An extra $3 for a medium vs a small fry. No thank you. The Double Cheese Combo is $3.50. Add in a drink, its $4.50. A regular Double Cheese Combo Meal is $7.50. Obviously, the girl who took my order got it wrong. After getting to the window to pay, I tried to correct it. The kid at the window played it off like he had no idea what I was talking about. A few minutes later. He said Oh the Double Cheese Bundle. Like it DOES NOT SAY ON THE MENU SCREEN. Be forewarned: say BUNDLE instead of combo like it says on the screen, or you might be paying for a $3 upgrade.Just Saying...
Customer service was horrible I suggested they leave a sign for doordash at the other door and these lady said no you know where it is now and everyone else knows where it’s at. No no one helped me no one told me where the order table was that manger should be fired for how disrespectful she was toward me! Never go here unless you wanna have a bad time!!!
This is by far the slowest, and most poorly run McDonalds in the area. Got my simple order wrong the last 3 visits:( When i adressed the more major issues Ive had with higher-ups, they asked me for my address to send coupons for the mishaps. Never did get anything in the mail from them.1/10 times, youll get your food at the window... IFF youre lucky. Typically, youll be directed to wait in a parking spot.I got here because grandma likes some McDonalds every once in a while, and is unable to get around on her own. I love grandma enough to keep going- however, it is my least favorite errand to run for her. What should be one quick and easy trip, regularly brings more frustration and dissatisfaction than a walmart run.
Food was decent considering its fast food but the service was horrible. Was the only person at the order counter and it still took 15 minutes before my order was even taken. When I asked if anyone was working the counter I was told in a rude manner that they will get to me when they get to me. I wont be going back if that how they treat their customers
The legend is true!!!This location will give you the wrong order no matter what time of the day. (9:15 pm)I ordered a mocha frappe, got an iced coffee.I also ordered the “deluxe” quarter pounder, got a sad looking double quarter pounder.(No other customers on the drive thru)When I told them the iced coffee wasn’t what I ordered the answer was very rude.
I wish it wasnt so but this store(my closest mcds) consistently underperforms when compared to the other McDonalds all around Stark County. I have an issue with my order being wrong way too frequently(close to 50%) and their food and even their fountain drinks are NEVER above average in taste warmth, or freshness in my experiences. When Ive dined in, Ive found that the bathroom and dining area floors often need picked and cleaned up, and appear dull and in need of good deep clean and waxing.
New Crispy Chicken sandwich is good, but not great. I.liked the idea of a split-top bun, but it was left on the grill too long, so the burned flavor really came through as I was eating the sandwich. The chicken itself is a respectable filet, but seems a little small and lacked flavor. Really relied on the pickles to add something. Interested to try the spicy version.
Ordered via app for curbside, when I arrive a manager comes out to tell me grill is broke can only do chicken. Pick something different and wait. Only person there...10 minutes go by no food and now a line in drive thru. Somebody hands me a refund and apologizes saying they got busy. Thanks for making me wait to get my money back I guess??
The staff here are very friendly and someone had come over and brought me a drink cup after I had forgotten to grab it. The restaurant is also very clean and the food was well made. Seating is very comfortable and there wasnt much of a wait at all. Id recommend it to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat in the area.
The employee grace that took our order was extremely rude not a welcome to McDonald’s how may I help you may I take your order not a nothing and not a thank you!! think she was kind of upset that she had to leave a conversation with another crew member to come in even take our orderThe manager was nice enough to come up off of her break in to find out what was taking so long on our order that we waited extremely long for over 15 minutes . I work in fast food if one of my employees didnt greet a customer at the front counter they would be off front counter in a second that’s probably the rudest thing to do in fast food
This has to be the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. They are not capable of handling a large crowd on their own. Even the head manager needs their hand held while she does her job. Everyone was so confused. It looked like they didn’t have control on the situation. There were a lot of angry customers and the restaurant was a disaster and dirty. I tried to order my family meals using the app. And when I went to pick the order up after I paid for it they had no idea that I even placed an order they told me that the app doesn’t work for their store and made me feel like I did something wrong.The food is never good and the fries are never the right temp.. Customer service is horrible!! Just last night I went through the drive through at 10:55pm and was played would you like the... I stated my order and was immediately told that they were closed. I politely explained that google said that your hours for today are 5am to 12am. Even if they closed at 11 pm they should still served me. They just turned all of the lights off on me!! Please do not waste your money here!! There are other McDonald’s one in Green off of Massillon Rd., and one on the Strip. Definitely worth the drive!!
The manager there who is on the bigger side is nothing but rude. Ive had nothing but horrible experiences there whenever shes on the drive thru window. With her rudeness and attitude she should not be at the window. I will not be coming back to this location specifically because of how rude she is. I called the complaint line and informed them all about my very rude encounter with her. She needs fired.
The new remodel is very nice. After placing my order with an employee I noticed they have installed the new self order screens. This location seems to do a lot of business, not sure if the self ordering screens will cut down on time because there are only so many people in the kitchen. It may be handy for someone with a speech problem or if possible these machines might be multi-lingual. The food and menu are consistent with all the McDs no surprises there.
Staff more focused on goofing off then actually working, never got the table number so a worker wandered the dining room with our food. Once he figured out it was ours he spilled a large coffee all over our table, left our food trays sitting in it. we had to pick them up and move to another table, he later came out and cleaned up the mess after we left the table. I never did get my coffee replaced either I had to go to the counter and ask for that.. My sister is a District Manager, former Store Manager and two time Ray Kroc award winner for McDonald and she says this is one of the worst stores she has ever seen.
Ive had several bad experiences here and each time its related to my change. The latest was I took one of my MRDD clients to get a large coke...while ordering his coke I decided to get a senior coffee. I fished a dollar in change out of my ashtray, then dug another 7 cents out because he had a 10 dollar bill and I didnt want him to have to try and stuff the change in his pocket. As I gave the cashier the change I made sure no change dropped because it was a handful. She took the change and the $10 bill, then handed me my receipt and change. As I pulled off I noticed she had only given me $8. I told my client that they had made a mistake and owed him a dollar. As I pulled up to the window I told the young man what happened, and that he was shorted a dollar. The manager said they had to count the drawer...which was fine. I pulled up to wait and told my client they had to count the drawer to make sure it was $1 over and assured him he would get his money. After a while the manager, who said her name was Sarah, came out and informed me that the drawer was only a few cents over...and she was sorry she couldnt give me his dollar back. I told her that couldnt be right because I did give the girl a dollar and 7 cents in change. I told her to ask the young lady didnt I give her a handful of change, she said the girl said I only gave her 7 cents. I told Sarah I wasnt lying but I suppose she didnt believe me. I explained to her that a dollar wouldnt make or break me, but I felt bad that my MRDD client was being robbed. McDonalds should be ashamed! They make too much money to rob a MRDD client out of a measly dollar. I think these kids should learn how to count. This is not okay!! I did call the complaint line and also O will warn people to make sure that they COUNT THEIR CHANGE!!!!!
Like the new decor. Im old enough to remember when McDonalds had just a walk-up window. My how these places have changed. Saw a lot of people who looked like regulars just talking and drinking coffee. Very nice feel in the dinning room. They also have the new kiosks to place your order and then pay. Very Convienient.
Let me start off by saying that this McDonalds usually does a good job at serving your food warm and your drinks cold in a timely manner. Before hand, I never had any complaints. However, I went tonight and I was quite honestly amused with how bad the service was. I was not mad. I wasnt upset. I was more shocked with how my money was wasted. I ordered two menu items; theyre on the new international favorites section. In total, it was $9.20ish. Whatever, McDonalds is getting expensive,. It isnt the restaurants fault. However, when I go to pay, they ask me to wait in the parking lot and theyll deliver my food shortly. It was not busy. It was just me and another car. Okay. No big deal. This sort of thing happens. It took 7 minutes for them to get my food to the car. Fine. Im just happy I got my food. However, after waiting that long, I expected the food to be fresh! I open up my fries and they are cold! Not even room temperature, I mean cold. Wow. So then I open up my sandwich. Everything looked good until I took a bite. The sandwich was cold too! And the chicken was not fluffy or easy to chew either like it usually should be. This chicken sandwich was hard! Almost the consistency of an old burnt cake. To top it off, the chicken sandwich came with the wrong sauce! It should come with a tomato and herb sauce but this sandwich had the habanero ranch sauce instead. Unbelievable. I have ordered the same menu items here before and have had zero problems. I dont know if its an off night but what happened was ridiculous and was a waste of $10. Im rating three stars because I have had so many good experiences here but tonight was not one of them.
Had not been to MCds in over 6 months. The restaurant was very clean, updated and the staff was very friendly. The new order and deliver to your table service is a nice feature. Tried the sweet BBQ bacon w/ artisan grilled chicken. One of the better sandwich s I have had @ Mcds and would definitely try again. Manager made sure we had fresh fries which cant be beat in my opinion and everything came out diner style in a box tray with paper, again a nice feature.
I had the fish basket today for $5 and I was given tartar sauce and asked for extra and I received that for no charge. I dont know if this is an item that is limited time but I wish you would put it on the menu for good because Im a big guy and this filled me up and it was delicious the fish was good the fries were hot it was a very good lunch today. I cant wait to get it again I just hope that they put it on the menu for good.
Came on midnight shift to get my pregnant girlfriend a McFlurry and asked politely if the ice cream machine was working (bc it never is) and the two women at both drive thru windows were unbelievably rude and unprofessional and the McFlurry was all water and was nowhere near “ice cream”. HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES HORRIBLE FOOD
I ordered the snack wrap meal with a Sprite and a cup of ice. The wraps were TERRIBLE! Made with cheese slices instead of shredded cheddar, drenched in ranch and barely any lettuce. And then my Sprite and ice had black specks in it!!! They must not clean their pop and ice machine! Gross! I will not go back to this location
I pass this McDs on the way to work, so it should be convenient, but its not. I have been here(through the drive through) about 10 times in the past year.....8 of the 10 visits, my order was wrong. I typically go through there around 6 p.m., so maybe its just that particular shift? I dont know, but my last visit here today was my last visit there ever.
Early AM has different prices! went through drive through and sausage Muffin w/egg was 8.99 for 2.(only at N Main store in North Canton) Any other stark county McDonalds was 6.04 for 2.(3.02 each) Do not stop here ! Go to strip or any in canton. Let this one go! This store is gouging!!
Seems to be a lot of goofing around going on. Customer service doesnt seem important. The employees dont pay attention to the front registers, you have to ask for napkins, then wait to get someones attention to get any service. They have a new fish basket but dont offer tarter sauce? They put some in a container for me tho. Seems like they couldve been better prepared for that. Not a very well run restaurant at all. Seems like I always have an issue when I come here. Last time had to walk out thru a cloud of smoke, as there was an employee was smoking right by the door.
The staff at this McDonalds seems to be poorly trained and poorly managed. I often must repeat my entire order at the drive-thru speaker. The employee at the window is usually unsure of my order. When Im asked to pull forward, wait times are excessive. Finally, the filled orders are frequently wrong. Sadly, the location is convenient, so I end up here rather than at other locations.
This McDonalds is sadly the only one closest to my home and they consistently let me down. Ive lived here 2 years and not once have I got home with my food was correct. Im missing a burger or fries or the egg on a breakfast sandwich. I have said something to them and yet it continues. Ive worked fast food I know it can crazy when the line is backed up so a few times here and there to me is not a big deal. This is EVERY SINGLE TIME. Fix it, for real.
I ordered two quarter pounders. One with only pickle and one with only onion. Also a hot fudge sundae and a caramel sundae (I asked if the caramel was hot also...she replied “the ice cream is cold but the caramel is warm.”🙈) And, of course I had to repeat the order. They hand me the sundaes and then tell me to pull up and wait. Nearly 10 minutes later the sandwiches arrive. “You had the Big Mac” she asks (I’m the only one waiting). I say no. She opens the bag, “Oh. Quarter Pounder.” I then have two melted sundaes, one sandwich with ONE AND A HALF SLICE of pickle, the other sandwich has EVERYTHING but onion! I am totally done with this McDonald’s. They get my order correct about 1/4 of the time! This experience SO deserves zero stars!😡 Seriously!?😡Hello Burger King next door or Wendy’s across the street!
Pulled up to the speaker, was greeted by an auto greeter. I gave my order and then waited for a total but no one was actually at the speaker, so I waited and proceeded to say Hello?!? until someone came over to take my order. Then it took another 15 minutes to serve the two or three cars in front of me. I just went to the wendys across the street instead after I could pull out of the line.
Slow service, and poor staffing are just the tip of the iceberg on this locations deficiencies. We walked inside and placed a rather simple order because we needed to split the order between two families. It took the crew almost fifteen minutes to get our food to us due to multiple issues that were clearly due to a lack of training. Avoid this location if you can.
McDonalds on Arlington Rd was slammed . The manager closed the drawer, told everyone inside to use the kiosk if they wanted to order. I couldnt use the kiosk, I had a coupon. After waiting for about 10 minutes, left and drove to the Massillon Rd McDonalds. They were very busy, but did wait on customers.
McDonalds is McDonalds just about everywhere you go but to be honest with you I have been noticing that the quality of the food and portions of the food has been sliding in the prices have gone up considerable amount it is McDonalds food is fast food in good but I dont think you get your moneys worth any more like you did in the past
Went through the drive thru and ordered fries and a sandwich. Fries were cold, so I went back. Lady was very rude and just handed me back my food, after saying the fries werent cold. Went inside, and of course no one was at counter. Left food there. Absolutely horrible!!!
I just watched an employee eating while working. He had on gloves preparing the food, stuffed some food in his mouth literally touching the gloves on his mouth, then wiped them on the back of his shirt and butt. I was sitting at the window waiting to pay and I just drove off.🤮🤮🤮
This McDonalds on Main Street in North Canton always gets our orders wrong. Every time we go through the drive-through, its wrong. One time, we totally got somebody elses order. And they want $15 per hr to work a minimum wage job. No way! BTY, the Taco Bell on Main Street is just as bad.
0 stars should be a thing... currently here as I write this waited forever for them to finish our food, my sandwich was not on the trays, my wifes sandwich wasnt even properly made... and she didnt even order it special, the mens restroom is literally COVERED in urine... at least they could figure out how to put two happy meals together right.

2022-02-26Super easy & cheaper if you order on the app for curb side. Everything looked great, was hot, the shakes looked great. Took approx 10min. For order not bad at all we ordered quite a bit. Friendly service to. App is super easy to work.

2021-09-30When you pay for a large fry give the paying customer a large fry! Dont give them a large container with a medium order of fries. Its bad enough that you pay $9 something for less food. Its always something with this place. I tried to get ice cream the other day and of course none! I really need to stop coming here. View my pic! Yes this is what they gave me.

2022-03-12New favorite local McDonald’s! The other McDonald’s in the area are slow and always serve cold food. I never go in this area but I stopped by for lunch twice this week. Great customer service, food was hot and they kept the line moving quick!

2022-05-04First time- wrong order in drive thru. 2nd time - ordered plain hamburger for my 90 yr old mom... obviously, they tried to remove the lettuce and onions to appear freshly made... NOT! DO NOT recommend!

2022-05-17Horrible service! My husband was treated terribly after trouble with the app, no desire to help or fill the orders though the app clearly said with the order number they could. I called and was hung up on after my husband went in. We are closest to this McDonalds but theyve lost our large familys business!

2018-02-24We have had cold and old food and they have messed up our orders a few times. Need to get some better employees that know what theyre doing. Kind of clean, but seems to always be dirty around the drink machine.

2021-12-26We were thankful that McDonalds was open at 6PM on Christmas Eve 🎄 and everyone was so pleasant. I wish my Cappuccino was a little stronger, it seemed like it was only steamed milk. Ill order it stronger next time.

2021-12-06I went to McDonald’s to get a nice lunch. Food was okay I guess but afterwards I had to use the bathroom. After a pleasant experience on the CLEAN toilets I went to wash my hands only to be greeted by a sign that says employees must wash hands. So I waited for about 2 hours for an employee to wash my hands. I was getting scared that no one would come and help me out. Just when I lost all hope, however, an employee by the name of Noah Meade came in and graciously helped me wash my hands. I thanked him for his wonderful service and then he promptly left to get back to work. It was a wonderful experience at McDonald’s.
