This is the worst McDonald’s in the area. Every time I go, something is forgotten. Today, I ordered a large fry and only got 1/4 of the large container filled and also, I didn’t get my drink. Today is one of many times that something was forgotten. I highly recommend going to another location
Went through drive thru, ordered a $3 bundle, with. a double and fries, and a $1 orange hi-c, they tried telling me it was $8, do that math, with tax, it should be $4 and chnage..?!?!? Not $8 i asked thee girl how does. a$3 meal and $1 drink total $8 and change, she says um you have to pay taxes, i said so youre telling me thats $4 in taxes.. she said um yeahhh, cocky little thing. I responded, that makes no kind of sense and never mind and i drove off, i went to a 2nd location, ordered same items, my total came to $4.07.This has hppened before where employers told me cash only and tried charging me way more.. wont return at this location!!!!
I wish you could do a review without giving any stars because that’s seriously what needs to be done here this is my worst McDonald’s experience in my life my wife and I went to the store earlier this evening and the 14-year-old kid that was working making shakes decided that he was going to scoop off the whip cream when I ordered my shake without whipped cream and then gave it back absolutely totally unprofessional and the other most disrespect I have ever felt in my life It was even as bad as the manager telling him as I’m walking out the door before losing my cool never do that in front of a customer are you serious you should never do that in the first place remake the shake and apologize for the inconvenience I know I will never go back to this McDonald’s again
The woman taking orders completely messed up my order, when I attempted to correct her she took a belligerent tone and sarcastically said thats not what you said. I asked for a manager who seemed more intent to defend the employee than correct the situation. Used to frequent McDonalds, Ill never go back.
Just a little disappointing today. Got stuck in drive-thru for 15 minutes. Both lines did not move, they must have had trouble inside. Once things started rolling everything was normal. .......,And here we are a few months later at a different McDonalds and they still keep it up. They cant get an order correct for nothing no way no how . I am so tired of paying for something getting home and finding its not right. Of course they would like you to come back and they will give you more. No thanks goodbye.
Edit... This is just wrong. How do you not cook a pre-freezed burger? Simply disgusting. Find anywhere else to eat. They dont even cook the food properly!This is your stereotypical McDonalds. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it isnt. If you are looking for low nutritional value in your next meal, this is the place for you as long as taste isnt a priority.
Only the drive through was open. I couldn’t even go inside to use the bathroom. Tried to order a frappe… sorry the machine is broken. No big deal really. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal and it tasted as it should. The burger was hot and the fries were fresh. I was very pleasant with the staff and was sure to say “Thank you” and “Have a nice day”, but no replies from anyone. They just took my payment and handed me my food with the minimum amount of effort and enthusiasm.
THIS WAS TRUE FAST FOOD. The employees this morning. On point.(chris and cashout clerk female) were kind and quick. The food fresh. Got big breakfast sausage egg mcmuffins hasbrowns n bignreakfast frappee whole works fresh within 4mins not even. Food looks actually good and hott. This McDonalds at exit 5 in Ottawa lake Michigan is our very favorite! I will go out of my way to come to this location. The staff is friendly and so quick! Never a long wait at the drive thru or in the lobby. My order is always hot and accurate. I highly recommend this restaurant over others!!
Terrible experience. They didn’t listen to our order and cared more about messing around and background conversations. Order was completely messed up. Also, each fry container was less than half full. Also just went here and app says they are open. They have 6 workers at inside lights on every where outside and they tried to say they were closed
This McDonalds had good service and the manager and employees from McDonalds on Reynolds and Hill need to take lessons from this store.. Good and fast service. And the are hiring right now. Airport Highway location. This location needs more employees to open their Lobby.
We its hard to be nice when it keeps going wrong. I ordered medium fries and large Coke. Exchanged the coke twice cause it tasted like something else finally just got a spirit. The fries were hot but the box was literally half full I could take the box out the bag look at straight on and cant see the fries. I mean come on, at least hit the first lip of the container. If that wasnt enough you cant go in which I understand its a pandemic but having to get in drive thru line three times to get this just to acceptable is ridiculous.
Easily one of the worst McDonalds location in history. Staffs at the drive thru are incompetent, rude and generally lack all means of customer service. This location is extremely filthy; saw a staff picking their noses in the back then proceeds to handle food. Also speed of service is exceptionally slow.
I saw an ad for a sale on Big Macs and Quarter Pounders. Two for 6 dollars. The Big Mac was unedible, just garbage. But your out of the lot and it is impossible to go back and complain or get a fresh one if that is even possible. When is this company going to fix these stores? Just waited 45 minutes at this location for $13 worth of food and I left with nothing but a refund. Note to management or anyone, really: if you pull someone forward to wait at the drive thru, they should be top priority over other customers. To be ignored after spending good money is highly offensive and you have lost a regular customer for this incompetence!
If I could I would give them no stars! This is my third time going to this location the first two times they got my order wrong, cold fries, cold burgers, medium fries instead of the large fries I ordered and paid for. I decided to give them another try since the first two times was when COVID was starting. Well its safe to say I will never go back. I asked at the pay window “did you get the large fries”? Was told yes, yet when I pull up to the window they give me medium fries. I say something again and they take the fries, when they give them back to me you can clearly see that the same fries were put in a large container because there is basically no fries in the container. I just left because it was obvious they don’t care. Get home, fries are not cooked all the way, burger was cold and nuggets were also cold. I know it’s fast food but at least get it right!
Must be made up of all new staff. They were trying hard, but being busy, they found themselves lacking. Also, its not good to here someone in management telling these people if they hand over the wrong bag, it comes out of their pay. Instead of threatening them, how about better training before having them work a busy drive thru?? Shame.....
My fries were not even cooked. Still cold and white. Nuggets were also very cold. Awful, thats just an issue of not caring what youre giving someone.Have a little pride in what you do. If youre going to cook French fries for a living, be the best at cooking French fries...not the worst, theres zero pride in that.
This McDonalds location is terrible. They are the slowest location I have ever been to bar none. I have left the drive thru more times than Ive stayed because of the wait. I dont understand how the service could possibly be so slow. On top of that they mess up the order most of the time. The management obviously doesnt care because its been this way as long as Ive been coming here. Its a disgrace and an embarrassment to the community.
Not sure if they couldnt detect cars at both lanes to order or not but the inside lane wasnt the one to go through today. The person in front of us finally got her order taken after 3 on the outside lane. We got to order as we were waiting for an opening to get out since our order wasnt taken or even being acknowledged we were there. Our order was correct so that was a plus.
Dinner time order. Asked for no onions on my Big Mac. Got onions. Old fries... This shouldnt be happening. With the price of food, I expect my food to be the way I order it. Doesnt take rocket science to figure out how to make a sandwich. Step your game up. Ray Croc would be disappointed...
Drive thru at 8 pm Nov 4. Only 1 lane open due to the fact that only 2 employees working! In spite of a broken headset and a complicated order, everything was perfect! And SUPER fast! If I could tip these workers I would. Not their fault there was only 2 of them. They were awesome
My order is wrong more often than not. Exterior drive thru window is filthy. They always ask if I want my change. I dont care if it is 5 cents. Dont ever assume that you can keep the change. I explained that my 2 cents will go with the nickel I have so tomorrow I have $1.07 which is exact change for my drink!!!
Drive through was extremely slow, then after having to pull forward and wait even longer for fresh chicken, they tried to send us away without the happy meals for the kids. The girl working gave me a very attitude filled response when I told her we still did not have the happy meals, leading to yet another extra wait.
Great service, fun play area, lots of food options. Wait time to eat at the restaurant was longer than expected and the dining area could be cleaner. While playing there for 3 hours, we only saw the dining area get cleaned twice (once to take out garbage and once to throw away things that were left on a table). Tables definitely needed to be wiped off and that was not done while we were there.
Hands down the worst experience Ive ever had at a McDonalds. I sat in line for 20 minutes before they took my order... As I pulled up they changed the menu to lunch and would not serve me breakfast. Not sure what malfunction they had in the restaurant but I paid the price. It took a total of 40 minutes from arriving to leaving...
Horrible service, ordered my food through the mobile app. Had to wait 20 minutes for the food to come out and then the person went to the wrong car. Started to go back to the building and had to call to them. Recieved Luke warm food and drinks were spilling everything. Food was just thrown in the bag. This is the third time this has happened. I would rate zero stars if I could.
Been going here for many months giving them consistent business and they treat me like dirt. Just ordered 3 streak egg and cheese bagels. They were out of bagels, out of breakfast sauce, and didnt put egg on a single sandwich. I paid 4 bucks each for just a steak muffin. Kiss my hairy grundle and kiss my business goodbye
Almost every time Ive come here the food hasnt been all that fresh. It seems stale- returning it for a new burger is a hassle though so I just bear it. Ill be ordering fresh from now on. Hopefully the extra time to wait for meals to cook will be more beneficial. Regardless, their shakes and frappees are still just as delicious.
Horrible service. Wrong change wrong drinks. Lied to by guy at window when I asked if it was a chocolate shake because it was white was told just a lighter chocolate. Well it was not chocolate was vanilla. Do not go there. This was at 8:45 on Saturday night. Would not give me a reciept. Was it rung in or skimming from register.
Had to yell my order in the mic twice. I asked for a quarter pounder without onions, large size with an unsweetened tea. The cheeseburger was very cold and had obviously had the onions scraped off. There were 2 small onions still on it and cheese imprints! The fries were medium, not large.
We went here for my youngest daughters birthday dinner. We ordered 5 meals to-go complete with shakes. It took a little time for the shakes because there was an issue with the machine, but they handled it quickly and efficiently. We ended up waiting quite some time for my oldest sons meal, because he ordered separately in order to get the largest size shake imaginable. That wasnt the restaurants fault, but his. Even still the cashier that waited on me stopped and asked if we needed anything else (or if there was a problem). I took that as a plus. Usually I have to go to the counter and flag someone down at fast food places, so I was happy. Well go again!
The only reason i go to any McDonalds is my child. She is 10 years old and has not developed a sense of taste at all, hope she does soon. Now the people are friendly and the food was right for what it is and they are quick, I dont care for the double car drive-thru people always fighting to get the order in and fight to get ahead of you in line. they need to stop these things, someone will get hurt one day. anyways as long as my child wants McDs I will go to this one they are friendly and quick
It was a very good customer service experience with the cashier, but the other people she worked with were not so wonderful.Family of 6- including 4 kids traveling across country around 10PM, Saturday July 13th 2019.Not really impressed with the clientele in the area at 10PM, I can only imagine how lovely it is at 2am
If zero was an option thats what it would be for this location. Food is never right, staff is either talking gossip instead of working or fighting and yelling at each other, food is raw sometimes, and all those girls wearing acrylic nails are violating health department laws for food safety. You wait forever because they cant work as a team either and when they serve you raw burger after waiting 30 minutes they dont offer you a refund which they should. Thank God my husband but into it and not me who is almost 7 months pregnant. Your store is failing owner you need a whole new team including managers.
Went through the drive through and paid cash and was asked if I wanted a receipt and said no. Pulled up to get my 2 unsweetened teas and 2 milk shakes and was almost given the wrong thing...which is fine. Explained what I ordered and she asked for the receipt which I didnt have and said its not on my screen. Manager comes over and asks for receipt and basically acts like we were pulling up not paying for the food. End up finally getting it and its sweet tea. I go in to exchange it and the manager comes over and slams down to cups and walks away. No sorry or anything.
I frequent here because of the kids play area which is great. Well I ordered a double quarter pounder today and took a bite and it was raw I sent it back which they were apolitical and attempted to correct. After close to ten minutes I still had not recieved my burger. When I asked they said it was cooking. The did bring me my burger, a single which I took back and the added a pattie. This time it was so over cooked it was hardly edible. By then I had tapped out and was done dealing with it. My kids happy meal was fine and had no issues.
Has become worst location ever. Weve been going there for several years giving them consistent revenue, inside, app purchases. This time something happened that it finalized our order, charged, got emailed receipt, but never got the order fulfilled, in addition we were told by the manager to leave without the order despite having receipt and pending charge. After two days, when charge cleared on the credit card, we were driving by with our 4 year old kid and she said, MCdonalds, thought, lets stop, get my order and some ice cream, if they had one. Again, same story, now she saw receipt again and cleared charge, basically got same response, no remorse whatsoever. She called to the owner to complain, owner, really no words, better not to raise it now with current situation, questions like where you from, bragged about his degree, .... Weve raised dispute with our credit card to get our money back. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. THEY ARE NOT GOING TO GET ANY BUSINESS FROM MY FAMILY ANYMORE. MANY MORE OTHER LOCATIONS AND BRANDS.
Its McDonalds. Do you really need to read a review? This McDonalds location is always extremely busy. They have lots of staff on hand, but they are very slow. My last visit to the drive through took 20 minutes to get through the line. Thats typical of this location. The franchisee is friendly and generous though. He is there and polite.
I know 3am isnt the best time for customers, no one likes that shift or people bothering them. I worked in fast food, I get it. But this place is terrible past 11pm till the morning shift comes in. The lady said to me and the car in front of us lemme see if we have that then told me she could only do the 3 of the 4 sandwiches we asked for. There was only one guy in front of us who got 3 sandwiches as well. We waited in a line of 2 cars for 6 sandwiches for 10 minutes if not longer. This was not my only experience like this here. Sometimes they just ignore you until you get frustrated and leave.I will say during the day time, theyre fast paced and competent. But the night shift is very lazy. And slow.
Cold everything! You know when the cheese hasnt melted its not fresh. The bun was not soft. I ordered a fish fillet . There was an unidentified black something missing part its body😳I hope I dint eat it! Yuk. Tried calling several times no answer. cant go in due to covid smh!
So far Ive been waiting 20 minutes and they just now pulled the car in front of me up?? While Im at the speaker I just hear the employee yelling you slow bruh I mean at least they know??? I used to be a manager at a different McDonalds and Id have been fired if anyone waited that long even if the grill was in cleaning mode it would heat back up in about 10 minutes then the 4 minutes for quarter to cook so I dont understand why its now 145am and I got here at 118 needs a new owner or gm.
I work for DoorDash and I rang the bell twice inside. No one answered. Finally 10 minutes later someone asks me if Im here for DoorDash. 7 minutes after that I asked an employee walking by if they had an ETA. When she went to ask, I heard an employee say, She can come back here and make it and Yet the girl I asked for an ETA, never came back. The staff is rude and have poor customer service.
It would be nice if they knew how to make their own sandwiches. I order the only breakfast sandwich without cheese for a reason. And they put cheese on it. This happens here about every other time. I forget to tell them without cheese cause I come here once every 3 mos.this is the night shift, early morning
I dont go to this location much, so Im not sure if my experience was normal. I was waiting in line and the manager was waiting on customers, he calls out whos next and looks at me and my daughter, we walk up to him and my daughter starts giving her order and the manager walks away without taking order, we wait 3 min and he doesnt help us, just keeps walking by. So we decided that we will wait in line again for other register. Our order was taken and we waited for our order. It didnt take long for our number to come up. We take our tray and sit down. My daughter asked me why they didnt include the smoothie we ordered. I go back up to the counter and ask manager to help, he calls another girl to help, she gets busy with another job. 6 min later I had to ask again.. this time someone finished the job..
I would give this 6555 Airport Highway, Holland, Ohio 43528 location a -10 if it were possible. The service here is absolutely abhorrent.My wife and I took our daughter and 2 grandchildren, ages 3 and 5, here this afternoon at the request of the grandkids.My wifes double cheeseburger had only one meat patty with two slices of cheese. When my wife returned it to the counter and told the employee that there was only one patty, she had to tell the employee what a double cheeseburger is and how to assemble it.Tne happy meal for one grandchild contained fries instead of the apple slices as ordered. When that was reported to an employee at the counter, the fries were removed from the serving box and were replaced with apple slices.Our daughter ordered a Big Mac. When she opened the wrapper, she noted that the sandwich was assembled incorrectly; instead of bun, patty, bun, patty, bun, her sandwich came as bun, patty, patty, bun, bun. My wife requested it be replaced with a properly assembled Big Mac. The initial sandwich was whisked away, and the replacement sandwich was delivered in the same incorrect order as the first. My daughter did not wish to try again to get a properly prepared Big Mac, but my wife took the sandwich back to the counter and again had to instruct the employee, this time on how to make a Big Mac. My wife told me that the employee to whom she had spoken identified herself as the manager.Oh, another thing, my 3 year-old grandson had a coughing spell and when my daughter asked an employee for a cup of water for him, she was charged 25 cents.I sure am glad that I only ordered a coffee.What a miserable nightmare experience we had! No apologies were given by management. By the way, in our younger years when we were single, both my wife and I worked at McDonalds.
The order is always wrong, its new people every other day. Manegment does not care a bit about working. I could go on about the 4 different orders wrong over a 2 month span but is run out of characters.All on all avoid this one and go across the street to taco Bell, well worth it
Every time I go back here I hope to have a better experience, and I never do. Service is slow. There was only 6 cars in the drive thru line this morning and after waiting almost 10 minutes, nobody had taken my order. There has been more than one occasion that my order was wrong as well.
Drive thru was going very slow. Not sure but Id figure the staff knows which lane is ordering and should take turns but they took 3 cars on the outside to 1 from inside. Paid for and even had the info on the sandwich box correct but the sandwich was incorrect! Single quarter but should have been a double.
The kids taking the order were playing by speaking with a fake accent. I was overcharged for pop, and I did not receive extra sauce on my sandwich. The meal was luke warm and took about 5-10min to get. Not really fast for fast food! I would not recommend this McDonalds knowing there are 5 within 5miles that hire mature adults that take their job seriously!
When we visited a few weeks ago, it was horrible.NOT ONE TABLE had been cleaned off. My daughter and I had diaper wipes and not only did we clean off our table but those of others looking for places to sit. Food, (french fries, mcnuggets,etc laying under tables) staff seemed too social to pay attention, had no order, and I dont think there was anyone in charge. They forgot my frappe, my granddaughters apple juice and a cup for one drink. There was no ketchup and no working ice machines. I saw several people walk in and back out.And no, the place was not too crowded and again, no, they were not understaffed. Something should be done about this place, as I am afraid someone will become ill after leaving.
Can yall please update your come on in sign on your doors since Covid has been going on for over a year & some restaurants/ fast food places are now letting people in the dining rooms & since YOU ARE NOT it should be changed or your dining room should begin to open up then..... thanks
Lazy employees. I went through the drive through for breakfast and ordered the burritos and asked for hot sauce. Noticed they werent in the bag I went inside asked for it and the employee looked around for a whole 2 seconds and said they didnt have any when i can clearly see it from the counter. Very lazy
The girl that served our drinks had nasty long fake nails, and the other had her hair down. They gave us 5 drinks and charged us for them when we only wanted 3. And didnt give us straws. The line was backed up and people kept pulling over to go back in and get thier orders changed. Horrible service.
The accompanying app used to be much better because the coupons used to pretty much offset the recent pricing increases. Now, they still have them, but theyre not as useful, and most of them require you to use the mobile app with a saved card. If I have to go through the extra steps of ordering something on my phone prior to pickup, it defeats the purpose of fast food. If I have to choose whether I pay full price for fast food on the fly or use my phone to place an order for food that may take a bit longer to prepare, there are many better options out there that will still be ready prior to my arrival for pickup.
I never realized that McDonalds could find the least happy people to staff thier restaurant. Chick-fil-A mandates that thier staff be courteous and polite so we damn well know McDonalds can to. I hate this location and will happily drive to Maumee or even Swanton before I consider this location. Unfriendly staff that dont say welcome or thank you along with dirty facilities. No Thanks, Maumee can have my money.Update: Went back because of time. Still sucks but worse. Staff is unfriendly and have an I hate my job attitude. Ordered selects and they forgot my sauce. Ordered a large ice water and they upchraged me for a bottle I didnt want. I wont be going here anymore. Horrible. Its worth the drive to Dussel or Maumee.
The manager was awsome we have a special needs granddaughter who saw barbies in the display, and got a hello kitty instead. due to a recent change over. The manager was kind enough to remove the display and give her and her bro and another child the toy of choice off the display. Thank you Chad you rocked our world today
Went there at 230 in the morning after work. Ordered a sausage McMuffin and fry. Which at other locations was only $2. Not there. I got charged $3.08 and the muffin wasnt even toasted. It tasted microwaved. I had to wait 5 min before I even got to order. There was noone in the drive thru lane.
If you go around 930pm..you will wait in the drive thru..people leave the line because they arent being served..the drive thru customers are being ignored..as you drive around ..you can see the employees standing around ignoring customers..this has happened more than once! Horrible....
Always mess up my orders. If I ask for no pickles they give me extra or if i ask for extra they dont give me any. They over-season their patties and constantly run out of certain drinks. I emailed the franchise owner and got a free meal replacement and they f***ed that up too. Worked @McDonalds before so I know this is not acceptable!!Only reason I come back is because the night shift drive thru cashiers are amazing! They are very kind and through. Grill and table, not so much.
What can I say, its McDonalds, but I feel they made a mistake. They put a person on drive thru who wasnt qualified. It was quite a busy evening and the poor boy was just very confused about what was going on. He almost forgot to give me my change and had to go get the manager. I felt really bad for him, (sinking fast).
While it says it is 24 hours a day I have came there a few times early like 3-4 am and it isn’t open. The lights are off and no one answered at drive through. Go through the drive through and someone inside claims they open at 5. My guess is it is a deadbeat manager fleecing the owner and not wanting to serve anyone n the middle of the night. The owner should look into it.
Im really getting sick of ordering a regular iced coffee, which comes with cream and sugar. Its how your company has made it. But, for the reason, I can never get sugar in it. The last 4 visit to this particular MC, youve messed something up. So, kind of sick of something so simple, being so difficult.
The food is, well, normal McDonalds food. The manager here does care, but the employees seem aloof. The only reason we have come to this location is because they have a really big play area for the kids, with its own family bathroom (with an adult toilet and a child-size toilet). There are usually a lot of kids there for my children to play with, and Ive had great conversation with some of the moms here. The morning manager is very kind and accommodating and obviously takes his job seriously, but Im assuming the night shift drops the ball, based upon what the kids play area looks like first thing in the morning . Unfortunately, they do not keep it clean AT ALL. Ive seen diapers left on the changing tables overnight, and the changing table was filthy - obviously not cleaned for several days AT LEAST. When I, as usual, wiped down the changing table before use, the wipe was dark gray. Yuck. Its close and convenient when Im out shopping or running errands, and Im not really afraid of germs, so we will be back, but I always make my kids bathe immediately after playing here, and I make them frequently use the sanitizing hand wipes and liquid hand sanitizer that is provided. I am still giving it three stars because of the good service and fresh food, but I cant give it five because of how dirty the kids area is.
The person taking our order did not have a good knowledge of the menu at that time of day. She totally messed up our order at the drive thru. I had to go inside to straighten the order out. Was so not impressed. They were very busy, and didnt seem to have a handle on what was going on.
This fast food place is the worst in Holland. Never go to this McDonald’s. I ordered yesterday evening through the drive thur and once i got home to open everything, my fries in my own order was so dry, cold, and hard as a damn rock. My kids happy meals were messed up due to the simple fact all happy meals come with fries in them and i never received fries in the two meals. Also my cheeseburger wasn’t fresh or hot and on top of that it wasn’t a double cheeseburger like i ordered. Plus they even charged me for apple juices already that comes with the happy meals. I give up on McDonald’s and their lack of business after that and feeling sick after eating it 🤮🤢 guess you get what you pay for and knowing this place is a joke with teenagers that really don’t want to work but play around on the job. Wish i could give this place zero stars i would. Pitiful place...i might have to call cooperate on this place and the members working here because seems shift manager(s) don’t know how to run a so called business right.
I ordered in the drive thru then when it came time to pay they were out of my order. I reordered new items then once again in the pick up window they were out. They didnt even know what order we were. Just seemed like they were not all on the same page and i came on a bad night. Very confusing! 😑
Came here late night. Disgusting and rude women working. Took over 10 min to get my food and then it was like rubber. Come on. So I asked for new fries and was literally made fun of right there by what seemed to be a manager completely unprofessional and disgusting. I know its only mcdonalds... not that hard
Its McDonalds...70s and 80sits was the place to go...now they cut corners to save money only to make huge profits...if I were a franchise owner I would change the friers 2 times a day...hire employees with self pride...great employees and great tasting food will bring people back...so what you spend in extra oil cost for friers you will make back with return customers...
This review is about 6555 Airport Hwy Holland Ohio. Drive thru is consistently very slow for breakfast. They dont have eggwhite Delites. Breakfast burritos tortillas were dry and barely warm. Were forced to buy the meals which included hash browns and coffee, which we didnt want. Coffee tasted burnt. No napkins were provided. Woman on speaker spoke so fast you couldnt understand her with a dose of attitude. Will drive down the road from now on
First time I order salad drive thru, the container wasnt properly package - Everything spilled. Another time, I order salad again quantity was very very minimal than average and the chicken was disgusting that I had to throw it away. Third time, chicken was very bad as well.
Just came through and got a Mcdouble and 2-10 piece nuggets, the food was cold/old, the bun on the burger crunched when bitten. The patties were so cold that the cheese didnt even attempt to melt. The nuggets were so cold and old that they were inedible, literally, threw 14 away..Unacceptable, if you cant serve a consistent product, maybe you should rethink the whole being open 24hr thing..either make the customer wait for fresh food or tell them we dont have any, something. Dont just hand out whatever because its 15 after midnight, youre open so the product should be the same and 15 after noon...smh, i paid $8 for 6 barely edible nuggets. At that rate maybe you could afford to start paying your employees a decent wage to where they do their job correctly. Probably wont come back to this particular location again. To reiterate one last time, EIGHT DOLLARS FOR 6 NUGGETS!!P.s. it was extremely hard to write this without any swear words.
We come here every single day on my fiacees way home from work and every single day we have issues. We keep coming yes.... Because its super convenient. But our food is qlmoat always wrong.... My turtle could eat his meal before we received ours. Oh go figure.... They dont have biscuits and gravy ready. Oh and look our $5 for extra bacon. Yup... Non resistant. ×hy why pay,extra. Only so so, fries overdone, sandwich blah, cost more than the value, buying 2 meals with a drink, one got a large, one got a medium, just whatever they feel like pouring I guess. Cheaper to get meal with drink and throw out than to buy without drink. Senseless and wasteful.
They messed up one of our sandwiches, adding onions when I asked for no onions. The fries were disgusting - not just kind of old, like we couldnt stand to eat them. I called to try to get a replacement and the worker was very rude on the phone and hung up on me without even telling me her name. Just said, Ill put it in the book for you. What? I work at a McDonalds and I know what is expected lol.
You know...its a crying shame that in a community like Oregon, Ohio that holds a higher standard than most communities, that your child has to eat in absolute filth and no matter how concerned you maybe be about the safety of your child and ask DAILY for the security door in the childrens Playland to be closed and the security alarm in place to warn staff of possible jeopardy of your childs well being be turned on...youre only met with excuses on why they cant enable the security measures that should be in place for a childs and parents peace of mind. So... if eating in filth and not caring if any random person could walk in unknowingly and do God knows what these days to you or your child...yeah, eat here. But if you care about your childs health and protection... I would pass on by and find another place to enjoy time with your child.
This is literally the slowest McDonalds to ever be in existence. I wait at least 20 minutes in the drive through every time I go to this location. And then the employees at high and mighty like I owe them something because it took them 20 minutes or more normally do something that they want paid $50 an hour for. Never ever ever go to this location
Horrible horrible horrible fries! Half of them werent cooked and some were so soggy they werent edible. I was traveling do I had already hopped back on the highway and couldnt go back. My nuggets were also a little mushy- yuck! I had to throw the whole meal away and stop somewhere else for lunch- very disappointing!!!
Horrible service. Sat at the drive thru for 15 mins before I pulled off. Would have left sooner but was blocked in by the other drive thru traffic. They were rude when I went in, and I didnt mention I was in drive thru. Always slow and rude. Spend more time talking amongst themselves.
My wife and I ordered our food I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese with no onions I ended up with a single quarter pounder with cheese and no onions or pickle so I took it back to the counter this is after we walked away and sat down I walked it back up stood in line told them about the mix up and one of the employees was looking for the sandwich u had I watched her put it in a bag and hand it out the drive thru window
My coffee. Tastes so old i had to pitch it and my strawberry pie was the nastiest expired i have tastesd pies right out of the oven .but they should of pitched the pie last week....do the McDonalds employees think the customers cant notice the difference..wow..i was disappointed and havent return...saving alot of money ..you know McDonalds has it good ..no worries about me..thank you for your concerns

2022-06-10Vat oil is never filtered for their chicken and chicken is a dark brown and is super old. By far the worst customer service wouldnt recommend coming here again unless youre use to a disappointment

2022-04-02My double quarter Pounder with cheese was missing 1 slice of cheese, meat was very dry, almost no ketchup or mustard, just poorly made. Fries were over cooked and hard. It seems no one cares about quality here. The drinks, 2 large Cokes, were great.

But I didnt get the root beer or the 6 piece chicken nugget. But they did give me two 4 peice Nuggets so its okay.My mom ordered:A vegetarian double cheese burgerA Large Diet cokeWell they messed up and they removed the cheese and sauce and put double beef patties. So they did the complete opposite of what we wanted. They did give the Large coke but it wasnt diet. So basically my mom got a pickle and onion sandwich which was not what was asked for.So unfortunately, because the order was so messed up, I have to give a two star rating. Im sorry :(

2022-05-23Went to this McDonald’s today around 11:30. So lunch time. All of our nuggets were ice cold. Fries weren’t cooked all the way. Kids didn’t mind, but I took mine back up and she didn’t even give me what I ordered to replace them. She gave me a six piece nugget instead of 10 and medium frie instead of large. Gave us a kids cup instead of medium cup. She said they were out but I could clearly see the medium cups behind counter. She was very rude. She didn’t even have to take my order because I placed it with mobile app. Horrible experience. Most likely will not be back.

2022-06-15Every single time I come to thie location, my order has missing items. Today I was in a rush so I tried to give them a chance and this time I got all my items. But when I opened my sandwich, it looked like it had fallen on the floor. There was black dusty stuff on both sides of the bun! My food isnt edible at all! Ill starve before u ever come here again!

2022-08-03McDonalds employee took my order within a few minutes. I waited 10 plus minutes for my order ( 2 regular hamburgers, 1 Sml. Blk. Coffee. Hamburger buns were not soft, hamburger (the meat) was just a little warm. Coffee was hot. Had one hamburger threw one in the trash. Finished drinking my hot coffee and walked out. Will not return. 2022-06-07I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a large fry and the fries were old and the crispy chicken sandwich was black and just looked disgusting, so I asked for another order and I was waiting at the third window for 20 minutes and then went around the drive-thru for a refund and they weren’t even making my food. But I guess what do you expect from McDonald’s.
