It took almost 30 min to get our food, this location is terrible, literally every time I visit this location they take forever, the order is wrong 80% of the time, and they have every drive thru order pull up every time so that corporate doesnt find out how unbelievably slow they are
I have stopped here a handful of times & each time there has been an issue. The latest issue drove me to write this review. The parfaits that they sell started out $1 and in a pretty nice size cup. The size dropped and apparently had dropped again, into about a 2oz cup, and the price has gone from $1 to $1.29. And to make matters worst they give you cups half empty. I went last week & called to complain & was told by the assistant manager that he saw it and addressed it with the staff to fill them up, then he told me hed replace the ones i had. I went there today for my replacements only to be handed 2 more that are half empty. Its ridiculous that the price of things keep going up while the quality, quantity and service keeps getting worse! See below.
Sat at drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes . Was told one moment twice . When I finally left there was no one sitting at the window . They wont answer the phone . Most crappie service ever . Was late for work . Couldnt even get before going to work

Worst McDonalds Ive ever been to. Took forever to get me the McChicken I ordered, and it had raw fish patties on it instead of chicken. Theyre lucky Im not allergic to fish. The only good thing about this place is that they gave me a refund.
They lied about there frappe machine Being down then I callee while I was in line & whoever answered said it work but not serving to me … 0 stars from & the fries taste like old oil yuck !
It was fine. I got a iced coffee cinnamon roll, and a ice water. The ice coffee is not very good and Im glad I dont know if its because I dont like their coffee. I asked for a large ice water and they gave me a large Sprite which is fine cuz they dont charge me for it but I wanted water. However the cinnamon roll was absolutely scrumptious.

My food has me sick right now! I called the restaurant only to have her answer the phone and tell me she was the manager. The attitude was even more escalated due to the fact I was calling to report our encounter. She hung up on me and when I called back she admitted on the line that she did hang up on me. She should be fired Today! Mcdonalds Corporate offices have been notified . I ENCOURAGE PEOPLE IN THIS AREA NOT TO GO THERE WHEN CANDY IS WORKING. My experience at McDonalds was alright, an not to busy, or just maybe before the lunch rush started my meal was hot an my coffee was cold as I ordered it, a little sugary but it was still great because I love my coffee cold with my hot meal.
Um I loved it yummy 6 piece chicken nuggets with extra fry with white milk and 2 count em 2 ranch cups
This is probably the slowest McDonalds Ive ever been to. There were only three groups of of people inside and we didnt see the drive thru move at all while we were there for about 10 minutes. Also, mask compliance was not good. However, the place was clean and our order was correct.

Worst McDonalds ever. Ordered crispy chicken sandwich meals for my family. The fries are completely drenched in grease. Like they were dumped straight from the fry basket and into the fry holder. The fry container is literally soaked in grease. Absolute worst Mcdonald fries in my life. They are always messing up the orders and making food sloppy. Needs all new employees and managers or they all need retrained. Like a district manager or corporate really needs to step up.😒 Disgusting.
Worst service I have ever experienced. I was rushed and told to hurry up my order because they were closing soon. I was only given 2 of the 8 items I ordered and when I pulled back around and repeatedly beeped the horn I was ignored because they were 1 min past “closed”. Will never order from this location again.
They get my orders correct most of the time.
Managers dont train employees, simply just start them and expect the employees to know what theyre doing. They roll their eyes whenever an inexperienced employee asks for help. Almost every single order i have ordered from here has been just inedible or made incorrectly. Not worth the time or money for ignorant managers who obviously dont know how to manage. I recommend go down to the mcdonalds by ysu, at least they actually train their new employees.
I had to pull up a window after ten minutes of waiting for some to get my order. Then she was ride that i did said she was taking a break 👎
My experience at McDonalds was alright, nothing out ordinary was hungry an just wanted to have something quick to eat.
I wish I could give a better review. If youve been to this McDonalds you know they always make you pull to the side to wait on your food. Not only that, the drive thru has a timer and if they can get you out of the drive thru fast it makes their business and team look good. Even if you have to wait 10 min or longer for your meal.
Worst McDonalds ever. I mean, no McDonalds is all that great, but if there was a worst one ever, this one is it. The service is terrible, the food is terrible, they tend to be out of everything, and they will forget something everytime. Honestly, forget it even being called fast food, just a drink will take you five minutes. Go around the corner to the one on Fifth Avenue across campus, even the drive there is quicker than the service here.
Theyve made mistakes with our orders (we have lived close by and frequent this location maybe once a week or every other week) and we had issues in the past. Everything everyone says is true, they give wrong condiments, forget an item, are slow. BUT... I have only had a bad experience once and oddly enough with the male manager on duty. He was rude and dismissive. When we were told to pull over to wait, we got the wrong food. He came out and we mentioned it. If you goto this location at night, MOST of the time it looks closed. Certain managers on duty do not turn outside lights on.
Horrendous! Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. The employees here are incredibly rude. They don’t say “thank you”, will short change customers, and are not friendly in the slightest. The orders are wrong every time. I’m currently waiting for our French fries that they forgot to include with our order and for them to remake the plain (no condiments/onions) hamburgers we asked for. The only thing that was correct in our large order was the 20 piece McNuggets. They also forgot our sauces we asked for. No napkins. Gross location. Very unprofessional and trashy. Will never return.
The food was ok and the drinks were ok as well. Got a caramel frappe and it was all literally ok. For a road trip was hoping for a little better tasting less eating straight grease.
I am shocked and saddened by how I was mistreated just now. I drive a semi truck and I pass thru youngstown twice a week coming and going from the Midwest to East coast. I have always had such great experiences with this mcdonalds as they have always allowed me to walk up to the drive thru window to order breakfast. Not today. The manager on duty today was rude and disgusting. She told me its not her problem and demanded that I leave the property and called the cops. She kept trying to tell me that its policy and that Ive never been allowed to order like that before. Ive ordered at the window there at least 25 times since covid19 started. The window worker told me I was out of line for being upset. I guess I should be happy I cant eat this morning???
Had a bad experience when I went there last. My granddaughter got really sick and threw up all of her food as soon as she finished eating. The manager chased me out and told me I had to clean it. Customers in my opinion shouldnt be allowed to clean up anything in a place of buisness.
I asked for a large french fry and I requestee them fresh. At second window I peek and saw brownish old lukewarm fries. I ask for fresh, she said ok pull up. Less than 5 mins a dude comes out with old lukewarm fries. So I had to walk in, watch them drop fresh fries and wouldnt you know I got nearly all stub fries!! Nobody wants old cold Mickey D fries cuz they nasty. They rush you thru trying to be efficient and the quality suffers. The public deserves fresh food! Yall make me SICK!

If you love breakfast then go early at this McDonald. The workers are mature and get it right. The manager is one of the nicest.
The service here is agonizingly slow, smells terrible (assuming from uncleaned trash cans), and I watched a worker touch her hair with gloves on and not change them before making our food. The same worker preparing the food has extremely long hair that was not secured back or in a net. On top of that, the staff has been obnoxiously nice yelling at each other the whole time we’ve been here, and the food was not wrapped.

Made me a caramel frappe when I asked for mocha, went back thru and gave me another caramel. Black flakes in their ice and was told to accept it. Forgot the egg on my steak egg and cheese muffin. Didnt put tomato on my burger when I asked for it but they put the label saying add tomato. Gave me a medium fry when it should have been a large. Ive worked at McDonalds and this is extremely unacceptable. There is always something wrong with our order. If you want to order here and have them surprise you with McDonalds roulette then this is the place for you. Do better.

This McDonalds is fabulous and I have probably giving it praise in the past. While the crew is a little hit or miss the food is always hot and fresh. Plus, it is one of the nicest McDonalds Ive ever seen. From benches to sit on inside 2 cast iron outdoor seating and a substantial waterfall featuring the golden arches it definitely has a modern and upscale vibe.
Went in for some iced coffees pretty good took a little bit of time but theyre only two people up front
Accidentally given the wrong sandwich during a rush. Manager was very nice and apologetic. She made me another sandwich herself even though there were some in the warmer she couldve easily grabbed.
Cold hard fillet o fish bun. Cold fries and regular coke instead of diet coke that I ordered. Lobby is closed so you have to get back into long line for resolution. No thanks.
Ive never had such a terrible experience. Wrong price from advertised. Latte machine is down every time I come. Ask to pull ahead and wait at the drive-through for two coffees and two pies. It took three trips for them to finally get me the right items. Too much time spent dancing and on the phone. A real zoo in there.

This has to be the worse McDonald’s, no worse fast food place I ever went to. After being at one window for 2 minutes and the next for 4 they pulled me up. Was 20 minutes or longer in drive-thru. Finally, moved out of line and went in to get the order. Were only 3 people inside, so dont know what problem was. Manager just happened to come over to take order. Told him what happened. Now, he apologized and was very nice, but what else could he be. I truly dont know what was going on. There was no excuse for it. 3 inside and 4 cars outside. (All l ordered was kids meal for my grandson!} Truly hope not like that all the time.

The outside appearance needs some TLC. The workers are very nice. They move not in the manner of the McDonalds of yester-years but I guess efficient enough. I am hopeful they have responsible leadership to teach responsibility and common courtesy. It is important for our youth.

Slow service, the employees act like youre taking their personal time from them, look at you like youre ordering too slow, like they can get your order right anyway! They dont count my sugar for my coffee, they just or out of a bag what they think looks like that amount... ends up like syrup every single time! This Mcds is very dirty, greasy, I mean the floors, tables, door handles, every single thing you can touch! And if youre unlucky enough to go inside, the stench just might knock ya over. It smells like spoiled meat mixed with sewer fumes. I do not recommend this place.
What a dump. 3 people running register and only 1 on cooking. Total attitudes from all employees and manager. 10 mins to get a simple breakfast meal order. Number 4. And then the front employees would go out of their way to harass this old handicap man for any reason they could. Ethics and cleanliness gone with this store. Never coming here again.

Had a rather terrifying nighttime experienced there, food was good but our server was screaming about something so loud through the window my ride and I were scared. Then when he handed us our money his eyes were bugging out of his skull. Our food was given to us by a different person, same window, after the angry/bug eyed guy was finished giving us our change. We werent ever threatened but it was rather terrifying for the other worker there Im sure.
The employees were too busy goofing around with their phones and talking with their friends to pay any attention to the other customers. They served their friends before people who had come in long before them. It took over 6 minutes to get our order, after we were finally able to place it! And the fries were stale.
Food was cold. You have to ask for fresh food to get it hot. Went back through drive thru and they replaced food with more cold buns and cheese not melted. Not returning back.
The service at this location is slow no matter the time of the visit. The error rate on order correctness I would say is also a little higher than nearby fast food restaurants. With that said, the quality of the food is as good as any other McDonalds location.
Horrible service. The workers stand around talking to each other and ignore the customers. I was standing there waiting on my order when the worker barked what are you waiting on? I told her i was waiting on my order. She got it and just threw it in the bag with the wrong sauce. They have a number posted you can call to give your opinion but no one ever answers. This is by far one of the worst McDonalds Ive seen. Rudest workers ever. They need to scrap the lunch crew and start from scratch. Btw, this is only one of many bad experiences.

To start they asked me to hold on a second at the drive-thru which isnt a big deal but then the lady kept the microphone on and continue to talk to her coworkers and I could hear it through the drive-thru speaker and then after waiting over 5 minutes to even place my order the lady starts dropping F-bombs which my five year old daughter could hear in the car and when I said please stop that she said hang on sir. Then we waited at least another 5 minutes to even place our order and then when I asked for extra sauce because I got three happy meals for my kids the lady at the pickup window acted like I was asking for one of her arms. Extremely unprofessional place and I would not go there to waste your time and money
Worst McDonalds Ive ever been to in my life. Food is never fresh, order is either cold or messed up. They screw up so much they have a sign on their window that says, No refunds. We will fix any mistake for you. Or something along those lines probably because they were losing so much money because they do nothing but screw up.
Terrible McDonalds. I went through the drive thru and ordered a number 2 with no onions with a coke and no ice. Not only did it take 20 minutes but I also had onions and ice. These things are serious because I could have had an allergy to onions. After several minutes, they couldn’t understand why I was still at the window and I had to inform them that I never received my food. The customer service was fantastic and the lady made me smile but their service was dreadful. Go somewhere else.

Rude staff and what looked to be managers who ignored I stood there almost 10 minutes. A person they must of known came in cause they screwed up her order and they replaced it and rang her up for a happy meal toy, and she came in AFTER I was already standing there. I was the only white person there, couldnt miss me, as they talked and joked with each other and did other things. The man and woman who looked dressed up as managers also looked right at me and just ignored without having staff acknowledge my existence. Place was dirty and old looking....and McDonald employees want 15 an hour?!?! Please, they done deserve the pay they get now
I go there daily no problems. But there is the odor sewer odor. That dont make me think its grove. Anyway they need to have more than 1 person at the register when they r busy
There was something really disgusting in my coffee. I am absolutely disgusted almost vomited. I always get coffee here and they never make it right so I asked for them to put full pumps of the cream and sugar. I will never get coffee from this establishment again. I dont think I will even get food they dont make that correctly most of the time either. It is filthy in there as well. Always has been.
I love the quarter pounder with fries and a Sprite. I wish they would not of gotten rid of Hi C orange it was my favorite. Anyone want to help me start a petition of Hi C orange fans. The fish filets are good too
Dining area was not clean. We dined in with girl scouts yet our orders were bagged. Napkin holders were empty. Two of three bathrooms had no toilet paper. Very disappointed.
I ordered extra onions on my double cheeseburger, the ticket was correct on the outside, but my burger had NONE. The order was taken right, and STILL wasnt made correctly.
The worker that was working the drive thru opened up the coffee packet with her teeth. None of them wear gloves. And they were disrespectful. Food always cold and soggy and burgers are a mess.

First time i stopped at this location on Belmont ave. Went in and nobody even looked at me. I was the only one at the counter. After a couple minutes a girl at the drive thru looked at me and said, has anybody helped you? I asked if anybody in this town mans the counters at these restaurants? Service sucked so bad i didnt even bother to get anything. Never again.
Order was correct. Food was hot and fresh. Employees were quick and staying safe with masks and careful not to touch hands.

Air conditioning was broke and it was over a hundred degrees inside so we decided to order at the window the Big Mac burger meat was so tiny I almost needed glasses to see it. I guess things have drastically changed at McDonalds Im scared to death to ever eat there again
Store is very old and dated. As of 8/27/18 it says updates are coming. It should be an entire rebuild with new equipment because most of the time something is broken. Staff is up and down and needs to have a couple more people added or more training to pick up speed.

Always out of pies and to top it off the employee running the drive thru window couldnt put her cell phone down long enough to take my money . Last week one of the cooks had his cell phone and was texting when the manager kept asking for orders. Need to start writing them up for not doing their jobs 😠😠

Went there on August 8th around 4:30 pm. I went inside the store to order, I was the only customer in there. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, and a small fry. Waited over 15 minutes. The staff was either on their cell phones, or they had ear buds in listening to music. I will never ever go to a Mc. Donalds owens by Washington again. They are dirty and ghetto. The service is the worst. We sadly miss the COVELLIE Mc.Donalds.
I normally wouldnt take the time to post a review but I just went through the drive through and before I could even order the girl told me hold on... 5 minutes later, a different girl asks for my order. I order and drove to the window where a cat was already waiting at the door with an apparently wrong order that they were fixing. Meanwhile, the whole staff there is yelling to each other and one girl starting yelling that about the fryer because it was beeping. 10 minutes later, they give me my order and its not until I go home that I realize they forgot my fries. My fault. I should have checked. I am normally home for work at night by 9:30 but i wasnt home until 9:55! There is no reason anyone should ever wait that long at a drive through while being ignored..

Ive never been to a worse McDonalds. Dont stop here if youre on the road and need to be somewhere. I ordered tenders, got nuggets. I thought Id try the new sauce they were advertising all over the restaurant, and the cashier had no idea what I was talking about it. She apparently found it in the POS system because its on the receipt but wasnt in my bag. Im writing this from the restaurant because my boyfriend is STILL waiting 25+ minutes for his oatmeal. Good for a laugh, TERRIBLE for lunch.
This is the worst McDonalds experience Ive ever experienced in my 23 years of living I went to the drive thru & literally had to pull over to the side for my meal with 7 other cars pulled over & we literally waited 45 mins. We saw the other car going inside to get their food so we went in & it still wasnt ready. This is so unacceptable never again then the icing on the cake our order was wrong so we had to go thru drive thru again so all together we wasted about an hour at McDonalds hot & wasting gas smh Im extremely pissed. They should have more workers if they cant handle it!!!!
This McDonald’s is a joke.. slow, dirty, and will charge extra for bbq for a sandwich, large glass of tap water will cost $1.25. Go to Wendy’s if looking for fast foodMuch cleaner and you’ll get extra sauces and tap water for free.

This is the worst McDonalds ever, they have bad service, your order is never correct and it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get your order just for it to be wrong. Oh and not to mention they never have all the ingredients for your order, like a steak bagel that comes on a burnt bagel with steak sauce and bacon not steak .. Or an egg mcmuffin thats supposed to have ham but theyre out of ham. Cant wait for them to close.

Today I visited the drive thru at the location on Belmont Ave. in Youngstown, Ohio and had to pull over for a full ten minutes and then had to wait again because they forget my drink! While wait ing I was the blocked in by most of the cars that had to pull up as well. Breakfast is the only reason we visit McDonalds but not anymore. Who has 45 minutes to wait??? Hash browns were not browned and dripping with grease.
This place is absolutely terrible. Went through the drive through. Not only did they have me waiting for one sandwhich for twenty minutes, but the food would have killed me if I continued eating it. I ordered a grand big Mac and it wasnt cooked. It was still raw. I posted the picture, take a look. And never ever eat here please.

This is the worst place ever. It says that all day breakfast and it has the hot cakes on the menu and they claim it is only for the muffins. The young man at the window (who was eating the whole time standing there) has to have the manager make the drink because he didnt know how. I know its just McDonalds, but shouldnt there be some professionalism?
Convenient location. The drive-thru is always fast with good friendly service. We do like the clean lobby whenever we go inside to eat.
Service was slow in drive thru for 7:45 am .then the the person on the speaker was talking to another employee while their Micorphone was on talking about bathrooms ..customers dont need to hear that they need cleaned.you get to there at 5 am there should be someone assigned to take care of that along with other things before you start serving ppl. But what do you expect from a McDonalds that s run down and ghetto?
Its food is usually pretty good along with nice dependable employees that get your order right the first time. The bathrooms are very clean and the parking lots are clean to.
I like the people that work there for the most part. There were a few times when the people seemed a little overworked, and I can completely understand that. They are stuck working long hours for crap wages. If anything these people should be given at least $15.00 / hour . Its not easy standing on your feet on greasy floors. Ive been there before. Not at McDonalds But at a fast food industry. My friend suffered burns from the grill and got no compensation for her life long scars. No hazard pay for those who make your food. Treat these people like kings and queens because they are doing a job is a lot harder than it sounds.
I still adore an occasional visit to Micky Ds. I love the sausage McGriddle. Like pancakes n sausage all together. Yummy. Clean, fast service , food hot.
The cashier overcharged first. The manager stepped in quickly and gave refund. Service is ok overall. The bathroom was stinky, and not clean though.
This McDonald’s is completly horrible the staff they have need to be fired and made to do community service. They are so lazy they will not sell you a milkshake Bc that would mean they have to clean there machine. I would highly recomend not spending a dime in this dump of an establishment

Waited in drive thru for food for over 15 mins then go to find out my food was handed out to another vehicle they remade my order but the food tasted like it had been sitting under warmer for over a few hours
People at McDonalds should be better educated to be a server,& the manager should know the different sandwiches they are to server the customer,waited 11 minutes to get server,poor service thats for sure!

Worst place that ever go eat they take forever to get you through the drive-thru I swear to God I can never get my food by ever man whenever they do get right the bacons always short I always order the buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich add bacon and because its so sheisty I got to tell them extra bacon and they still want to give me only two pieces of bacon this place is pathetic and then when you take the food back to tell them they messed up they act like its a problem and they dont see how they messed up

Had a Quarter Pounder on the run while doing business.It was hot, fresh, and juicy! Fries were perfect!Pleasantly surprised.

It is on the bus line and you can order any food that you like plus you can dine in or carry your food out. You dont have to wait long for your food so you are in and out in no time.

Gone to this location a few times and order has never been right and twice I have had to wait 15+minutes for food.

I only buy their coffee when Im out shopping or have meetings. Coffee is great and it stays hot for long period of time.

Absolutely awful! They are so unorganized the lady had to change only one person taking orders. There was a huge line the orders were wrong and taking forever. 45 minutes just to get some food.

2022-03-18Have yet to have a bad experience at this McDonalds. My food has always been fresh and hot. I eat here fairly regularly during lunch hours and have never had a bad interaction with the team at this location. They genuinely seem to care about their customers experience. Wait time is average, even when they have you pull up or off to the side. In my experience, the most consistent McDonalds in the area.

2022-04-15I live nearby and it’s my go to for breakfast. But I must say, The staff is much better than what it was. But if you don’t go first thing in the morning or during lunch rush don’t bother! The food will be overcooked, burnt, or dry. They’ll tell you they don’t have pies just so they don’t have to make them. The night staff is rude and have bad attitudes like they don’t want to do their job. It’s a last resort stop for food if you get evening cravings.

2021-09-02I order quite often from this location through Door Dash and sometimes they are amazing. But the last few times I’ve ordered they have blatantly forgotten whole parts of my orders. Normally it’s just sauces or the sandwich was made wrong. Tonight they completely forgot the large fry for my large meal and also didn’t give me any of the sauces I requested. And the small sandwich I ordered was on a hard bun and was barely warm. I get that it’s probably a busy dinner time, but that’s no excuse for poor service
