As Ive posted before Ill still say this location has improved a lot with the efficiency of the staffing. Im not a big fan of the kiosks and the fact that its a pain to adjust or customize an item. On my visit today the kiosk wouldnt allow me to use any deals from the app even though I was signed in. Whats the purpose of having a rewards account for customers if it doesnt work properly?
Terrible service. I was not spoken too while given my drinks or food via drive thru. The lady handed me the bag and shut the window. I wasn’t sure if that was everything so I waited. She opened the window and didn’t say a word just stared? I asked if that completed my order since she didn’t say anything? She said it was so I checked the bag and told her that the fish sandwich wasn’t in there. She asked if we were sure it wasn’t in the bottom of the bag so we took our order out to show her it wasn’t. She closed h the window and came back a few minutes later and handed it to me. When paying for a service, customer service is appreciated. When getting paid too due a job, customer service should also be expected out of employees. A picture of the sand which I received is posted in the photos...
I have been going to this drive thru almost everyday for the past week and Everytime I do my small fry is extremely small like the kids fry. The crew people are not very friendly at all. They do not greet you at the speaker only to say can I take your order. Then by the time you get to the food window they are not friendly either.
This store has problems almost as bad as market street McDonald’s in Lima. My family and I went here recently and ordered two big Macs and three happy meals. Everything was fine we paid for our food, and waited. When they went to hand us our food they said they were out of lettuce, we had already paid, they said have a good day and shut drive thru door. There was a line, and I didn’t want to be rude and hold people up. I got home and called them and asked to speak with a manager, I spoke with the manager. She was extremely rude and offered no solution. 👎🏻
I called them to let them know that I didnt get my other sandwich. They hung up on me and for that I will not be going to that McDonalds every again. They have attitudes and the service there is poor and overly rated. It needs a overhaul in attitude adjustments. I wouldnt give them 1 star if i could rate them no stars.
It took several minutes to get my order in. After ordering value meals they rang everything up separate causing the order to be significantly more. They forgot 3 of the 5 drinks and was extremely rude because I had to keep correcting them to get what I paid for.They made me drive around and wait in longer 2 extra times to correct my order. I was there for over 25 min just ordering. Im more then understanding of mistakes but to treat a customer with so much indecency because I just wanted what I paid for is unacceptable. I remained as polite as I could but if I was able to I would rate this store in the negatives.
This used to be the McDonalds Id go to knowing the things in ordered would be good and no issues. The last three times Ive went there, they are always missing something. Yesterday I went there and they forget to give me the happy meal I ordered. I get home and realize it and call. Their response was Yeah its here. I told them Id be driving back to get it and they said ok and hung up. No sorry or anything. I then had to wait in line again to tell them I was here for it and that was about 15 minutes before I got up there and of course, no sorry or anything. Im over them at this point. Dont recommend.
I have been going here for a couple years work next door but it never fails my order is always wrong. Today I am on short lunches being an essential employee only getting 30 minutes. I ordered my food a sandwich with just cheese and a coke. Had to correct at pay window it was with just cheese which they did correct. Got to the window for them to give the food and drink I was asked to move forward because my order was incorrect which I was fine with. 10-15 minutes later my food is brought to my car I grab and rush back to work planning to eat at my desk as I work and my meal is wrong still. Looks like they took the new print ticket for the correct sandwich and place it on the original box. So now I will have gone a minimum of 8 hours without food which is not truthfully the end of the world, but spending $7 on a sandwich and drink i expect my order to be correct when it is ONLY CHEESE on the burger. Tried to call the store and the number rang busy for 15 minutes to the point I had to look up corporates number to get it fixed which at the time of this post has not happened.
Super slow service. Took about 5 minutes to even get my order and there was no one in front of us. They just kept walking past us at the register. Then they finally took our order and they took about 30 minutes to get us a simple order to us. One guy was really cool there tho. I dont see what their issue is but they werent even that busy that day just so unorganized.
Was going to McDonald’s every morning for a couple weeks. HORRIBLE MORNING STAFF except one lady. Wish I got her name. Tall white lady. She was kind and welcomed me , the rest acting if I was a burden. Half the time the doors weren’t even open at 6. Floors always dirty, tables always dirty, raw meat in my burger. I happened in tonight for convenience and ran into the kind lady. Always sweet. Night staff was kind and welcoming. Will not ever be returning. I travel for a living and in alllll the cities I’ve been in, this was by far the worst
Place is nasty. Everyone standing around with their phones today at 13:50 pm on January 8, 2020 visit . Tables dirty from previous customers and no one wants to clean . Food on floors . I had to cover our table with napkins just to be able to eat . Other customers complaining also yet management is like oh well... So sad to see McDonalds falling like this from back in the day when I was growing up .
I had a very bad experience here. Was there for a gathering with some co workers. I dont drink so I ordered a glass of pepsi and an Italian Beef sandwich with fries. Everyone was enjoying their drinks. An hour later plates started coming from the kitchen. Two hours in I never received my food. Asked the waitress what was going on she advised me that the food was being prepared. Forty minutes pass. I ask the waitress whats the hold up. She says the cook never put my food on. Then the kitchen closed. Never in my life will I go again. Couldve been the color of my skin. Cant put a finger on it. But its mighty coincidental that I never got mine.
McDonalds hasnt been the same for awhile in all aspects, food, quality of service, and speed.Its sad. I usually stick with Cable rd. Its closer to home. The workers arent bad given the fact they work in a fast food restaurant.I wish the owners would focus more on them. Maybe if the employees were shown a little more appreciation they spread it to the customers.
The service is terrible. Parking lot was empty and 3 vehicles in front of us. Got to the window rather quickly but they had us park and they would bring out the food. After 15 minutes my wife went inside. 2 egg sandwiches took 20 minutes. This is the one on cable road in Lima. Food is good. Recommend go inside and check your order before you leave.
This is consistently the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to.It doenst matter the time of day or eveing. The drive through or ordering inside. If I have time in morning I drive to other McDonalds it saves time by not having to wait in long line for no reason. Management or corporate should evaluate what is going on with this location. Its not that hard be like the other quality stores
Gave my order away , and made me wait 20 minutes , but the staff on drive thru was nice and they offered me extra food. The gentleman that brought my food put to me was very nice I think he was a shift leader or manager but cutos to you ! I was the lady with the purple hair !
She was being rude we was looking at the menu amd she said hello. We said we was looling tuen she sald hello in a rude manner .They didnt know what they where doing we said mcchickens and she said 2 cheeseburger and a dire is that all no we said a mcchickens then we ask for two kids meals and they put one and said pull forward.
I am becoming disappointed in the Lewis family McDonalds. They use to be the best McDonalds Id ever been to. Recently the service has been a disappointment, cleanliness is not a priority, and it seems their ice cream machines dont work. I hope they get things turned around soon.
The young girl working the counter needs to learn to talk to customers. She didnt say hi can I take your order or thank you when she came me my change.if it wasnt for us customers you wouldnt have a job. Managers need to train new employees on how to be friendly and personal.
If I could I would leave minus 3 stars. The last 2 times been there was horrible. The first one 15 minutes for my food. Today was a worse. Not only did we have to wait 12 minutes the sandwiches were cold. And my husband sandwich was supposed to have bacon and BBQ sauce. 1 strip of sorry looking bacon with mustard. No BBQ sauce. 1 time I went I ordered breakfast sandwich. The girl rang up mcgriddle. I said no thats wrong. She told me I was wrong thats what I ordered. How you going to tell me what I eat. I let it go. But its just a horrible experience.
The drive through customer service is awful. The orders 90% of the time are wrong. They never seem to have straws or the ability to do their job correctly. Saying things like seriously? to a customer because they once again screwed up an order or are too busy standing around to fix it when its knowingly wrong. Inside, it looks to be barely cleaned half the time and the bathroom is worth a trip somewhere else. Never returning.
The 2 Big Macs I ordered had two patties that were much smaller than the bun, as well as no sauce. This is the second McDonalds location that has served me dry Big Macs. Starting to wonder if they did away with the sauce. This location also stated that they no longer carry sausage McMuffins or Dr Pepper. These were the items I had gone here for. Very unhappy.
Wasnt a very pleasant experience ! Fries were cold , sandwich ,BigMac , was cold , and pie was cold . Whatever happened to greating with a smile? I felt I came there at the wrong time and was a bother ! Manager on shift looked unclean , not what you would call professional . Never thought I would ever say this about McDonalds , I was extremely disappointed !!
Im NOT HAPPY with this McDonalds right now. Because they were always nice, but tonight I saw a side of this store I disapprove of. We came to order food the manger that is working was rude and acted like she did not want be here. They are kicking out homeless people that are paying customers. And allowing a select few to stay. My son tried inviting a homeless man to share a meal with us. He refused to go in do to the way he had been treated before. This is wrong considering it is Christmas Eve and all. Talk about a Bah Humbug business.
The 2 employees that where making my sandwiches continued keep giving me that if looks could kill look and I continued to watch them because I didnt trust them I wasnt sure if they might put something in my sandwiches that they shouldnt, you see I work in a branch of law enforcement and had my uniform on!!! I will go to another restaurant from now on!!!! I did not consume the 2 sandwiches that I ordered I threw them in the trash
Sign on door says open till 12am its 11pm and doors already locked!!! They seem to close whenever they feel like it, not the first time. Every time I come here service is extremely slow. Last time I was here I was the only customer inside and it took them 10 minutes to make 1 cheeseburger.
About half the time I go to this mcdonalds my order is wrong. Ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel this morning, took them 3 tries to figure out I wanted steak not bacon. When I got to school and started to eat sandwich, it somehow ended up as a steak and cheese bagel with no egg... Very annoying
Went for breakfast. Food was good, but restaurant was dirty...floors and around soda areas. McDs needs to have dining area attendants...3 people running a restaurant is not enough for good customer service, decent food and clean bathrooms and eating areas. Too bad it is always about the bottom line!!
This McDonalds was terrible. We were told to wait in a reserve lot and waited for 30 min while people who arrived after us were given their food. They never saved our order and were clueless about it when we walked in and asked why there was such a long wait. Would not recommend this place at all.
Worst Mcdonalds in Lima. Never come here.Order is always wrong , some of the employees do not pay attention , and they almost never give me a receipt. They tell you to pull up almost always , and then the order is wrong anyway. That is if they do not forget about you waiting in the parking lot like they did me, and with no receipt given was a major headache and the last mistake for me. Will NEVER come back to the Cable Rd. Waited 20 minutes on my order which I ordered at 11:32 am while people got their orders that ordered after me.Went up to register and had to ask twice to refund my money back to my card...Probably got charged twice for food I never got. Will not ever return to that McDonalds...pathetic service
McDonalds on cable road in Lima Ohio is awful.. Horrible in fact.. Not only are they slow through the drive through the manager Trei (not spelled right) was rude when I went in after waiting 25 minutes for food after then told me to pull over.. They brought me food that want even mine..I went in twice n got my money back the 2nd time...slow really rude people
I only took my friend. I will never eat mcdonalds in lima ohio again. The crews are all trash. I only go there if i want my order messed up. Any order i witness is always filled with issues. Fire your trainer for the lima stores or close them down. Mcdonalds lima = garbage
About a week ago me and my daughter went through the drive-through And we waited for 25 minutes and the food was cold and the girl was mad and shut the window real hard and start screaming when I said everything was cold but she did not know how to count change that’s why the line was so long crazy these places in Lima needs a employee program on training because it is a joke we spent our hard earned money for junk Food 🤢
It never fails whenever I go to McDonalds always get cold food the french fries are always cold and the Big Mac is never warm not even slightly but thats my own fault theres other restaurants that you can go to to get better food to get warm food you would think one of their biggest things that they sell is McDonalds fries and that each customer will get hot fries but they dont I always seem to get the old fries and I dont have time to take him back

2022-07-047/3/22 around 2:15 pm I ordered 2 caramel ice coffees in the drive thru did not get a receipt.They said pull up and we will bring it out to you. I waited over 20 minutes then I went inside waited another 10 minutes meanwhile employees were walking around being loud cussing and using vulgar language towards each other

2022-07-22This is our preferred McDonalds in town. The staff at least seems like they are enjoying their jobs and our order accuracy here has been 100% each time we come. They also have table service and the staff has always been friendly.

2022-05-22Consistent errors with orders, long lines, less than friendly employees and even worse managers. Didnt know plain cheeseburgers were supposed to be packed with onions and hair. Cant wait to call corporate tomorrow.

2022-03-06This place sucked. I ordered 2 Large drinks and it took them longer than 10 mins. There was people there that was waiting20 mins for just a large fry. When I said something to them the lady told me that she worked in drive thru but was over by us yelling at the workers that do this and that. When I did speak to the person doing the pick up area inside he told me he was just a crew member. They would not and must not have known who the Manager was because we still did not get to talk to them. So not visit this store. I would give it negative stars ifitwas available.

2022-05-10McDonalds isnt the same as when I grew up. Plus its just bad for you. I respect business and making money. We all have a choice what we eat. On top of that, my orders are almost always sloppy or missing something

2022-07-20Was in here today at 0730 went up an asked for ketchup was told their completely out. How is that possible when almost all the sandwiches come with ketchup. Unbelievable.
