Waited 23 minutes for 2 drinks at curbside pick-up. Then person bringing out the drinks asked if I was too lazy to just go in and order.
The steak bagel was so much better than Canton Ohio breakfast.
It is McDonalds and you get what you pay for well maybe you wont but I dont know who needs to read about McDonalds and find out about them .. its a successful burger franchise
I always have to have my sandwich made fresh because I cant eat catsup. They never complained, not once.
It was ok. Staff was super loud and arguing with each other in the back. Didnt have unsweetened tea and all sandwiches was covered in Mustard.
Finally Coshocton location is doing well. I think there was leadership issues before but that seems to the past. Food hot. Order correct except they put the equal in the Mrs tea after asked not to. Friendly at both windows. No smart as$ behavior at window. Keep it up.

Breakfast was okay itself but the amount of time we had at wait for each car in front of us was ridiculous. According to my location on Google maps we sat in line with only 2 cars ahead of us after we ordered for 23 minutes.

Just a normal McDonalds. But it is also by a Wendys, Taco Bell, Hotel, and a Motel. It also had fast service, but in a drive through they might mess up your order, but I would say it is a good quality fast food restaurant.

Got home (30mins away) and had only $30 worth of our order in the bags. Their jobs are easier than shoveling snow or breathing and takes no skill...zero skill and still manage to screw it up. Worst location in the history of fast food. Surprised they are still operating. Check your bags before leaving the drive-thru!
This is one of the worst McDonalds out there.. This McDonalds will fit to many sandwiches in a small bag.. sandwiches will be sideways in bag and the bag so full it wont close. Bag falls over food spills out......there is even a pic on bottom of most bags that explains how to pack sandwiches in it. Which they dont follow..........and Im not even gonna start on its also one of the slowest

Dining room us closed, due to lack of help. The drive thru workers were on it, though! Id never used the app before, and they were very helpful and patient. And quite fast.
My order has never been right from this location. On top of that, the workers are very rude. I would recommend making the drive to another McDonalds if you actually want what you order, or decent customer service for that matter.
It says any lane, any time, but only one lane open this time and took quite awhile to get through the line. Usually I would give 4 or 5 stars but not tonight. I dont know what the problem was and why only 1 lane.

I ordered a senior decaf coffee. I got out to my car and opened it and it was stone cold. I took it back in and they brewed a fresh pot, however, they didnt let all the water drain thru so it was way too strong to drink. Of course it was hot so I couldnt driki it for awhile. By the time I took a drink I was several miles down the road and couldnt take it back. I absolutely love McDonalds coffee, but not today.

Never again. During covid they would not take orders from truck drivers. 400 miles no food, water, or restroom. Wasted 15 minutes to stop here. No truck drivers. If youre a driver dont deliver to this place.

Best chicken nuggets Ive had since the early 80s. Not sure if it was a fluke and we happened to be in the right place, right time but clearly the oil was fresh and whoever was frying pulled them out at the perfect time. It shouldn’t be that hard to not mess up orders, and considering it took almost 20 minutes to get our food you should have checked our food enough to make sure it was correct. i do not recommend coming here at all. we ordered a bottle of water, and did not receive it, we ordered 3 bacon and cheese biscuits and they put eggs on it. and we ordered a sausage and CHEESE biscuit and they did not put cheese on it and i had to go back up to the front multiple times to get my order corrected. i work in fast food and an order shouldn’t have that many mess ups. it’s not hard to DO your job.

It was a good experience I am a fairly regular customer at McDonalds is all over the country due to the fact that theyre in truck stops and Im a truck driver. The majority of them have the worst employees with Z worst motivation being managed by somebody who usually cant even manage to put a clean shirt on but this one they did a good job fast friendly was a good value and I was in and I was out in my life thats at 10 so were going to give him five good job guys
Customer service is always good here, thus the 3 stars. As for the actual resteront. I went through the drivethrough looking to get a decent sized meal. They inform me that it is cash only. Understqndable I guess, but they didnt quote me my price at the drivethrough, and when it came time to pay, I was 10 cents short. This was after waiting in line for 15 minutes. Left with nothing. If they get their card readers working, this place is an easy 5 star, but not tonight.

Don’t travel through here often, I would rate my experience, an. ok. As the food wasn’t very fresh, but the employees were decently nice.If I pass through the area again and decide I want McDonalds, I may give it another go, I will update my review if things have changed.For a restaurant that serves “fast food” at such large quantities, you would expect more of it to be fresh, and bot sitting in a warmer all day. I really despise getting my fries or burger and it’s stale, or even cold, this is unacceptable for such a huge food chain.
What I expect of most McDonalds stores. Crew was friendly. My order was served correct. Cleanliness was a minor issue on this visit, as lobby and restroom needed attention. Love the decor dedicated to football and baseball greats!
Ordered double quarter deluxe. I received a single. Took it back. Took so long for replacement that my fries got cold so I ordered another large fry. Wouldnt have mind the wait if I got a nice new sandwich. Instead I got a cold raw sandwich. I took it back wanted my money back. While waiting on a manager to come up and give me money back I watched crew playing around. Putting stickers on other crew backs. Really! Then when the manager got there I told her what I seen. Then another manager in the kitchen popped her head out of the kitchen to tell me that if I want my meat done that I have to ask for it well done. Are you kidding me it is not a steak it is ground beef. It needs to be cooked all the way for food safety. I promise you that meat never hit 155°.
Apparently when you order a smoothie you have to wait in the drive thru line while they grow the fruit. They dont tell you this ahead of time so when you cant wait any longer (after sitting for 15 minutes in the number one spot in the drive thru line) and you must leave they cant refund the 3.19 that you spent on the smoothie without requiring you to go back and wait however long that may be. Long story short their smoothies might be the freshest around but unless you can wait the grow time I would recommend getting a soda or something.
Excessive wait time for service and order delivery. My to-go order required silverware which they did not provide. They told me everything was in the bag and I was ready to go. A few miles down the road I discovered they did not include silverware which is a significant inconvenience.Food quality was acceptable. I would not suggest going here if youre in a hurry.
Didnt accept the promo we had. Spoke to 3 different workers. Manager was sassy. Sweet tea was not sweet and didnt give in right cup. Watched worker wipe nose on arm then gave us our food. Gross
Typical fast food. Nothing fancy. Its newer looking. With parking for tractor trailers. The place seems to be clean and runs well with the staffing. In fact this location is one of the few that Ive been to that actually gets your order correct the 1st time around. Staff are friendly. They have a table service. And self order kiosk. They only thing i dont like about this location is that they put there cups out where customers can take them their selves. Just seems a little unsanitary for my taste.

Went through the drive through, last at the window didnt close the bag. I went to grab it and she let go. I almost lost all the food. Then get about 5 minutes away and realize, there is no straws, and all the food was wrong. Except the fries. Seriously. It wasnt a difficult order. No cheese! Not that hard. How do you people have a job?! So sick of paying for food that is wrong or crappy. I work hard for my money. Im sorry I wasted on going to this restaurant.

Went at the height of lunch hour. Friendly service, very clean. Food was fresh and good!! They actually brought my food to my table in a basket instead of in a cardboard container. Reminded me if how burger joints use to be in the 70s. Probably the best McDonalds Ive been to in the past decade. If they were all like this Id go to them more often.
I rarely leave reviews but Im local. Not once. Not twice. Not three times. Many times they have told me to pull up, then never served me. This time I went in, asked them about it, they said they would have it in a minute, and still never served me. Eventually i left. I have wasted 20+ dollars and hours of time here since i moved to newcomerstown and this is calling it quits.
You would think that all McDonalds are the same but I have found that there are differences in the food served. I have been to McDonalds where their big Mac is more like a white Castle slider. This McDonalds is a good one. Very clean, great food and most of all, friendly staff.

Its McDonalds. Really nothing special to tell. Went thru the drive thru and got breakfast. Time was reasonable.
Lines werent too long. Got my food quickly and the order was correct. Staff were very cordial.
Its clean. There are four kiosks where you can order your food yourself, including customized orders, and you can pay there too. But I waited a full five minutes to get my food and it wasnt that busy.
Not sure why the counter closes at 7pm? Inconvenient for the professional drivers who cant pass thru the drive-up. Appreciate the parking area though.
While traveling through, we decided to stop for something to eat and while it was late we were happy to see McDonalds was open. But then after waiting in the drive-thru for 26 minutes that quickly made us not so happy. My order was not on the menu for late nights (bacon, egg and cheese biscuit) (fine whatever) so they used a mcmuffin . I was charged for bacon and got 4 slices of ham instead. We were already back on the road at this point so no point in going back to complain.
A zero would be an accurate score. Wait 9-1/2 minutes for 2 MENU items to get the wrong bag of food and wait 6 more minutes so that the fries are cold and greasy? Brilliant! This place truly CAN get worse. Unvelieveable! Wheres Corky?Smdh

This place was so rude not able to accept my mobile coupon because the scanner wouldnt work, all the manager had to do was promo the item off and I clearly had the code handy to have typed for the discount, but they yelled at me for holding up the line. Told me, too bad but heres the total! Worst attitude from anyone yet. Also they screwed up my order on top of it all..and Im certain that was intentional.
Terrible terrible. Ordered big breakfast with hot cakes thru drive thru. Got down road and eggs only warm. Hash Brown basically burnt hard and extra crispy. And hot cakes were yeah horrible still frozen. Yeah I fed wild life this breakfast. Definitely wont be stopping here again -(

I have stopped at this McDonalds everyday for about a year for breakfast. If they dont forget an actual food product from your meal you absolutely wont receive your straw. If you do receive a straw you will have actually infact received the vehicle behind you in lines order instead. You will get your hash brown about 2/3 of the time. Also God forbid you want a mocha for every 3 days it works its broken another 15. I do recommend coming here but only if you always have an extra 15-30 minutes to wait for the corrections to the meal they are going to absolutely make errors on. Side note dont call cooperate they are just gonna have a local lady call you ask questions do nothing about what you say, then send you coupons so they can mess up your free meals too.
Drive thru has shorted me the last two times Ive been there. This used to be the best McDonalds for getting your order right...not anymore! Must be new management! Recommend getting a receipt and check your order before leaving!

There is only one cash register and a bunch of kiosk booths to order from. There is a long wait to get your food and you must pay attention to your number. The bathroom was nice and clean.
The service here was really good they serve me pretty quick my French fries were nice and hot I recommend this McDonalds for anyone who wants to come to get a bite to eat. This McDonalds has truck parking. ((((But no overnight restrooms McDonalds lobby close at a certain time)))

To start we came in pretty late but still.... My wife and I were on the search for a toy for my daughter for Christmas and on our way home stopped for a burger I order a crispy chicken sandwich the woman replies after midnight we do not arrive crispy chicken, milkshakes, biscuits, fish, ice cream as well as other items. McDonalds do not advertise people can get things all day if they really cant. We we did get was soggy stale fries but the burger was fresh and best Ive had in years.

Great place for a Saturday mornings breakfast with a friend, Very clean in the lobby and restrooms. All the employees seemed chearful and upbeat and food was fresh and hot. Plan to visit again next time I passing through.
Im not a fan of Macdonalds. The food is only just barley worthy of being called food. When a meal is bought at Macdonalds more though goes into how quickly the meal can be served than into the nutritional value or the taste.The money spent here leaves the community to pay for national advertising and to build more franchises and put more locally owned and operated eateries out of business.
We live in Columbus was visiting Newcomerstown & decided to go dine in at this McDonalds. Sat down and realized there was dozens of flys. We had flys all over our food, was disgusting. We had to throw the rest of our food away because flys were so bad that they were landing all over our food and us. I approached the manager about the situation & her reply was oh we know there really bad we have someone coming out to take care of the problem we could hear other people complaining & talking saying boy do they have an extreme fly problem. Makes me wonder if they had flys and bugs back where they prepare the food! The whole inside dining area & bathroom were covered with flys. Hundreds of them! Not even a simple Im sorry you had to experience this at our restaurant. Never again will I eat there! Completly filth! Bathrooms were even nasty.

My sausage egg mcmuffin was done exactly right,,, egg was fully cooked, muffin was toasted and buttered.. you have deff started me off the right way today... its been a few months since Ive ate at a McDonalds cause the food usually gross... but today was very good... Im officially a WENDYS fan. Wont be ever stopping at this McDonalds again. When you have 3 employees standing around to direct you on how to place your order from the SELF ORDERING contraption and there is 5-6 other employees along with a manager seeing that you are standing in line to PLACE your order (the old fashioned way) then i have an issue. First of all some of us still do use the almighty dollar to make purchases. Secondly i work at a local hospital and if when patients come into the ER and I stood around looking at them and not helping or directling them I would not have my job for long. I feel this experience lies heavily at the managers feet seeing as how he was there to see this whole ordeal. So no.... the next time Im passing thru this way I will be stopping across the road to WENDYS.

This Macdonald’s is NOT open 24 hours. And they should be forced to change their advertising because people depend on a 24 hour Macdonalds to get coffee before work. You can never tell if they will be open or not
The manager Linda Russell was in the food line making burgers not thinking anyone was watching. And I watched her slide a piece of cheese across her arm showed the guy next to her all he did was shake his head and proceeded to place it onto a burger Im not from around here I just wanted to let you know what Linda Russell is all about when shes at work.
Everything was hot and fresh and the cashier was friendly. They should get rid of Fox News and put a neutral show on the TV, though. Perhaps the weather Channel or HGTV.

Bathrooms and dining area are in poor condition. Front counter had trash on it, in employee sight. Could not find their rating. Outside play area was in good condition compared to the rest of the facility.

The food is good everytime. Can be very slow in the early morning hours. It took 12 minutes in the drive through from the time I ordered to the time I got my food.

Over priced . Fish fillet and a large chocolate shake almost eight bucks. Only place to grab a quick bite only reason I stopped.

Its faster to go in, which is bizarre to think about, the stereotype of their ice cream machine always being down is comically true at this location, and they stop taking cards at about 8pm.

This is a newly renovated store,nice but the noise level inside is too much.good idea for the ordering kiosks.

This place left alot to be desired. The food was burnt, the service was super slow and we were the only ones in line.
Took twenty minutes to get two burgers and 2 medium fries. they skipped our order multiple times giving other customers their food first.
Apparently without meat is a difficult concept to grasp. Having to wait for your order a second time when you need to be getting back on the road is a bummer.
A late night on the 4hr ride back home, the mix and match $5 offer really hit the spot and added fuel for the rest of the ride home.
I had to use the restroom. No customers were wearing their masks. The people dont care.
Well the girl over the drive through speaker took a judgmental tone when I ordered 8 mcchickens and mcdoubles for myself but 5 stars regardless.
My grandson and I stopped on the way back to Akron OH and he said that McDs is better than ours!

Drive through was very very slow did not give me all my order messed up on my order when they finally did get it did not give a receipt had to wait for another one to be printed out on because they lost it on the bright side they were very friendly
Not good. The wait was to long. Maybe because they were waiting on tables. Not a good idea! Get back to getting the food out in a timely fashion.
I have traveled the country and this McDonalds is fast and accurate. They are currently remodeling and right on US 36. Staff is experienced and courteous.

The shake machine blew up, there was shamrock juice everywhere. Luckily they have a backup machine. This is place is awesome!
Waited 25 minutes to even get to the order screen.... I was only that second in line!! The line was just not moving!

Well i mean the service was good but, the cleaning job was terrible and when your cookers are cooking, tell them to wear a hair net and gloves cause I had hair in my big mac.

O dont feel u have to comment on the Donalds u know what ur getting before u go but u go anyways based on how much u have and what else is close of ether one of those ideas goes south ur at McDonalds saying mmmm but ur like Ill settle
They have a hard time keeping up with the lunch rush but the food is hot and tasty when you get it.

2022-05-08Chicken sandwich only came with pickles and the bun. If you choke easily stay away from this sandwich, beyond dry. And even if you are wanting ranch for the kids nuggets, well grape jam it is. Sweet tea was really good though.

2022-05-16I have stopped here in the past with no problems. But my last visit on May 13th, I ordered a quarter pounder and within 2 hrs, I became very ill, vomiting and diarrhea I would have called them but I was too sick and I had no idea what town it was. That was the first time I have ever gotten sick on fast food, but thought you should know. That was the only thing I ate all day so I know it had to be the burger

2022-05-16This use to be a very well ran McDonalds. Im not sure what happened over the last year or 2. Unfortunately its now 1 of the worst ran McDonalds Ive ever been to. The last time I was there, they put 3 orders of fries in upside down. And no they didnt spill they were actually put in upside down, I looked in the bag before pulling away, and all of ours fries were stuck in the bag upside down. The time before that I was in the drive thru line just at 15min before I got to the 2nd window. Pulled up to the 2nd window, and waited another 5min. I thought they were making my food, so no big deal. Nope they werent. My food had been sitting at the window the entire time, and who knows how long before that, because it was almost room temperature. Unfortunately thats all pretty normal stuff there these days. I mentioned to 1 of the workers that had been there for years while she was outside smoking, and she said sorry Im on my my smoke break. I tried calling in, and no one even bothered answering. Again this use to be 1 of the best ran McDonalds.

2021-11-07Very upset. Went thru the drive thru 20 min ago. Waited 10 minutes for a McRib light on the sauce and heavy on the onions with large fry. With the time we waited I expected a hot sandwich and fries. The employee that came out first gave my meal to a person behind us. He brought it back within a minute.The McRib was slathered in sauce and actually cold. The fries were pruned up from obviously having been sitting around a long time. Thats the last straw with Mcdonalds. Yuck. Never again! This is all I could eat. Disgusting. Pulled over to throw it out. 😡😡😡😡
