Was the slowest McDonalds Ive been too, like my expectations are low but man this set a whole new level of bad service. My friends order was missing his fries and dipping sauces, we have to take our drink cups from behind the register, because none of the staff would come to the counter.
The managers try really hard and I appreciate that, but the employees have no clue what to do. Food is always missing from orders and it takes a long time unless youre literally the only person there. Sometimes the front door is locked for no reason too. If you really want McD hit up the one in Pataskala just a few miles north or try the Hardees just south of I-70.
The shake machine has been downnnnn for 2 weeks. I went there and asked for a shale then and was told it was down. Today, the person in front of us also wanted one...something needs to be resolved for us that likes our shakes...they are losing money as well without it. As well we ordered fries.. They were not in the sack. Had to go back to window and ask for them. Food was not hot when we finally got to eat it.. Please get the shake machine fixed or I may have to find one somewhere else..Thanks.
I would not recommend this location during a lunch hour rush. Not only is the drive thru 20 cars deep, the inside is not any better. It took 20 minutes just to order because they had one cashier and she was new. FINALLY, once the manager opened another lane we got to order and the food came in a reasonable amount of time but they did not have a sufficient amount of people taking orders to keep up with the rush. They also forgot the drinks for our happy meals so we had to go back in for them. Not a huge deal but inconvenient when we want to get back on the road.Food was also not very good. The fries were chewy and the coke was flat. It was overall a bad experience. the restroom was also out of paper towels. Probably wouldn’t stop at this location again.
I am loath to review any McDonalds, but in this case, felt I must. These employees were right on the mark. The items were cooked and packed with precision and care. You know what I mean. Nothing squashed. Nothing slid to the side of its container like it had been in a centrifuge. Nothing wrapped so tight it got squashed. Nothing missing from the order so I didnt have to go without or go back. I was impressed then and after going two more McDonalds since then, more impressed. Respect for employees and the manager that trained them.
If I could give this location negative stars I would. We waited in line 10 minutes to place our order. We waited for another 25 minutes and had to ask where our food was. When we finally got it our order was missing items and there were wrong items. The buns were hard.We were there for an hour and no one wiped any tables. The floor was slick with grease. It had not been cleaned properly.AVOID THIS LOCATION!
Ordered 2 Carmel Macchiatos. After waiting nearly 10 mins for our drinks, what we got were 2 disgusting drinks that tasted like straight espresso. We were leaving state for a funeral so turning around wasnt an option. So we paid almost $8 for 2 coffees we couldnt even drink.We recently moved back out this way, away from the city, to show our daughters how there are still people with good strong work ethics and they take pride in what they do no matter what it is. Sadly, this was not a good example of that.
I have given this restaurant a few chances and every time it gets worse and worse. When we received our order we were missing apple pies, chicken nuggets and sweet and sour sauce. We got home and no straws after being asked if we needed them and said yes. The buns on the sandwiches were rock hard. The French fries were put in the bag upside down and cold! The apple pies were chewy from being old and cold. Absolutely disgusting and that was the last chance. Whoever runs this restaurant needs additional training because it’s absolutely horrible! Do better!
New bacon smokehouse awesome sandwich just not at any pataskala McDonalds this is what you get when you ask for extra mustard sauce! I hate to know what is regular btw no others in line employees were playing on their cell phones when I arrived. This McDonalds continues to be a disgrace to the owner who runs several other very successful and good McDonalds. I think it time to clean house here and get some trained employees. Other part of my order was a DOUBLE quarter pounder I got a single of course charged for the double. Oh I forgot to mention the quarter pounder had nothing on it just a bun. I really hope the owner reads these reviews
They gave me the wrong order yesterday but today when I did get ahold of them they made it right.Paid to replace my meal and also replaced my childs happy meal even though that part of my order had been correct. Thank you McDonalds for going above and beyond to ratify the situation!
Really just wanted a Frappe. App bad that I got dressed. Then went out drove the the 10 miles to this McDonalds. Waited in line 8 cars deep. Only to be told that all I could get was soft drinks. Really!!!! Great customer service McDonalds. You definitely went above and beyond for your customers. Dont even know why Im writing this. Not like they care to respond. The little people dont matter. You know its us broke people you should be thanking while your sitting in your hugh houses ratting your steaks. Were the ones who paid for it. How about a thank you. And a Frappe when I want one. Or is that just to much to ask?
Make sure you grab your receipt no matter how simple your order is because they WILL NOT refund you for things you were charged for but didnt receive. Was charged for a choc shake and 4pc nugget that wasnt received. Went back theough the line and was greeted with rude service and refusal for our refund. Just wanted compensated for the menu items that they couldnt make and they refused because we didnt have a receipt even though they pulled our order up on screen. I will be contacting corporate, you cant just take peoples money and refuse the item or refund.
Horrible! Traveling from Fort Campbell KY to home in New Jersey. Stopped for a late lunch. Went to restrooms and when we cameout the gate between McDonalds and MDuchess was closed and locked!!! And that was after they saw us walk through the restaurant! BTW....the restrooms were the filthiest my wife and I have ever seen in our 70+ years of traveling in the US visiting numerous McDonalds! When I inquired through the closed gate the employees just look at me! Needless to say we dined elsewhere! Not even worth a 1 star rating.
I have visited this McDs many times and each time its the same old song and dance. Its either old food or the wrong food and its always a long wait. This is by far the worst run McDs i have ever been to. Sat in line with 7 cars in front of me for 20 minutes just to order! When i finally was able to pick up my food another 10 minutes later.....of course the food was wrong. How hard is it to get a simple order correct?? For the love of god its fast food !! The owner of this franchise should seriously think about hiring some new management, its very poorly ran!
This store specifically is deft better going through the drive-through it’s typically super fast and always has excellent customer service if they mess something up they are always happy to fix it. However on the other side if you do go inside its a 50/50 weather it’s going to be quick and easy or take forever it’s always easy to get your order taken but sometimes it takes a little bit to get your food. But the food is always warm.
Stood inside for probably 5-10 minutes before I was even greeted. They seemed to maybe be a little short handed but werent super busy. Employees were cleaning up a mess which again I understand but they could have at least acknowledged and greeted the customers standing there waiting. Staffing seems to be a constant issue seeing as the only time Ive ever been through there in a timely manner is the very early morning rush
The sandwich was not fresh or french fries. The bun was cold and hard, french fries were cold. Customer service was good for the first time. Way over priced for the quality of food and size of sandwich. Big Mac has two small pieces of meat and can not tell it is included. Worst sandwich to get.
Worst Mcdonalds Ive ever been to. The service is horrendously slow. One or two cars ahead of you? Expect 10-15 minutes in the drive through. On top of that, theyve got about a 50% chance of screwing up your order.When I called to report how they screwed up my order, they offered me nothing. If you can come back we can replace it, is the offer they gave me after Id arrived at work. I told the manager that wouldnt work as I couldnt leave my place of employment over the screwed up sandwich. Her response, Thanks for letting us know, before she hung up on me.It isnt good food. It isnt fast food. The service they offer is the worst Ive ever seen.
Says this location is open until 12am but any time I try to place an order in the app it wont let me proceed to checkout if its after 9pm. Says dinner is served until 8:59pm in the app. Its a shame because when I call no one picks up and I cant get any additional information. Any item I try to get Im told its not available at this time and wont let me proceed with checkout
Drive thru was lined up right around the 4 oclock traffick time and they got us through pretty quick. Food was fresh and hot but my fries tasted pretty bad. Kind of like they needed to change the grease but other than that it was McDonalds and I dont have any complaints.
This is more of a corporate comment, but I wanted to say that McDonalds has gone the way of the big grocery stores and other companies that think of their bottom dollar when making it easier to do more with fewer employees. This is one of the newer remodeled locations forcing you to do self-service by ordering from a kiosk that only takes credit cards to pay. If you want to pay in cash, you have to go to the cashier anyway. Service is slow, staff are not interested in keeping the pace up for those who choose to come in. Save your time, stay in your car, and go through the drive through, because it is faster. I have posted highly, at this location before, but I met with a major slow down for three drinks today. You even have to pickup your own soda cups. I am all about keeping people employed and wont use a kiosk in the future. I just was thinking of speed today and the novelty of using new technology.
Dont go here in the early morning to get breakfast before work unless you plan on sitting in the drive thru for a while and being late for work. Attempted a couple of times to get breakfast. Ive had to pull out of the drive thru due to waiting for a while. Something is always wrong everytime I go. Headstarts not working, screen not working, night closer didnt do what they were suppose to etc.
I drive up here on my very short break and the drive through girl says rudely as if I’m bothering her What can I get for you!! I pulled away thinking “well not a bad attitude and a spit in my food!!!!” Terrible seriously falling standards at all of these chains anymore they scrape the bottom of the barrels for employees or they need to pay more,, something!!!
Easy off and on Interstate was the reason for the stop. But person working drive thru was difficult to understand. Therefore, with only one car ahead of us, it took approximately 30 minutes to order and get our food. And it didnt help matters, that we had 2 separate orders. That fact alone seemed to confusing to the gentleman working the drive thru.
I was in the drive-thru and I had an $8 order. When I pulled up to pay they told me to head to the second window because they had technical difficulties. After maybe three minutes of waiting they just gave me my food and told me I didn’t have to pay, it was very generous of the staff.
I went to the drive through at 10:15pm. I waited for 5 min and no one responded to take my order. The screens were black, I thought maybe the system was not working, so I pulled to the side. I saw a line of cars waiting to get their orders. A guy in a blue shirt walked briskly up to the register and glared at me in frustration. I pulled up to the window and waited for him to take someone order. He opened the window and said in a unfriendly manor, what do you want? I told him i wanted to place an order and had waited at the speaker for 5 min. His response shocked me. I knew you were there, he responded annoyed. He added, so do you want anything. I answered, nope not from here. And drove away. This guy who had a manager shirt on did not even apologize. I dont care if your running the place by yourself, you still be cool and show your customers who help pay for your salary so go old fashion customer service. I am going to try to contact the franchise manager.
The service here was awful. Almost all of me and my 7 friends got a bad order. A simple smoothie took twenty minutes, and even then it was the wrong size. While here, I saw a man at the drive through who had been waiting there for a good 2 hours, and the food they eventually brought him was burnt.Edit: Im still here, and a cashier just got in an argument with a costumer.
It may be the worst McDonalds in the country. Its extremely slow and they mess up orders all of the time. Do yourself a favor and skip this exit and find another one of you really need to eat at McDonalds. They have two places to order in the drive thru, but only use one of them. Its always packed and the drive thru long, not sure if its service or its extremely busy. It really doesnt matter the time of day its always slow. Its been this way for years and Ive never gotten in and out under 5 minutes. Its always a 15-30 minutes adventure. It doesnt matter if you go inside it go through the drive thru.
It took us over 20 minutes to get from ordering our food, to getting our food. 1 car ahead of us only ordered 4 sweet teas, so that wasnt why. Think that left like 3 people ahead of us. Ridiculous!!! Any time that line is going to sit for over 5min... that person should be sent to a parking spot to wait, and keep the line moving.
This McDonalds is atrocious. I live in the area and will purposefully drive farther to avoid this mismanaged mess of a place to eat. They only get your order right 20% of the time and when you try to fix it you are met with a lethargic annoyance. If you go past 8pm they will claim the ice cream machine is broken night after night. Its also one of the slowest McDonalds I have EVER been to. If you go during the night shift prepare to spend 20-30 minutes waiting. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this establishment aside from the fact that the food is edible.
Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. If someone was smart they would build a Burger King right next to it and run it tenfold and shut this place down. If you were looking for fast food don’t expect to get it here you could probably get your food faster at Applebee’s. You will also have better luck not getting your order messed up. It also seems like the building is constantly under construction. Don’t expect the bathroom or the interior to be anything exciting either. As somebody else previously stated it’s unfortunate that this is the only place you can buy breakfast between Etna and Columbus off of 70
Baffled by anyone who has given this McDonalds location above a one-star rating...The location may seem convenient, being one of the two McDonalds in the Pataskala/Etna are this is the more convenient of the two because of its location RIGHT next to the I-70 ramps. The location might be the only positive thing I can say.In a general sense, everything is awful. They tend to hire anyone and everyone, which leaves service rude and not pleasant more often than not. SLOW is an understatement, even at times with no other customers in sight. The drive thru is painfully slow, I have found myself hopping out of the line and driving away on a handful of times. Inside the restaurant is not much better, and youre greeted with the horrors of the inside of the restaurant. On the off chance it is clean, it still gives a grimy feeling. The idea of sitting down to eat in this location is rather disgusting. When it comes to the actual food itself...uhh ehh. It is not uncommon to have something in an order go wrong. The food is nothing special. Sub-par when it comes to the standard for McDonalds quality which is saying something.One of my favorite occurrences with this location happened on the night of Black Friday. After getting off of I-70, I stopped at this location sometime before midnight. Pulling up to the window, I ordered two chicken sandwiches, no problem. Then I ordered a broccoli cheese soup and I kid you not, my conversation went like this:were outta broccoli cheese soup sorryIm sorry, whatd you say?soup machine broke yesterday I swear I wasnt here when it happened I just got here and bam it was broken....okayuhh alright then. Could I get a medium vanilla milkshakewelp, sorry no milkshakes either. Machines broken there alsoyour soup machine and your ice cream machines are broken?yup and I hope you dont want a quarter pounder either because were outta those tooNeedless to say, I drove off rather confused
This is a late review due to being busy. but I would NOT recommend this McDonalds at all especially at night. I have got food poisoning 3 times at this location once in 2013, then 2017, and again 4 months ago.. I will never come back here- Lazy and rude staff- Takes forever to get your food even if youre the only customer there- GOT FOOD POISONING 3x- Managers are rude and dont know how to do their job- Horrible food sometimes very old and sometimes cold- Smelled alcohol on employees a bunch of times- Can never get orders right- I could go on honestly but going to stop at this, just dont eat here
Taking into consideration that this is McDonalds, this is one of the slowest and generally inaccurate (especially if going through the drive though). To give you an idea of how slow it is, Id compare this place to waiting to checkout at WalMart. My average time to get orders range between 10-20 minutes. The orders were not large or difficult orders and they werent all that busy. It seems to be more of an issue with management than with the employees, as it seems like those who are trying to do a good job are all over the place. Some leadership and coordination may help. For now, if I were you, I wouldnt bother if you are limited on time.
7 minute wait to order at drive thru, ordered at 6:36, when I finally arrive at the pick up window I get 2 of my drinks and was asked to please pull forward and they will bring it out. 6:57 I go in, ask where the order is, get yelled at from the fry cook that they are waiting on burritos! I then ask for my other drink and the server was rude about it. People waiting everywhere. Finally I got my order and left.....Order was still wrong!! Too many under trained high school kids working. Im local and unfortunately this is the norm here.
This McDonalds is absolutely awful. Like others have said, check your order in detail. They have messed up every single order Ive had for the last 2 months. Service is extremely slow and the people are some of the rudest people Ive ever met. And... Get this... Today they forgot my fries so I pull back around and they try to tell me they they can give me a coupon for next time.... BUT NOT MY FRIES I PAID FOR!? So they finally get fries and... Its a kids size. I ordered a medium meal. The guy rolled his eyes at me and told me to pull up and I waited nearly TEN minutes for fries.... THAT WERE COLD! This place is awful.
The single most disgusting and unorganized McDonalds I have ever seen in my life. There were spills everywhere that no one was cleaning up. Food all over the floor in the dining area and behind the counter. Just wow.The manager I assume? Was walking around with an open Starbucks cup in the back and had it next to where she was expediting food. She also kept losing food and not doing a great job at keeping track of orders. The line cooks looked clean and organized and had to remake sandwiches that she somehow lost (I watched them hand her two she ended up asking for again) so my sandwich was fine. Only thanks to the two organized teens in the back though.
Bathroom was nasty. Mucus all over the sinks only one soap dispenser worked. Toilet was dirty and not flushed. There was an employee in the facilities changing clothes. The coffee wasn’t made. We left without eating, it’s exactly what you would imagine a gas station restaurant would be like.
The staff was rude. They thought it was appropriate to yell at certain employees. The decided waiting on customers in line were unimportant. One girl was one break for over an hour that we were in there and a hard working employee (carolann?) Trying to get her break in and they refused to take her order for about 15-20 mins. Management was despicable and rude. She also seemed incompetant and rude. She was whining about having to work the fryers....sad part is most of my fries were raw and disgusting, if you see this mcdonalds... run. Do not enter!
This is hands down the most disgusting McDonalds Ive been to.The staff are lazy and spend more time joking around while someone waits to be helped than actually preparing food. When food does arrive its been cold, gritty with salt or in my friends case, actually missing the sandwich part.Do not go there until they replace everyone currently working.
The McDonalds on 310 pataskala never seems to have fresh food , always tastes like its been under a heat lamp for hours. I swear this McDonalds keeps getting worse! Everytime I try them again thinking maybe corporate has changed things, since its so close to Amazon employees for lunch. Hasnt changed a bit infact has gotten worse. From employees eating while working to nasty hard food!!! Please take some pride in your work!!!! Power outage in my area last night so stopped to get a big mac simple right , no horrible, horrible service still!!!! Very rude service!!!
If they are going to charge $1.49 a small fry atleast fill it more than halfway up and if they are going to charge for extra pickle and onions then they should actually put extra on. No napkins and 2 little ketchup packets.... wow overpriced and you get less than the normal McDonalds
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I’ve given it a chance several times, and today was the final straw. After waiting ten plus minutes, I finally get to the first window and the lady quotes me a price of $12. My order was maybe $4. I asked her to repeat the price again and she yelled at me. Then I said it wasn’t correct and she slammed the window shut. After opening it again she said “sorry some guy drove off,” giving me the eye roll and any other attitude she could. I asked her to repeat my order and she sighed, and did. I gave her my card, and she handed it back, slammed the window without thanking me, and I was on my way. Another five minutes later, I get my order, drink wrong and cheeseburgers not plain and I drive off. I am done with these people. The management should immediately be fired along with about half the people that work there.I have other stories from this place but today was enough. Do not eat at this place under any circumstance.
The service is horrible at this location. The last time we went we had to pull forward into the waiting position. After 8 cars passed us my husband went inside. When he asked where our food was they pointed to where it was sitting on the counter. I called the store and they said they would send us a coupon. They did not write down our address. She forgot to ask about the zip code. Never got a voucher and never will. This McDonalds is the worst. Expect extended time in drive thru and for your order to be wrong.
Wow where to begin with this %$!*hole. Okay. So at any given time you go its always gonna be slow. I have eaten Mcdonalds in almost 20 countries and several states and this is the slowest one I have ever been to. Ever. If you go during the morning, afternoon, or pre or post dinner rush prepare to wait around 5-10 minutes. If you go during the lunch or dinner rush or anytime after about 9 pm prepare to wait upwards of 30 minutes. I wish this was a joke but its not. The wait to get this sub par meal feels like it should be banned in the Geneva Convention. The night staff is somehow worse than the day shift who are already aloof, inattentive, and have a constant glazed look. No, the night shift take it to a whole new level. If there was an award for slowest most careless service they wouldnt be allowed to compete as they would be considered pros and unfair to other competitors. They take forever to actually take your order, take forever to make the food, and they always look like they want to jump off a cliff. Now I know what youre thinking. Surely with all this time they would have a 100% correct order rate right? I mean waiting 30 minutes for fast food has to have SOME KIND OF POSITIVE ASPECT right? No. I live near this dump and so I have been forced to come here many a time when I didnt want to drive 10-15 minutes longer to go to a Mcdonalds where the employees at least know of the terms management and efficiency. I know every single fast food place is gonna have some off days. I get it. I really do. But this Mcdonalds can almost never seem to get orders right. And when the order is right usually something else is off, IE two bottom buns on a McDouble. Two bottom buns? Seriously? When you go in to fix it they almost act as if you are inconveniencing them because you wanted to receive the service you paid for. I have heard truckers throughout Ohio specifically call out this Mcdonalds for their absolutely lackluster performance. I spent 15 minutes on this review because this is honestly the worst food establishment I have ever experienced in my 25 years of life. If youre still reading this, I beg you, go to the Mcdonalds in Pataskala. Go to the one in Hebron. Go to the one in Pickerington. For the love of everything good in this world dont support this absolute joke of a food establishment. Maybe we can run it out of business and get an Arbys in its place or something.
They have good food and as of right now on August 29th 2019 they have a deal where you can buy certain items and you get certain items for a dollar which is a great price! However I go there occasionally and get an iced caramel macchiato and I do think the prices for their coffee is a little high!!
This is constantly the worst McDonalds in all of central Ohio! You must be ready to wait extra long for your food the staff is rude and clearly hates their jobs. If i could this place a ZERO I would! The lobby is filthy and we waited 25 mins for our food! We live in Etna and I am going to start driving to a further location! At least i get the benefit of a nice drive! They offered no apologies, they never said anything! Then when our order was ready they set it on the counter, we had to ask if it was ours! Why give us #s if they cant even use them!
I try to only write positive reviews and leave the negative unsaid but this is getting out of control. By far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Im literally begging sweet Jesus to send someone to open a Wendys here.8/10 times they get the order wrong. Its incredibly slow and the food is always cold. The turnover is comical. Ive never seen the same person twice. I keep hoping for a management change and for them to pull it around but Im tired of paying for stale fries and single burgers when doubles are ordered. We will never be back. My one year old wouldnt even eat the chicken nuggets because the were cold and hard.So, if youre reading this and have the money to open another restaurant, good luck to you. Youll be swimming in money because the only competition on this exit is subway and DQ. Please come soon. Youll at least have my business. Until then Ill be eating burgers from an ice cream shop. Downright unamerican.
Hands down the worst McDonalds in history. Nothing ever works, not even the employees. Average wait time in drive thru is 25 mins. Would highly recommend going elsewhere. Even Speedway across the street for a roller brat or hot dog is better than this excuse for a fast food restaurant.
I order a number 9 which is 2 chicken snack wraps and fries plus a large coffee. The snacks wraps were hard and no lettuce or cheese on them. Only one piece of chicken. The coffee was a small and not large and the fries were hard. Plus the manager was the one serving us.
Waited 30 minutes in line for breakfast only to be told that their card machine was not working when I got to the window to pay. Since I didnt have cash they made me drive off with no food. They didnt even offer to give me my food since it was there a machine that was malfunctioning and my time has been wasted waiting in line besides the fact that my children were waiting for the promised McDonalds breakfast and the fact that I was coming home from a 12-hour night shift the manager was standing at the window so I know that it was pointless to ask for a manager I could not believe they sent me away with no food
Craziness in the dining room between a manager & customer around 6. Screaming, name calling on both sides, threats of violence, reference to gangs & lots of cursing. I paid for my food during all this and had to leave before I got it because I wasnt feeling very safe.McDonalds you owe me a dinner.
This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I stopped Feb 14 at 930pm. The Coke and all soft drinks were down (2nd time Ive been there for that, bad luck I guess). I ordered at 9:11 got my 2 Mac Jr. and Vanilla shake at 9:32. To make matters worse the blonde that was making sandwiches, had to be told to make a second Mac Jr. 3 times, and repeatedly touched her hair with her gloves on. So all I really had was an Ice tea and a shake, they were delicious. I threw the burgers away, not into hair. It was the worse.
Ordered a Carmel Mocha and a buttermilk chicken sandwich woth no mayo at the drive thru window. There was no whipped cream or carmel put in the Carmel Mocha but the very nice young man had sprinkled cinnamon in the cup. I like cinnamon so I didnt say anything at the drive up window. The ticket on the sandwich box said no mayo yet it was slathered with mayo so I had to go in and get it corrected
Why do employees walk around with an earbud in hooked to their phone? Both the guy at the front counter and the girl at the drive thru. Can customers please get your undivided attention when youre working? If you cant commit 100% in a customer facing role please find a different position.
So-so service. Order taker had an attitude. We asked for an item which showed above her head as a buy 2 get a lower price. She charged more and we asked about it - she said not a current price. When we pointed out the price right above her head, she said again not a current price. Oh well.
Terrible. The young girl at the first window was very rude. We had a couple of questions concerning the price of our order and her answers were I DONT KNOW and she would shut the window. She practically threw our change at us. I did complain at the next window but Im sure nothing was done. It was not busy at all. Terrible experience.
We actually just left....wanted to grab a quick bite after leaving a nearby business. While in the drive thru with our rather large pup, the young lady at the window asked if Munson(our pup) could have ice cream. Of course, he knows what that is and got very excited. Thank you for going above and beyond. Sometimes the smallest gestures make all the difference. We WILL be back, because of the way we were treated....again, thank you!!
Always terrible service at this location. Workers are always rude and manager isnt much better. Sometimes the McDonalds is just closed altogether for no reason. My wife and I have limited options when we get off work at 3:30 AM and have decided to drive farther to just get some decent service.
Raw quarter pounder. Asked to speak to manager. This young lady said she was. Explained burger is raw & showed her. She asked if I wanted another. Said no, just want money back. She says, I have to call my supervisor. I think she could tell by the look on my face.....anyway, gave me the money back.
This location has its ups and downs. Mostly use for breakfast. We are 1.5 miles away.Last time was OK..today was good. Food warm and hashbrown was crispy, not greasy. We do still chk our iced tea for unsweetened.If you dont like this one. Go 1 exit west for McD. Or 1 exit east for greasy, slow Denny s.For those that state this as worst McD have never been to I-70/SR40 Zanesville, filthy .
MOBILE APPLICATION TO UNPREPARED RAW FOOD SERVED. STARTED OFF WAITING 23 MINUTES AFTER THE MOBILE APPLICATION TOLD ME MY ORDER WAS ON ITS WAY. AND 5 MINUTES. WHEN WE WALKED INSIDE AND STOOD IN LINE TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON. I WAS EXPLAINED TO THAT THE STORM MY HAVE PLAYED A ROLE IN THE APP ISSUE. I SAID OKAY. CANCEL MY ORDER. SHE SAID THERE WOULD NOT BE A CHARGE. AFTER LEAVING. 3 MINUTES LATER A CHARGE APPEARED. THEY SAY IN 2 DAYS IT SHOULD COME OFF. TEN MINUTES LATER A BUSINESS ASSOCIATE RAN TO THIS LOCATION TO GET FOOD. THEY PICKED ME UP A QUARTER POUNDER. AFTER 1 BITE . I FIND THE BURGER IS STILL RAW. PINK AND LIGHT GREY.. I FIGURE THEY MUST NOT HAVE HAD IT CLOSE ENOUGH TO THE HEAT LAMP LONG ENOUGH. AT LEAST I GOT A COMPLIMENT ON MY COLOGNE WHILE THERE.

2022-06-12Usually pretty good in the mornings, sometimes a wait,but they usually move you along decent. Late nights are a young staff, food is not always freshest. I would ask for them to make it fresh. Not a bad location, and its pretty clean.

2022-06-30The Johnstown location does a pretty good job of keeping the drive thru moving along. Orders are always accurate and usually pretty fresh. The team has a less than friendly attitude sometimes, but they do a good job. Oh, and the ice cream machine is working more often than its down.

2022-03-12Because it was late the menu was restricted. I couldnt get everything I wanted but what I did get was tasty. The double cheeseburger was good the apple pie was great, but the chicken sandwich was boring. Guess Ill have to go earlier.

2022-06-02Often swing by this place at 10:45 or 11:00 p.m. . They will take orders of at drive-thru but the app says theyre serving breakfast at the time. So you cant use your points or any specials. Every time I ask about it they just say the system is not working. Though I have a suspicion of management doesnt like honoring the specials on the app. Ive had them remove the specials in the drive-thru when I check in for pickup at other times of the day.. Always ask for a receipt here. Theyll tell you youll have to contact McDonalds through the app for a refund. Dont settle for that. They will give you a refund if you press them. Funny how the app works at every McDonalds but this one. Lol.

2021-04-07Absolutely beautiful outside with an amazing rest area for humans and pets. I was very impressed by it! The cheeseburgers, however, needed more mustard and ketchup rather than barely touching the bun with it. 5 stars for the impressive outside area and accommodations for large vehicles; 4 stars for missing condiments.

2022-06-14Passed me by twice in the drive thru. Was going to pass me by a third time (could hear them taking their order) but I pulled in line. Got to the window, told them they had taken 2 orders ahead of taking mine and were taking a 3rd so I pulled up. Got an attitude instead of an apology. Pulled to the next window. Could hear them talking as they tried to figure out which order was mine. I could hear them, as several other customers inside and the people at the 1st drive thru window could, say that my order was the one that jumped the line!!! Nice!! I was very patient. I was not rude or loud. Who trains them? Any supervising? Not the first time having problems. Been there 3 times. First time, wrong order. 2nd time left out cinnamon rolls. Wont be back.

2022-03-23The poor workers. They had to lock the doors for indoor dining at 10:30 in the morning. They were very short staffed the drive-thru was backed up there were about 18 people in the lobby and they locked all the doors. It took me 20 to 25 minutes to get my chicken nugget kids meal and two double cheeseburgers. I give the workers a lot of props they didnt walk out.

2022-04-15If we have to pay the price I want a fresh biskett. To many times I have ordered a sandwich on a biskett and when I got home the biskett was so hard I could not eat it. From now on I will hold up the line and check the sandwich for freshness.

2022-06-14They only care about the drive through. Dining in customers beware. Floor is always wet and slippery. Trash everywhere. Witnessed an old lady fall down on their slippery floor and they didnt care.
