The other day i was at this establishment getting an ice cream cone for my dog. i politely asked him for a small ice cream cone telling him it’s for my dog. he was very rude about it and seemed annoyed when i asked him politely to remake it after it was too big. he acted very disrespectful and made multiple sarcastic comments. i also felt bad for making him remake it and take the time to do so, so i gave him a tip. i found out they aren’t even allowed to accept them after i gave it to him. i think the young mans name was kaleb. just a little disappointed with your service
The ice cream machine is awesome when its working. Ha. Staff is decent and cant really complain about wait times. The double ordering lanes helps a bunch, just wish they would assign one for small orders like they do for supermarkets with Express lanes.

One of the employees, Kaleb, was absolutely horrid to me. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 43 years of life. My order was completely wrong, and when I brought it up, he told me that I needed to deal with it myself and that it wasn’t his problem. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

On another adult I was surprised how rude the manager named MIA Very rude and disrespectful especially considering I spent about $80 the other day for my workers someone should takeoff that shirt off of her and give it to Keleigh .
If you go to this one, check your order at the window before you drive away. consistently wrong. when you ask for no onions on your burger there’s onions. ask for sweet tea you get unsweetened tea. or ask for extra fries in your kid’s happy meal only to find none in the meal at all. there’s no quality control and it’s disappointing.
This location CLEARLY advertises that Dine In is available, yet its 8:30PM and Im met with a locked door everytime. NOT COOL! If youre gonna be the only one on the street refusing Dine - In due to Covid, then PLEASE REMOVE DINE- IN AS AN OPTION ON YOUR GOOGLE PAGE.

Went to order was in lane 1 no response 3 mins go by some is now in lane 2, order and now is ahead of me. So I just pull up to the first window and as I am pulling away the guy behind me pulls up the the speaker and not even one full second later I could hear the lane 1 order taker on the mic. I pull up to window, get my order taken by lane twos order guy. He was nice and apologized, was not his fault though. The only reason I am giving this place a 2 star is cause of lane 2 order taker. (April 8 2021. Around 840 pm when this happened)

Drive through was very slow and then they asked us to pull forward for our food. I think they forgot about us as we had to ask for our food.
Clean, fast, and three ways to order. Drive through has two lane split, inside has either a self order screen with modifications you can make and table delivery, or a person at the counter to take your order. Good for families and sufficient seating in a clean area!!!😊

Cold fries yet again. They had me wait for fresh big macks but gave me the fries that hung around forever which was not a medium size. More of a small size. I have never had that happen and never complain but you drive away only to find nasty cold uneditable Frys every time.
This location is an absolute nightmare and a complete disaster! If you really want McDonald’s, then I HIGHLY recommend that you go to a different location, because this location only ends in a major let down. I guarantee your order will be:1. Missing items2. Items will be incorrect (not made how your ordered)3. Food will be not be cooked to temperature4. If you order the chicken salad, be prepared! There will hardly been any chicken on it. Definitely not worth the $6.I keep thinking that maybe, just MAYBE, this location will get its act together! Sadly, I don’t think that will happen after reading all of these reviews.
At the drive-thru food window, the young man who handed me my drinks had his mask under his chin. When I said its important to wear it correctly he told me, Oh my God, grow up The manager did come over to my car later soon after and gave me a refund. Other reviews show they didnt have concern for covid-19 transmission months ago. It is clear they still do not.

They were fast for all the cars, the food was terrible and the young man handing out the food didnt have gloves and pulled his mask on and off twice in the very short time I was there. He already had it off in the time I asked for ketchup and pulled it back on as he was handing it to me, Gross, needless to say I didnt use the ketchup.

I hadnt been to this McDonalds for a while. The remodeling looked very nice. But this is where I had a problem...A friend took my hubby n I for some hot chocolate. They told us it would take like 15 minutes bc of something w the machine. Well, we ended up waiting for over half hour! (One of the covers on a hot chocolate cup was not put correctly! We couldve gotten it spilled on us n gotten burned!!) I asked the girl that took care of us, if I could get a free cheeseburger for the long wait, she said she was going to ask her manager n let me know.Well, she never got back to me! She couldve at least gotten back to me with a yes or a no! I think that for the long wait, we couldve at least gotten a free cheeseburger! Thats CUSTOMER SERVICE! I think that was very unprofessional!
This is the third time that this is happened. I have went to the drive-through and didn’t receive my exact order. I paid $15 for a 20 piece and a small fry. The lady at the window giving me my order asked if I had a drink I told her no and I asked for a receipt and I wasn’t given one. I am very upset and disappointed because this is supposed to be one of The good McDonald’s with great customer service. I have called multiple times with no pick up I do not recommend to go here.
This McDonald’s sucks. They’re always out of something or something isn’t working. They were out of chicken fingers the first time, and now their ice cream machine isn’t working! also their service sucks. It took like 30 minutes to get our dinner once. Are you serious? It’s called FAST FOOD, not slow food!

The drive thru was horrendous. It was mid afternoon. The guy in front of me got charged for the wrong order. My order got messed up. My daughters filet if fish was cold and her fries not completely cooked.
Many times I order thru the drive thru window, to get home and the order is not correct. Its very frustrating when your not ordering for a family, and yet they cant get it right. Tonight I ordered the Canada Sandwich with grilled chicken. I got home and thats all that was on the bun. Absolutely nothing else. I never order plain anything. Please people, communicate.

I ordered a Quarter Pounder w/cheese, no pickles, diced onions...what I got was a lukewarm burger the cheese wasnt melted on and a tablespoon of cold onions on it. The Filet of Fish with extra tarter was also barely warm and no extra tarter. Wont be back to this store again. Will definitely go to a different one, very dissatisfied.
The chicken sandwich is highly underrated. Always good food for premade food.

I hate giving a bad review to a fast food place because of course the standards are already low. I mean its fast food what do you expect? However my experience today has brought me here. I have been going to this McDonalds for quite sometime as it is close to where I have been living for around 10 years. I dont often eat inside due to time restraints but my husband and I wanted to enjoy a a lunch inside a restaurant that was still relatively cheap. The young lady at the counter was extremely pleasant. Immediate smile and she was very kind and enthusiastic. She was the best part of our whole experience. When we went to fill up our drinks there were at least 4 different pops that were out of fountain syrup. After settling for a coke we went to find a seat. I felt like we were playing musical chairs because it took us 3 good tries to find a decent table without stickiness or sun in our eyes. Most of the tables had food remnants and even the ones that did look clean were pretty sticky. There was even a young lady walking around cleaning them. We finally picked a table and our food didnt take too long, the kind young lady who took our order before brought us our food. My husband bit into a fry and promptly told me to try one. They were very cold, kind of hard to bite and had pretty much zero salt on them. First time I have ever spit out a McDonalds fry in my life. My husband returned to the counter and asked them to switch them. We both hate doing this because we both previously worked in restaurants but the fries were pretty much inedible even with lots of ketchup. They were very nice and replaced them. By the time my husband returned my chicken sandwich was pretty cold so it wasnt too enjoyable. My husband got a quarter pounder (his favorite McDonalds sandwich) and he couldnt even eat half of it. He said it was very salty for some reason. This is a major thing because he HATES wasting food but even he couldnt power through the saltiness of his burger. We left pretty disappointed. Not to mention how gross the fountain drink area was and the fact that we couldnt even throw away our trash because EVERY garbage can was filled to the brim. This definitely ruined McDonalds for us for at least a little while. If we go back in the future we will definitely go through the drive thru and thoroughly check our food. I have never been this grossed out at a McDonalds before let alone one in such a nice neighborhood.
Probably one of the worst places I been. They took a good 15 minutes just to give my boyfriend and I our food. After we got our tray of food we got our drinks and there was no medium lids for our drinks so my boyfriend asked for a medium lid and the girl at the front counter gave him a clear lid for a smoothie cup which didnt fit on medium paper cup. I dont recommend this place at all.

I only ordered one burger and they got it wrong. I ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe with no onions, mustard, or mayo. Double was on my receipt as well as the one taped to the box the burger came in. When I got it home, the customizations were correct, but there was only a single patty on it.Wont be going back.
I came 10 min before closing and because i did that😭 They gave me cold fries and a sandwich that had all condiments on the right hand of the burger instead of center...I was disappointed due to the fact they recently remodeled so I thought customer service would improve..Usually during the day I get awesome food.
I usually enjoy going to this McDonald’s but every time I go and someone is standing outside as well as the use of the order window my order always seems to be messed up today the woman said a brown suv which I do not drive ultimately causing confusion to the young woman at the pay window. When I got to the food window they handed me food then asked for it back because it was not my order and were unhappy because there had been a swap and they gave me the wrong drinks which I did not notice until I was home. I will now only go to the McDonalds in North Ridgeville cause I’m garunteed great service.

Every time I’ve gone to this McDonald’s I always ask myself, “What can they mess up this time?” It never fails, always something wrong from wrong food to an overwhelming sloppy, condiment smothered sandwich, shriveled up up sandwich that resembles a prune, machines always broken so no ice cream, or they’re just plain lazy and offer you a less expensive sandwich because the one you ordered was to complicated. And the they have the audacity to look at you like you’re crazy because you don’t like bacon and eggs on a McGriddle that they try to force on you. They do make sure to keep your receipt though so you don’t inform corporate about their poor service. Workers always fighting for a living wage and they can’t even slap cheese on a burger.
I dislike this location, I go to the North Ridgeville one. The one time I ever went here over the North Ridgeville location, my order was wrong and my nuggets were literally COLD. No, I dont mean not warm. COLD. Like they were refrigerated after being made. I do not recommend visiting this location.
Ive been coming to this location ever since I was a little kid. This place has fast service even for only having one drive-thru order window. Its got a great location on the main road although sometimes making a left hand turn out of there is pretty difficult and you have to go right and end up making another left to go left which is weird but definitely a nicer location even though its turning a little bit dated
Absolutely consistently the worst McDonald’s in NEOhio. They never get your order out on time, last time I went there I waited for 20 minutes waiting for my food until I said enough was enough. Save your money and time, go somewhere else.

New methods of trying to cut down drive thru times can be confusing at first but they arrive to deliver hot food and cold drinks in a timely fashion

I worked here before. They clean the seats and the tables with the SAME wash rag; they mop the bathrooms, lobby, AND kitchen with the SAME mop head. They dont change the mop heads unless they reek of mold and grease from a five foot radius it seemed.Every single time I order from here my order is either completely wrong or I am missing things I paid for! I get ignored at the counter when I bring the bag and the receipt back in.I timed my wait before and the time for my wait ended up being over 15 minutes!
Ordered a bacon smokehouse, got it with no bacon or the bacon-onion sauce. Went back and the replacement still didnt have bacon-onion sauce. When I went back the second time they finally told me they were out of the sauce. I was offered no refund or apology.
Been here a few times and always a hassle. Last time my Mc griddle tasted like it was from the previous day. Then I return that one, only to get another w/no cheese then 5mins later they put the slice of cheese on and give me the second old tasting sandwich back. Bad food and they dont seem to care!

Because they have these these machines and everywhere you can do your own ordering stuff people use those things every day these screens that you put your hands on your fingers on their not clean people use them everyday you dont know where their hands been you dont know where their fingers been so I dont use them

I waited 10 minutes for a hot chocolate and wasnt told the machine was being cleaned until I got to the pick up window. Just tell customers up front how long itll take.
I have trouble everytime I go here. Most recently though today I got my son a 4pc Happy Meal and they only gave him 3pc. I called to complain, and after the phone rang for over a min with no answer I hung up.
The staff here was Super super nice and patient, made me a million milkshakes (late at night) to bring to the hospital to say thanks.

2022-06-16We walked 45 minutes to Mcdonald’s just for there to be some blood thing at the top of my box. Couldn’t even eat the sandwich because it grossed me out so much.

2022-05-01Ripped off for the last time. Ordered 2 double cheese burgers. Paid for 2 double cheese burgers. Got home and had 2 regular cheese burgers. Last time it was cheese burgers with tarter sauce. FMacDonalds. Never going back.

2022-01-29Whoever was cooking the fries on Friday 1/28 at around 830pm is a straight BEAST!!!!!!! The were by far the most crispiest and golden fries I’ve ever had from McDonald’s in my whole life!!! I mean they were so crispy I wish they had an extra large size. Give that person a raise ASAP!!!!!!

2022-02-27I door dashed two large fries and they tasted like air fryer French fries, but not the good kind. They were overcooked and crunchy af. I am so disappointed in this bc I was craving this and have never had this bad of French fries in my life. At this point are they even French fries? 2022-05-14Sat at the orde screen for over 5 min with no answer and finally had to move to the second lane to get service. While waiting to get our food I could see an employee through the window picking his nose....gross. Dont thinknill return.

2022-06-05Went there today through the drive through the cashier called someone else they came did some things on the register and gave me my card and receipt back when I looked at my receipt it was 5 dollars more than what I should have paid logged into my bank and they also charged me 11 and change for I dont know what I call speak to a manager and she was rude saying they didnt know basically they stole from me and yes they did know they didnt think I would notice unprofessional and unacceptable check your receipts when going here

2020-05-25None of the employees handling food were wearing their masks correctly, nor using gloves. An absolute disregard for hygeine, their customers, and the community at large. I will never come back to this locationI will say that I appreciate the manager put on PPE before talking to me and gave me a refund without any hassle.
