Its a shame that THIS is the closet McDonalds. I work five minutes away, which is ten minutes round trip. I should have 20 minutes to eat and enjoy my lunch, but it takes that long get through a three car line at this place. There is nothing fast about this crew, and its so frustrating.
The drive through service on this McDonald’s it’s the worst, I have experienced. It happened 01/05/2022.I was the only one in driving through, I waited and they never took my order; then I noticed it that another car was there and were ordered already. I was on my way to work so I couldn’t wait any longer. So I drive up to the window, I explained the situation, and the lady employee and the manager refused to take my ordered. Yes, I was upset , be caused some how they think I was the problem, and they don’t realize that it’s them. I promise to myself never comeback to this rude McDonald’s.
Did an online order at 10:20am. Walked in to pick up at 10:23. Waited five minutes at the counter for someone to take my order. (I was the only customer). Was not greeted or even acknowledged. After seven minutes I walked out at 10:30. Breakfast was over and they ignored me the whole time while getting drove thru orders. Cancelled my order. McDonalds app also took 6000 points they have not refunded. Will not be back.
Of the two visits I can remember, my experience has been adequate. On the first trip, I was trying the spicy chicken sandwich. It was the most disappointing Ive ever had. It was near impossible to eat with how tough it was. At times I wondered if it was even fully cooked. More recently, I went and was shocked at how expensive everything was, not that that is necessarily on this location. The value meal has like four food items and then just drinks. And, as is basically just a joke now, the ice cream machine was down for cleaning.I dont expect a great culinary experience at McDonalds by any means (though, again, with the prices these days, maybe I should), but it could still have been far better than what it was.
Went thru drive thru ordered 2 hamburgers, filet a fish and a medium fry. I get to the window to get my food order, the server (kid) hands me a small bag, with the 2 cheeseburgers and the fries, I couldnt close the bag, because the fries were sticking out the top, they forgot my filet a fish. I asked the kid can you give me a bigger bag. boy did I push a button all for a bigger bag and the rest of my order. I tried to give him back the small bag but he wouldnt take it. So he hands me a big bag still no fish sandwich, he finally hands me the sandwich and I bag my own order. Terrible.
I picked the wrong day to visit this place. Took a while to get my order. Once I got out to my truck, the fries had been poured into my bag, and the fry container thrown on top. The 1/4 pounder was dry as a bone. Very few toppings, maybe 2 slivers of onion. A teaspoon of ketchup and mustard and 2 small pickles. McDonald’s had become a hit or miss “fast food” joint. Either my burger is swimming in ketchup and mustard, or very little toppings. 🤷🏻♂️ I don’t get it. And the fast food industry employees are asking for $15/hour. They can’t put fries in a bag.
The order taker at the drive thru spoke clearly and was very nice! My order was fairly large, so they had me pull through to the last window, to let others get their orders quickly. And, my order was fully correct, down to the number of dipping sauces that I ordered. Truly a 5-star visit ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Food was cold and not to mention the prices have gone up so High, I might as well order a real hamburger with fries from a local joint. Staff is rude and impersonal. I know we are short staffed, but dont sacrifice customer service just because you need a body in the drive thru. Being nice means a lot.
Went through the drive thru even though they were busy we were taken care of in no time. The food was hot and fresh. Best McDonalds meal I have had in a really long time. I live in Dayton and can not get service like that anywhere will be back when I am craving a fish sandwich.
Went to pickup breakfast for my family after working all night at the hospital. The parking lot was dark when I pulled in at 5:05. I pulled up to the window where I was greeted with “we’re not open yet”. I said, “oh ok, what time do you open?” To which I received no answer. I asked again, “what time do you open? Don’t you open at 5:00?” The employee then rudely replied, “..it may be a half an hour before we open, I have nothing to serve you.”It’s so disheartening that this is customary customer service these days.I, more than most, understand the struggle and stresses that accompany the pandemic and low staffing, but just being plain nasty and rude to your customers is unacceptable.
If I could give this establishment less than one star, I would. I’m currently sitting in the drive thru line, at the third window. I’ve been sitting here for 10 minutes waiting on my food. I called to inform them and the woman on the phone got very rude with me, when I told her I’ve been waiting 10 minutes and proceeded to tell me “it hasn’t been 30 minutes” and hung up on me. Very unprofessional, very rude and disrespectful staff.
I didnt appreciate the woman ahead of me in the line. I will be paraphrasing from here, but this is the jist of what she wanted Sonic is closed. I want an ice cream cone put in a medium cup. Then I want you to fill it up with slushy. I didnt even know McDonalds had slushies. Sometimes life gets so chaotic you never stop to smell the roses I guess. Speedway is literally next door. Id rather get a real slushy there.
Went thru the drive thru around 9.15 at night ask for 3 dollar menu double cheeseburger/small fry. On the way home tried the burger an had to spit it out because not only was it cold but tasted terrible it appeared to have a foreign substance on it. The wrapping wasnt tight. Appeared to have been rewrapped. I called the next day an spoke with the manager- 4/8/21 an informed her of the problem i ran into. 16918 was the locations number. Due to car trouble i havent been able to return to the location to receive a new order.
My order was short 2 sandwiches and when I returned I had to wait in drive thru to get order right. Lobby was closed and several customers behind me had to wait. Approximately 15 to 20 minutes. You can only use 1 promotion coupon at a time and having my order short was an inconvenience to me. My order was not taken properly and the back and forth travel cost me gas and time. I had to spend an additional 3.69 to satisfy my order
Normally I am very understanding of any food establishment, having worked in the food service industry before but this was the absolute WORST service of my life. I wish I could give a zero star review it was so bad. I waited over 20 minutes for my food. I ordered 3 items, was handed my coke at the window; was asked to pull over, they were “just waiting on my fries”... watched at least 5 cars either pull away from the window and the side after me. I finally called in (I had my dog with me) and told them I just wanted my money back. The man who picked up the phone asked what my order was, he insisted it was on its way out. A little less than 5 minutes and a girl brought it out... The order was wrong. Almost 35 minutes total for a messed up order.
Im going to give this mcdonalds a one time 5 star rating because they actually got my order completely correct and it was fast and actually fresh. Like my fries were PIPING HOT ansd burnt my mouth!! Usually this mcdonalds is like a 2 star rating as most are known for getting orders wrong.
Rude woman at 2nd window today. Likes to yell at people if they mention something wrong about the order. I mentioned an error and she said I aint take your order, aint my fault or problem.You were the only good McDonalds in the tri-city area. I definitely wont be going back.
This location has been great with getting food served quickly and correctly. They have mobile order capability and it saves time and frustration to not have to wait in line, while still getting the food quickly. Their monthly family night is so much fun. My daughter loves the crafts they make and that she gets to color after her meal. I highly recommend this location.
Customer service was poor I visited twice in one day, shame on me, first time the person handing the food out didnt greet me or say have a nice day which is everyday common good manners, they messed up my order, forgot my oatmeal. I came through the line very polite about it, no one apologized. Second time I came through I waited 10 minutes parked for my order of 3 cookies they explained would only take 2 minutes. Did not apologize for the wait. Sometimes I find someone there whos giving good customer service, most of the time its long wait times and bad service. Usually fresh food.
This McDs is a great location to visit. This is a great place to give your business to. This was my 5th visit in 6 weeks. I cant get over how friendly and clean and helpful this crew is. Really upbeat and positive. These crew leaders and managers need to be commended for their attitude they have passed on to their crews. I always say that great working people are reflecting how they are led to serve. My hat off to this gem of a place. If you havent gone here you wont be disappointed. That is for sure!
Legitimately had hair in my burgers back to back every single time Ive gone. I did carryout everytime through the lobby and called to let them know that its was the fifth time in a row I had hair in my food, I dont want anything, just wanted to let you know. The manager proceeded with an attitude to say there are no women that work in the food area and that I was lying, even though when I was in the lobby ordering I saw multiple women in the production area and two had on no hat with long hair. I refuse to go back with that type of person working in management. Its disgusting.
Food was good. Bathroom was a disaster. Im disabled. I went to the handicap stall. The toilet was full of you know what. Had to try and stand at a urinal. The floor was extra slick. Very greasy and foul smelling. I wrenched my back trying to keep my balance. The food isnt the only thing that matters when visiting a restaurant. Please take better care of your location
Absolute worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time. On my way to work, stopped for a mcchicken and a coke. Got the coke, was asked to pull up. I waited 15 minutes before going in, they admitted they forgot I was waiting. If youre asked to pull forward, expect to wait a while.
As with most McDonalds, it depends on what day and time you go. If the adults are working or if the kids are. And when the kids are there is usually a lack of management present along with long lines in the drive thru. When the adults are there, great fast service and better prepared food.
The girl with the squeaky voice forgot some of the food I ordered was very rude just threw my 20 piece in the bag without closing it then on my other order forgot my Fry and her and the girl that was a headset with long hair ( her hair was up) started talking about me and give me dirty looks. I will not go back to this McDonalds ever again!
The lady at the window that handed me my items, was more concerned about the conversation she was having with the other co-workers, I asked for some napkins, they blew out of her hands,as she was giving them to me, again not paying attention to what she was doing. She could careless if I got them or not seemed annoyed that I even asked for them. Reason I needed them was because the cup had soft drink all down the sides, it was a mess. Pretty disappointed with the service at this location, has gone down hill over the last couple of years.
Worst Drive-thru experience in the history of driving. No one said anything at the speaker, though they were clearly open. Waited 15 minutes out of spite. Cars behind and at the other speaker. Gave up and drove by the windows; there was a single dude hiding in the corner (looked like he was sitting down on his phone) and the next window had drinks and a shake but not a single sign of humanity anywhere.Long story short, the Taco Bell across the street was great and friendly and had me rolling in 2 minutes.Please, never ever ever stop at this McDonalds.If the owner of this franchise is reading this: just close earlier, youre only infuriating your clientele with this worthless service.
I really do like our newly renovated McDonalds near the Dayton Mall. Ive always had pretty good service and food from this location, and now the whole place looks 100% better. Like having the kiosk to pay from, and having your order brought to you.I keep it simple...my regular order is a Double Cheeseburger plain, medium fries and a large Coke. And though many may disagree, I think McDonalds has one of the best tasting Double Cheeseburgers around. Love the Holiday Pies when theyre in season.
I love how McDonalds is very convenient, but there is always an issue with my order. I dont order a whole lot, never ask for anything special on my meal and always go when they are never busy, but every time they always forget something. There has been a few times where I get a nugget meal and I get my drink, fries and sauce, but no nuggets.
Its McDonalds. It is my normal go to breakfast. I get the same thing nearly every time I go. I really think that they are the best breakfast game in the fast food arena. This visit was strange as having grown up here and only there that day for a quick family visit, I had forgotten that the store had moved from the original location. good food, and Great people. Neither was a surprise as I still love this town. thanks for a nice visit.
Only because the young lady and another guy was working hard huge line in drive thru....shame on the (I do believe) night manager to call off leave them hanging. A lady came in yelling at them they tried to help her to her satisfaction even offered to make her food fresh....they kept their heads...good job making the best of a bad situation ...Shame whomever runs the restaurant...it starts at the top with management.
They had 6 cars pulled over in the parking lot waiting on orders! I waited about 15 minutes for a quarter pounder and a medium fry. The food was cold when I got it. I worked all day through the rain, breaking my back and that was my cold annoying long waited dinner. Actually put the last nail in the coffin for today. Wish I woulda went somewhere else.
This franchise store never has fresh fries and anytime of the day you order a frappe, thier response is our frappe machine is down. Drive 5 minutes away to their other franchise store on alex bell and you get great service and never I have encountered thier frappe,shake machine ever being ffg own.
Worst mcdonalds Ive ever been to. Ordered a caramel frappe with my meal only to find out that they dont have caramel frappe after I had paid for my meal. Did not offer me anything else and asked me to pull forward. Upon receiving my food I asked if I could get something else since they didnt have the frappe.They gave me a coke in place of it. I ended up paying 3.59 for my coke. Never coming here again.
Rushed me at the window before I could even get my whole order read to them from a list. 4 times gave me a total. 4 times I said but wait! Theres more! Then made me park, and still didnt give me all my food. I had to go back in after two associates came to bring food the other two forgot. Not a happy customer
Really bad staff was using foul language in a place where children go to eat. One of the guys couldnt keep his hands off of a girl that was there she was also an employee. No one was really wearing gloves or hats to cover their hair. One of the young ladies there scratched her behind on the outside of her clothes and then went back wrapping food. The employees were not professional and out-of-control no management in control cant believe this restaurant and employees who are supposed to be look up to by children are really acting this way. There was trash laying on the sidewalk outside the front door and one of the employees went out to his car drinking from a cup and throwed it under his car and drove away this is very sad for this McDonalds I will never come back in there again I will drive to Germantown first
Food borne illness is the game. I saw the manager fondle his cell phone charger to juice up with gloves on. Yikes! I should have know to cancel my order. Fries had to be 3 days old. Double yuck, go up the street. Half a chicken breast on my artisan chicken sandwich. Literally,I got served half a sandwich. I have never felt so much shame to share the same skin tone as those people working there. Everyone is on thier cell phone instead of working. What a joke! Not fast, not hot, and a bit off sandwich. Go here at your own peril. Go to Wendys, Christ, Toxic Bell even....DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING.
This McDonalds (west Carrollton) is the worst McDonalds for early morning (5am) service. If you have 15 extra minutes its not enough time for a drive thru visit. They dont adhere to McDonalds corporate drive thru time policy. Its really bad. You might go hungry but you wont be late to work if you drive on by this store. Dont be fooled by no or few cars in line either, it has no correlation to your wait time. Being the 2nd car inline will still net you 13-15 minutes. Whats worse i know the cook times on their items.. Its a horribly ran store!
The people are friendly, but EVERY single time I order french fries or hashbrowns, I have to pull forward and wait. Then I watch everyone behind me leave with their food, while I wait forgotten. I am almost always forgotten. Then, I have to go inside to get the food they forgot to deliver outside. It happens a lot. No less than 5 times (that Ive been forgotten). There were countless times they didnt have french fries or hashbrowns and I had to wait, but they remembered.
This is the worst one of all I been wait for 30 minutes for my drinks and then the employee drop my drinks bec it was wrong and crumbled my recipe and told the other employees again the same ordering like I was waiting for 30 mins for drinks how hard is 2 cokes 2 frappe and a milk
1st I tried to order a barbecue bacon cheeseburger which is pictured on the menu. For them to tell me that they no longer make it, if thats the case why is it still on the menu?2nd this is the 3rd time in one week that the free Bay machine has been broken during a lunch hour. Are the free Bay machines that horrible of a piece of equipment or is it the people that work there that dont know how to use it?
I pulled in there parking lot at 5:15pm and waited in the drive-thru until 5:37pm and left the drive-thru to go inside and order so at 5:38 when I finally ordered two cheeseburgers and a medium fry. I got my food at 6:00pm needless to say I waited at McDonalds for just under a hour for two cheeseburgers and a medium fry
I will not refer or introduce anyone to this McDonalds. I live up the street from this point cation and it is convenient for me to stop here. But, I literally have had nothing but problems Everytime I visit this location. I have contact their Corporate Office once and will contact one more time. After that, I will no longer patronize this location.
So TIRED of this one and the one in Moraine always doing the accepting cash only from Midnight till 4 am! It does NOT take that long for your registers to reset. If this is such a problem and you are not being lazy, upgrade your registers! It should not take 2-4 hours for you to be stuck on cash only!
My wife and I stopped in for breakfast and the girl taking our order was rude and had an attitude and was putting down co-workers and running her mouth about us customers and I noticed at one point she was more worried about playing on her cell phone while at the counter, the food was burnt and they gave us terrible coffee and their machines are always broken down. Poor management, poor service, poor food. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALDS. THE GOLDEN ARCH M AT THIS MCDONALDS STANDS FOR MORONS!!
Lets see where do I begin every morning around 530 am I tried to make attempt to stop at McDonalds after sitting in line for maybe 10 minutes to give them my money I place my order Im still waiting 10-15 minutes to get my Just to get oatmeal and a frappe mocha and even if I asked for my money back they get really crappy with me and get mad... this is not my problem I had two cars in front of me and it this morning I sat in line for at least 10 minutes just to order so I no one got on the speaker to say a thing so I said forget it I dont know if this is third shift or first shift but they need to get it together I dont even want to get into my experience that I had yesterday morning this is an every morning thing and they need to fix it!
Good quick service even though they was very busy murder was not made sloppy or nothing like that it was put together very well even though they was that busy they still took the time to make it look pretty and it also was very very fresh theres a salt and pepper shaker back there that they use for the hamburgers its not salt its not pepper youre supposed to use that all the burgers I would say 80% of all McDonalds employees do not use that for the burgers but they do and you can tell a big difference when that is put on it makes for a very good burger they actually care about quality of their food at this particular McDonalds a lot more than a lot of other McDonalds in the area
Ill give them 4 stars because its McDs but the management could step up late evening service protocol a bit ...good kids working there but lax in process, customer service and dining room couldve used attention (posting this as a former McDs employee from a time when polyester ruled and service/cleanliness was always priority)
I’ve never received an order from here that isn’t messed up, food is always just thrown in bag and missing items that I paid for. Rude staff and even worst managers. They messed up my meal and a manager that very clearly was high, gave me a “ free meal” coupon that expired in 2016.
I went to get lunch for my son. I wont eat from there anymore. I had a bad experience once that swore me off. I dont appreciate seeing the cashier asleep on the register, trying to shortchange me, and then getting my order wrong and leaving out items. I wont be back there
REGARDING LATE NIGHT:The last time I went to the McDonalds over on Heinke rd. I sat at the drive-thru order taking station waiting for over 5 minutes on a team member to greet me (although it was about 4:30am but still, McDs is the only late night option on that side of WC on a tuesday) and eventually left because aint nobody got time for dat! Now seriously though, I know that sounds like a stretch but it upset me, & I wouldnt just make up a story and post it for kicks, so anyways heres the point:I believe being specific is important in these for management, so Id like to say that the late night crew is undoubtedly the best here at this store compared to any other in WC, Moraine, and Miamisburg. To pick a specific member, Id say Andrew is my guy; polite, friendly, and leaves a great impression every time. These guys are quick, the food is always as I expect it to be, and havent had a single mishap from them for quite some time. Im glad to have THIS place so close to home. WP guys, ill be back again soon.
This place sucks, we live in walking distance, so we frequently eat here, but every time we go, our order is ALWAYS wrong, the prices change from day to day, and customer service is ALWAYS poor and rude. I would not reccomend anyone to eat at this location, my oppinion, but every word i speak is true.
Oh my God do not ever come to this place especially at night time it is a nightmare and a half the people on the speaker for the drive-thru do not speak any type of human English and its usually a girl who happens to be rude and I dont know if shes in high school or just freshly out or just I dont know kind of dumb slow rude its a overall bad experience plus they always get the order wrong and they charge more money and then dont give you back what you actually are entitled to. Like for instance I went over there and it was late at night and I bought a McDouble and a large Coke and it should have come up to like 2:13 or something I give $5 and I didnt get change back because they swear up and down that I only gave them $2 and I owe them change but I know for a fact that I gave him a $5 bill they steal money at the back window and it dont think the manager really cares or pays attention to any of that plus on top of that when you get to the back window which is the first window theyre on their phones texting and laughing about and playing around instead of taking orders correctly and then when you get to the second window the whole entire order is all screwed up because they couldnt figure out how to do their order in the first place because theyre too busy text messaging each other and theyre right there in front of each other how Dopey is that talk speak out instead of text messaging each other in the same room and then I ordered a Coke not a Diet Coke I got a Diet Coke because they didnt take the orders right they never do and when talking to the manager all they say is Im sorry but they dont protect it or take care of the situation dont go there at night thats all Im saying any other day any other time fine just not at night
Day shift is great stop by almost every morning on my way to work fast efficient and friendly .However night shift completely different orders always messed, up the crew walks around like they hate life , doing more talking to each other than working manager has no control of their shift ..
Well I go here and I already waited in drive thru for 6 mins wasting my own gas and the girl comes on and tells me to wait 5 mins and she will be with me I ended up leaving because Im not going to wait 11 mins to even get my order taken and they always rude and the girl with black hair flicked us off our her window with a coustomer shutting there at her window never going back
They suck, they can never get an order right, at least the orders we put in. It never fails, one or all of our McDoubles always has onion, and we always get shorted a fry or 2, and almost always forgets our sauces for our nuggets, go figure, I give them 5 stars, not!!!

2022-05-05The grill area is filthy nobody cleans after they self. Behind the grills looks as if there has been oil grease and food there for years. The quarter meat served to the public at lunch isn’t fresh. They frequently drop chicken in fish grease and serve it to customers.I would not recommend no one to eat here and or work here.

2022-07-17Got 2 crispy chickens. One with cheese. Opened bag ,cheese is in the bottom of bag, that the crispy chicken comes in. Wasnt even on the sandwich. Frys cold they were so cold. I spent 15$ and some odd change for what? For them to NOT only be personable when taking my money and handing ME my food. NO ON TOP OF ALL THAT CRAPPIE FOOD WS MCDONALDS QUITE A BIT. I would like to say its hit or miss, about 85% of the time its rather good. So keep up thework the good work those morning ladies

2022-03-03The employees that work the drive thru are generally pretty friendly, but no matter what you order, theres always a problem with it, and sometimes the problem is just that other employees are too lazy to make certain things. Youll wait ten minutes in the drive thru just to not even get what you came for. Weve started going to the one on Central and had a much better experience.

2022-03-18Yesterday morning at McDonalds in West Carrollton we pulled in the parking lot was dark so we pull to the menu speaker sit there around 8 mins I got no response so Ill pull to the first window and the lady just sit yelling were closed I said its ten after you open at 5 as she still sit there she got completely nasty cause she couldnt hear.Ive never seen anyone act like that at McDonalds. And there never late opening it was a waste of my time I never got my order taken.Mr Godlove should know about the store opening late and rude cashier that works drive thru.

2022-03-22Just ordered 2 smoothies. Then paid for 2 smoothies. Then got to the second window. Now one would assume that at this point me and my fiancée would receive our 2 smoothies and be on our way. But this is where the story gets good. They said “we’re out of smoothies” and I said “okay could we get 2 large sprites and fries instead” and we were met with strange looks from the employees working the window, even though we had just paid nearly 8 dollars for our smoothies. We received the drinks and were told “ummm you’re just gonna have to take the drinks”… umm McScuse me? We paid 8 dollars for 2 sprites?? Tried to call back and speak with management but they do not pick up phones. Pathetic employees, pathetic management, pathetic establishment, we didn’t even receive straws.
