I usually dont eat McDonalds fries, but not only were they hot 🔥, they were fried perfectly! My filet o fish almost made me cry! The cheese was placed just right, the filet was hot and freshly made, not too much tarter sauce either! Kudos to the crew last night, yall Rock!!!
Horrible experience at this McDonalds location. I went inside and ordered two items. I waited 40 minutes before I finally gave up waiting and asked for a refund. I waited another 5 minutes, at the counter before the manager even bothered to come talk to me. My advice, eat somewhere else.
I walked in to place my order. They now make you manually place your own order on a touch screen kiosk. After I did that I still had to go to the counter to pay with cash. I wont go back. Its just a hassle. Im in there to be served not self serve myself. If all mcdonalds are going to this way. I will just simply stop eating at McDonalds.
We were driving through Lima and we were hungry so we stopped at the McDonalds. The sign by the road and the sign in the breezeway both still advertised fish sandwiches 2/$5, and that’s what we wanted.My husband proceeded to order the the fish and the person at the register said we don’t have that anymore, it ended 2 days ago. But the signs were still advertising it, it should have been honored. The cashier looked to the manager, Aries, and she said nope, that sale ended. We proceeded to order.While waiting for the food, my husband got Aries name. He also asked why it was still being advertised. She said it wasn’t her job to take down the signs and she didn’t care.I watched people texting with their gloves on, on the food line. My husband saw someone pick something up off the floor and go back to making food without changing their gloves. People were seen digging in the trash.I asked for no cheese on my sandwich, and of course I got cheese. There was black stuff on one of the sandwiches.The restrooms were dirty.This is the worst McDonalds we have ever experienced and we will be calling the manager.
Getting any sort of food from this place requires a whole hour of your day. I’m writing this sitting in the mobile order parking spot waiting for my food. It takes at least 15 minutes every time and comes out cold or not put together. Don’t waste your time, go to Burger King or Wendy’s instead.
Very disapointed and frustrated with visit this am. Floor was very wet and very slippery when went in. The employee MADE us use the computer to order for ourselves. She did help but not friendly at all. No lids in dispenser just laying on the counter in the sleeves. Just wanted to go in order from a friendly face and enjoy my breakfast!! That did not happen.
Can never seem to get your order correct. Please check your food completely before leaving the pick up window. Must also request condiments as they are never included. If you need more than 2 paper napkins, that must also be requested. Ive had to return on several occasions to have my order corrected to what I paid for but did not receive.
Took a little long to get our food, but they were short staffed so its understandable.However, what isnt understandable is the snarkiness and attitude I witnessed towards customers. I have years of experience in food service and what this crew displayed was, if I were manager, unacceptable. I get that it is a high-stress environment and testy customers dont help, but that never gives employees the right to act in a rude manner. Completely unprofessional.The food was McDonalds quality. Greasy, quick, bleh. Something to fill your stomach.Do not recommend.
Waited in line for 20 minutes would have been longer if 4 people didnt get mad and leave. At the ordering it took someone 5 minutes to take our order while the other lane had 3 people go through. Got our food and my sandwich was way to salty and there was grease all over the bun and box. I took 3 bites and couldnt eat no more.
Placed a mobile order and used 4000 reward points on a $3.39 large frappe. Went to pickup my order and was told the machine is down. No big deal I think, Ill get a fair replacement. Much to my surprise, they only offered me a $1 drink. I explained how many points I used for the free large frappe, but that didnt matter. I asked for a biscuit instead since I already had a large coke in my order but was told no. Wheres the logic? There is none. Horrible experience.
I worked at this location in Ada for many years I ordered simple drink- iced Carmel mocha they gave it to me as an Iced coffee not the drink I ordered even if I wasnt a previous employee Ive had enough to know the difference and tried to order one on harding highway no one informed me at the speaker they were out of that syrup come on McDonalds get it together
The service is terrible and the food is worse. The girl at the payment window, while she had a pleasant aditude; she was loudly playing music unfit for customer service on a Bluetooth speaker. The girl at the pick up window didnt say a word. She looked at me with disdain as she hands me my meal. I say thanks to no response.The bun was toasted, the meat was toasted, but not even warm, and the fries where soggy.At different hours of the day and staff working that shift, this location is hit or miss. On this particular day this location seemed to hit new lows.
We were there on Easter Sunday at 3:25 PM. The girl in drive thru was very rude. This is the only Mc Donald’s that has ever charged me for water when I also ordered a large food order. I also ordered 2 Mc chickens and the drive thru girl charged me for $4 Crispy Chickens. It was a horribly managed restaurant.
Was just in here for the 1st time the girl in there was really rude & made me uncomfortable. I went up to pay and she said y am I up here and asked have I payed and I said no haven’t payed yet and then she said have u ordered and I said no and she why am I up there I shouldn’t be up there that I need to pay over there and pointed and I said oh I didn’t know I haven’t ever been in here before sorry and she rolled her eyes. So I just left.
Food was good and service at the counter when they took my order was good. Only complaints are the amount of time I waited for the food to be made and bagged seemed excessively long. About 7 or 8 minutes for 6 nuggets, 2 small fries, and 2 pies. I was the only customer inside. I would have understood if it was busier but my order was very simple. They never said to me they had to make a fresh batch of any of my items which would have explained the wait time.
They just remodeled the inside, its beautiful, clean, and quick. Not to mention very sleek new computers you can use yourself. Super nice! Now if only they can get the orders done right. Sometimes I feel like someone is back there purposefully messing peoples orders up.
This place is getting worse. Ive personally experienced longer waits and more order issues recently than during their rough reopening after remodel. The kids working there are semi-rude at times and do not seem to care if they get something wrong. Maybe a management change is needed?
I went to this McDonald’s on two separate occasions. The first time I went was to buy a McFlurry, and the second time was to acquire a bottle of water. The first time I went, there wasn’t a long line and the staff was nice. I got my McFlurry which was quite tasty. The second time I went, there wasn’t a long line and the staff was nice. The bottle of water I got tasted good, but I can’t say what brand it was because I forgot. Overall, I had a good experience at this McDonald’s franchise.
This place is like a real sit down cozy restaurant inside. The decorations are amazingly beautiful. I love the books where u can talk in private, the fireplaces, plants. Staff were very nice and helpful, food was good and I felt welcome. Will definitely be going back.
They was some good workers. I think when they are busy like that they should have the help. The ketchup was out and since they were busy couldnt get anyone to change it. Tables wasnt clean. I really didnt want to eat. The wrap I got the chicken was hard but the fries were hot for a change.
I never give a fast food restaurant five stars, but in this case I am making a huge exception. Everything about this restaurant is A Cut Above, from the appearance to the Personnel to the food preparation. It was exceptional. I always get the southwest grilled chicken salad and I enjoyed this thoroughly.
7/27/20... Stopped by here on Thursday while on the road for a mini family trip to Sandusky. Id asked for my burger with ketchup, pickle & mustard. I always check my burgers before driving away, because so many drive thrus insist on making my food their way & messing it up. This was no different. My burger only had ketchup on it. When my fiance mentioned it to the female employee, she looked at us like we were nuts & asked if I didnt want ketchup on it or something like that. I told her the receipt had it correct, but, the sandwich was missing mustard & pickles. She took the sandwich & we were asked to pull up to the other window. It took about 5 mins & a different woman gave me my sandwich. This time, it was missing mustard. I realize there are far bigger issues in the world than me not getting my sandwich the way I ordered it, but, how hard is it to follow directions? Most of us were taught to do this in kindergarten. Otherwise, the fries & burgers were seasoned differently & tasted pretty good, which is why I gave 3/5 stars.
Went thru drive thru and had to wait on our food. Only 1 car behind us. None in the parking lot. Got home 10 minutes away only to find it was only partial order. No nuggets. no sauce. So someones not gonna eat. My grandson got a happy meal with yogurt that tasted like cleaning supplies. His mom tasted it and said it turned her stomach. Called them and they asked me to bring my receipt in and they would replace it. Im not driving back 10 mins and another 10 mins back. This isnt the first time. Its been awhile since Ive been there. Now I remember why.
HORRIBLE service. They dont pay attention and the food is always sloppy. I got a mcdouble and a large drink today, one patty was almost off the bun then there was a smaller cup inside my large cup. Disgusting. My sister got chicken nuggets and a few other things were ordered. Our order was repeated and still almost forgot to give us the nuggets(had to be reminded TWICE to get them). The sweet tea looked like flat orange soda and tasted watered down.
Food is cheap. However, im not a fan of really greasy fake food. If taking already made frozen food and putting it in a fryer sounds good this is your place. Also the only thing good at this restraunt i would say is the coffee, shakes, or ice cream. Only things that are Fresh.
This locations was terrible. We went in at about ten pm and I was left standing behind someone that seems to have been trying to “pick up” the girl at the register for nearly 5 min before she asked me what I wanted as he was not actually ordering anything. He then stood there and didn’t move to the side which became a problem when I went to pay as he was blocking the card reader. This was all not that big of a deal I came to see as when she made the shake and McFlurry I ordered it became clear she was sick and kept coughing in her hands and even into one of the cups, an even bigger issue. I ended up paying the few dollars and then just tossed out the two shakes as there was snot on one of the cups. I washed my hands and left. It wasn’t worth arguing over or having it remade and it wasn’t worth the three dollars to have to deal with gross sick people that don’t care how they behave in public and even worse, in food service.
As usual the line was wrapped around the building so went in for food and coffees to go. The young girl taking orders was less than friendly. Didnt talk let alone say thank you for my orders placed with minutes between so its not like she just forgot once. Still had to wait for food although I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they made two lattes. However we noticed the lattes seemed lightweight but we didnt have time to complain. Once I pulled the kids the foam wasnt even up to the marking on the inside of the cup let alone the liquid coffee. Its what I expect from any Jerry Lewis McDonalds. I dont think I was spoiled frequenting the Scott Family owned McDonalds south of here (i.e. Piquant, Vandalia) but Jerry Lewis could take a lesson from their operations, especially Vandalia.
Slowest service ever. Good quality for McDonalds standards, nice and clean and up to date but 15 minutes for a hash brown and a drink is the slowest service Ive ever had, I mind as well if went to sit down at Olive garden or somewhere I would have gotten my food faster.
This was not one of their stellar nights. The young girl giving me my change missed my hand and dropped some of it. She looked said nothing and closed the window. I guess it goes to the RMH. I went to the next window for my food. As I waited, the young girl at this window had handed a bag to the car in front of me. I watched as this person soted and lifted things out of the bag. She realized it was not hers and handed it back. She gave her a different bag and she drove away. I pulled up and you guessed it she was rolling down the same bag handed back to her and handed it to me. I understand help is hard to find but competence should not be a luxury.
I waited 25 minutes on the inside while the three making the food and the red head running Window talked. They were busy as heck and would shut up and do there jobs. Our food was absolutely disgusting. I knew it was bad when my daughter cried saying her nuggets were gross. That McDonalds was a straight up joke and we wont be going back.
Always rude! Makes me think that I always get the same drive thru lady taking my order but its not .... Always trying to rush me to order and will ask after each item if thats it... if theyd shut up and not interupt I might be able to spit my order out. Its called customer service. They should be taught some.
Fries through the drive thru were cold. Requested new ones. Basically they just threw a few hot ones on top and gave them back. The staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves, eating and drinking on the front line to be bothered. Not to mention that the made our ice cream cone and sat it on the counter instead of giving it directly to us and our chocolate milkshake was more like a vanilla shake.
Rude !!! I came through the drive thru & I they forgot my sandwich so I came back around & told them they told me to pull up next thing you know I tell the second windows person that they just had forgot my sandwich she shuts the windows but not all the way & says “I know she’s lying because I checked all my bags” what’s the point in lying??? Just so rude they got a new store n don’t know how to act !
Ordered a large premium coffee and an iced french vanilla coffee during a road trip. Both had a strange chemical non coffee taste. Hot coffee was barely luke warm. Discarded them both top of the outdoor garbage can after one sip. Disgusting. 🤢🤮 We are Mc Donalds coffee fans, but there was something definitely wrong with this coffee! What a waste of our money! Oh, btw, the employee was picking something out of her teeth with one hand while picking up our coffee lid to put it on the cup with the other hand.
This was one of the cleanest and friendliest McDonalds that I have ever had the fortune to patronize. Even the new brand new cashier who took my order did so with care and when help was needed patiently waited for her trainer to explain the details of her slight error. This McDonalds had two associates on staff simply to care for the cleanliness of the lobby and any needs of the customers, focusing in on tables with small children offering to fetch extra napkins, straws or even condiments so that the busy parent would not be forced to decide between leaving her children unattended for a small time or dragging her children away from their meal for supplies. I have been watching the customer service gain grounds at various franchises over the last two years, however I will confidently say that the staff at Limas McDonalds on StRt 309 have reached the apex of customer service. Thank you.
Disgusting-Waited 10 mins for food that was sitting in the heat chute.Ordered large mocha frappe, given a small.Food was obviously covered in cheese from the wait.Manager chewing gum in kitchen and staring out over the counter looking at the line of people but not doing anything to help.All crew standing around like zombies.Are your people passing around heroin or what???
Its McDonalds the food is cheap and tastes pretty good they dont have very good healthy options in the healthy options that they do have are way more expensive than a ginormous Burger which is probably why America is mostly obese people because you can get a Big Mac for a couple bucks and a salad for 12, but its a good place to get a quick bite to eat or bring some friends to eat after doing something together pretty good hang out
In Lima from Tampa Fl and everyone I have been too...wow the service and food...was bad bad bad... some food that should have never been served to being overcharged for things we never even ordered two couldnt even have their menu up for lunch time to see what the extra items other than the ordinary items were to order yall need to work on everything
Long, slow lines!! I watched person handing out food, sniff my drink. I asked about it being diet cola....she said oh yes it is, no problem. The problem is I cant have she sugar....you cant tell diet by smell. You can tell its not rootbeer. Who knows why she was melting it.
Customer service leaves alot to be desired, frequently miss items in your order so we always check before we leave, employment are ALWAYS on their phones texting or talking in view of the customers and frequently ignore waiting customers because they are using their phones.
Horrible, asked to pull up to the second reserve spot. Which my dad told them theres already someone there the young girl said just park beside them. They brought it for out after 10 minutes and have it to the car parked in that spot. The lady in that car ate some of the food then got it if her car and walked in. My dad ended up going in after another 5 minutes showed the receipt, which they tried handing him the same food the gave to the other car, and he had to ask to speak to the manager to get it right....
Yawl really need to move faster...there is no reason you have to wait 15 to 20 mins for 2cheeseburgers, 2small fries, 2chicken sandwiches to....And we were inside....So pick up the pace please....And I was from out of town...Thank you...Didnt want to give a star but had to in order to post🤔
Be prepared to wait forever for your food here! It takes 20-30 minutes to go thru the drive thru in the evenings.I went thru for breakfast and asked that they dont over microwave my steak bagel.Well they didnt because they didnt give me a steak bagel but a egg & bacon one!! Also the orange juice was warm.This is the most annoying Mcdonalds in Lima.Go to the one on west st as they screw up less often.Forget the one on market st unless you want to get mugged by street beggars from Mary Alice House.We got harrassed every time we went to that one.Its creepy!!
Just waited in line for 9 minutes...AT 5 AM AND I WAS THE FIRST CUSTOMER! Ordered a frappe and breakfast burrito, get to the window and was told I couldn’t have a frappe because the didn’t clean the machine. C’mon Jerry Lewis! And do they break the ice cream machine every day?
Well..they gave me the nuggets ordered which were not hot, but not the cold ice cream cone that was ordered, so we had to go back around the restaurants drive~thru and get back in line behind more cars to request for what was already paid for but left out of the original order..

2022-08-03Ordered did while traveling through. A few miles down the road bit into my chicken sandwich only to be surprised with a disgusting burnt way overfried piece of chicken that I spit into the bag and cursed realizing I wasnt eating now. The fact someone thought that was ok to serve that to a customer was disturbing.

2022-07-30They did very well. Messed up the order, but a simple call and return got me my food fresh and quickly. Friendly staff that was completely undestanding and apologetic about the issue. On my most recent visit, I came in when they first opened the dining room, 6:03am. The bathrooms both male and female were filthy. The photo posted shows a very dirty sink. Mirror, boogers on the walls, etc. It was nasty. This obviously was not first shifts doing, however the manager should probably either retrain the closers on proper cleaning or have the morning shift start cleaning the bathrooms first thing. There arent a whole bunch of places that public has access to in a restaurant. So for those to be that dirty... it concerns me about the back of house conditions that ate acceptable to the shift leads and management. The girl that took our order and served our meal was extremely nice and made sure we were taken care of.

2022-05-01We tried a mobile order. Waited 15 minutes before I walked in to check on it. I walked into a lobby full of customers and no staff at the counter. After flagging down a young worker to ask her about it, she mumbled about her manager being busy. I really wanted to give her a lesson about customer service, but didnt. The manager finally came over and told me they didnt get the order but she was able to pull it up by the order #. So I waited another 8 minutes. almost 25 minutes for a mobile order...so much for the speed of the Internet😳

2022-04-30On our way to to a college visit for our daughters and passing through Lima at 10:30AM 4/30. Waited in drive-thru line, placed our breakfast order, had to repeat it twice, got up to line and were missing hot cakes. Instead of taking care of the customer and getting them for us, they told us no they couldn’t. Asked for line manager since she was the one that advised this stellar customer service and she told us no they were too busy to get them for us and that we would have to go back through the line or come inside to order! Told us it was our fault and we should have said the order was wrong then slammed the window shut. Um, pretty sure that is exactly what we are doing. Yes, this is seriously what happened - zero exaggeration. Very poorly managed location.

2022-04-30Ordered very slowly. FIRST thing we ordered was pancakes and when we got to get the food they weren’t in the bag so we politely asked if they could give us them. They said it didn’t say we ordered them, but it was clearly a mistake on them because we DID and we also couldn’t see the screen with the receipt so there was no way we could’ve known they didn’t get it down. So they told us to get back in the line to re-order them (keep in mind there’s at least 20 cars in the line behind us)… we said no and we wanted them then and now since we asked for them. Manager was incompetent, disrespectful, and clearly doesn’t know how to run a staff. Went in the store and ordered them on the machines while they blatantly ignored us because they knew they were in the wrong. Strongly suggest driving a few more miles to go to a mcdonald’s that runs how it’s supposed to and as a FAST food restaurant.

2022-06-09Absolutely the worst service. The girl gave my husband our food and they forgot a fry. He asked for it and sauce and her attitude was awful! So I asked her what the problem was and why she had an attitude and she said “I don’t what’s the problem”. I don’t understand why people are so hateful for no reason. This is exactly why I don’t go to McDonald’s anymore unless there is NOTHING else. Do better McDonald’s!!!

2022-08-03Owner is taking care of the outside-looks great! Inside was very clean as for the tables and bathrooms. Staff was friendly. Were just passing thru but glad it was a nice place
