too long to deliver. I once had to wait 20 minutes for something taht should not have even taken 5 minutes to prepare, cook, and serve.The management will treat you poorly, will hypocritically break the rules they attempt to enforce.If you do not do everything they expect and more they will scream at you and blame you for others problems.I would not recommend ever working here OR eating here. I loved this place. The guy I was with disappeared on me 4 different times, each time for days on end, and I would walk 6 miles just to sit there and be around people. The staff was very sympathetic, caring, and most importantly to me: supportive and kind. I really felt like they went above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel like family. The facility is beautiful. I love this place!

Theyre always running out of something, something is always broke, and one time they made me wait 15 minutes for a sandwich and the parking lot that they forgot to bring me! I get anxiety everytime I pull into the parking lot because I know something wont be right. No more second chances for this place for me!!!!!
Ordered 4 chicken tenders strips, a large fry, with hot mustard sauce. Moved to window quickly, paid , went to second window and was told to go to 3rd window and wait. 13 cars were served, and a half hour later, I got my food, no apologies , nothing . Got home to a small fry 2 BBQ sauce, and 2 sweet and sour sauces. Unbelievable the lack of common sense and the sheer stupidity of the people who work there. The hell with that place and their food. I normally dont eat that food, nor will I ever again! Stay away!

Extremely poor service. What showed on the screen was the correct order I placed. The individual who took my order was polite and efficient. However the individual who completed my order was not able to fill my order correctly. Tho my receipt showed that I paid for what I asked for and that the screen reflected the same it was obvious that this person was clueless as what I was handed was not my order. Instead of correcting it they said I would have to drive around or come in. Which I did and after doing do this location still was unable to provide me with what I ordered with out the manager stepping up and doing so. Unbelievable as you have pictures on the screen and it was confirmed on my paid receipt. Sad

We waited in the drive thru in line no joke 20 minutes and didnt move once. We left and went to Wendys instead. Ive always had problems here, either really slow, wrong order, or just rude. I dont know how they are still open.
Sometimes staff isnt as friendly as they could be and you can definitely make healthier choices than eating here. But overall my kids like their happy meal toys. And if youre looking for something fast and cheap I guess it would be it okay option if youre not a Health freak.

I waited in line for a half hour or more for 4 sausage mc muffins a large fry and a large dr pepper. I was respectful saying things like thank you and please. Even tho no one in this store deserves any of our respect. Did you see the movie emoji the lady taking my money to pay her bills was meh for sure. Have had good experiences and bad. The bad I remember most like on Christmas eve, they ran out of cheese and there is 1 particular worker that always seems like she hates her life and job that works the drive thru in the morning
Its McDonalds... the 4 stars was due to rating this place against other McDonalds locations. It was not great, and I knew that going there. The food was better than most of the other locations I have been to. The people that were working there, it was obvious they hate their jobs. It looked like the overall feeling of the place was undead gloom. No one smiled, or showed any emotion other than severe disdain for being inside that building. The food was not bad considering what it was.

Very poor customer service. Employees and state lack basic people skills. Crew member are very rude to customers. There are extremely long wait times during the day and night. Would only recommend going to this McDonalds as a last resort.
Same as any other McDonalds. Its fast, its economically priced, and conveniently located. But, its still a McDonalds. The staff needs customer service training: they talk to each other while shoving your order blindly through the window at you, their attention is definitely not something you should hope to recieve. You should always double check your order. All in all an experience equal to any other local McDonalds experience. I see no particular reason why you shouldnt visit this specific McDonalds over any other location.

Horrible service ; in fact no service at all. Someone was in front of my wife as soon as he (rude customer) got his food he didnt move and ate it there. My wife even said is anyone going to wait on me and the employees turned their back on her. She called me of this so I called the store and no one answered. To me it seems like the store that Washington own or horrible in every way. I personally stopped going there years ago They are just nasty and food isnt the healthiest Rude employees ( not just that one), dirty stores, and. Ant even get simply orders right.

Since when did corporate approve this for a uniform cellphones in the back pocket with earphones running up the inside of their shirt to their ear? Heaven forbid you interrupt a song they r listening to and ask for something you get the eye roll and dirty look then get 4 creamers for 3 large coffees thrown in the bag of food. The girl was standing right with a manager so they cant say they didnt know and there were 4 others working that were doing the same thing. WORST. McDonalds ever. Literally every time I go through the drive through here it takes a minimum of 30minutes. I usually stay clear but today I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and saw 2 cars order without a single person saying a word to me. Just save yourself the time and drive across town, it will be much quicker.

Not the best location available in the area. Often times the food seems like it has sat out and is rock hard. Also watch out for expired items in Happy meals for the kiddos assuming that they wont be forgotten all together (gogurts, apple slices, milks).

My wife ordered food and brought it home for the kids. She got home and found a burger missing. Everyone was eating but my son. She ran back to McDonalds only to be met by a rude employee that said she needed to have bag with food in it. Finally a manger showed up and reluctantly got the missing burger. The service here is hit or miss. I try to avoid this location at all costs.

The McDonalds on Midlothian Blvd is the absolute worst!! They never get your order right and the fries were horrible. They were all cold and 1 order was cold and soggy most of the other order was hard as a rock. I wish I didnt have to give any stars because they dont deserve any. The worlers that work there at the drive through are very rude. I miss the one on Market St. I am going to drive out of my way and go to the one on 5th Ave.
This place has kiosks inside to order at, which I like, but sometimes getting you food takes a VERY long time and I rarely see staff here that are friendly or cheerful. They act more like Im not getting what Im entitled, so Im just going through the motions. Id use another place if this one wasnt so close.
Was there around 5:30 pm on a Wednesday. The drive-thru was extremely slow so I went inside. When I first walked in they act like they did not see me. When someone finally did come over to take my order... it was all attitude like she was mad that she was there. SMH!!!
This is the last time I visit this McDonalds. Fries were cold and mushy, they refuse to make items that are clearly on the menu. The chicken sandwich I ordered was deep fried far too long, and was dried out and the breading was burnt and rock hard.
Ordered 1 filet of fish with tartar sauce on the side, 1 big mac with no sauce, 2 large fries with no salt, 1 hamburger and 1 parfait. Got 1 filet if fish with tartar on the sandwich, 1 big mac with sauce 2 small fries with salt and was told at the window they had no parfait last time I gi to that garbage kocaruib
It was the worst service ever. The girl taking orders was rude, had no idea what comes on sandwiches, couldnt ring it up right.only reason we went is because the kids wanted incredibles 2 toys. She knew that, didnt say anything and got us our food. When the kids opened it to the pie to the face toy (same exact for all 3 kids with other choices) and got upset, I went up to the counter to ask if there are any, i got I dont know with the attitude. Manager stepped in and said they ran out. If that was the case she should of told us right away when the kids asked for it in their happy meal. I wouldnt of wasted $20 on lunch for them to get cold fries, nuggets and my chicken sandwich. I was so angry by the time we left I told them we will never go back.
In the drive thru (3:30 am) ordered a large HOT fry. Got fries that tasted like they were cooked several hours before. Called the manager the next day, he asked me to come in and talk to him. Got no satisfaction, just made excuses for the poorly trained personnel, didnt even offer to replace the fries that were thrown away!!
Employees are rude. tried to order breakfast items advertised as all day and they were out of everything we tried to order. so we tried to order cheeseburgers instead and when we got to the window their card machine is down. never said anything or posted any signs about card machine out of order. this is not the first time weve had a bad experience at this mcdonalds but it will certainly be the last. will not return.
90% of the time I come here is after hours and for that I am thankful they are a 24hr business but geez I swear everytime I roll thru they dont have this or that or I sit at the order screen for 15 minutes and finally just drive up to see that they put a hand written closed sign on the window. That is a head scratcher...wouldnt you thi k that sign would be posted on the order window where people will actually see it when they first pull up.....come ON! RIDICULOUSLY lame.
Ordered the two fish filet sandwich meal with a Sprite but they gave me a unsweetened tea. Also, when I finally got home to eat my food the sandwiches were very dry and one of the fish sandwiches had a grey hair in it. I took it back and they gave me some fresh fries and two more dried out sandwiches.
I stopped going about a year ago from problems with them screwing up my orders and the long wait times. The wait time is horrendous (10-15 minutes in the drive through and youre stuck as theres no way to pull around if you decide youve had enough with waiting). Just went up there today to get my daughter a kids meal and literally received 2 FRENCH FRIES IN THE MEAL. What a joke. The foods unhealthy anyways so I wont miss it. Never going again.
I just went to this McDonalds for the first time in a year do to poor service. And I should have never returned. After a 30 minute wait in the drive thru (couldnt leave because there was a car in front of me & behind me) I pulled up to the window only to see an employee complaining about how she gets frustrated about stuff over a span of 4 minutes not once did she open the window to tell me where my food was. So I drove off. I called to speak with management regarding the matter & was told nothing more than the greeting they use to answer the phone instead of saying please hold or anything they just set the phone down & said NOTHING!! Over a 15 minute period I heard an employee singing to her self a male employee make fun a customer ordering through the drive thru & still no manager spoke to me. I ended hanging up.
Took literally an hour from the time I got there till I was leaving .. the drive through. The inside is still closed. I honestly dont know how it can take an hour to make fast food and the inside is closed.
Waited twelve minutes in the drive thru for them to tell me they dont have any cookies made. Still refused after I offered to wait the two minutes for them to bake. They barely said two words to me at the window. Worst service I have ever experienced.
First time Ive eaten at a McDonalds in probably a year...course they messed up our order...this time Ill try to make it two years before I bother to eat that junk again
We had to go back to correct our order , then ordered and paid for a bigmac. Was then told I never paid for the sandwich, made to wait basically being accused of trying to steal a 4 $ sandwich. Btw they never even fixed the original order properly. We will NEVER go back

This place is a joke. Not only is the ice cream machine always broken, the orange juice machine has been down for at least 2 months. Today at 6:45am they were out of McMuffins! How the hell do you run out of the most popular breakfast sandwich on the menu?
Fish filet was terrible hard and crusty fries were limp no color at all and greasy, cashier couldnt figure out correct change. This location at soth ave and midlothian is the worst!!! I will never go back.
This McDonalds always seems to be out of something.if you use their self serve touch screen to order you have already paid before you know this. And they act stingy with things like napkins and condiments. I generally order coffee with cream and sugar and the last 2 times got no sugar at all even though the touch screen adds exactly how many packs you want

Hey not often I get to leave a good review for this place but w.e. crew they had today was on point whole $34.00 order was on point and fresh, not a long wait in drive-thru either and friendly service I almost had to look around and make sure I was in the right place but hey shout out to that crew there this early afternoon yall made me speechless a lil keep up the good work.....
This McDonalds is a joke! I can get better customer service from a hobo behind a dumpster in a dark alley selling trash. I just ordered an EggMcMuffin and the bun was burnt! I cut my mouth biting into it. It felt like a shard of doughy glass! The place isn’t clean at all. It looks like a dusty hotel lobby. No wonder barely anybody sits indoors. I hope my fellow people seeing this review enjoys this and has a good laugh cause I sure did rereading this.
If I could give negative stars I would. Service sucks employees cant take orders right or give change. Out of something every time I go in today it was hash browns and orange juice I let AGAIN without anything. I recommend you go anywhere else if you can.

I ALWAYS HAVE A PROBLEM AT THIS LOCATION like tonight got a mushroom swiss burger it was burnt got two mc doubles with no pickle they both have pickles so now my dad cant eat because hes allergic to pickles i got my daughter a cheese burger the only thing that was made right i got another cheese burger with mac sause no mac sause on it fries were cold i only live 4 mins away and they were ice cold got a soda with my swiss burger had to ask them to give me fresh becasue it was nasty got an attitude oh then to top it all when i pulled up tonthe window to get my food they were all on thier PHONES id rather drive 15 20 mins then keep going here it needs shut down if i could give this place a negative i would. Down town Sharon McDonalds is the worse in area. Bad service, wrong orders and flat out rude when u tell them the order isnt correct. Gheto . Not clean at all held together with duck tape . Must not have windex or cleaning supplies. Will go out of my way not to go there.

I stopped on my way to work. Got a large coffee and two sausage mcmuffins. Key word ...sausage! One was fine the second was a muffin minus any sausage or cheese. Tried calling to complain of course no answer..
Worst midnight crew everrrr!! Half the time u pull up they only offer a few menu items, cant take credit cards, no milk shakes of course, or just plain cant or wont serve u. U take 20 mins to give me my food and then wanna flirt with me when i finally get it. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Its McDonalds. Service is slow. Inside is always messy. Biggest issue is you never know if they will have the item you want at any certain time. Usually late they are not serving alot of items on the menu. Go somewhere else there are plenty of other McDonalds around

So... We pull into the drive-thru (of this supposedly 24hr location) and theres a car already ahead of us at the intercom. So we sit the and we sit and we sit and nothing happens. No one ever came on to take the car ahead of us order. We sat there for 25 mins. So I decided to call the store to let them know we were in the drive-thru and we want some dam food. But surprise surprise no answer either. We just left. Car that was there when we pulled up was still sitting there and 3 other were behind us. We are headed to North Limas location where we will be going from now on at these hours. Fat girl wants some dam fries.
Terribly dirty! Bathroom had no toilet paper , garbage on floor and baby changer was broke and dirty!! The dining area was dirty as well as the high chairs were filthy.. I would not set my child in any of the 3 filthy high chairs... We left and ate elsewhere! Thats a shame !! O and I had to change my childs diaper standing up on the bathroom!! Terrible place!
The Morning crew is great. After 3pm, they suck. The cashiers in the drive thru dont speak to you and barely make eye contact.

Bad service, cant even make a burger the right way if you even get what you ordered. At night when theres no other cars around they still have you wait for no reason. In the morning if you order anything with bacon.... the bacon strips are laid on top of each other instead of side by side..... the worst store! Even worse than the hood store on market Street!
Asked for a number three, got a number four, was charged for the number four. Also bought three sausage burritos and all were still half frozen. To top it all off, I was the only person in line and still has to wait twenty-five minutes for my still wrong; half frozen order. Will not be purchasing from this establishment anytime in the future.
Every evening they have all out side lights OFF. Like they are closed. Cant they pay the power bill something needs done about the way the people working there in the evening need to be FIRED!!!!!!!!
The cashier was super helpful. BUT as usual the ice cream machine was broken. Was told by cashier the machine it works about ince a month. The smokehouse burger was very tasty.

Just went to this 24 hour store. There were cars in the lot, but both drive thru lanes were closed and the order boards were off. How does a 24 hour store close? Especially with employees visible inside?

Was there on Wednesday February 27 at 7 pm. Ordered # 4 fries like a wet dishrag, chicken on sandwich MICROWAVED TIL DRY, had mayo lettuce no tomatoes , 20 piece mcnugget was good didnt get sauce that I asked for. Coke was FFantastic. Wont be back so sad its called mcdonalds, instead of mcdrys the food...
This restaurant is horriable customer service, orders are always wrong and we just left the drive thru and guess what the order was wrong. My son orderd one 20 piece and the other 20 piece was supposed to be a meal...no fry or drink....and then have the nerve to say oh it wasnt in there and ask for the bag with the stupid ass at window who handed it to us right there.....
Placing my order and paying was really fast but getting my food wasnt. When I got my food I had to wait for a McChicken Sandwich which I thought was on the dollar menu so you wouldnt have to wait.

The McDonals on Canfield Boardman road is a dumpster fire,as someone who worked there,the owner is very rude to his employees and they purposely understaffe and give you just less than 40hrs a week so they dont give you benefits,the machines in the kitchen are always broken and when they do get fixed they use cheaply refurbished parts that are only ment to pass an inspection and end up breaking the next day.

This McDonalds like most in the area has terrible service. The food is sometimes cold and poorly put together. The under paid over worked staff are poorly managed and seem miserable.

I will not go to this McDonald again. The service is slow, the waitresses are slow and they do not keep hot coffee ready. I along with 4 other customers waited on line for 10 minutes each and then sold me cold coffee. This place needs some inproving.
Im certain I speak for most if not everyone that attended when I say we had a grand time there, everything was clean, orderly and well maintained.
If i can give a negative 5 star review i would. Customer service is a joke and efficiency and quality are even worse. I have no idea how this store is still operating. Unreal.

2022-03-20Went they the drive through and ordered a sausage egg cheese biscuit along with some other things. they forgot the egg on my sandwhich, so i called and said i was home already and didn’t want to take the drive back is there anything else they could do for me. we’ll they HUNG UP ON ME so i drove my happy a** up there to get the sandwhich that I ORDERED AND THIS IS WHAT THEY GAVE ME. you’d think they’d want to make an angry customer happy but instead they give me this sorry excuse for a sandwhich. one word—TRASH.

2022-05-20In the mornings the line moves quickly & service is efficient, although after breakfast hours (after 10:30am) it takes FOREVER to get thru the line to order, your food takes FOREVER to be made, & at least half of the time its either slopped together or they made the order wrong.. some of the worst service I have ever received at a McDonalds as far as how long the wait is & how rude the employees are at times. I often try to avoid this location altogether if I can..

2022-06-10I had originally went back to mcdonalds with a friend because they messed up her order. When i got there and got to the window the lady was rude for no reason. She had an attitude asking me if i needed something else. Not to mention how she slammed the window on me before i had everything. I had 2 simple orders and they almost forgot one. I had to tell them what it was. Then all the chaos that was happening there you could hear the workers calling each other slow and arguing. It was a madhouse. It was my first visit there and i will never return. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and ridiculous.

2022-02-24The worst McDonalds in my life and I go daily so Ive been to many and none like this one. I ordered on the mobile app yesterday and today, yesterday the 3 orders of nuggets looked, smelled and tasted burnt! I asked for others and they gave me the same. Today I go back and order and the same thing the 3 orders of nuggets looked, smelled and tasted burnt! I ordered the refund because OBVIOUSLY they cook with OLD and BURNED oil, thats why all orders of nuggets come out the same. They told me that they COULD NOT do the refund because I did NOT have a paper receipt because it was an order in the mobile App, but when they delivered my first order they NEVER gave me my paper receipt for any problem... I showed them my digital receipt and they refused make the refund They did 3 more orders of nuggets and all 3 equally disgusting. They need to get their business reviewed for cooking in such a dirty way.

2022-06-03Every time I come here I’ll be in line for 30-40 mins. They will have people waiting at the speaker for 5-10 mins before they let them order. Then when you finally get to the take out window they still making your order.. worst McDonald’s in Youngstown Ohio

Additionally you would think the company that basically invented fast food would be able to get you your subpar food fast. Last time I was there I waited 15 minutes for a double cheeseburger and fries. Nope. Not going back again.

2022-03-05Constantly closed dining room. Drive thru only and they never get all the order right. They list that they have eat in hours but they keep the doors closed the whole day because of a worker shortage. I get they don’t have workers. But they also used to have a regular group of seniors who would come just for breakfast and a coffee that they no can get in due to locked doors. Don’t advertise that you are open if it’s only 50% open.
