I had a special request for food. The food did not come out like I asked. The manager was so rude to me and tried to tell me the food was right. But it wasnt. It could have caused me to be very sick. It is Sunday at 11:15 in the morning. The manager was also rude to her workers. I hope the man manager can handle this issue.
Some of the employees are not very happy in their work. Not at all friendly but Im not there for friends just something to eat. At times the employees wonder why the customer is rude? Previous visits. One last thing they do not know Diet Coke from a regular Coke. I want regular Coke. I dont go back to tell them Im not wasting my time, but they think rude customer again I say previous visits.
Mobile orders take a long time to fulfill and those received are rarely correct according to orders taken and paid for. Staff is not friendly. Patrons do not understand how to approach a wraparound drive thru without cutting the line and the store and layout does nothing to correct this.
So we stopped here when we went to Sky Zone the other day. The staff was absolutely great and make sure they took their time to get the order right because I had a bunch of boys with me. Thanks for being so great I would recommend anybody stopping by grab some lunch or dinner.
When the menu board wasnt showing, I was told to come inside if I wanted to see the menu. I ordered by description instead. At the pay window, I was handed my credit card & receipt behind the workers back with no eye contact. At the pickup window, my order was hanging out the window before I pulled up. The young man had his back turned to the window. I also had to wait for my drink, which was apparently sitting in front of him on the counter. I now check my order at the window because my orders are so often incorrect. I discovered my sandwich was poorly wrapped & fully exposed on one side. At home, I discovered that one of the muffins was torn in half and the cheese oozed sloppily onto the sandwich and wrapper. Since both Burger King and Wendys are closer to my home than this McDonalds, Ill save myself the aggravation and give them my business from now on.
Stopped in tonight for a double cheeseburger because it sounded good. Whoever made it tonight needs to be fired. I was nice to everyone at the drive thru and did not expect what I got. I asked for extra onions, didn’t get them to start. The sandwich was thrown together in the laziest way I’ve ever seen. The burgers were burnt AND cold. They threw the two slices of cheese on top of each other, and the burger on the bottom was only half a burger. Clearly this person hates their job and it shows in their work. They need a serious change of staff here. I will be avoiding this location in the mean time. Go to the Wendy’s nearby or another location. Don’t waste your money here.-at least the Coke was good.
Went to this McDonalds this morning for breakfast at 10:10 a.m. waited in the Drive-Thru 5 minutes the line did not move. went inside the McDonalds to order my food took 15 minutes to get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit which came out with only bacon and cheese, an egg McMuffin in a small coffee which was not hot. plenty of people working today no reason for this type of service everyone was complaining. I had to fast all night for blood work across the street and wanted a nice breakfast sandwich what a fail!
Ordered an ice cream cone for my kid, asked them politely to put it in a cup. They didnt so at the window I asked politely again, and the young likely fatherless kid rolled his eyes at me. Also my plain double cheeseburger was old and cold. Thought special orders were supposed to be made fresh. Do better.
Drive Thru Order 07/12/2021 Time 5:13 PMThere was a new cashier taking orders. I felt I wasnt charged correctly so she went to get help from another employee. The girl she brought to help was extremely abrupt and rattled off my order so fast I couldnt possibly keep up, then turned around and left. I asked the cashier what her helpers name was but she didnt know so I asked her to please get a manager so I could make a complaint (not against the new cashier but her helper). The cashier came back with a woman who claimed to be the manager. I tried to tell her as a customer I was being treated poorly and I felt I hadnt been charged correctly. I asked how much a 10 piece Nugget Meal cost and she said, I dont know, I think its 9 something. I advised I didnt appreciate the way I was being treated as well as exposing my grandsons to their behavior. She actually said to me, If you dont like the way youre being treated you can go to another McDonalds! At that point I knew I wasnt going to get any help from her so I asked what the helper employees name was and what her name was. She said she was not allowed to give out anyones name and blatantly refused to give me her own name as well. I am writing this to inform you that I have NEVER been treated so rudely by any company or employee EVER. If she had just listened to my problem and shown any sort of concern or empathy I wouldnt be writing this now. At no point was I rude nor did I yell so there was absolutely no reason for the attitudes that were delivered my way. Initially I was told my cost would be $25 (and some change) and I ended up paying $15.56 and I still dont think I was charged correctly (I dont think I got the meal discount on the Nugget meal). I dont even really know how to convey how upsetting this was not only for me but for my 8 and 5 year old grandsons who were in tears by the time our visit was over. Im not looking for anything free, Im just trying to let someone know this store has extreme issues with customer service.
The girl taking the order asked what I wanted, then told me to wait. She then asked again and only got the one item. When I went to pay, the guy read what I ordered and it was not sugar free as I ordered. The girl was not able to do more than one thing at a time. Not responsible either! Not good for business!
Felt bad cause we made the poor girl make apple pies that took about 12 minutes to make. They were out, but it was a strange time of day for Apple pies. She probably hated us but was still friendly and even waited to do our food until the the pies were done. Sorry, but we had a fierce craving. Hahaha.
Inexplicably difficult process trying to get a drink here on Thursday last week in the drive-thru. I had my app open, looking at a $2 McCafe or frappe offer. I tried to order it, and the ordertaker said This isnt Wendys.Huh?I didnt order a FROSTY, I ordered using the terminology on the app, which said a frappe. I was so confused. I said I know Im not at Wendys, Im ordering while looking at your McDonalds app! I managed to order the drink, then pulled up to the pay window where I had to wait for the employees to finish their personal conversation. Then one of them scanned the QR code, took my money, and shut the window. Said nothing to me! So I pulled up to the pickup window, got my beverage, and left. Again, with NO thank you, please come again, or even go to hell, which is basically what they probably SHOULD have said, as the attitude seemed to suggest. I am still puzzled by this experience.
They have teenagers as managers and they are they are not qualified. I ordered a double cheeseburger w/out pickles a small fry and an ice tea. I got a cold sandwich with extra pickles and cold fries. The manager asked if I had a receipt so I explained I told the cashier I didnt need one but she could ask the girl in the back taking payments to confirm i paid for my meal. Instead of doing that she refused to fix my order and or to refund my money. I dont eat fast food much but I will not choose McDonalds ever again for a quick bite to eat on a busy day.
Ordered a Diet Coke through the drive-through. When I got to the window they handed me a root beer. I told the young man at the window I ordered a Diet Coke not a root beer. He then handed me a Diet Coke and told me next time don’t order a root beer. I explain to him that I order a Diet Coke not a Root beer. The manager came to the window and asked me what the problem was. I told him what happened and he said did you get your Diet Coke, I said yes. He said then there should be no problem have a good day. Maybe you should send your employees to Chick-fil-A to learn about customer service.We have been customers of McDonalds for a very long time, and have experienced customer service that has been okay, but this is unacceptable. I would expect that you would take the time to issue me a response. I will be waiting to receive one.
We live not too far away and everytime we go to this location, the orders are not right. Missing sauces, wrong burgers, cold fries. Its horrendous. Calling to explain our problems to the manager do nothing but a sorry. There are several other locations in the area. I would recommend adding 5 extra minutes to go to a location who can read whats on the screen and make sure the product the customer pays for is correct atleast half the time.
They were super busy and really seemed to be trying. Witnessed a lady yell at the employee who told her she would need to wait even longer then demand her money back. I also had to wait for my bagel and hashbrown but no biggie. My only issue is I had to wait and my bagel wasnt even hot and it was slathered with the sauce. Like an unholy amount of sauce.
Would give 0 stars if possible.Recently visited. They were busy when I went through the drive thru and we had placed a rather large order. I wouldn’t expect ANYONE to be surprised if a mistake was made. It is McDonald’s we’re talking about after all.They failed to put three of the eight sandwiches in the bag (in addition to the extra sauces we ordered for nuggets and fries). I did not realize this until making it back to my in-laws house. I was disappointed that the food that was missing belonged to a couple of excited kids because that meant I had to return instead of getting back to our visit.Upon my return the store was still busy. A line of hungry customers were waiting for their food. A young lady greeted me and asked what I wanted to which I replied I wanted the rest of my order. I showed her my receipt and what was missing. She disappeared to the back for a minute and returned with a senior team member who began to question me about the missing sandwiches. The situation quickly escalated and the supervisor came out to the front, told me I was no longer welcome there, and refunded me for my sandwiches without asking me what was going on.The cherry of top was a second customer walking up to the counter and asking for his correct order just as I was being asked to leave. Barely able to contain myself, I made sure to let the other customer know that he ought to tread lightly or they might kick him out too.Again, it’s McDonald’s so if you’re in need of some quick and barely edible food it’s not like you can’t go there. Just don’t expect to get everything you paid for...
Disappointing experience, due to the health scare I was 1 of 3 people in the drive-thru. Was instructed to wait at the third window for my food. Got home to eat and the fries were old and the grease used seemed old. My chicken patty was hard as a brick and burnt. The lettuce used was brown and rotten. Extremely frustrating that a manager would allow food of this magnitude to make it too the window, let alone out the window! Smh horrible job. I wish I could upload pics. It’s truly disgusting. But as usual they just send free cards in the mail and carry-on. Great job guys!!!
Wonderful employees. Kiosk is awful. 14 minutes to get 4 sundaes. Cant pay at kiosk, Im not 20 so I had a hard time. The employees had to help. The running of the food is ridiculous. A man beside me waited 16 minutes for a pre packaged salad. Ive thought McDonalds has been going down hill for years now Im sure of it. We also waited 15 minutes for our order of food. Nothing fast about McDonalds fast food.
Cleaner McDonalds in Canton you wont find, but they will get your order wrong, so dont complicate your order...just dont. Also they are usually understaffed, so u usually have to wait a minute. Update; so during the stay at home order my family of 4 decided to order thru doordash(actually the kids decided but if you have kids you know what I mean) so we ordered our food, a dbl cheeseburger, a quarter pounder with just ketchup and onions, 20 piece chicken nuggets 4vanilla shakes, and fries. Cost us $50+ when our food arrived we got 2 quarter pounder with cheese, even though taped on one said quarter pounder no cheese ketchup an onion only, the nuggets had no sauce although we ordered extra BBQ sauces clearly seen on receipt, the milk shakes tasted like bad milk, an smelled horrible, no napkins, no straws, an fries were chewy an cold. My husband called the restaurant an the Manager Cody was absolutely positively rude, refused to give his name, but my daughter worked there an so we knew his name, told us oh well your problem not mine an hung up on my husband. So sent pics to door dash an got $40 refunded back to us.. so I now have dropped them to 1 star, as customer service was horrible, an the manager Cody should be retrained on how a manager should behave!!
If you are going to force me to do the job you used to hire people for, I would first assume you can hire fewer people and pass the savings to the customer and lower your prices. That didnt happen. So I assume you have the same # of employees. With that assumption I expect the ice to be kept full. In the event the ice runs out, I would expect not to stand at the counter for 90 seconds until someone acknowledges me so I can tell them there is no ice. There were zero customers in line when I arrived. Zero when I left. The drive through had cars at the ordering station, but zero in line behind it. The only attention that was shown to me was when I was trying to talk to my son about the breakfast options and an employee interrupted me to tell me to use the screen to order. She continued as I said I have used it and was going to use it. So we had to wait for her before continuing our to conversation. The guy who helped with the ice was great....except he was having a conversation with another employee and looked at me once...continued his conversation....then finally turned to assist me with the oh you are still here look.
It was simply an unpleasant experience. The decor was dark and UNINVITING. This was the first time I encountered a computer kiosk where we were expected to place our own orders. That just wasnt gonna happen. We left, and went up the street to Wendys where we got actual SERVICE, and quality food. If this is the trend for McDonalds, we wont be back.
Their fries were disgustingly stale and they put so much mustard and ketchup on my burger It dripped all over. When I called to let them know , they answered the phone Hello. I thought I had the wrong number and they were all laughing as if they were stoned just like they were when I picked up the food. The manager Tom was rude and told me to bring my food back. Im partially disabled and NOT looking for freebies. Just want everyone to know this is the worse Mcdonalds Ive ever been to and VERY unprofessional!
Pretty disappointed. I requested 3 times to be checked out at a register, rather than using the kiosk. The woman told me that she can help me at the kiosk instead. Each time I told her that I prefer to not use the kiosk at all and wont purchase any food unless she can check me out at a register. This is just my preference bc I dont want to take away anyones job. However, even losing a customer, she would not ring me up at the register. She went ahead and stood at the kiosk to help the people in front of me and behind me but would not stand at a register to ring me out. I see not much difference if she has to stand at a kiosk rather than a register, other than eventual phase out of her job. I do not support this decision to refuse register service. I will not be back.
When McDonalds had the golden arches in Maple Heights Ohio back then, you stood outside and ordered they served real food then.Now they just take your money and serve raw meat. You better check if your meat is done. The very last place I choose to give my hard earned money too
They need another counter person. One cashier and he was trying to do ten things at once. I had to stand at the counter for 10 minutes being ignored by the other workers before I finally got one of them to refill my coffee. Another guy said he waited 20 minutes for his order of a single small coffee. Not the best service.
I had to wait 15 minutes to get my salad. There was nobody in front of me or in back of me the whole time. I arrive at 6:13 pm according to my receipt. At one point, Id say about 12 minutes inn, someone asked me if I had payed yet. I told her yes and did she want to see my receipt. Just then I will seen the young man who took my money. I got my salad afew minutes later. This McDonalds was in Waynesburg, Ohio.
The customer service is ridiculously rude! Went thru drive thru was asked my order then ignored for a few minutes then asked again and again ignored. Then again asked the order and nothing. Called to speak to the manager and she’s the same person doing the orders in drive thru. Was rude in drive thru and on the phone. I will not return ever!!!
Most of the tables were sticky and many had trash on them. The pop machine was covered in old sticky pop and ketchup. The floors needed mopped and had trash on them. If the place where the customers eat are this filthy, I dont want to imagine how bad the kitchen and back areas are. This is bad enough that the health department might want to do a visit. Im going to use other restaurants for a while because Im afraid of dirt and bacteria possibly being an issue. I have experienced similar conditions at the particular location in the past.
I dont typically go to McDonalds, but I was close to one during breakfast and a hash brown sounded great. I ordered that and a sausage McGriddle with cheese. As I drove away, I discovered not only had they forgotten the hash brown, but I had the completely wrong sandwich too. I didnt have time to go back and get it replaced, so I just threw it away and waited for lunch.
Grandkids love going to McDonalds so they can play but I have to say this particular one is not very well maintained with cleanliness. We were there on a Thursday and my granddaughter had to use the restroom. She went in and immediately came back out because the toilet was covered in dried up feces. Thinking this was a one time thing, we went back 5 days later to find the same nastiness in the play areas restroom. It obviously hadnt been cleaned in 5 days...not acceptable.
The only good thing at this Mcdonalds was the sweet girl that came to instruct on the use of their kiosk which they force you to use. Went in to grab a quick bite to eat and was explained to by one of the male employees you no longer have a choice to order from someone behind the counter! You have to use the kiosk to order. The kiosk takes longer to order from, not to mention the germs you get from touching the screen to place yourorder before you eat!!! Would not go back there and hope not all Mcdonalds plan on doing this. There food has become high priced and poor quality to not be convenient!!! People should be FREE to choose if they would like to use the kiosk or order from a real person. In my opinion whom ever thought this up has no consideration for customers at all!! Their kiosk might save them money but it cost a majority of customers more time!
We stopped her for my wife to use the restroom and to get some ice cream cones. My wife entered the restroom and opened a stall door to find an employee with her pants around her ankles. The employee gave my wife attitude in which my wife responded that she wouldnt have opened the door if she bothered to lock it. She left the restroom to go to the counter to order the ice cream with my daughter. They waited and waited to order when the finally did get to order the female employee from the restroom rudely pushed herself between my wife and the counter in the foot and a half space there was instead of walking around and again made another snide remark to my wife. They finally got the cones and my daughter got handed a cone by an employee with no paper on it, god knows if the employees hands were washed. Considering one doesnt even know how to lock a rest room door, I am guessing hand washing might be too much for them. Needless to say we will never visit this McDonalds again. We are thoroughly disgusted my the attitude and service here.
Just visited today and was super impressed with the customer service! Only 4 stars because the dining room has often been closed up to an hour earlier than posted on the door. If youre stopping here in the evening around 9 or 10 make sure you are aware that it may be drive thru only.
3 out of times I’ve been there my order was wrong (drive thru). The last time I was there was Monday May 6, my order was completely wrong. I ordered 2 sausage McMuffin what u got was 1 ham and egg McMuffin and 1 sausage egg McMuffin. This store is the slowest one ever.
Coming from a person that cant stand Mcdonalds from all the negative past expierences, I can say that this is my first positive review for ANY Mcdonalds ever. Those new touchscreens are useless but the manager helped out with our order. Being that they only had literately 3 people working, they outdid every other Mcdonalds that Ive ever been to. The other locations have a ton of people standing around goofing off. This one was very professional. I couldnt believe the food was actually hot and fresh plus they got my order right the first time! They need more Mcdonalds like this. Great job to the crew tonight. 05/10/18 at 10:00 pm. Well i had a bad morning going into this Mickey Ds! Cause I hit a curb pulling in! And I believe it shouldnt be that way!! I was very upset! You should able to go in and out both directions on Fulton!!! Thank goodness my son -in- law fixed my tire!!So I got a big breakfast with hot cakes and 1 without! No syrup! Eggs didnt look good at all! Not very much either! Its ridiculous you pay more for less!!!
This is the McDonalds closest to my office so I swing by here at least once a week for breakfast or lunch. But after today I will never be returning! I went thru the drive thru and ordered a signature crafted crispy chicken sandwich and a water. I go to pay and they have my order as a frappuchino. We correct and I go to next window... they said my order is not ready and told me to pull forward and wait. After 10 MINUTES I go inside and ask to speak to a manager.. everyone ignores me. I ask for my money back and tell them I dont have time to wait I just want my money back. They just look at me. Tend to everybody else, and continue to ignore me even tho I am begging them to just give me my money back so I can leave. This goes on another 5 minutes. They shove my sandwich at me THEY NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR THE RUDE SERVICE OR WAIT TIME. Then I get back to my office and open my sandwich only to find THE WRONG SANDWICH!
This location insists you order from kiosk if in restaurant. Front end only had 1 person, and he seemed overwhelmed. We each ordered a Sunday. After several attempts and requesting assistance from another employee in the back, he said there was not ice cream for a Sunday, but we could have a shake. We requested a refund, which we did receive. Then two women walked in and he also told them they needed to order from kiosk. They refused, wanting to order from the counter. They ended up leaving at the same time we did without ordering.
Always forgetting something. manager was rude and told us we were lying about our food being cold and half done. Then tried to argue that the reason it was bad was because it was her and one other person and that was also the reason we didnt get a receipt. This is an ongoing ordeal with any of the McDonalds we go to in the north Canton area and it needs to be changed. Just because you make minimum wage doesnt mean I should get the minimum amount of effort you can physically put in
The manager at this location should really invest in reading classes, attitude/customer service classes, and RE-training some of their employees. I went thru the drive thru tonight and ordered a Large Iced Coffee (Mocha), I paid $2.50 at the 1st window. When I got to the 2nd window, the girl handed me a medium(I believe). When I told her that I ordered a Large, she stated that this was the Large. Now, I order iced coffees from McDonalds all the time and I just so happened to have an empty one in my car, so I showed her the cup and said that this was the large size. She went on to say that this isnt what I was rung up for, and I stated that I believed it was and that I wanted the Large. Her response was, Well imma need 50 cents then because these are $2.50. I explained that thats what I paid for this one. The girl from theb1st window came up and helped her out. I finally got my correct order, after the worst attitude that Ive ever seen! This CHILD (I can only assume she was a child based on her attitude and lack of reading skills) was so rude. She needs to be retrained and maybe shadowed to make sure she really understands what shes supposed to do and how she should behave. I even double checked the receipt to make sure it was rung up as a Large, and it was.
I went thrust the drive thru last week for a happy meal because my 4 year old wanted the emojis toys. When I got home it was another toy no big deal. So I went in today and asked the girl at the counter if they had emojis toys in and just casually told her what happened. Not complaining just saying I didnt want the wrath of a toddler again Lol. This young girl was so nice asked how old my daughter was while I waited for the happy meal . She then tells me there is a surprise in the box to make up for the mix up last week and gave her 2 more toys. I didnt expect extra toys but she was genuinely just a nice person wanting to help a customer. And I know from being in customer service it can be hard sometimes.
I would recommend checking your order before you leave as 2 out of the last three times I went they handed me the wrong thing. Besides that, I only order breakfast food from McDonalds which is always good. The staff here always seems depressed and uninterested in what they are doing.
Employees are rude. As I’m sitting here, I can hear one employee who seems to be the manager yelling at another employee. The first three tables we tried to sit at were dirty. Finally I wiped one down myself. They had us sit down and brought the food to us.... somehow it was still cold. The yelling continues. This is the same restaurant where you get asked to pull up and park every time we come to the drive thru. Avoid this one and go to the new Wendy’s next door or go to the McDonalds in Belden or Woodlawn and Tusc.
This McDonalds is THE worst for CX service. We walked in and no 1 even acknowledged we were there. I had a email coupon r a free fry, but when they scanned it, it said not connected at which point they said we dont accept printed coupons, only ones on ur phone... they were out of napkins and ketchup at the service areA. I told them they were out of ketchup and she handed me 4 pacs ( 4 sandwiches and 2 med fry - really??) 1 sandwich was wrong, so we had 2 go up and get another. The whole time we sat there eating, nobody filled the ketchup. I looked on my McDonalds app and the app had a special on large mccafes so I ordered 1 as we left. I put my phone down 4 the clerk 2 see, pointed 2 the special, told her about the special, and got charged reg price and no credit 4 the buy 5 get 1 free they advertise. I asked 2 talk 2 the mgr who didnt care about 1 thing I told her. She said corporate puts all that stuff out and we dont take printed material. I pointed out on the email where it said 2 bring in the email and she said again, thats from corporate. We dont take it. (What? When I worked retail, corp was law. If they said it, we did it!) I proceeded 2 inform her that I did have an app on my phone and told the clerk I wanted the special on the phone and put my phone on the counter 4 her and pointed 2 it and did not get sale price. She asked ( get ready) well, did she see it??! R u kidding me? Im so beyond frustrated. She finally offered 2 refund the difference, but by then I was done. I said its not even about the $ anymore, its about CX service....Which u obviously dont care about. She blew me off w an oh, Im sorry....Have a good day. :(
Manager was very rude and unprofessional. He a black guy wana be and thinks hes in some hood with his big thick fake chain and had his shirt openned showing his hairy chest. He had tattoos all over his hands and his finger nails where nasty. Also a black skinny girl with short hair smelled like she hadnt had a shower for years stinking! Is that even professional ? 3 of the emplotees where wearing regular street clothes including the manage. Wheres your mc donalds shirt you bumbs ? Called them about the 3 mc chickens that i ordered that smelled like balls and the meat inside was black and had wierd stuff on it! BLACK MCCHICKEN i guess is new on the menue ? I went to there branch and Told the manager about it he didnt seem to care and argued with me about returning my money. Made him return my money like the little B**** girl he is. He slammed the food in the garbage and stared at me. Told him EXACTLY! Thats where your food belongs. Try another branch dont go there trust me! All there employees should get fired
I wish I could give no stars rge mer# is 592136 of the worker she messed my whole order up I asked for two might kids meals 6 piece nuggets and my childern got 4 pieces I asked for a 10 piece and I got a 6 piece. Let alone she treated us all like animals in the car very disrespectful and wanted us to go up to the next window and she then was very disrespectful with everything will be the very last time I will ever go go there
Theres a manager there female that doesnt know what shes doing doesnt know how to satisfy his customers or improvise to make sure that a customer is satisfied so I will never visit this McDonald again I made a complaint to corporate office theyre supposed to be looking into it this girl is no older than 20 and shes a manager hows that possible you know she probably you know she dont even know how to wipe her ass right so McDonalds in this location needs to step up their game and make sure that every customer that walks through those doors leave a happy customer so they wont put up a remark like I just did so I will never ever visit this McDonalds again I could be starving and I will not eat here customer service sucks sucks sucks sucks sucks sucks sucks sucks sucks sucks they could do better
Terrible manager and terrible service! I overheard them say that the Coke machine was out of Coke but they still gave me the carbonated water instead of doing the right thing. When I tasted it and gave it back he then argued with me about it as if I didnt already over here Im saying that it was out.
Nice and pleasant staff, but the service was very slow, so slow the lady and her 2 kids Infront of me got there money back and left, when I finally got my food 15 min later that were no straws napkins or ketchup in the lobby the sad thing is they werent that busy only a handful of customers inside at the time.
They close the store early!!!! Drove by and it looks like they are closed. Call the store. Guy answers and says their closed. And they closed at 11:00. I tell him online It says they are open till 1:00am. Guy on phone says I mean we closed at 12:00 and ahhh 11:00 threw the week. I said sir it says online ur open till 1. Why would u be answering the phone 45 mins after close?!? He didn’t know what to say and just said sorry were closed. Wow. Great way to run a fast food spot!!!
Waited 20 minutes in the waiting spot number 1 just to have to go in and find out that my food have been given to someone else at the drive-up window and second or third driver window one of the people at the window complained that they were behind and that my food would be out soon but when I went in they had to remake everything because it hasnt given away to someone else...the kid that gave it away said nothing no apology just laughed it off no one said amything to him about his lack empathy or concern.

2022-06-21I would like to say the manager on duty on Monday June 20th around 5:00 p.m. was very helpful! Her staff however left a lot to be desired. We ordered two cheeseburgers and discovered part way home that we were given cheese sandwiches. A bit disappointing, but we try to be understanding people in the workforce, as we also work for a living. It does leave a bit to be desired when there are six people back in the kitchen and one of them cant put patties on a burger though. Still a great location and very friendly staff.

2022-05-27So glad we are visiting from out of town that we dont have to come here again! Worst example of management Ive seen yet, She was extremely rude..not only to us but to her fellow co-workers..telling them she hated working with them..right out in front of everyone! We had a pretty large order..that was commented on..the food was cold..all fries were cold..bigmac was short a meat patty..and filet-o-fish had double..found butter packets in the kids happy meals!?..and no sauces for the nuggets! Definitely not up to basic McDonalds standards..hope someone that can fix this problem reads this..something needs to change!

2022-07-23Never fails, items not right and items missing. How hard is it to make a double cheeseburger? I did not ask for anything special, but I got it with 1/2 a bottle of mustard on it. 🤢 And they forgot fries all together. I do not like the way its set up when you walk inside, because NOBODY will come out and talk to you. 😥

2022-06-13Consistently the worst McDonalds in all of the world! Even though I live 2 minutes from this location, I avoid it all costs! Terrible customer service, food is never correct, cold, undercooked, overcooked, or missing something! This morning my sausage egg and cheese McMuffin was missing a key component...the sausage!! How do you forget the main ingredient lol!! People working the drive thru never say thank you or even talk half the time, they look miserable and it shows! Wasting my time writing this review in the hopes that someone (ownership) sees this and makes a change!!

2022-08-14Restrooms were absolutely disgusting. I never wanted to just get out of a restroom quicker. Completely unsanitary and straight up neglected. I cant find a single reason to ever go back to this location again.

2022-07-16The split drive-thru is annoying got stuck on the inner lane and 10 cars went through the outer lane as I waited other then that my food and service was quick and my food was made hot and fresh. Just wish that drive was setup and ran better

2020-09-19Dont go here just went through drive thru got a quarter pounder cheese ketchup bacon only waited 5 minutes for fresh fries. Quarter pounder ended up not being as I ordered no big deal. Then I bite into my burger and its raw ended up having to microwave it. Tried calling 3 times no answer. Very disappointing. Also to note I added the mayo.

2019-03-22Very modern and well maintained facility. Fun lighted tables, three seats for kids to sit independantly with interactive entertainment screens. For adults there were two large ordering screens. This was my first time doing this and I must say it probably took me five times as long to order on this screen even with a staff helping me. Once I learn the confusing menu system, it will surely go faster.

2022-02-24Lately Ive been coming here a lot in the morning for a plain biscuit because McDonalds has the best. Whats wrong with that? Nothing, or so I thought. Every time I place this order with a certain cashier, she gets very rude and rolls her eyes at me when I say plain with no butter. I cant believe Im having to write this petty review over a biscuit but Im sick of this cashier rolling her eyes at me and changing to a rude attitude just because I want a biscuit. When I say thank you for the receipt she just stares at me with a mean look on her face. What the heck could I have possibly done to ruin this girls day by ordering a plain biscuit? She even went out of her way one time last week to ask me WHY I eat my biscuit plain. Judgement for a biscuit. At what point does someones reason for a food order become the cashiers business? My $2/day wont make a dent in your sales but you have lost my business because of her. I wonder how many other people avoid this location because of her? There was no cashier name on the receipt. I had order #45 on 2/24 at 9:33am. The cashier at that time is the one Im talking about.

2022-03-06Went there for my sons lunch and went thru the drive thru. Lady tells me hold on while the 2nd drive thru people are just moving on through. She comes on and I give her my code. She asked me to repeat it. I did and then she asked me to repeat it again and I did then repeat again and I did. All while I can hear them talking smack and giggling. Will not be back at this McDonald’s location. Horrible service
