Ive never really received bad service here but would suggest updating the hours. I rarely try to go, but it never seems to be open when I do go and its always at random times. I went around 8:50pm today and the drive thru seemed open but no one answered to take my order. There were several cars in the lot and workers inside. Ive had this happen nearly every time Ive tried to go the last year or so. Please post accurate hours.
They cant seem to manage mobile orders. Ive had to replace my order with this location the last three times I tried mobile. They used to know how to handle them, not sure what changed. The female manager that works mornings will try to gas light you and tell you someone already took your order, or you never placed an order. Then after making you reorder, its never the correct order you receive. Awful location.
Update: How can you upcharge by 2$ or more dollars on everything you sell, skimp out on the portion we are paying for, treat the customers like they are bothering you, I just dont get it 😜 🤔 also I buy a 6$ crispy chicken and not only can one of your stores decide if pickle goes on it!! BUT they give me the stem from the tomato 🍅 😔 I just dont know 😕 this has went from bad to worse is our fault for wanting to spend our lunch money at your restaurant? And what an incredible inconvenience that almost every time I have to order a lot of food 🙃 I have to feed my husband and 3 kids!!
If I could give this 0 stars - I would. I walked into the lobby before 6:00pm to be yelled at rudely by 2 people not even in uniform, that the lobby was closed. In my confusion I tried to clarify when the lobby closes each day, whether I could order to go, even if I was permitted to walk mobile order curbside pickup. The 2 individuals continued to yell louder with each question that the lobby was closed. Needless to say I wasnt able to order. No food. Completely rude and unprofessional. I wont ever return there.
I understand being short-staffed, but the app shouldnt let you check into the dining room get out of your car walk to find a locked door have to unpark get into a long drive-thru line and wait an additional 25 minutes to get your food. The clothes dining room sign should be visible from the street. And without a dining room it seems a bit ridiculous to have to wait 25 minutes to get a burger and fries at lunch time.
Today was quick but normally slower and order was correct today and is almost Always wrong! Ask for 1 item with or without certain toppings .. such as frappe .. 2 , 1 with whip cream and the other without .. always both with lol! Lucky just a preference and not an allergy though ..
Horrible!! Rarely do they ever have breakfast burritos and now it is 6:12am and they are not open. Amazing how people want $15 per hour and can’t even open on time. Minimum wage is for people who have basic skills like….being on time, brushing your teeth, wearing matching clothes etc….
Dude! This is the worst McDonalds. lolThe lines are soo long, even before the pandemic and the great resignation! lolWe waited online for 20 minutes on Saturday for 20 mcnuggets and one large fries with bbq sauce. When we finally got the order, no sauce. We asked the guy, who was in his phone at the window for our sauce, he walked away and 5 minutes later he never came back. We left with a line circling the building. I didnt wanna hold anyone else up. Just. Dont. Go. Here. lol
I recently lost my mobility with my car so I have no access to drive-thru at this location. I found out that the dinning room is only open for lunch which ends at 2pm. They had employees sitting down and doing no work while on the clock when I went inside. The food was ok, but my sandwich looked like it was thrown together without care. This location also closes at 8pm which is unheard of until I started going here. I have stock in the company and often think why they close so early.
2 cars in front of me in the drive thru and all is going well. I pull up to get my order of 2 McChicken sandwiches and a large iced tea. The car is blowing his horn behind me as I wait patiently for my order. Looking thru the window I began to have second thoughts on waiting on my food. The inside of the store was a chaotic mess. The drink service area included. There were cups falling from under the front counter onto the floor. There were boxes poorly stacked on a cart. One staff member was walking around with her coat on, her phone was being utilized, and she appeared to be taking orders over the headset. Now with at least 4 cars behind me and still no sandwiches are coming out the window yet. 5 minutes I spent at the window, and the sandwiches were cold with the lettuce and mayo all in one glob on the edge of the bun. Seems like most Mc Donald have went to horrible service since the inside has been closed. I will just add this store to my lengthy No McDs from there list. Such a shame.
I’ve been waiting in curbside for 30 minutes and ordered my food 45 minutes ago.I’ve watched them help everyone in the drive thru and it fill back up and get cleared out again three times.One girl came out and told me they was out of the drink I had asked for and even offered a free second drink sense they was out.But she never returned with the food or the drinks
Horrible. Why do I keep going back to McDonalds? Other than there breakfast items the rest of their food is just plain nasty. No one takes pride in there work, its not just McDonalds its all fast food restaurants. My burger was so hard I couldnt eat it. The fries omg just hand me a salt shaker n keep the fries, way way to salty YUCK!! DONT KNOW if Ill ever be back.
I would have given this a perfect review, but I wanted 4 strawberry cream pies and were told 10 minutes. It took 20 minutes. I understand being busy and the cook time, but be more honest with wait times. I would have waited 20 minutes gladly or I would have just said no and you would have still received a 5 start rating.
Worst service EVER. Rude employee taking trash out went around to take the can out and coming back decided they didnt want to go around and hit my car. When I said something they said they didnt do anything but they did scratch it. Waited 20 minutes for curbside service, went to do inside to inquire and someone finally came out with my COLD food and when questioned on the time I was told I should be happy it wasnt longer. Rude and disrespectful place, dont go there.
Ordered through mobile app. Usually takes about 5 minutes to bring out your order at other McDonalds. This one took 15 minutes and shorted me 4 hashbrowns I paid for. I was buying breakfast for my crew and didnt have time to go back to fix the order. At least my guys got their sandwiches and burritos.
Wish that the USA McDonalds had the purple BTS packaging. All we got here in the usa was a paper bag as our keepsake. Wish we could also gotten those shirts that the crew wears. Had to go to Amazon to order a fake one. BTS Army deserved way more than what we got here in the USA.
They have a very difficult time with my special request ice cream cone order SOME of the time. 3 out of 5 visits it is for some reason really confusing. But today was the 1st day that the drive thru person was actually rude to me. I mean REALLY! it is just ice cream and I am a very easy going person. I never raise my voice or get upset. I just wanted my it done correctly. And I could she had an attitude about it. Very unprofessional. I wasnt sure why she was so upset about, she didnt take the original order . Everyday I take my toddler and dog to the dog park and then we go to McDonalds for ice cream. My order goes like this: May I have 2 ice cream cones please and one of them is for my toddler so please so do 1/2 of the normal amount of ice cream on the cone Like I said 3 out of 5 times I have no issue and I am handed 2 ice cream cones and 1 of them is a special request with just a few swirls of ice cream on the cone.The other 2 times I am handed a cup with a cone on top of it or once I get to the window I am asked again what it is I want. I repeat it and I will get a blank look back or like today a rude look. Or I will get a cup anyways. I never anywhere in my order ever mention wanting a cup, how can she eat her cone and ice cream when it is upside down in a cup? I dont know. I rarely write reviews unless it is a good review but this really bothered me today that she was so rude to me just because they were not understanding what I wanted for my toddler. I wont go back to this one again for anything, which I am sure is fine with them. Now I have to drive 5 miles out of my way for 2 ice cream cones everyday, just to avoid this nonsense.
It was not a good experience. I had been up all night at childrens hospital with my daughter, stop there to get two lattes to keep me away for my hour and and a half drive home I asked 2 sugar-free latte and then we got some nuggets and fries and a cheeseburger. Our fries were stale and left a nasty coating in our mouth and my lattes were so sweet that I could not drink either one of them mind you I paid for two large lattes so needless to say I was not too happy and I wouldnt go back again.
Miquel (manager) was the only good experience I had as he was the manager who answered the phone when I called to rectify my horrible experience. I had waited almost 20+ min on my Curbside carry out, had to go inside to get it to find the employees fake punching one another and completely disregarding they had a guest in the lobby. After getting my food, the fries were only half filled, only got 1 of 2 of my triple burgers were in the bag, no bacon on my Travis Scott burger, no BBQ as requested, and not only that, the food was room temperature. Did I mention the two employees outside smoking weed at the front entrance? Avoid this place, go to the Wendys down the street.
More than enough employees but not one and i mean not even one person not even one of the 3 mangers that were there tried to help us . we were there for over 10 minutes before we walked out the door. Will never give this location any of my hard earned money. I work for an restaurant and i make sure i get someone when i see people standing waiting to be helped..
Fries are still partially frozen, they dont give you all the food in your order and the supposed manager is rude. Hangs up when you are in the middle of a sentence when u call and doesnt seem to care that they didnt get your order right or that they are serving under cooked food to people.
This is the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to. They have trouble giving hot food along with the correct items, or for that matter you will be lucky to even get your items that you ordered. If you happen to not get all of the items that you orded be prepared for a argument with there management who will swear up and down to your face that you are a liar and that you are just trying to get free food from them. If they didnt give you a receipt and you are missing items you might as well just except your loss because they will refuse to give your items.
Food was good as usual. A patron familiar with the store manager went on a verbal rant on some foreign man, dropping numerous F-bombs. I was with wife and grandson. She was allowed to stay and repeat the episode to anyone whod listen. Very unnerving and ruined our day. Manager should have asked her to leave. Wont be back!
We told them what we wanted. Then she asked us a second time. Then got the order wrong anyways. When youre tired from work and you buy all your kids food and its wrong. It really upsets you. Especially when youre asked twice about your order and then they still get it wrong. And you want a raise, really?
The place was clean and the service reasonably fast. However the music system was pairing and you couldnt hear any of a table conversation. I called the phone number on the recipe and brought it to their attention. They said it would be looked into. 3 days later and nothing changed.
McDonalds hit the spot for me today. I had a quarter pounder with cheese minus onion cut in half and it was served to me just the way I asked for it. The lady at the drive-thru was very friendly and courteous covered every base such as asking me if there was anything else could get for me. I was very pleased with my order and in turn did their survey oh, and the next time I buy one Ill get an additional one free. Keep up the good work McDonalds!
Late night staff are rude, complained that I ordered an ice cream cone ahead of ordering a meal (why would that matter?) And then complained about my chip card that he had to insert it twice for it to read (not my problem either), should quit if you hated your job that much. And Ive had several occasions where the food I get thru the drive thru were different than what I ordered
The worse experience in a long time. First staff was just rude! Second staff was lazy. All staff need training on good customer service. They even allow the homeless to shack up there. Nothing against the homeless but if it makes other customers uncomfortable. I took my special needs consumers there for dinner. Never again!! Employees yelling out Spanish then telling at customer because they dont understand. Your in USA speak English at work speak what you want at home.......
Cant really go wrong with this McDonalds, never had an issue anytime Ive ever been there. They are quick, courteous and the place is clean including the bathrooms. Food is always right even with special orders and the staff seems to usually have a smile on their face.
Im not sure which location of McDonalds this is but I had nothing but bad experiences with them all from Kentucky to Columbus OH! Went in to buy coffee and it was so cold inside the restaurant I told them I was going to drink it in my vehicle. But I was told if I did I wouldnt be able to come back in for refills! Im talking about what would be maybe 10 minutes. The very worst experience was at the Lagrange KY location. I walked in the door and floor was a huge puddle of water and had a terrible fall. Mgr acted like they could care less. Funny thing was I was there to buy a $1,50 cup of coffee and after I explained how bad I was hurt I still paid for my coffee. After I left I thought wow if it had been me handling the situation I would have given the coffee! Its been over 24 hours and Im still waiting for a response from corporate how to handle medical care. Cant put weight on my knee, cant use my right arm because it affected my shoulder and neck and injured my hip. If they dont contact me soon Im going to the ER. Dont go to these locations or at least be aware of how they treat their customers!
Very poorly managed....its as if the person taking the orders at the drive through has lapses in memory or something. When you get to the pick up window theyre never really sure what you ordered....Ive stopped at this McDonalds probably 100 times...it is getting so much worse! Manager always standing in the middle of the pick up area with his hands on his hips!
I’m honestly just confused about the whole dynamics of this fast food restaurant. It’s not even the staffs fault. They are very clearly not properly trained and at this point I’m wondering who runs and or manages this particular location. I have managed plenty of businesses in my day and i just can’t imagine why anyone should sit in the drive through for 45 Min for some nuggets and cheeseburgers. Managers can’t get mad at staff if they don’t train them and McDonald’s can’t expect customers to pay for FAST food when you wait 45 Min for it. I absolutely hate this location. It needs serious help.. I would love to share the photo of the girl at the window with her 10 inch over grown acrylics talking on her iPhone 5 in a sparky case at the window WHILE taking orders. But idk how to post a photos on here. #ratchet
Update: It was ok, just disappointing, we sat in that drive thru for 24 long minutes! Not even an explanation or sorry about your wait, nothing! Ive been here before & it was pretty fast & food was good. I wish that I could say that about this visit. Besides waiting in the actual drive thru line for over 20 minutes, I did actually make it up to the window to get my food. Well, the manager was inside there totally talking down to an older gentleman. It was really kind of crazy to watch bc this woman was supposed to be the manager, & actually set a good impression for those younger employees working there. Not this lady! Very, very rude & totally obnoxious! Wow! But instead of getting my food all of the employees were to busy watching thier manager say some very rude things to a gentleman that wasnt even being mean or rude to her. I honestly think something was wrong with his order & that was why at /we were held up in the drive thru for so long. But Im not sure?I will drive the extra couple miles just to go to this McDonalds. Its newer, its much faster, & the people are actually nice there!
Worst customer service ever. Two girls at the counter did not smile one time. Didnt listen to our order. Missed part of the order. Asked if I wanted for here or to go, I said here, they put it in a bag anyway. Got an attitude when we asked for our 3rd drink cup, found out they missed an entire meal. Im giving it one start because the food was hot at least.
The food and service was great... But some bad news ☹️ the real reason why u cant get ice cream at. McDonalds isnt because the machine is broke its because the machine is dirty and they feel guilty giving you ice cream from a dirty machine. How many times does dairy Queen tell you know we cant serve you ice cream NEVER
Drive thru is extremely slow. 20 min total. I know i should have left. Cashier was very rude & the young lady who handed me my food was worse. She literally got an attitude because I alled for napkins i should not have had to ask for. Will not return to this McDonalds again. Id rather drive out of my way.
Fries where absolutely old and cold. They where way too salty as well. The meat on our burgers was tough and deff past there time. Not at all happy with the quality of food. Fast, fresh, and friendly? FIRST IN FIRST OUT? Dont know if there store manager or floor manager really knows how to delegate, multitask, or maybe the trainer isnt the right person for the job at hand. Anyway I didnt enjoy this last visit to McDonalds.
My roommate and I ordered from this location via UberEats, the order arrived incorrect. Id specified no sausage on my breakfast platter (that was supposed to include a biscuit and it didnt) and it arrived with soggy eggs and a sausage patty. Im a vegetarian of 5 years so I tossed the eggs as I didnt want to chance eating them. So I enjoyed some soggy pancakes and hashbrows along with an iced coffee that was full of grounds. My niece got pancakes as well, hers were even soggier than mine. I rarely eat at McDonalds, but due to the lockdown, and working from home, it seemed like an easy option for a quick breakfast. Turned out to be a waste of money.
Horrible service never gets orders correct. Staff us rude. Customers be drunk I felt scared a group of men just kept harassing me and my daughter. Everyone in McDonalds saw the men they just laughed. When i finally approached the counter I asked for the manager. Which I knew they were going to say she wants there. This isnt my first complaint. On McDonalds franchises. I said to the young man I wish she was cause I wish someone would have made that guy leave.
So I ordered glazed tenders and large fries. Specifically asked for 2 ranch cups. Pulled up only to see no ranch in my bag. Asked the older red headed lady at the window if I could get my ranch and this Heifer has the audacity to give me attitude taking about I can’t just be giving them out like that. They were on my freaking receipt! It’s not a big deal but don’t give me no ducking attitude when I ask for the things I didn’t receive!! Happened 10/29/2019 at 1:22pm Order #91i could have been petty and asked to speak to the manager for the way she was acting with a customer but I’m not that petty! So writing this review instead smh
One of the much better McDonalds in my opinion. Has a high volume of business so my food is fresh 95% of the time. Definitely room for improvement with some staff but not enough for me to stop coming. Like I said this is one of the better locations vs great southern which is about 8 more minutes down south high.
Waited in line for 15 minutes. Ordered a strawberry shake and guess what!? They wait until I arrive at the second window to inform me the machine is down haha! Go figure right!? If these kids would put their phones down maybe they would have time to clean the machine so its functional smh
This location closes early all of the time, and they often dont notice when someone pulls up, leading to lines taking longer than they should in the drive-through. The food is usually right though, and they dont get lazy and shut off their milkshake machine like other locations.
I live near here...and I would drive 10 minutes to the next closest McDs if you are really jonesing for it...hands down the slowest McDs I’ve ever visited. You’d think maybe they are taking so long because they are making you fresh fries or something. Nope. Never the case. Or maybe, “hey, no line! This will be quick!” Guess again. They’ll still figure out how to take 10 minutes. Staff is nice enough, just can’t figure out how to make fast food anything but slowly.
I got there@ 11:27am. I was the ONLY customer in the building other than the ones dinning in I did not walk out until 11:37am I only had 6 items from the 2 for 2 & a drink. They took care of like 4 customers in the drive thru & a man that came in after me. Which Im not really understanding. They pay more attention to the drive thru than anything else. Its like this every single time. At least they got my order rite which is slim to NEVER. I guess I should be grateful for that.
Bro this McDonald’s has the most problems out of any of them as far as food goes there fryer breaks they don’t have fish sandwiches or breakfast burritos ever the drive thru lady tells ppl there out knowing ppl ain’t going to believe that McDonald’s out of fish or breakfast burritos no way I drive down the street and they have it never seen this many problems at a huge fast food chain it’s got to be the ppl working there no way accidents happ that much
Placed order for dine in. Food came in bag. Someone not in the mood to clean trays? Was given a number for order, but employee steps out to counter and mumbles contents of a order. I cant hear them, food was in a bag, I assume it was a carry out. Waited a little longer, noticed my number is now off the screen. Went to counter and not one person would acknowledge my presence. So I had to stand in line with people placing orders to finally get to speak to someone. Yes the mumbled bag order was mine. So that was a 20 min ordeal for cold fast food. There is a number system for a reason. Use it. Bun was also stale. McDonalds takes a lot of the thinking out of their processes, for these very reasons. It really takes more effort to mess the system up.
I was leaving a softball tournament and needed a quick bite to eat since I was unable sure f the later part of the day. I understand being near close but I pulled up to the drive thru with 30 minutes left and I was not greeted or waited on I dat in the drive thru for 10 minutes like this and still no answer. Poorest McDonalds ever...
Terrible service. Ordered happy meal for my niece, when I got home we opened the nuggets and got just a bunch of tartar sauce. Not sure if it was an order mixup or what. Gave us a new happy meal, but didnt apologize at all. Just a bunch of unenthusiastic teens working.
Pretty much what you would expect from the golden arches. It could have been cleaner. On my visit I did get old food. I like filet o fish sandwiches but getting a fresh one is difficult to do. I would not spend a lot of time around the parking lot. Not the best area in my experience. Im down with the clown but I cant recommend this place. I guess I got spoiled by my home McDonalds having fresh food.
I consistently go to this McDonalds and they consistently give fresh and great food, along with being very corgal and providing great and fast customer service even though they are a very busy location, but they give you your food as fast as possible. A little tip regarding this location: if you want your food ASAP, go through drive thru, because I worked at many fast good restaurants, and there priority is drive-thru so cars dont get really backed up especially there because theydont have a lot of room for drive thru so they really try ally recommend that everyone go there!
Staff doesnt pay attention to order missing 10 piece Chicken Nuggets for daughter and i ordered No cheese and no mustard on Quarter Pounder with tomato got two pieces of cheese one on bottom and one on top patty was old and broke in half when i called they said they would just replace what was messed up so two trips all on me for their screw up. I wish i could post pictures paper on top says no cheese no mustard inside a Quarter pounder with double cheese stay away from these places cause they dont listen and it is on you if they mess up go elsewhere
Instead of having car pull forward on something that they had to make fresh they held everyone up. I waited 12 mins. and 18 secs. To get 2 milk shakes and 2 frappes and i ordered strawberry they give me vanilla. I just left with the vanilla before i got more upset. Both of your South High Street stores in Columbus Ohio are worthless. I used to eat there but will only get frappes and shakes anymore because they can not get an order right to save their lives.
This McDonalds could be a good place, however classical mismanagement of the restaurant by a Chrissy is driving the workers that will actually work away. This business is struggling because of the lack of understanding of the individuals who are working there and the unfortunate reaction of pulling out the whip for the ones who are working and ignoring the ones who think they only need to be there to work.
This place is getting worse :( I love McDonalds but something is seriously wrong with this location - this time they gave me a side salad which was all brown and had a label please enjoy by 7:56 am for todays date when its already late at night. But the guy behind the counter was so unfriendly that I dont even want to complain. Will never come back :(
Slowest worst service ive ever experienced.. 930pm walked in only customer inside 4 different employees looked at me and turned around and continued to walk around the kitchen or sack extra fries. They appear more worried about closing for the night than taking orders. This location might be managed by a high school in not sure, but service is not a priority.
Stopped at this McDonalds tonight at 7:30pm and they have the doors locked with a sign saying lobby closed due to under staffed but yet they have people sitting i side smh but then dont want to serve people who are walking threw the drive thru. This McDonalds has really really went down hill over the years & in my opinion this use to be the best McDonalds on the South Side but not anymore.
Went through the drive thru today. I was the only one there when I first arrived. While I sat there waiting for them to take my order two vehicles go through the second lane. I finally said hello and the guy tells me hold on he has to count his money. So two cars got to give their orders and move through while I wait. I didn’t say a word when I got up to the window. The guy took my card and didn’t even look at me or say have a nice day. Then I get back to my office and find that the iced coffee I had been drinking had a moth floating in it!!! I’m furious
I dont get McDonalds often as fast food isnt the healthiest thing to consume. I decided to go through the drive thru this evening and received all of my son and is items as I would expect from all locations but am often unsatisfied. My mcdouble had all the onions, pickles, and condiments at the right ratios, fries were crisp and salted but not too much salt, sweet tea was sweet without having sugar crystals in it, and my sons nuggets were cooked adequately. Will definitely be going back to this location when I decide to choose fast-food again. Plus workers were nice at the windows.
Close to home but tends to be very crowded at lunch because its close to downtown but 2 ordering lanes help move you through the drive thru quickly. Great place to have a quick bite or have a shake/sundae/frappe` and enjoy the free Wi-Fi. Employees are friendly and is kept very clean especially the restrooms.
Just your classic American stereotype restaurant with plenty if great food that is less great for your body but youre in America so who really cares about that right? It also stands to the stereotype of Americans. The ones that take their job with a grain of salt and it shows haha. But you cant expect them to be a top of the line restaurant, politeness isnt part of the American burger. Just the fact your eating a burger says enough. QED
Yall seriously need to check the attitudes at the door! My wife left out of there so mad she was ready to come across the counter on somebody! You are at WORK! ACT LIKE IT! And this is German Village! If you insist on bringing yourselves out of the ghetto to work here, thats great. I dont begrudge anyone finding a job in a safe neighborhood, or a better way of life. But the people that live in this neighborhood for the most part are peace loving, easy going, hard working professional types. We dont come in here just to bother you, harass you or give you a hard time. Please show us the same courtesy! Were just customers. Were hungry, wed like some food and maybe even a smile without all the attitude. Not saying hello when someone approaches the counter, more concerned about conversating with each other behind the cook line, talking on your cell phones, serving cold fries, and arguing with customers when they ask you for something, UNACCEPTABLE! If you want to be that rude and ghetto to customers, then go work at Grant and Main where that sort of thing is expected.Now, I didnt call corporate THIS time, but trust me, I did get a few names, including the one on the receipt as well as the managers, and if this ever happens again to me or anyone I know, heads will ROLL! I wont stop calling and emailing corporate until half the people in here are without jobs and get bounced out the door. Not asking for much, just some hot food and whatever you can muster in the way of basic customer service. Thanks.
The man running the counter was so stoned out of his mind you tell him your order and only rings up half of it. And then done it to the people behind us as well....they were out of cups and tea and no organization at all. And when you ask for something they were rude
Over crowded and slow ... They have a u-scan there where you use your card ... Well I watched a group of men use it they got their meals at different times ... While one was eating the others still waiting .... I think that doesnt work if come together you should eat together so that you can leave together what since does that make... Not to mention there was an employee complaining about working there and was going to quit ... I think that McDonalds was very unorganized.
Why do McDonalds advertise ice cream products if no managers ever set up the ice cream machine. Thats about three hundred dollars each the different stores miss out on in the Columbus Ohio area. Its been in the 90s and the 5 McDonalds that I went to all stated that their machines were down? Fix it or we need to sue for false advertising. FYI may family works for McDonalds and stated that they dont set up the machine on purpose.

2022-05-10Incredibly rude delivery service. I was ordering because I was hungry in the morning. Someone wrote Big D on the delivery bags. Clearly theres no customer service training. Dont you know how that comes off to the customer? Rude as hell. Do not order from this McDonalds. Poor service 0/5 if I could give

2022-05-10The inside dining was comfortable and very clean. It was a bit of a pain I could see for the management to have to give customers diff. codes to get into gender specific restrooms. While charging 25¢ per packet of sauce. Although the employees seemed to keep up with necessary work protocol and maintain 7pm lobby closing.

2022-06-07I think every McDonalds needs to take what they do here as an example. Fresh fries is so important to me and every time Ive been to this McDonalds it has been fresh fries consistently for 2 months. Consistently as in every single time I come there. I dont care about nothing but about those fresh McDonalds fries they are addictive when they fresh and hot. Its the saltine crunch for me.

2022-06-25Its fine here.The food tastes like its supposed to. The service is pretty fast. Ive only encountered friendly people working here.The main issue here is always playing the which part of my order got messed up this time game. Last time it was a whole combo missing, the time before that was a missing medium fry, this time was an incorrect coffee order. Could be little, could be big - but its ALWAYS something.

2022-05-12This is by far the best McDonalds Ive ever been to! Theyre always quick and the food is ALWAYS hot & fresh! Unlike several other McDonalds in the area, there ice cream machine is ALWAYS working :) Happy kids = happy mom!

2022-07-04By far the laziest bunch of people I have ever seen not even a car in the drive thru one customer inside place my on line order and had to wait more then we 15 mins they gave me old Luke warm borderline cold Frys . I walked in asked for my Frys to be replaced and was asked what was wrong with the Frys .

2022-07-24Double cheese was cold! Other then that....it was McDonalds! Or the New McDz, Getting Expensive for the same cheap meals :p they tried to bump up like Walmart but not as many items as Wally World so its very noticable! Nice try but No Go!!! Great place to feed your pets but save our kids the ADHD

2022-06-06Half of the staff were too busy on the phones to get drive thru orders together. Only one girl was working to do it all and the other gave her dirty looks for try to get buy them and take food orders and help customer. Only 2 table were c lean enough to sit and eat off of.

2022-05-01They twice now have taken my order and was right back to there phones. I dont care if you doing this as long as my food is ready hot and your hands are clean cause when you touch your phone and then my food your transferring all the stuff from every where you have been!!!
