Almost any time I come here, I specifically have to order fries with no salt. If not the fries are usually cold. Other than that, the food tends to be good in my opinion, for fast food. The issue I have and leave 2 star review is because the ice cream machine has been down almost each and every time Ive been there to order food. I could be wrong, but they may of finally got a new machine. My last visit was a success, and it was the best soft serve ice cream Ive ever had. Keep it up and the stars go up!
Ordered two mcdoubles large fry. Got to cheeseburgers and a large fry container half full. This chain has went way down hill. Not a value qnymore

I Ordered nuggets for my son got a cheeseburger happy meal. Didnt realize the mistake till we were pretty far away from the location. Workers seemed confused and not sure what was going on as I had to ask for other things we were missing.
We visited Sunday 6/5/22. The food was fresh and the service was great!

Most of the time the food is up to expectations but in fast food there are always the visits which are the exception. I think it is understaffing and lack of oversight to blame here.
What a wonderful worker that helped us- she was such a DELIGHT!!! A toy wasn’t placed into my daughters happy meal so walked inside to let them know and the wonderful lady was such a gem! This beautiful person made my mine and my daughters day with her kindness and welcoming smile! What a peach! She had a black cloth mask covered with rhinestones! She came out with a Mickey Mouse 50th anniversary hat and 2x’s times the toys! It wasn’t just the way she handled it that showed she ALWAYS goes above for everyone but the way she was so warm and welcoming it was like she was an auntie! Now I come as much as I can just to see her!!!! She deserves acknowledgement and praise for doing what most others CHOOSE not to do. What a beautiful woman!
We went to grab a quick late dinner on our way home from a busy day. We pulled into the lot at 8:30 and went right up to a speaker. It took a few minutes to be acknowledged but thats ok since we could see it was busy.The girl took our order and we eventually made our way to the first window. The girl took our money and gave us a receipt at 8:47 pm. We then waited several minutes to proceed forward. Even though the window was open she never acknowledged us. She was too busy practicing cheers or TikTok dances.We watched 2 cars leave the drive-thru line due to the wait, but we understood it was busy. It was at that time that I noticed a vehicle had been pulled and was waiting in the spot for waiting drive-thru orders.We finally got to the second window and were given drinks and asked to pull straight ahead to wait. We were not given any explanation for the delay. At 9:45 my husband had to go inside to use the restroom. The workers told him he wasnt allowed inside even though he had a mask on. He said wed been waiting an hour for our food.The manager said our order had been deleted. She asked my husband to come to the counter and place the order again! He finally came out with our food and we left at 9:54. Now, my husband is a VERY patient person but no fast food should take an HOUR! None of the workers or managers seemed apologetic or offered any type of compensation for our inconvenience.Oh and the other person waiting had been forgotten as well. I saw that driver pull around and get back to the speaker and re-place her order as well. They brought her order out to her car and they had to walk past me to her. My window was down and the lady asked if I was with the guy inside or if they had another issue.Also, when we did FINALLY get our order, we left. We got home to find out it was wrong! Just a disappointment all the way around.I should note that I emailed them and they did send us gift cards for several free meals.... So... I decided to try them again this evening. While I dont consider 15 mins in the drive thru fast food; it is better than an hour!
I went through the drivethru and bought a breakfast meal. I chose a cappuccino for my drink. They charged me an additional $3.00 for my drink and it was a small..... I held the cup up to the clerk and asked,this was an extra 3 dollars? She replied, yeah I guess. ..... REALLY?....
Avoid going here past 4-5pm always get my order wrong every time I go there at night. Dang even one time when I went there to order inside before 10pm (which is when they close their doors and go to drive thru only), stood there for about 15 minutes before I was just told to get out and go through the drive thru. Disappointing
We was the only car in the Drive-Thru ordered two pies and a tea had us pull forward while we waiting on the pies told us 12 minutes 20 minutes had passed and we called and asked him if they forgot about us and they definitely forgot about us setting waiting for them to bring an order out not only did we sit there almost a half hour when we got the pies they wasnt even done thats why bethel McDonalds needs to be shut down
They were extremely slow now you can go right thru the drive thru. A+ for changing whatever needed to be done.

I posted a review here about 5 months ago, and have only been there a few times after. I just went today and it. Was. Terrible. Burgers were old and overcooked, buns were hard, fries were old, the line took forever and it wasnt even good food. This place used to be very good. My father ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and there was only one peace of meat. The food sucked, and the wait was awful. Wouldnt recommend going here. Go out farther and you might actually get some quality.

Kiosks closed for your safety due to covid. Instead, you are forced to go to a cashier who isnt wearing a mask and refuses to stand behind the plexiglass, purposely standing next to it because its just so inconvenient to do anything that makes sense.
Another good experience at the Bethel Mickey Dees... Lets set the scene : homecoming night in a small town, hustle and bustle, nobody wants to cook dinner ... so what does Mom do? The same thing every other family in Bethel does... Drives through a fast food place to feed the fam (lets not get into the debate on what we should or shouldnt be feeding our kids or what counts as food)So, for us, that looks like 6 (yes, SIX) Happy Meals - I only have 4 kids, but dont judge the adults for wanting a Happy Meal, too! ...a couple Burgers, and a pair of Oreo McFlurries as a special treat for the older kids. This event last night was SEAMLESS. From the speaker to getting our food was FAST! I dont know the minutes exactly, but the thought never crossed my mind that we had been waiting too long. The food was all prepared and ready to be handed out at the second window when we got to it! I was thrilled to get through so quickly and get home.Thanks again, Bethel McDonalds Staff! I know nights like homecoming are tough, but you all rocked it!
It seems as though McDonalds employees have little or no respect for the people that come and order through the drive-thru window, now I could be very wrong and this is only my personal opinion, however I have ordered things at the one in Batavia four times since I moved to my sons home and all four times something was wrong with the order.With this being said I realize we are all human beings and make mistakes, however it feels like its more than mistakes when its happened to four times all four times that Ive gone there and I even tell them about it and I sit at the window and make sure now that everything is there and sometimes I still have to say Im missing my drink or Im missing another hash brown, or Im missing the french fries or Im missing so-and-so sandwich, maybe the employees have to work too hard, maybe they need more help, I dont know what the issue is however I do know that I probably wont be having meals at McDonalds anymore at least not through their drive-thrus
Loved how the manager told me my Shamrock shake wasn’t on the order but was clearly on the receipt. When she realized her mistake , she had one made, shoved it out the drive thru window and didn’t even apologize. Also half our stuff was missing. Last time I go here. Save your sanity and go to Arby’s and Wendy’s. Way better customer service.
I give 1 star only because zero stars isnt an option. If you absolutely despise having your food made the way you ask, this is the place for you. Abysmal service. With covid now you cant go in to ask to have it remade, you have to drive through the line again, and at this moment Im 30 minutes into waiting for a remade quarter pounder. Enough time to leave an appropriate review. EDIT: in the interest of fairness they did refund my money and gave coupons for free combos on my next visit (will definitely not be going back to this one though), finally got my food after 40 minutes.

Noon on Friday. FOUR managers and GM hanging out in the closed lobby, while the short handed staff desperately tries to keep up with the noon rush. I asked one of the staff about it. She snorts. Says its been like this all week.Terrible leadership. I am surprised they have the 5 employees that I saw.
I didn’t know it was okay for an establishment to not answer the drive thru speaker 15 minutes before close. Me and the car ahead of me both say in the drive thru forever, the car ahead even pulled up to the window and nobody went to the window either. What an embarrassment and a joke of a fast food restaurant. All your high school employees are now hiding in the back of the store avoiding customers 15 mins before close. Anyways even when I do get food here it’s always disgusting, undercooked, or wrong. I don’t think I’ll come here ever again.
Grill crew left early leaving what was cooked and ready to be served there for the rest of the staff to use. Was told it was limited and may run out. Didn’t order just left. I don’t know of any job where you can just leave early. I know I certainly can’t tell a customer sorry I can’t serve you because it’s 30 minutes before I leave for the day.
Tables dirty, floors slick from whatever they cleaned them with, wait staff was nice. Gave my grandson a girls toy in his meal, but quickly changed it when I asked. Looks like the male staff should have a hygiene lesson or two, but they were nice.

2020-11-19 about 2:00Wow, just purchased 10-piece nuggets w/hot mustard. Had to give the order to 2 people. Paid at 1st window. At 2nd window, got the wrong food. Got Hamburger and fries. Told girl at window I got wrong order. Manager screaming through the store she doesnt know what she ordered. Felt sorry for the girl working at window. I paid the difference and finally got the nuggets. No reason for screaming like this.
Waited in the drive-thru 22 minutes (other mornings has been longer). Tastes like fast food, but there is NEVER anything fast about it. They get confused by the two lanes??? I waited at the speaker in lane 1 while three cars placed their order in lane 2. I wish there were other options available. If so, I would never stop there again.
I checked on the website to see when they stop serving breakfast and it said 11:00 . So I get there at 10:40 and put my order in at10:45 and they said they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 . When I asked the girl at the window to tell her manager that he was going to get bad review for not serving breakfast till 11:00 . She just rolled her eyes and looked away. Wont be back for a long time. Hopefully things will change

So me and my mom went through the drive-through to get some food. My mom ordered the Double Quarter Pounder and go up to the paying window like normal and pay for the food. Then we head up to the window and they give us our food. We then head home and my mom realizes that, in fact, was not what she ordered. They gave her a Travis Scott meal and she didnt want bacon on her sandwich. We then head back to McDonalds and explain through the speaker and the lady said, We will take care of you! She takes the bag and sandwich. We then pull up to the next window and they hand us a different bag. So then my mom parks at the parking spot and checks her sandwich. All they did was pull off the bacon of the sandwich. At this point, she is furious. She walks up to the 2nd window and knocks asking why they didnt give her a new sandwich. The manager then comes and tells the employees to make her a new one and apologizes. Then a guys walks toward the door to exit McDonalds and hands her the food. My mom then asks, Why didnt you guys just get me a new burger. Then the unthinkable happens. What he said was ridiculous. His excuse was, Because this is McDonalds. Then my mom just says, Thats no excuse. Then we get in our car and go home. All I can say is that we are not going to this McDonalds for awhile. The service was awful and the employees were not very good at their jobs. If we caught a name, we wouldve called him out on it. All I can say is, McDonalds, get your act together. I hope this gives people second thoughts on going to get some food at McDonalds. Everyone is better off going to Wendys. At least they are nice and get your order right 98% of the time.
We usually get good food here, but the last time we ate here the food was awful! Nothing was fresh, fries were gross, and the big macs were literally thrown together. My double cheeseburger was wet and cold, yuck! My milk shake was good though, Lol! They were not busy either...
Never can get an order right and the managers are just as rude as the staff would love to talk to the owner since manager wanna hang up on a paying customer because they cant get an order right. Wanted me to turn around and drive all the way back cause they messed up my order which wouldnt have been a problem if I wouldnt have waited 25 min in there drivethur line. Seriously, everytime Ive gone there there is an issue. Its either I didnt get all of my food and drove home to find out my bag is half way empty. Or youll get cold soggy fries because they refuse to give people new fresh fries. Its ridiculous how they really do not pride themselves in customer service and making sure people get what theyve paid for. I give them 2 stars simply because they need improvement in that store.

I like the Norwood and MLK McDonalds. They have great morning staff employees and food is good n hot. Do not go to Norwood for dinner or late night bc the staff and management are an absolute nightmare to del with and the food is horrible. Hopefully they have new employees and management but I doubt it.
Ive been to this location a few times... every time Ive been something has been messed up. Today, our food wasnt right again (I didnt have time to get it fixed as we were feeding our kids between sports games). It just doesnt seem like they care very much at this location.

Place takes forever in drive thru, last 3 times 20 mins plus. Nothing is worst then waiting 32 mins and them changing the menu when you pull up. Place needs to fire everyone and start over. Has to be poor management. Would love for the owner to contact me
I have been to alot of McDonalds in my life time but honestly who hasnt. In my area McDonalds is know for being so slow, having cold and nasty food. The absolute worst customer service because they can get away with it. At the end of the day they know people will come and buy their food. But this McDonalds was amazing. Came through with a 40 dollars order and was treated great and didnt have to get pulled up and wait for my order
Super slow... literally were there in the drive thru to grab breakfast for our son for a half an hour. They had to reread the order 3 times before they were able to read it back correctly. Then they forgot the hashbrowns and our drinks, so we had to wait even longer. Seemed like they werent organized at all.
Ordered a bacon , egg and cheese biscuit meal. Got a sausage mcgriddle sandwich....no time in the morning to return it so I was stuck with a breakfast I did not like. 😠👎
They never get your order right, their customer service SUCKS I was greeted at the drive-thru with lane 1 what do you want , and 9 times out of 10 the food is cold. They only reason I give it 2 stars is because its nearby and convenient.
Drive Thru was moving at a steady pace. Food was good. They have good iced coffee. I always get the Vanilla Iced Coffee with shots of ESPRESO in it. Its extra but it bumps up the flavor of the iced coffee to taste more like a high end coffee drink. Youre welcome! LOL!
Probably the worst experience in a drive thru,the idea of fast food is completely absent while I sit in my car for easily 20 minutes waiting on a few cheeseburgers.the Wendy’s right next to it has somehow mastered the idea of getting people their food so you at least get to watch the vehicles at that restaurant move while you waste your life away for what may or may not be what you ordered
Went through the drive thru at 9:56pm on 3/1/2020 spent around $25 ordered three double quarter pounder meals and one McChicken and a fry.. one double quarter pounder was supposed to be without cheese receipt says so and so does the boxes the sandwich came in. I am allergic to cheese, but decided to try something new. I have never had one before and I am 55 years old. Called the restaurant to let them know and they told us we would have to drive twenty minutes back to the store for them fix it. The woman was extremely rude to us on the phone. I will never be back to this McDonalds. I have never been treated that way before in my life by someone who works in the customer service industry. I will never be back to this McDonalds possibly not another either, I will be in contact with corporate as well over the way I was treated.

Drive through people are VERY disrespectful. I don’t usually get disrespected at restaurants but every single time that I come here they are rude, and try to rush you and it makes me not want to come here anymore. If they don’t like their jobs get one somewhere else don’t give attitude towards your company. When you pull up to get your food they are usually a lot nicer though.
Bethel McDonalds his hit or miss on where or not you will get your food cold or somewhat warm and you will be lucky to get all the items you ordered, so checks your bags. It happens every time and I dont notice till Im way down the road. Drive thru lacks social skills as well

Wished I could give no stars to get to write a review ! But to start off was in the drive-through on February 13, 2018 ( yesterday) very simple order of a sandwich and two sweet teas when got to the window to get the sweet teas there was a girl working the window that clearly had sores around her nose on her face and looked pretty bad I watched her with my own two eyes run her hand a crossed her nose where the sores were and stick her finger in my ice tea to push my lemon down! Obviously did not keep the drinks I threw them straight out just putting this out they are so people can be aware you dont know what you can catch or what someone has when I have open sores please take caution
By far the worst McDonalds in the history of McDonalds. I waited in drive thru for 30 minutes on lane one. Lane two was going through one after the next I arrived at the same time a jeep did and the jeep was done out of the drive thru before I could even order. This is the slowest McDonalds in ohio.
The line here is always ridiculous. They dont like to fill your drink all the way up either. The one good thing ill say, they usually get my order right and thats most important

Patti is one manager there with common sense about her. Thanks, Patti, for all you do. Your one of the best there, who works hard to make it through the day and just wants to go home at the end of the long, hard day. Unfortunately, you dont have much support from some of your employees. But customers do recognize how outstanding you are. A corporate restaurant would certainly recognize your abilities as well. After giving my order at the drive drivethrough they said wait for total and after 5 minutes and 6 other cars going through in the other lane I finally just left .but I could hear a voice on the speaker say sorry about the wait what would you like
Im not much of a fan of McDonalds and typically dont eat there. That being said, I decided to stop in one morning on my way to work to grab some coffee and breakfast because I was in a rush. The service at this location is great! Theyre fast, polite, and ensure that the order is correct before they hand it to you. I was very impressed and will have to stop in again another morning!
Worst McDonalds I have visited.Babies changing on tables in dining room.Kids yelling at each other.Employees purposely in my way at soda machine.Shall I go on.Chicken was tougher than jerky.Fries were taken out of fridge they were so cold.Im sure someone spit on my burger.
My order was wrong again. My daughter gets her cheeseburger kids meal with ketchup Nd onions only, maybe 1 time in the past 4 years my order was right!
We waited at the drive-thru a normal amount of time. Paid for our order went to the window to pick it up and sat there for 2 to 3 minutes. She then came out and said that our Quarter Pounders were just coming up showed us where to park and theyd bring it out. 10 minutes later no one came out so I went back inside. At that point, they put our order together based on my receipt, no one knew what happened. One person offered me an apology. Really really bad service at the store.
I am so sick of trying to get good food here. The fries are always cold. Literally every time I think its gonna be different and it isnt. Im done! I will not spend another cent at this place. Also when you say something about the fry quality the managers always say something smart back and act like its your fault they cant do their jobs. Sitting here at the bethel McDonalds right now at 3-14-2020 at 5:37pm. Just arrived and sat in the lobby for about five minutes with just me and a friend. We hadnt said a word or done anything wrong, just sat down in a booth when a manager or whoever she was came up to our booth and threatened to kick me and my friend out of the lobby for using profanity they said they have me and her on camera coming up here earlier today using profanity. I havent been here at all today, nor do I hardly ever come to this restaurant other than to go through the drive thru maybe once a month if that even. They have clearly mistaken us for possibly rude teenagers who were here earlier. Me and my friend are completely disrespected and ashamed about how we are treated. All we needed was to use the WiFi for a few short minutes to contact another friend of ours because we do not have wifi or cell phone service, but because of being completely disrespected and threatened to be kicked out over something that we were not involved in any way, I felt I needed to leave this review. Im truly disgusted with the way my friend and I were treated not even being here for 5 minutes. We havent disturbed anybody. The people here need to get their facts straight and not threaten innocent people. I WILL NOT return to this location And Ill make sure my friends and family will choose other options before spending their hard earned money at this establishment. There are plenty of other places around here to eat, and there are also other places who have way more respect for their customers than this business does. I would honestly like to see the video evidence of who is supposed to be me and my friend in here causing issues. I have no reason to do no such thing, neither does my friend. I ordered a large sweet tea and it came with a plastic bag inside my cup under the ice. They said it wont kill you and I metWith a manager who,said thats not ours then the general manager admits it was their fault they gave my family free meals but we have reached out to corporate to be compensated for my trouble.
Friendly staff but can be super slow at times.Edit: They keep getting worse. I ordered a filet-o-fish today and they couldnt be bothered to actually put the cheese ON the sandwich. Also the Coke tasted off, almost like a mix of regular and diet. I will be taking my money elsewhere in the future.

There was a huge, long hair in one of the burgers, but the manager wouldnt do anything about it except offer to remake it if we came back. We were already halfway home and didnt want the same person getting another hair in our food. The manager refused to do anything.

Me and my wife went through the drive-through at this location. She wanted a hamburger with big Mac sauce instead of catchup, to find she got no sauce at all. My mcdouble had one of the patties on the outside of the sandwich, even though I didnt order a do-it-yourself option. My wife took her sandwich inside and a female, red haired manger with glasses took the complaint. She never said sorry for the order being wrong and even gave my wife some attitude. When she gave my girl the sandwich, we found out as we drove away that she drowned that burger in sauce out of spite. I tried to call the restaurant several times later to get her name, but the phone must have been off the hook, because it was always busy. If you do not have people skills, any job that you have to serve the public may not be a good choice. This place had issues, at least on this night with this rude, manager on duty.

This location went from terrible to worse than that. from fluff fries ( or half filled fries) when you walk in there, count the employees 15-20 ok. then why does it take 5-7 mins. to take my order and then another 15-20 to get the food. you would think with 4 time more employees than other fast food chains you would got the food faster and heater
I have lived in this town for 4 years. I used to order here weekly or every other week. Now its only when I really dont want another restaurant or to drive to another McDonalds.This location has never ever gotten my order correct. Recently I was impressed because I had gotten all my food and it was correct then I took a drink of my soda and it wasnt what I ordered. All I could do was laugh. Its pointless for me to go through the drive thru because every single time I have to park my car and go in to complain. I have never gotten an apology or any type of Hey heres a drink on us for always messing up
We were sitting in drive-thru and the lady was very rude and kept telling me to wait in a very rude manner. So at the end I asked to review my order and the lady said 4 kids meals and then stopped so I asked is that all you have... She said in a very rude manner no i would really like you to stop asking me if i am done I will tell you when I am done with your order. When i simply did was ask if she was done. So I drove out of line.
Waited over 40 minutes and waited 15 minutes to get waited on. We were going to eat inside but since it took so long we asked if we could just get it to go and the manager on duty says are you serious thats what really broke the straw. All the employees would look at all the customers but never acknowledged us.
The service was terrible. I waited 15 minutes in th drive thru to only be given the wrong food. When I told them my order was wrong was yelled at what my order was and then they through it at me.
Went to get a shake and they had closed their machine down an hour early. I understand you have to clean your machines but I also know it doesnt take an hour to clean it. Ended up going next door to gold star

Ive waited twice at the speaker for a good 10mins or more waiting on someone to say they can take my order or even a hello. Yet theyre on the other lane taking the 5 people that were behind me orders. I try to be patient but this really pisses me off. I went in and complained and they just kinda laughed about it and acted like it was no biggie.
Service awful. Mgr kept screaming at her staff. Still trying to figure out how it was their fault the cafe machine broke was anyones fault, she was the one using it. If i worked for her, it would be my last day. She is making the entire staff and customers miserable.Dont use the ladies room. Poo all over the seat. Prefer to use port o let at the festival I am going to.
Gave me a quarter pounder without meat, and completely forgot my chicken nuggets. Which we had agreed to change from spicy to normal, despite already paying, because the promotion ended.
Waited long for food. No one had a sense of urgency. Manager stood around barking orders while waiting on food to be prepared. Lack of teamwork. Had to return to the counter after eating all of the meal to request the McFlurry ordered with everything else that was not given with the rest of the food. Manager was being rude to employees working. Manager was also talking loudly about her personal business which was unnecessary. Was disappointed to find out about the hepatitis A case later that afternoon.
It was generally okay, the wait wasnt too long in the drive thru and the girl in the back window was pleasant as well as the young man in the front window. The food was all correct. But, who the heck has hepatitis?
Bad food several times. Once we ordered 5 cheeseburgers . None had cheese on them. We constantly get cheated an order of fries. Got a big mac one time that was missing a meat patty and had two top buns Just this weekend ordered quarter pounder that was raw inside. We keep giving a second chance but seems like it never changes.
I have been going to McDonalds for years if there is anything that takes more than a minute to get to my car in the drive-through they make me pull forward and though bringing out the Bethel location depends on who you are and then they will make everyone stand in line and their cores for 15 minutes so they can finish out their order because they have other problems this is wrong it should be the same for everybody yes I got outline because I was in and sit there in 115 most to get a Coke and a fry I would not recommend Bethel McDonalds to anyone
I sat there for 20 min watching people who arrived after me get orders taken first. So i went around to the other lane and then they started taking orders i the lane i just left. This place is a joke. It took me 35min to get a cheeseburger and a med. Fry. Im done with them. Im going to wendys from now on...
This store location is horrible! It takes 20 minutes to get your food regardless of time of day. I hope the owner Gloria Noday takes notice because her other locations are fast and courteous. The Bethel location is poorly managed and the employees dont seem to care. I am done with them.
They usually get my order right but its never very fresh. I got a mcdouble and the patty was cold. The bun seemed to be warmer than the burger. Fries are usually okay though.
Normally I dont have a problem with McDonalds. But today i went through the drive through and didnt see anyone at the first window so i went to the second and she didnt even ask if i paid. I handed her my card and said i didnt pay and her attitude changed. She and her manager got rude. They charged me for the wrong order and then finally got the right one. I had to go inside and the front cashier was shocked at her rudeness.
Lane one dud not work and they did not put salt on their fries and they had 2 workers outside in the parking lot just sitting there and talking instead of clocking in

Worst McDonalds within 100 miles... cant get an order right to save their life. Food is cold or missing items almost every time you go there. Staff does not know what they are doing and managers are rude and dont seem to have time or care to fix your problem. If you find yourself about to stop here.. dont. Go somewhere else.
It was horrible went through the drive thru order two fish meals and two mcdoubles left the sandwiches was cold and mcdoubles had not hamburger on them will never go there again bad thing about it all is they wasnt busy at all
This is one for the record books. Sunday about 11:00 ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits from drive thru lane. Had to pull up and wait.....for over 10 minutes. Finally got my order. Pulled out and headed home. Food tasted a little funny so I looked at it and it had meat on it all right, but it wasnt sausage. They took a burger and tried to fix it up with alot of pepper and some fried onions to make it tastelike sausage. Dont know the reasoning behind this. Maybe they were out of sausage patties. So instead of telling us this and refunding our money, or letting us get something else, they pull a stunt like this. What is wrong with people? Service had gone downhill at this perticular McDs
Horrible store. Use mobile app which i never had an issue with. Took 10 minutes to get order and my order was wrong and cold. My order was placed at 12:17 came out cold and wrong at 12:28 call in had them replace it manager was rude not my fault they are uncapable of reading the screen; got that at 12:41. Rude employees and careless management. I told the manager about a syringe in the bathroom, who acted like she didnt care. And 20 minutes later, the needle was still there. I also had to take my food back 3 different times because they couldnt get it right. The place is terrible.
Place has really gone down hill here lately. While yes they have updated to the new cyber McDonalds, their serve and wait times are still extra long. Always check your order before leaving.
Going thru drive thru take a second and make sure that you get what you ordered. You can always eat in but dont order breakfast in the afternoon you will be disappointed. Do order breakfast in the morning or later in the evening if you like your food fresh.

Every time I go here they are out of something. Tonight was even worse, waited 12 minutes to order while 3 cars in the other lane went through because the guy was working on the ice cream machine. Finally order and get to the window, waited another 15 minutes there. Got the wrong sandwich after all that wait. This place is the WORST Mcdonalds Ive ever been to. I will never go back. Oh and Id call the customer service line on my receipt, but I didnt get one, along with napkins, probably out of those too. Ridiculous. Fire the staff.

The chicken tenders are called tenders for a reason not chicken krispies but they still tasted pretty good. The m&m flurry was good but I was to cold to finish it all I should have asked for the snack size.
The young boy did not under stand english very well and our order was messed up and i didnt have time to go in and go in and get it i would have been late for work
One of the worst McDonalds around. Grumpy employees unless it is the breakfast crew (which sometimes has issues). Rarely has the food right. Have to ask for receipt because of the order is wrong they wont replace it or give you missing items. Signature sandwich missing the extra ingredients and what is on there is very skimpy. My expectations arent hight because it is fast food but most McDonalds are really going down hill.
They forgot the drink for my kids happy meal. Ill keep what they did to my friends food off this review but needless to say I most likely will steer clear of this one for future visits
I ordered at the new “Self Service Kiosk”. A rather complex order. One (1) Senior Diet Coke, and one (1) Senior Coffee with two (2) Creams. I placed my complex order at 3:29. At 3:40 I got tired of waiting and went to the counter, interrupted everyone, cutting off four (4) patient patrons waiting for their complex orders, and asked politely, but sternly for my one (1) cup of Senior Coffee and one (1) empty cup for the Senior Diet Coke. I like McDonald’s coffee. I hate the service. Next time I’ll call Juan Valdez and have him deliver it on his Ass (Donkey).

I used to work here and let me tell you, they are disgusting. There was so many complaints about food not being cooked correctly. They have COCKROACHES. And the managers verbally abuse their employees. If youre looking for a nice clean place to enjoy your food in peace, I suggest going elsewhere.

Too many teenagers there who play around and the managers are either too mean to them and embarrass them in front of us customers or they dont make them work at all and they play.The managers there are awful and so are most of the employees. You can hear owner yelling and screaming when she walks in. Different people working there every week which means nobody wants to work there and the quality of the food speaks for itself!
Ordered a sweet with extra ice and 2 cheeseburgers. Burgers were cold, cheese wasnt El Ted, tea was unsweetened and very any ice. Not the first time this has happened

This restaurant is no doubt one of the most pleasant restaurants in the area. Anytime I visit this place I am absolutely satisfied. They manage their high level service and the highest level of meals they give. You no doubt will love this place. Warmly recommended.
Worst Mcdonalds on the planet! Ordered 2 specialty chicken and got 2 mcchickens. Called and they took my name down to replace. When i got there my name was not on a list so i didnt get my specialty chickens, ordered 2 diet cokes and was given 2 teas. Slowest mcdonalds on record. Never going back again!
Workers seem strung out, food is disgusting and inedible. Spent $20 and threw every bit of the food away. French vanilla coffee was poured down the drain. They cannot make simple menu items at all.

Went here with my husband and children to eat. We ordered our food to go, however we re ired to stay in and eat because we had some extra time... A manager approached our table and made us leave because we didnt order it as dine in. Absolutely terrible customer service for a family with children eating.
As far as a McDonalds, this one does well!. The order was correct and my drive thru experience was pleasurable. Ill stop through again next time that Im in the area.

Once again cappuccino machine not working and because it had not been cleaned the previous night. Then they offered a regular coffee as a replacement which isnt close in price of the cappuccino. I had to demand my refund when it should have been offered.

I have been reading the reviews and 90% of them are terrible. The ones that arent seem to be business men. I bet Tim Casio(owner of Georgetown McDonalds) payes these ppl to give a good review. I worked there from 1992-1994. In 1992 they made all the food fresh as it was ordered. Food was great back then. The burgers were grilled, went straight on the bun and out the door. Even the buns were freshly toasted. Then Tim Casio had Q-ing ovens installed. They are microwaves, but we werent allowed to call them microwaves because the customers would hear that and know how the food was made. In the morning they grill all the burgers up for the day and toast all the buns. They store the burgers on paper on trays in a warm moist box. When food is ordered, they put the sandwich together, then microwave it so it is hot, just not fresh, then serve it. That is why the meat is rubbery textured and tastes gross. At the end of the night the workers werent allowed to make fresh food even though we were paying for it. All extra food at the end of the night was thrown away and if a worker wanted any of the food that was going in the garbage, they had to pay for it. Tim Casio is a rich b*st*rd that treats his employees like dogs. He doesnt deserve a business. In the 2 yrs I worked there I saw so many things that if ppl knew about, they would never eat there again.

Todays date is April 23rd 2020 I went through drive-thru at 10:00 tonight and I waited in line for 20 minutes for my food I got my food and went around the building to check it out they gave me the wrong food and so I went to the door to ask to remake my food the right way and give me the right food Ill wait for another 20 minutes for it to come out and it didnt so I went back to the door and asked for a refund back I know it is in a hard time at this time of year because of the pandemic but its ridiculousand the manager did not apologize for anything its ridiculous so I hope somebody does something about this

I will never return to this McDonalds. I am a Muslim,i ordered a eggwhite biscuit without the ham. I got my order and checked it and it had the ham on it i asked to be left off. This store has become a joke. Two people were asking for refunds because of bad service. Ordered a happy meal a cheeseburger with no pickle. They even got that wrong. Id avoid this one.
While I was traveling through to visit some friends in Bethel had an amazing dining experience at this McDonalds the current to date interior and the facilities cleanly nests prompt service, and professionalism not used to seeing this at my local McDonalds it was refreshing to get hot order of french fries fresh and our entire order fresh thank you for the amazing experience looking forward to returning

Saturday April 7th 1130am The manager on duty came out from behind the counter to explain and offer assistance with the new order kiosks 😊 I also saw her help with bagging and finishing orders, I was very impressed by the service and quality of the food

It was approximately 12:00-1:00 pm, prime lunchtime, the food was stale, cold, reheated and not made as I asked. I was coming home from Physical Therapy on a total Shoulder Replacement or I would have complained. Just threw it away, total waste of money!!!

My son Matthew Bowling works here an he was in a auto accident this pass monday. He call them a told them about it an said he would not be in to work that nite. Any McDonalds is a McDonalds. EXCEPT for this one in Bethel, Ohio! They seem to be skimping on stuff, for example: a shortage of fruit in the parfait, always short on creamer, sugar, ketsup, salad dressing, nugget dip, any extras that you have to ask for (sometimes beg), but the worst of the worst (& does NOT happen in any other McDonalds around) is the COMPLETE LACK of syrup in the sofa pop! We all know that the syrup mixes with the soda to make a wonderful drink that COULD BE REFRESHING. Yet BETHEL MCDONALDS PURPOSELY HAS WEAK TASTING SODA POP BECAUSE THE PRICE FOR THEM IS IN THE SYRUP!GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IN BETHEL FOR A GOOD SODA POP.

2022-07-12We ordered 2 quarter pounder with cheese meals, got home and took a bite and it was absolutely raw in the middle. We broke the other in half to check it and it was raw as well. The photos are of the 2 different burgers. These were not simply rare, they were 100% raw. This McDonalds seems to consistently have issues. This will be the last time I go to this location. Im hoping I dont end up sick from that one bite I took 😡 I dont typically leave bad reviews but this needed to be said and training at this location definitely needs addressed.

My only complaint if you could call it that is when they close different times one day they close at 7-8pm an the next day they would be closed at 6pm or 7pm you never really know what time they close but I’m told it’s due to being short staffed and I do understand that.

I called them and told them about it they said they would give me another sandwich whenever I came back in, well a couple days later I went to get it and they said they didnt know what I was talking about and denied me my free sandwich. Horrible service the manager was so rude, she was even rude to her employees. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME BY GOING HERE.. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN I WOULDNT WANT MY KIDS EATING FOOD THATS NOT PROPERLY COOKED!!!

2022-02-27Never had this issue at any McDonalds. I used to work at one and dont see why this was such an issue.. was refused a BBQ sauce because we didnt order nuggets. People dip their fries and I use it on chicken sandwiches.. Sauces arent just reserved for one thing. Every McDonalds I have ever been too does not mind doing this. I try to be understanding but the only reason I can see this being a issue is if they suddenly start charging for a single sauce or someone just didnt want to grab it. Also, one of my orders was charged for a large but got a medium.

2022-03-24This has to be the worst McDonalds in the whole United States. This time may very well be my last time coming through here. There has to be at least 15 people working in there this afternoon, And it took 20 minutes to get my food. A lot of the employees just stand up front looking around like they dont know what to do. The cook and a couple other employees in the back were cussing at each other orders coming in. The managers dont say anything to these employees, they just let them do what they want. The owner of this store really needs to Reevaluate this store and make some big changes. Sad there were kids in there and had to here the ones cussing in the back, it was pretty bad on there part. Once I got my food and got back out in the car, the fries were dumped upside down in the bag and we were missing a sandwich, not worth going back in to have them make it either, we just went next door to Wendys like we should have in the first place.Good luck to this McDonalds in the future, you just lost yet another customer!

But if you go to a different McDonalds. They have hot food the same food as this one difference being much much hotter.

2022-04-22This is single handedly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. There is always something wrong with the food, you’ll almost always get pulled to the side to wait 15 minutes if you get any food, and a lot of the time the employee taking your order is so rude and talks in the most disrespectful way. They talk to you like you’re just a major inconvenience for them and a jerk for coming there. I’ve also heard they have big problems with keeping things clean in there.

2018-02-23Beware! 🚧 if drive thru for food, order what you want and they seem to give you what they got cold. Ordering a drink thru 🚗 thru it is 50/50 you may get what you ordered/most time not! When picking up order you can see they do most drinks and/or food ahead then cant figure out who they belong to. Remember you may be 5th in line but ur food is sitting there getting cold waiting for those in front of you to check out. They will almost never have large orders pull up to wait. Still most go thru drive thru because getting waited on inside is horrible...they focus more on drive thru then those eating there.Sometimes they also hold back taking orders till cars clear before new orders. Thier clock starts when they take ur order so it benefits them to hold back or slow order process.This place is. clean in and out but is great need of direction.
