Ordered 2 filet o fish and 1 the cheese wasnt even on the sandwich. Ordered a diet coke and received a regular coke. Went through drive through.
Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes before giving up and going in should’ve just left. The restaurant was dirty, the staff was rude and the customers were po’ed. Do yourself a solid and go next door to Wendy’s!!
The cashier was very friendly and polite. She rang up our order with no problems. The place was clean, restrooms included.

I was there at night, i think they were the only place open..it took 40 minutes in the drive through to place my order, get it, and drive off.
Typical McDonalds but I couldnt understand why only the drive thru was open. I arrived at prime dinner time, but the lobby was closed.

Typical McDs. Food is served at a medium pace, I usually have to wait at least 5 minutes before I get food when dining inside. Bathrooms are reasonably clean.Update 02-18-22Remodel is done, nice and fresh looking, very modern inside. Better seating I think, but kiosk ordering only, which is how everything seems to be going... And no drink dispensers, I didnt like that. People had a tendency of piling up if they were waiting for there to go orders as theres not much room. Dont know how much I like that either. But at least its new and nice looking inside.

Food was cold but good flavor. Server took a long time to warm up and smile. Chicken was a bit costly, and portion sizes are good.
Got 2 shamrock shakes took awhile but customer service was decent.
Ordered a nugget meal and a cheeseburger. Had to drive around a second time to get the cheeseburger, which was fine. Get home and instead of nuggets, there is some kind of weird burger with bacon. Weird mistake.

The breakfast was taking 15 minutes and I had somewhere to be and I thought it would be done soon. I wouldn’t recommend getting breakfast here or you were in a rush.

Ordered Via Starship at 9:45, was given 15 minute wait time. Awesome! I check my phone frequently to see if its faster then expected and see the wait time number ticking up in real time- took them a whole hour to give me some nuggets, fries, and a mc chicken. Dont waste your time.
I get that lots of places are low on staff due to Covid but they literally take FOREVER to give you your food.
We asked what are these boxes in parking spaces next to the Bowling Green McDonalds and were told they are BGSU campus delivery robots! They can be filled with up to $50 worth of food and its delivered to very hungry and happy BGSU students. They are maneuvered along the sidewalks to campus and have built in anti-theft devices so no one can walk off with them! So cool 😎!
They were very slow and my car got pulled and they left us waiting were about 10 minutes
The food and our server was excellent. We also tried the cheesecake which was heavenly. The only negative we had was the very long wait and they dont take reservations on parties over six. We had 10 people but was all family. Wait time was an hour. Still worth the wait.

Worst Big Mac that I ever had.But I can say that thet are very consistent, my wifes Big Mac was also the worst Big Mac she ever had.We ordered fresh grill, but we received Big Macs that were far from being fresh grilled.More like an hour old universal holding bin sandwich.

Worst possible service that could happen. Had to pry info from the gal on drive thru headset. Then the clerk couldnt fill a decent cup of ice tea. He promptly spilled one and started over. For people that want to earn $15 minimum wage this is why you dont pay high dollar for $7 per hour effort. I’m not one to complain but my service was terrible. I get iced coffee there all the time and I got one that was completely white (too much cream) and I asked for a new one and it was the exact same. The girl at the second window wasn’t nice.
First went into the lobby. Was told by a door dash driver that the lobby is only open for door dash orders. So I got in my car, waited 25 minutes to drive up to the speaker to place my order and another 25 minutes to pay for and receive it.They didnt give me the honey mustard sauce or ketchup that I asked for.Terrible service, Ive worked at McDonalds that had less staff and weve worked quicker than that drive thru traffic was moving...
It’s unbelievable how SLOW this place is!!! And almost every single time, something is wrong with my order!! Today for example, went and got a large iced coffee, they put it in a medium size cup, not a huge deal but irritating considering I paid the extra $1.50 or whatever the up charge price is. Told them about it and they wanted to fight about it and say that it was a large cup when it clearly says MEDIUM FOR ICED COFFEES. Ugh!!!!!!!

Disappointed with the drive-thru experience. Large order ahead of us and rather than move the vehicle off to the waiting area, they kept it at the window for approximately 5 minutes. I counted 7 vehicles behind us that left the line. We were stuck as we had already paid.

So slow and cant get orders right
Absolutely horrible!!! Got a couple mcdoubles, then buns were hard, the burger was so salty almost inedible and way to much mustard, 1 mcdouble half the patty was off the bun when I unwrapped it with the toppings everywhere. Must be a bowling green thing I guess. Went to wendys a few days ago and got a moldy bun!!

Intercom failed, kept repeating order back incorrectly
This is a great place to stop for a quick bite to eat. There is often a line in the drive thru, but it goes pretty quickly since they added a second lane. They usually get our orders right and the food has always been fresh and hot. I wish they had more healthy options, but what they do have is pretty tasty. The inside of the building seems pretty clean, as well.

I was traveling and stopped for a rest. The level of business saw lots of fry baskets going down...and I was excited to get some freshly cooked fries. To my dismay upon arrival back to my car--not 15 seconds out of the door....and my french fries at best were lukewarm, soggy, and nasty. I was on a time frame so I was not able to turn around and go back. The quarter pounder was hot--but they tagged it NO CHEESE but it was delivered WITH CHEESE.
Theyre only getting a star because I must give them at least one to right the manager was doing an interview during the church Rush on Sunday three people on break in the back by the tables by the restroom a little girl with weaves on her head with an attitude and about 30 other people in line do - never showed up for their orders three or four people walked out I wanted to get an attitude because we didnt get our coffee it was just horrible what is wrong with America when you cant go to McDonalds and get in and out and under 20 minutes
I never go to this McDonalds anymore and for good reason. The service is horribly slow, they are always out of things, and they have messed up my order every single time that I have been here. Even during slow times I have had to wait 10 plus minutes for food. Go to the other location in town for better service.
My experience: super nice, friendly guy took my order just awesome customer service. He didnt make me feel like a number. I wish I new his name. But if Im ever out that way again I Hope I get him to take my order again. I think he might have been Management, idk.

Good for a quick meal. At times it can be very busy and have a wait to get what you want. I went in to order some orange juice around 7 at night and ended up spending 20 minutes waiting on it. I have also went several other times and gotten my food almost right away! It seems kind of hit or miss with it!

Forgetting to give us straws and making us ask twice for salt packets is one thing but dumping 3 drinks on the driver??? Being a manager you should know how to hand drinks out of a window. Then not even saying sorry and only asking if we wanted a drink remade. You guys need to get some better management and learn some common courtesy.

Ordered a large fry, this is what it looked like when I received it. And no, there were no fries in the bottom of the bag either. Glad I could pay for a large fry, but get a small one instead.
Staff is always friendly but this is the slowest McDonald’s on the planet. I work at BGSU a block away and sometimes I will pull in thinking - it will be ok. I have a full 20 minutes or there are hardly any cars in the drive through....Nope. It’s never fast. Takes forever even if I’m just getting a coffee. I just don’t understand it. I thought the installation of the second line would improve things but it has not.But ...they are always friendly and smile and always apologize for the wait time so that’s something.

With so many restaurants opening up their dinning rooms months ago... one would think that a, off the interstate McDonalds could unlock their doors by now and be more inviting. Wasnt the case first weekend of August 2020.
Great coke as usual, but the hamburger I got looked like it had been sitting around for 20 minutes or more. Expect a much better product than that even though it is just a hamburger and not one of the bigger burgers.
This McDonalds was very quick with my food at lunch time. When I arrived there they were many cars in the Drive-Thru. It only took me about 3 or 4 minutes to get through the entire line and get my food hot and fresh. Everything was in the bag and everything tasted good. I would definitely recommend this McDonalds location for a quick lunch time break.
Response time is slow during the evenings, and sometimes they get the order wrong. But given I know how much they pay their workers, you really shouldnt expect much else.

The workers who are there at 11 and after are the the sweetest, funniest people. Me and my BF live by the one on South Main, but we always go to this one just because if the great service and theyre 24 hours.CODY IS GREAT!
Store was out of ice, I had a screaming toddler in the car and we both simply wanted a pop with ice. They did not tell me they were out of ice when I ordered or when I paid. It wasnt until after I waited 10 min in line and at the window with a screaming 3 yr old was I told they were out of ice and asked is that ok. I said no, because you made me wait for something I never would have ordered if I was told prior to ordering and I shouldnt have to pay for this. The manager, Kelly, apologized for the inconvenience, but she needed the pops back for the refund. That is terrible customer service. I was not told the product I wanted was not fully available at the appropriate time. I would not have ordered and waited if I would have known.
They don’t pay attention! Always giving the wrong order. Idk who to be mad at, them for handing out the wrong orders or me because I keep going back giving them the benefit of doubt…. Annoying!

The mcChicken was poorly made. The bread was burnt, there was barely any lettuce and the chicken and the bread were hard. Also, the Oreo McFlurry was made sloppy as well. Not much Oreo and it was only half full. Very poorly made food. 😡
This restaurant has really good food, what you would normally find in a good fast food restaurant. The place was clean, nut the seats were pretty much all full, so I didnt get to sit in a booth like I wanted to. However, the food seemed fresh and the atmosphere was relaxing. They have a t.v. that I looked at a few times, with news on it, which was refreshing. Also, they have wifi, so I was able to do some things in my phone while I was there. I used the McDonalds app to get a good deal on my food, which was great. Overall, a worthwhile experience.
This Donalds is located fairly close to the I-75 interstate. I usually drive thru and felt the service was adequately quick. My order was correct and all my food was hot the service was decent I was greeted by the customer service rep working the drive-thru window. They only have a single drive-thru Lane which may hurt them at other times but during my visit I spend no more than 5 minutes in the drive-through Lane. This overall it was a good experience.
We stopped in here to get a quick iced tea... We saw people in the dining area for some reason the doors were locked and we couldnt get in maybe it was employees sitting in there taking a break. 🙂

McDonalds is normally a tried and true place to grab a bite to eat. COVID19 has been hard on them, and sometimes their menu and service have suffered, but all in all still a decent deal.
Well its McDonalds, the food was just fine. But this location always seems disjointed and slow. When I go inside to order at lunch it always seems the service is slow. Even if its right at noon, they never seem to have more than one register open (there are three there). If I go to the drive thru its pretty quick usually but... I like to get a cup of ice water if I get a meal. Not a bottle, cuz they have Dasani, which I hate. Well sometimes they give it to me, no problem. Other times they do it, but charge me a quarter extra?? Then other times they say they cant do it at all??! Makes no sense

The food is usually pretty standard for a McDonalds, Ive never had a messed up order, and the staff are generally courteous. But the fact that there is always a colony of gnats hanging around on the soda fountain and ketchup dispenser is absolutely disgusting. Every time I go, theyre there without fail. This McDonalds needs to seriously clean up more often.

Used to be the fastest McDonalds in town---with the addition of an idiotic two-lane drive-thru, wait times for food are 10-15 minutes MINIMUM. Workers at the windows essentially retake your order due to the confusion of two-lanes; efficiency is incredibly lacking---50-50 chance you get the incorrect food. Just TERRIBLE.
Wont deliver lunch menu past 4:01 and was rude after, even though other locations offer later lunch menu options. When an establishment is labelled 24hr it should be more specific.

I went to McDs at 415 a.m and was told only cash no problem then Im told a 8 min wait for biscuits no problem drive home 5 mins away my sausage biscuit was stone cold and not cooked the cheese wasnt even melted . Thanks food poisoning . We call and thw rude manget older lady told us we can not have a rescipt and can not bring it back for our money. I will be calling everyday and posting every day till I hear from a REAL manger. What a shame will not be back at all.
You cant beat $1 for all drinks, however the milkshake machine is always broken and kind of expensive. In general though it is decent food for fairly cheap prices and this mcdonalds in particular has been accurate and quick with orders.
This is the better of the two restaurants in Bowling Green. The staff is always friendly and Ive never seen the restrooms dirty or the lobby unkept. I would like to see more nutritious menu options for all ages, especially kids.
Everytime I go here they screw up my order. I decided to give them one more try because my pregnant wife wanted a fish sandwich. We got our food and headed down the road. Except they didnt give us any fries with our meal. It must be hard to check the bag for all the contents before you give the coustmer thier food. I want to send a big thank you, and an appreciation of understanding, to whom I assume was the manager-in-charge, Marley. A bit of logic prevailed and she allowed me, while in an inebriated state, walk through the drive-thru. I am staying at the hotel next door, and did not want to chance anything. This managers understanding and professionalism kept me from making tonight a bad night for myself, or anyone else.Honestly, I avoid fast food at all costs, but it was the closest, safest location for me. And with that said, after nearly being rejected (and possibly risking a poor decision), Marlwy stepped up and allowed me to walk through the drive-thru to get me some post-drinking food ^,^First time I have EVER 5 starred a fast food place, but this managers professionalism makes this location truly worth the stop, if your in the hunt for some fast food. Everytime we order from this McDonalds they screw up the order. This last time they failed to put chicken on a McChicken sandwich. Poor management and poor service.

Under staffed during lunch hour, busiest time of day and still got cold 🍟...idk how but was not pleased, also all the tables were dirty so you had to clean your own if you wanted to sit. drive-through seemed to be their priority

Its always good except they accidentally hooked the root beer to the dr pepper and when I went back they gave me another dr pepper but it was still root beers.
The service is Mctrash. Actual half an hour wait for some chicken nuggets and a burger. Been here several times and it is just ridiculously slow. Im sure I could have reinstalled my entire living room carpet in the same amount of time it took to wait for food.

I have never experienced such a high quality, fine dining experience. The tuxedoed men, and the women in their Michael Kors dresses. The marble walls and chandeliers were simply breathtaking. But the coup de grace was definitely the cuts of meat and fancy salads!
While listening to the radio in the Drive-Thru, I heard that the Berlin Wall fell. I’ve been sitting here ever since, and had been sitting here for a few weeks already. I missed the birth of my child, and subsequently, her high school and college graduation ceremonies. My child’s name? Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

Terrible customer service - we heard employees complaining about our order, and when we confronted them, we were lied to and completely disregarded. Employees were very disrespectful when speaking to us and it was an experience that left a horrible impression on my friends and I. As someone who works in customer service, I would hope that I have never made a customer feel the way I do after leaving this restaurant.

A modern McDonalds with two TVs, usually showing CNN and Fox News. The Wifi is above average but is offline sometimes. There is ample space for doing work on a computer and no pressure to move along. It is common to see local business people and students alike there using the Wifi. There is only rarely a crowd large enough to make seating an issue. Breakfast on Sundays might be as hard as any time to get in and out quickly but one ought to expect that.

Store has always been clean and the service has been fast enough.

McDonalds is always fun visit in bg. Both places are modern and well groomed. South side McDonalds is equiped to handle high traffic volume. It has two drive thru lanes, table service and auto kiosk ordering, clean self serve drink areas and dining area attendant.
After I McD on my way home I realized my order was completely wrong.Thanks McD. Im not the first to complain about your service.

I prefer to dine in over drive through. Dining area cleanliness is always excellent. Quick service and they are always polite and friendly.

We went on national free ice cream day, so it was crowded, but the staff was nice, and our food came really quickly.

2022-03-12Don’t go here unless you have time to wait. On two separate occasions I placed mobile orders and had to wait more than 10 minutes just to have to cancel both orders. The first time I waited 10 minutes before going in it was then they told me they were out of biscuits and offered an alternative. When I didn’t like the alternative I canceled the order. The second time I waited 16 minutes and was told it was still going to be a couple of minutes. I could not wait any longer and cancel the order. I gave them two stars because the manager was very responsive and came right out to issue a refund

2022-05-16Went though their drive through of course you dont know how long the line is going to be until your already pulled in and waiting. Served their typical overpriced food $5 for a Frappuccino couldnt believe it for 3 of us the bill was $30+ dollars and all i got was the Frappuccino, we paid with a 100 bill so there was a delay with having to call the manager to be able to give us our change then we had to pull up to wait for our food to get done. Then we realized they never gave us our drinks so I had to run back in to get them. I just always feel like its an ordeal going to any McDonalds anymore.

2022-04-17Very slow. Waited over 20 minutes in drive through and had to get pulled ahead…all I ordered was 2 cheeseburgers. Horrible experience, and most McDonald’s are getting to be like this ….would recommend skipping this location.

2022-04-15I specifically asked for FRESH fries , they gave me soggy and cold fries. they proceeded to take the old fries back (as a health violation.) they also charged me for a large frappe but gave me a medium. terrible service. don’t recommend!!! stay away.

2022-04-24It took 37 minutes for an Egg McMuffin and hash brown. Having been a manager at this location a few years ago, I don’t have the words to describe how disappointed I am that other people are experiencing similar issues.
