Im not happy how in-personal McDonalds is becoming. No customer service anymore. It looks like something from the future and doesnt have the McDonalds feel to it. The meat is so much smaller on the sandwiches and the fish sandwich is pittyful. More like a bun with something in the middle thats always hard as a rock (so called fish) and tarter sauce. Those used to be sooo good. What happened. I probably wont be going to McDonalds much anymore. Its not McDonalds anymore😪
Move on the the next McDonalds you find, this one has SLOW service. I have stopped several times and its about 10min to get an egg McMuffin each time.
Had double cheese burger and this McDonalds cooked it correctly. Was hot, juicy and fresh. Hadnt had a good one un many many years
We ordered from the kiosk, and they forgot to give us the water! We only noticed when we were on the road.

This is the second time Ive been to this McDonalds, 6 months apart. WHAT IS THE HOLD UP? Over 20 minutes wait both times. The restaurant was completely empty this time and I thought last time had to be a fluke. I guess not. If I had time to wait I would have gone to a sit down restaurant. Dont waste your time here. Also, all of their speakers are blown out so while youre waiting you have to listen to that. No thanks. Never making this mistake again.
We waited 5 min right next to the pick up window for our food while the girl spent her time cleaning the counter. The food was ready the whole time sitting in plain sight, I thought maybe she was waiting for part of the order but nope, she just wanted to make us wait. Last time we go there. If thats how they treat there customers how can we trust the quality of the food?

It’s or hit or miss, don’t know if they are short staffed, but waiting 30 minutes for food sit it for me. Let alone watching management interact with staff making them feel crumby isn’t the way either, 7 people ordered after me and already left still here waiting, only ordered hot cakes. Order days cleared and served on the board but haven’t gotten my food. Just got my food after 45 minutes. The attitudes are awful Gave me 2 free hash browns for the wait how lucky

Ordered ahead. Sat in the pick up spot for a total of 25 minutes... No food. Tried calling, no answer. Tried to go inside, doors are locked. Line was 10 cars deep, otherwise we would have gone through the drive thru. This is like the 3rd time this has happened.
Love the way they make there iced coffee!
Generally has good flow, both in the dining room and drive-thru. This location has not perfected the double drive-thru, however.Last visit they had the correct order at the first window but wrong food at the second. Once the bags were straightened out and after leaving, we discovered the wrong drink was given. This is about par for this location.

We my daughter in law and myself only stopped by there so we could get our frappes! The staff is usually very nice and moving to get things done, but sometimes it doesnt work out like that way. I just love the Mocha Frappes,

This McDs has improved. It has repeatedly given me wrong orders in the past. But, my recent visit was better. Their mcflurries are better here than in vermilion. Staff at window wasnt very friendly on this specific day. Not rude, just not cheery.
Slow drive thru, cold food when received. Ask for no pickles or onions and received no cheese. As someone who works in the food industry I can pretty understanding, but it’s not that hard to remember cheese.
Left because they tried to charge almost $32 for my food when I can get the exact same order at the vermilion location near my home for less than $19. Plus the person taking orders at the drive thru was rude like me placing an order was bothering her.

The food is always terrible. All the food was ice cold and when I sent it back and asked for fresh food it was obvious that they just reheated the food and the French fries were still cold!The first time I went the burgers were so greasy the boxes were stained with grease a lot of it. I went to the McDonalds down the street and they replaced all the food and gave us free iced tea.Do not go here to eat.

I ordered a number 9,3 cheese burgers, 3 small fries, big Mac, fish fillet and a medium fry and EVERYTHING WAS COLD. As a chef I can tell you that I will never be going to this McDonalds EVER again. When I called they told me to bring everything back and I told the person who I spoke with that I live at least 10 minutes away and wasnt able to do a return trip tonight and was told theres nothing they could do about this issue most places will take your name and allow you to come in the next day they offered no such compromise. As a chef and food critique I will tell you for your money DONT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS!!!!! Also if this review was able to receive NO stars it would from my family and I.
This is the 3rd time my chicken sandwich came on a burnt bun.
Im waiting for 15 minutes for our order We asked for fresh dropped chicken nuggets and when we went to eat them they were not even hot very upsetting. They do have a deal right now going on buy one sandwich and get or chicken nuggets 10-piece and get one for a dollar I should have just spent the $16 somewhere else.
The staff is very nice the restaurant is a very clean they shut down the play area because of covid but other than that food always comes out neat. This location definitely works faster than Amherst or Elyria. Ive never had cold fries here. They dont skimp out on the fries either
Worst mcdonalds in lorain county. Dirty looking employees. There can be only 1 car in the drive thru and you will still have to wait around 20 minutes for your food. This mcdonalds is privately owned and it shows. No pride in their work at all. Very rude and lazy

Slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. My breakfast sandwich was good. I didnt wait as long as others. I got my sandwich before a family that said they had been waiting 26 minutes so far. Another lady demanded a refund for her long wait. I probably waited between 10-15 minutes for my one sandwich
Quick and yum for quick bite. I would recommend getting a filet o fish, a big mac, a side of fries with sweet and sour sauce and put it all together to make jack blacks jablinski surf and turf. Its super good
Food had been sitting for a while. They are just not the same any more. Its also normal to not getting all ya ordered and you have to go in and get it.
Food is overpriced but ok. They cant get an order correct when you go through the drive thru.
Got there at 10:15 am my 2 year old wanted fries they refused us and made us wait. Then when we were allowed to order them it took them 10 minutes to get them, the guy at the cash register was a complete idiot. The female manager was nice she gave my daughter a toy. But Id never go back to that.location.

Ive been to this particular McDonalds plenty. At all times of the day. It is clean and the only food in the vicinity. Some staff are great, others not so much. There is always a wait for my food and its usually just slapped together. The fries are generally good, If it werent for that I might just skip lunch entirely.
This is a good McDonald’s with good food. I have come here several times to have a McFlurry and have been satisfied each time. Whenever I come here, the drive thru line always goes by quickly, and the staff are always nice. The McFlurries from here always taste good, which I really appreciate.

My lowest review on a place ever. Normally my reviews are always 5s maybe 4s, but this is an exception. This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s in all of Ohio. The bathrooms are nasty, and smell pretty bad. Service through the drive-thru or inside is at least 20 minutes. When I went there were about 15 people waiting for their food inside. Everyone who got their orders while I was in there, had to go back up to the counter, because they had forgot something, or they didn’t have the right items. Drinks are separate from the order, and the food wasn’t terrible, just cold. If you are ever traveling in the area, I highly recommend that you do NOT come to this location. Very disappointed!
I come here quite seldomly and for good reason, every time I do come here its a bad experience. This last time the clerk at the pay window was rude when Taking my money and when she gave me my change she literally murmured what I can only guess was have a nice day. This McDonalds is consistently poor quality of service and food. Wont be coming back here. Save yourself and take another exit, either rt 58 or 57 both have way more food choices at better quality and service

Extremely dirty and yes teenagers that should be in school not working. That being said kids dont have a clue. You get an order that isnt even yours. Food is cold and never taste fresh. Typical McDonalds experience!
I am not sure why I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru, but it is unacceptable either way. I spent 15 minutes waiting and another 5 mins waiting at the window for my cheese burger, medium fries and large Coke. Why my food wasnt done after all that waiting is just amazing to me. And the workers just moved like Sloths. People do have things to do like get to work or get to their 8pm class. At least my fries were fresh though. ^_^
Sad that this was my quarter pounder deluxe and my husbands artisan chicken sandwich was so cold and dry it was basically jerky! 👎
I was at this location for a meeting, so I was there a while. They were busy but in the time I was there no one came out to the dinning area to clean which was a mess. Food and cups on tables. People left as there was no where to sit. I asked for a towel so o could clean an area for us. The drink station needed some big attention.
Last night I got in the drive thru line right around 9:50. Im 6th or 7th in line. I finally get to the order box. I wait another minute or two, and a woman says thanks for stopping at mcdonalds but were closed. I look at the clock and its 10:00 on the dot. I didnt know they closed at 10. I was the last one in line. They should of had an employee stop the line from building after a certain point. Ya know, estimate how many cars they could serve before closing time, like most places do. Why are they closing at 10 on a Saturday night anyways?
Its hit or miss so I got to be honest with you the ice cream machines always down Ive never had problems with the food but I go there and get the same thing every time and thats a cheeseburger with an ice cream cone and they tell me they dont have ice cream half the time I cant really give a good rating. and the only reason why ,,,, THIS PARTICULAR McDonalds got three stars is because their EMPLOYEES are FRIENDLY...

Was there today. Didnt receive the toy in the happy meal or the apples. The fruit punch had run out and luckily we noticed it was just pink water, they did swap that out. Prior visit they didnt put a quarter pounder in our order. Was in the drive through for 26 minutes for a less than $10 order.

Terrible, worst McDonalds in lorian. first of all we went there twice and they didnt get it right. if I went a third time I wouldve been cursing. I ordered 1 largd iced Carmel coffee with extra carmel and an espresso shot. and 3 sausage biscuits. for the second order I had another large carmel iced coffee add espresso extra caramel and a regular hot coffee 4 cream 4 sugar add espresso add Carmel. they never put Carmel in any of my coffee and the hot coffee is missing espresso. the manager had am attitude. and the damn biscuits were e hard as a rock. how they got hard biscuits and cold sausage at 8:30am.
Waited about 20 mins in the drive thru for them to give me the wrong food. You would think after waiting that long it would at least be fresh and warm. It was not. I ordered a Big Mac and they gave me chicken McNuggets. This place needs some serious help. This happens too often at this location.

Worst service ever, it took over 20 minutes to get our order and that was from the time we paid. I understand this can happen but at least say sorry about the wait and our fries was not hot. Never again
They make mistakes but they do good to correct them. I ordered a #6 (10 pc. Mcnuggets w/fries and a soft drink) and a soft serve icecream cone (yes their icecream machine works).The Mcnuggets were okay. You could tell that they had been sitting out for a while because they were dry and deflated looking. The fries were room temperature and you could tell by the overwhelming taste of reheated grease. The soft drink was filled up to the top but they put a little too much because the closer you got the bottom the more it immediately tasted like water. I ordered a Sprite, so by the end of my drink I was drinking seltzer water. The icecream was definitely good though. I ordered it for my twins and they loved it 😂😊💕

Had to pull up and wait in line number 1 while waiting lane 2 is filled, after about 5 min mcworker comes out and delivers to lane 2 he dont check his order n leave few min later lane 1 us gets food lane 2s food. Had to go in and get our food, offered an apple pie! Keep your 10 cent pie Id rather u spend time hiring people who know 1 comes before 2!
Takes forever to order your food, theyre probably understaffed. Privately owned, and proces here are 10-15% more expensive, and some deals or specials that the company runs dont actually get to this McDonalds. I come here a lot since its the closest food place to walk to, and I never have enjoyed myself. The quality is off, even for a McDonalds, staff is usually very passive aggressive unless youre a friend of theirs. And the music is way too loud inside the dining room. Cant even have a conversation. Further more, the drinks are seperately priced from their mewls, so just treat everything as if its actually a dollar more. Go somewhere else to eat. I would actually prefer to walk an extra hour to go to another McDonalds than this one.
Food: Is tasty, is freshly cooked 10% of the time and is very well done.Staff: Is somewhat forgetful and can be a tad unfocused but each worker is always very welcoming, friendly and attentive to get your order placed correctly and dispatched correctly. They are also very knowldgeable with the on app coupons, which is very convenient and helpful.Drive-thru equipment: The speaker constantly gives out and has static that makes it difficult for worker and customer to hear each other clearly. Since the food is freshly cook a good portion of the time, the wait to recivieve your order can take up to 10 minutes. Which is not conveniently pleasing.Location: It is easy to notice from both avenues that surround it. Parking is free and comfortable, even though the drive around for the drive-thru is somewhat awkward, uncomfortable and annoying.Inside cleanliness: Bathrooms are always clean with toilet paper, the doors for the two stalls are a bit uncomfortable to open but they work and provide complete privacy. Lighting inside is somewhat dim and not very pleasing. The water is always cold and they do not have a paper dispenser so dry your hands.

The workers are pleasant enough but REALLY wait on one customer at a time when others are in line inside?? The drive thru had to have at least 10 cars or MORE in it when I left....slow service and food came out just warm.
Went thru a very busy drive thru at 6:40 am on a Thursday and it took over 20 minutes. It was ridiculously slow. Even when we asked for cream and sugar, there was no urgency to find it and bring it to the window. Didnt expect to waste that much time in line.
Parked me to wait for my order. 10 minutes later I call them. They tell me they had no idea I was even parked. Come on communication with your co-workers is key in the service industry
Always messing up on your food
Went to the drive-thru around 8:00 p.m. on a Friday night. The line didnt move at all. I was in line total over 7 minutes! All I ordered was a sausage biscuit. There were no napkins in the bag.First of all, as someone who used to be a McDonalds manager, they should have had cars pull forward that were waiting on food instead of staying in line holding everyone else up.Second, napkins should ALWAYS be placed in a drive-thru order. Its not like I was eating inside the restaurant.I hope that management will take these recommendations to heart.

This branch is terrible. Slowest branch Ive been to ever, wouldnt consider this place to be fast food. Its not like theyre being slower to be sure the food is made right either. They have messed it up half of the time. Its not like I have made any complicating orders either.

Im disappointed. Not sure if the cashier was new or a little slow, but her trainer was really rude to her in front of us all. It was the lunch hour, so its going to be busy. Seemed like she took her frustrations out on the cashier. Probably wont ever go back because of that...
The change in the menu over the past 2 years has been good. McDonalds trying to move towards more healthier foods is definitely a plus. As always kids and grandkids always just love the great to get a quick sandwich when youre in a hurry especially. Love the drive-thrus. Plenty of parking, also handicap parking and accessibility is good. Place is well maintained to McDonalds a standards cleanliness. There is shopping in the nearby area. Very easy to spot from the road. Quick access to major highway.

Went there to pick up a delivery and the person I talked with didnt tell the inside workers I was there and I had to wait for an extra 5 minutes before my order was delivered.
Went there as I always do seeing how I work a desk job, service has vastly improved since my last review however employees have not. Makaylena had a attitude with her eyes rolling and everything. I placed three separate small orders for three different people and as soon as I told her I had multiple orders her eyes began rolling. Next she tells me We dont do all day breakfast it was 11:03 AM yes however its advertised all over that its ALL DAY. Then as shes gathering my orders shes reaching in and out of bags and asking me if I ordered things I did not order such as egg white delights and what not. Shes reaching in and out of multiple bags confusing herself when the order is on the screens in front of her. Look I get it your probably new and not as up to par with everything yet. I can excuse all of that except the attitude and way you were handling mine and my co-workers food. Overall food was hot and yummy but service sucked at that point. In my eyes friendly customer service is THE MOST IMPORTANT PART. 2/5 *

Well when calling to Fox the problem I was informed they need the food and. Receipt...and since it was for all of us we had already gotten I to the food and started eating...well I guess I will never go there again considering instead of paying attention the window workers wanted to conversate! Ill take my business elsewhere from now on.
Wrong drink, forgot the nuts for sunday, spoon wrappers were covered in carmel, barely gave me any hot fudge on ice cream. If the guy at window was as good and nice as the girl at register it probably would of been better review.

Stopped as I was rushed. Ordered a fresh ground burger. So much pepper like seasoning on it, I couldnt tell if it was fresh or a frozen patty. Not a fan of the order kiosk either.
This location is great at getting the orders right it does happen to be really slow though. It is normally busy at the drivethru. I constantly see lines wrapping around the building going out to the street.
Never been so mistreated by a manager . Tried to get food that we paid for and the manager didnt want to give it us. Ask to speak with her manager and she refused to let me speak with him or her.

Went thru the drive thru, 2 out of the 3 sandwiches I ordered were wrong(no special modifications), the third was not even edible. Called the restaurant, the response was , oh did they ring you up wrong? I explained that I was rang up properly, and paid over $10 for food we couldnt eat. Next response was, oh, ok. Very very very very displeasead with this restaraunt. To start i simply purchased a happy meal for my child. Got all the way home she opens the box which contains two happysize fries and a box of mayonaise. Litterally full of it. I travel all the way back to the mcds only to not be greeted by the upmost rudest leaders in management i have ever encountered. Because i asked for more information about the owner and uppers the police was called on Me. As if i made the mistake. Grant it i have 6mins of video footage showing how they treated me there. I would not reccomend anyone to this location. If the managers can act like that imagine what they allow there crew to do with your food.(obviously contrary to this situation) i contacted corporate and filed a complaint. It is privately owned by Dave Stiles. Id really hope to hear from him because i got a very dusturbing video to show of the managers you leave in charge of the publics food/health would have rated a zero but thenni wouldnt be able to leave this. First and last time I ever go in into the McDonalds.I am a truck driver. And as driver. Your wheels must turn. I picked up a chicken sandwich, fries, drink and a set of apple pies.The chicken was burnt and more then half the size of the bun. Asked for bacon and cheese on it. Never got what I paid for. The fries had enough salt to leave you dry for days. And the apple pies where nothing but hard crust. Had to dispose of it all except for the soda.PS, dont drink the Ice tea. They had a girl carrying it, in an open bucket from the back storage. I could see sweat falling into it as she almost dropped it. I rate this place a 0-5
I have gotten undercooked chicken twice from this location, somehow my order is always incorrect or missing something and everytime I get sweet tea its either bad as in been sitting out way too long for human consumption.... I dont post reviews because I dont care that much but Im fed up with getting undercooked chicken on my way home from work the only meal I get to have throughout the day

This place is never open at 5am. Several times Ive drove through at 10 after and the manager is just getting there. Also, several mistakes with my orders. Needs new management.

I ordered 4 special order cheeseburgers which were right. The other 2 I ordered were horrible and uneatable. There were so many onions on them that the bun was grossly soggy and tasted horrible. Complete waste of money.

Visit here alot, sometimes get asked for money in the parking lot, managers act like they care about it but dont do anything that Ive noticed... even had people walk up to the car while in the drive thru... so lock the doors.
Messed up the order in the drive thru. Had to pull back around and go in to get it corrected. No great concern by personnel that they had messed up the order. Poor service.
Cashier was really nice. Food not as good. Fries were basically old and cold. But not a horrible experience.
That Mc Donalds was dirty, they forgot about our food, we waited and waited until finally we had to go back up to counter to get it, this is the worse Mc Donalds we have ever been to, their bathrooms very dirty,
Its one of the worst McDonalds in Lorain county the funny part is its brand new the building that is, they always shut down their ice cream machine early never ever they fully staffed and this is the first Ive ever given any establishment 1 * and Ive been a tour guide for Google that is for about 4 years now I cant find one good thing to say about the place even my ice cream cone was messed up today how do you mess up an ice cream cone Ill tell you how didnt seem to employees how to fill the cones properly theres no ice cream in the middle but thats the least of my worries at that McDonalds, not litter again over the shame because I drive past it every day to pick up my kids
Was told they do not serve bagels till 4 am ...was dissatisfied because I have gone there 3 times after 3am and have gotten them ..the second to last visit o had to drive back because my bagels were burnt the next visit I was told they do not serve bagels till 4am
I wrote a review 4 months ago given this eatery a minus one. Things have change when I went back this week....customer service and food have greatly improve for the better....keep up the good work
Kind of a hit or miss with this place. Can either be very efficient with quick service or be so extremely slow. Dont know if its management thats the issue or what.
Service was quick even during lunch hour. Staff member assisted ordering out with customers. Clean.
I ordered 3 quarter pounder meals whose patties were all pink. I will never waste my money at this fast food resturaunt again.

I dont understand the purpose of two drive thrus when you wait even longer... by the time you wait for a cup of coffee, you could have brewed a whole pot or two at home.

2022-06-21Bathrooms were filthy, no toilet paper available and had not been checked at all that day on the sign sheet.The front of the store was also fairly unclean.Staff were not attentive when first attempting to order, took a few minutes before finally taking order.Must have been short staffed that day, but ruined the experience for me.

2021-08-13Typical McDonalds located right off the highway.EDIT; They remodeled and it it very nice inside!BUT! I have dropped my review by one star because they play nothing but country music inside. Please, at least, give your playlist some variety. I will fix my review upon these changes.Double Edit; its been months and they still only play country. Send help. Make it stop. Dropping review another star. Will change once the country music stops.Third edit; THEY HAVE CHANGED THE MUSIC! Thank the Lord Jesus art it heaven. Its a miracle. Adding 1 star back for this momentous occasion! I will add another star back if the music is still not country on my next visit!Food is still good.

2022-06-26Ordered three different sandwiches and all of the buns were burnt! The mayo on the chicken sandwich was on one corner of the sandwich and down the side of the burnt bun, same thing with the tarter sauce on the fish sandwich. The French fries were undercooked as well. All this and rude personnel.

2022-01-31I do not often leave reviews. I was hungry and I don’t eat a lot of fast food. I stopped at this McDonald’s, and the food was picture perfect. It looked like it was assembled with Care and it was so fresh including the fries. The workers there were upbeat and engaging. Thank you for all you do I appreciate you!

2022-02-23Went to the one on Leavitt today. Sandwich was cold and not made right and they forgot to put my fries in my order. I was on my way to work so didnt have time to go back. Never really have a problem there when I go so it must of been an off day for them or new workers

2022-03-08Extremely rude morning manager today. Trying to understand where the pro rated price is when I get a large iced coffee with my meal and she literally gives attitude the whole time and stomps away yelling I cant deal with people today. You better change industries then.

2022-05-30My experience at this McDonalds was horrible.. nobody talks to anybody anymore its so impersonal.. you have to use a kiosk that doesnt work right to make your order and then I still had to wait 20 minutes for my food.... Im done with fast food restaurants....💯💩👎👎
