Absolutely horrible costumer service I called confirm an interview and use started saying that I didint even put an application in but that’s false bc I actually out 3 in and the day before that she said they do hire at 14 and a half and today she said they hire 18 and up which is another lie bc my 16 her old cousin works their and she began to get rude and I told her to calm down and she told me to kms and that I would never be a good person I’m life
I wish my wife hadnt been so hungry...her chicken sandwich was a flattened bun with a piece of chicken no bigger than 2 nuggets and 2 tiny pickle butts. It was almost funny, it was so sad looking. To top it off we had been asked to pull forward and wait 15 minutes.....and that was the result!!!
Went thru he drive thru, employees screwing round inside at the pay window sprayed ketchup on me and on my vehicle. No regard for anything. I wrote corporate, received 2 responses from them, but never heard anything from the franchise owner of this location. This place is a joke. Terrible employees, terrible management. I like McDonalds, however I was upset that they discontinued the breakfast bagel sandwiches. So one day I go for some food and to my surprise, theres a sign in the drive thru lane that said breakfast bagels are back!!. So I go to order and was told that they were out of them..I was crushed. I survived but I feel like the sign that got my hopes up, shouldve been temporarily taken down until they restocked...Im a huge fan of the steak egg and cheese one.
Honestly I’ve gotten great service every time I’ve ever come to this McDonald’s I read some of the bad comments must’ve had a different cruise and because everybody’s been so nice I just moved to the side of quintin and all the other McDonald’s or trash compared to the one I’ve been going to here
Would give this Mckey ds negative 10 stars if I could .First off its very unnerving to see someone handle your food with no gloves .They give you the wrong drink wrong size never bring the right one made me wait outside the line for my food wich should have been fresh but was cold and burnt .I didnt complain I fricken threw it away when I got home and will NEVER EVER GO BACK .ABSOLUTELY GROSS.
Waited forever, were out of spicy dipping sauce, and also buffalo. Somehow a small fry not ordered got in bag, they were limp and cold.This happens frequently at this location. This is why I only stop once in a blue moon when I get done at work after midnight. I have complained but it never gets better, despite multiple night manager changes.Best service was short, thin, young, African American male that managing. Would not recommend unless you want to wait 20-30 minutes for food. #real talk
They messed up my order of 2 apple pies. Yep messed it up. They gave me 2 pumpkin pies. I called and the manager kept talking over me I kept trying to talk so I was getting louder. She hung up on me. Called back and she was still rude. 3 times in a week time they messed up all 3 orders. The only reason I went back was to get the correct order. Will never go back there again. RUDE EMPLOYEES
McDonalds could use some supervision at this location.Line was only 3 cars but took several minutes. Received my order and looked in the bag to see an empty Fry bag and Fries dumped on top of the other items.Showed the lady at the window and she said yea i put them it the wrong bag so it flipped over i didnt want to bother with it so i drove off.When i stopped across the road to eat the Burgers were not even wrapped in paper, they were falling out in the bag.Absolutely would not recommend this location.Was going to throw it all away but i was hungry so i opened the Burgers to make sure there where no hair or stuff and ate them.Go a mile down the road to a better place.
I wouldnt didnt McDonalds about 4 had a small order for my two daughters wed run into approximately five different employees all very kind and nice young lady that was cleaning the place very polite and doing a very nice job a tall man at waiter. Us very kind Ill come back again
They served me a raw burger. It wasnt just undercooked it was RAW. Just cooked long enough to brown the outside of it. This location just cant seem to get orders right either. It happens all the time. After the raw burger I dont think I will be returning to this location ever again !!!
Today I had the worst customer service I have ever had at any restaurant . They are in the very beginning stages of a remodel so I can somewhat understand the chaos of the situation being that I ran a large chain restaurant similar to size as McDonalds for 7 years . With that being said what I can not understand is . When I pull to the speaker to order no one asks how can I help you I just get dead air so I pull around and no one is at the window , one construction worker then says I guess your going to have to pull around again agh ok .so I drive around the building a second time and the same thing happens again ..around the building for a third time meanwhile five cars have pulled in in front of me as I watch them all order there food and pull forward ... Yeah its my turn again .........dead air ..... Pull forward again surprise no one there , construction guy just shurges his shoulders this time so I beep the horn in a frustrated Manor seeing how Im 20 minutes into my 22 minute lunch break ! The normal person that waits on me two or three times a week since its the closest thing to work . Comes to the window and takes my order and gives me my total .. I tell her what is going on and how Im going to have to take my food and run back to work and let it sit till my next break to eat it yum , she graciously goes and gets the asstiant manager who very rudely just tells me the total again and when I told her Im a frequent shopper her theres nothing you can do for me since Im now 27 minutes into placing my order at a fast food establishment .. she then tells me the price again ..wow.. now I ask to speak to the general manager who in turn comes to the window and just as rudely as the first manager ...tells me the price .. my response is your *:+# kidding me right your not going to do anything about this situation . Her response is I cant discount you for this do you want it or not ... I respond with hell no I dont want it now and i cant believe that as a manager your going to let me ..the now former multiple times a week customer leave now wasting my whole lunch plus about 10 minutes of me being late back to work with no food to show for my extra long break without making this right .. In my disbelief the response to that is I cant discount it. its $10.46 do you still want it ...response hell no you know Im going to call corporate and there going to give me a free meal and you now lose a customer who spent $120 plus dollars a month almost $1500 a year and not to mention the 35 co-workers who most of frequented this establishment .. Who have now heard the story of the worst customer service ever and wont be coming back there either because of it !!! So lets recap and do a little math! Because you wouldnt take care of a $10.46 frequent customers meal .. that wasted 30 minutes on a 22 minute lunch break and left without even getting any food. Here is what your roughly losing!! my $1500 a year because Ill never go back here !!!! And my co-workers with a very low ball estimate lets they only eat here once a week on average $7 a visit = $245 a week = $980 a month = $11700 a year plus my own $1500 for a grand total of $13200 a year .. all because your management staff took a very bad customer experience and did nothing to make it better ! They actually made it a lot worse with there poor attitudes and poor hospitality training .. Ill end with this . WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THECUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT
After 17 minutes in the drive thru waiting to order, I was informed the item shown on no less than three signs including the order board, isn’t offered by this McDonald’s. I asked why it’s on so much signage if they don’t offer it and I was told to leave. I called to get a corporate phone number and I was put on hold for 38 minutes before the call was disconnected...Fear not I’ve found the number and I got my Mushroom Swiss just a mile down the road...
Why would u clean the shake n ice cream machine out at 9 am when thats the time ur suppose to start selling them. Shamrock shakes are only available for a limited time. This is the 3rd time Ive gone n its either broke or being cleaned. Whay arent the machines cleaned at night when they close/less busy 😥😥😥
Not good at all this time.. My coffee is a very light brown a is gross... I have sugar and ask for Splenda and it tastes like a little chocolate and cream witch I dont get neither one of them... So I couldnt even have a drink and I am very thirsty... Not very pleased at all... This is the one at harmont Ave. Canton. Very disappointed 😞😞..
Drive thru attendant was not trained properly and irritated 4 out of 6 breakfast sandwiches we received had egg shells nice after a root canal SMH ordered 2 with no cheese was not marked. Literally everything was thrown in the bag cold. Ordered 3 hasbrowns only received 2 which where also cold I usually dont complain because Ive worked customer service but I spent more in gas waiting my turn and just to be unsatisfied ans disgusted at the food not to mention waste my 15 bucks
Had to pull up to wait on quater pounders. Was sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes. When went back in side to see what was going on. They didnt even start to cook them yet!!! I asked for my money back. The person on the grill had a beard so LONG it was discussing. I would not recommend going there. Also so a person at front counter walk out the door,he got tired of waiting.
This McDonalds has a very bad problem! They have Gang Stalkers, that sit in their cars a watch for easy targets. Watch your kids, family, friends, and cars! This is not a safe place! I have had to call 911 about a half hour ago, because of the harassment of my neighborhood from these Gang Stalkers! There was even a robberyat the business adjacent to this McDonalds.
I will never be going to this McDonalds again! For the past month or so I have been going here and getting 2 sausage biscuits and a iced mocha coffee and now they r trying to tell me that the price is different. So I guess I will be getting up a little earlier and going to BK on 62. So done with attitude!!!
Went at 3:20 am. Sat at the order box for 8 minutes. Once order was taken, which was repeated back wrong and tried to get the girl to change it, was told to pull forward without a total price. Waited 10 minutes in line to get food. Once at the pick up window, corrected the order with rude employee. Told to pull up to reserve parking spot they would bring it out. At 3:58 am food was brought out with no receipt. I live one block from the place. Had ordered the big pancake meal and sausage egg cheese McMuffin. All cold and only one fork full of scrambled eggs for the big breakfast. Excuse given for slow service and cold food only two employees working midnight shift. Hmm last time I checked two employees and a manager made three. Never will go back to that place. Second time with a bad experience both times. Wont be a third.
Poor Customer Service. Employees are rude and lazy. The food is always soggy, stale and thrown together. Half the time the meats never on the bun. And they never put any chocolate in their chocolate shakes. WORST MCDS IN CANTON. Someone needs to hire a whole new staff.
Went through the drive thru and ordered a2 drinks and a mcchicken. They didnt add the mcchicken to my order so I had to ask for it at the pay window. When I drove to the second window to get my order I informed them I also needed a mcchicken. I was then asked to pull up to wait for it. I was waiting for over 5 minutes
McDonalds is the nastiest place Ive seen,in a long time.there food is never right and always cold.My kids even say this,rather have Burger king. McDonalds has gone downhill over the years.It just plain sucks,has no taste .Garbage. Sincerely, Senior Editor Fast Food Dining
I dont see a point in having a McDonalds open 24 hours a day if at night you cant even get milkshakes are frappes or any ice cream for that matter and its only a limited menu so why even be open... Especially when the majority of the people who work midnights over there have attitudes and you can tell would rather be anywhere but there.
I mean its McDonalds food but at the cost of a Happy Meal its a good deal. However on this particular day service was extremely slow like 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru slow, with only one person in front of me. Customer svc was less than par and, we ordered 3 hamburger H.M.s and received 2 amd 1 cheeseburger. For all this, I rate this Mcdonalds on Mahoning ave, Austintown a 2 star.
Suckd. Fries cold when i got them. Didnt have free meat, it was burnt and old.And all the foul language behind the counter with all crew members and the manager.And I know with my background of fast food employment at almost all locations of Wendys Burger King McDonalds Arbys and KFC this is not how you hold yourself affectional to the public when you serve them food.
I am rating this place poorly due to the fact I worked here.....This is another McDonalds franchised by the same company that has stores all over Stark County.I have witnessed with my OWN eyes during training managers using BARE HANDS (without washing their hands) to prepare orders.Pulling chicken up before the friers time expires.....Cross contamination of foods.That is as far as I know on 3rd shift.I did quit that job.Managers and Franchise owners were more concerned about cost......I cant work for a company that half trains employees and displays that kind of disgusting conduct while preparing food that people consume and may have allergies to.Avoid the 3rd shift menu at all costs.
This place is absolute garbage. DO NOT GO HERE. The order people are RUDE, interrupting customers, the managers are WORTHLESS. They constantly get orders wrong and managers give BS lines of how theyre going to fix things and make it up to the customer. They cant even do REMAKES without messing them up too?It was this simple.. your window 1 print machine needed its ribbon changed.. I couldnt read my receipt. Asked for a reprint form a diff machine. Got told FIRST that it would print the same.. WRONG. Got told second that its not possible.. WRONG. Got told THIRD that it would take 10min.. IM ON MY EFFIN LUNCH BREAK. I dont have 10min for your to pull your head out your ass and reprint my receipt..McDonalds DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.
Service has not improved since the last review. I waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes while the employee chatted with a driver in front of me. The food was dry and stale, and in my past visits the service has generally been poor and there were loud and obnoxious kids hanging out in the parking lot.
Dance just remodeled that store and it is that job theres no Wi-Fi that sounds are okay the toilets need to be cleaned shanks hes wiped off and paper towels and bazaars in the bathroom and a baby carriage San Jose from Weaver also its just you go to the counter to get the food and your Shannon are and you know what you want and then theres five of them with five people with her Becks turn to you and then I see a lots girl hustling and she said she hustled drive-thru and then she went from read mine and I know maybe she been on the screen with a guy could help because its called teamwork but I didnt see any and Harmon mahoning road McDonalds needs professional managers
This place has been poor since their manger tammy bates left she was heart of the store.. now their employees dont care about their serves. I am a diabetic I order a deit coke an they gave me a coke this could be a big mistake when you are not to have sugar. This could cost me my life.
Please explain to me whos running the McDonalds in canton now? Its like they no longer care about what they serve to people. Sandwiches sitting under a heat lamp for so long that the bun is soggy. I only eat there if Im order something theyre sure to have to make right then and there.

This used to be a decent McDonalds to go to I dont know what theyve changed but now the past four times Ive went there Ive had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for a simple order and they end up getting it wrong..and give you an attitude when you say you order is wrong..probably wont be going back to this location anymore gonna give the 62 location a try

2021-11-21The dayshift is OK however this Night Shift keeps getting worse and worse! Myself along with everyone else and that drive-through was waiting more than 5 mins for food, and at that by time we get our food it’s hard as a rock. We took it back and It was worse than before. The attitudes they give make it kind of intimidating to even eat it after taking it back. So despite the 20 mins total in eating I don’t understand why this McDonald’s hasn’t looked into wasted products and drive thru times or even fixed night management. I hate this McDonald’s! Gotta do better Mickey ds

2018-03-06The staff were exceptionally nice. Maybe too much so because they got distracted easily. The cashier was being extra friendly and when I went to pay for my sweet tea she told me it was $1. So I put my change back in my pocket and just gave her paper bills.We continued talking until I heard her counting out change so I interrupted that I had the change...... When I gave her a dime she gave me $9.03...... But I had only given her a $5. In the background a girl was asking everyone where the flurry spoons were and no one was answering. So she was fruitless searching for them while a few more workers just carried on.The cashier then walked away without saying anything and without giving me a cup. And when I asked someone else if I could get one they were obviously confused. It turns out that they have to get the sweet tea for you because it isnt left out with the fountain drinks to get for yourself. This is additionally frustrating when you have to wait in line a second time to get a refill and they only take one order at a time.Overall, the service was slow and the staff seems very disorganized. By the way the cashier was talking to everyone I would assume she was actually the manager but you couldnt tell because everyone was wearing hoodies or what I would call street clothes. Ive honestly never been to a McDonalds before where it seemed to have a lack of dress code.

2021-12-15My daughter and I went a couple days ago. It was terrible, I will never go to that McDonalds ever again. I would not even given a star, so I pushed it to be able to send a message. Line was a llooonnnggg wait. Then you go to pay so I asked the cashier are there problems in the kitchen No was his response. Well as I sat there still at his window for 10 minutes and another i moved up one car and stop. Anyay it felt like forever. I get to the window not once not twice but 3 TIME Im asked what I ordered. WHAT. So after another at least 10 minutes we get our order my daughter wanted sprite she got ice tea, Im done. SMH. Go home my burger was cold, cold and my daughter got not a Big Mac. How after repeating and the order is on the screen in front of the workers explain something. I was bad. HORRIBLE. I still dont understand.

2021-10-26Just went threw the drive thru and ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and was given a double cheeseburger. My 2 sundaes were $5 and were so melted and dumped in my car. Pathetic. Never wasting my money at any McDonalds ever!!!

2021-07-23The service and food was excellent! Looked like a new crew. Just what that McDonalds on Mahoning needed. I applied there for a job a few years ago. The manager named Nikki had another employee interview me. Even gave me a hat and a shirt. Didnt even hire me fully. Gave me the runaround never got a hold of me. It was pathetic 😒

2021-10-25Harmont and Mahoning r.d mcdonalds does okay most of the time, some times youll have a hiccup in the ordering process, came here with a friend on this particular visit and it was a good visit! All the food was good and it was during a busy rush.

2021-10-01Absolutely horrible !!! Actually Lee admitted to leaving my food sit for an hour. Food was ice cold sandwiches were made with ketchup after I said NO ketchup!!! Jesus please help this place !! Absolute horrible . Oh and to end this review girl working the drive through tonight told me it was none of my business for me to get her name to replace my order !! Its okay the other manager on 2nd shift will hear about this ! She just had to make my dinner box replacement the other day !!! To bad hubby wanted McDonalds !! Never would have came back !

2021-05-22I went through the drive-through and ordered my order. They gave me some thing that I did not Order so I looked at the receipt and sure enough they charge me for it so I’m letting them know I watch the woman at the drive-through turn around talk to the manager and they both shake their heads and talk about me and my children even heard them swearing, This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this McDonald’s which isn’t that great to begin with and whoever it was I hope she figures out what she wants to do in life because it definitely isn’t customer service. McDonald’s... you gotta do better!
