They take forever for you to order you ask for salt pepper ect they dont put it in and you tell them what you want and they dont put in their computer wont go there again
It seemed like only 1 maybe 2 people was working at the time, but they did an amazing job. Our food was hot and freshly made. I wish I would have gotten the ladys name so I could shout out to her. Great Service !!!
Soggy, cold and oversalted fries. Obviously old mcchicken. Buns were stale. Rubbery cheeseburger somehow. Took forever to take order even though there was nobody in front of us and started to build a line behind us. Card reader was down and they forgot our sprite. No gloves or hairnets in sight. And only 1 napkin in the bag. Would give half a star or zero if it was a option. Worst McDonalds Ive been to.
Cant never get a shake here cause machine is always broke now I cant get a hot coffee hardly believe the coffee pots are broke just to lazy to make coffee
I’m going to be completely honest with you. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had in my life. The fries were burnt and they taste like they have been sitting under the heat lights for over 4 hours. My quarter pounder was cold and it was not made right. I also got a mocha frappe and it taste like they only put the product in the cup and not the ice it was warm and not cold. Even the cream taste disgusting. My family agreed with me completely. This is the worst McDonald’s we’ve ever had. Let me tell you I work at a McDonald’s and this is unacceptable. I hope that they read these reviews and up their game. Because they are going to run out of business real fast if they don’t.
I use the Mobile app a lot now.March 19 of 2022 their Shamrock Shake maker was not working but when a worker came out. They said they could though make them by hand. I was so thrilled. Excellent service. Thank you 😊Its McDonalds. Everything you can expect and more. Now there is almost a touch screen menu wherever you go.

If I could give a zero I would. Employees were chilling in the dining room instead of attending the drive thru, we patiently waited for someone to take our order then gave up after 5 min, drove around to the front and saw a male abd female sitting in the dining room talking.
Hands down the biggest pos McDonalds ever. Expect 15 min wait time at the min. Also expect them to make you wait 5 mins to order so the drive through times look better. Horribly ran. How does the owner not step up and make changes so much money out the window every day!!!
Went through McDonalds drive Thur around 6:30 Thursday august 12 order a combo meal with no salt fries my fries where drenched in salt letsjust say my meal all together was really nasty! people working there are rude an nasty waited in line for 20 minutes they always say they are short of help that may b the case.the person at the window didnt say anything just handed me my order an slamed the window shut! u need to get real help in there! get rid of the nasty ones! I will b not returning.
Bellevue McDonalds is terrible. I dont blame the staff so much as the management. They are constantly out of various menu items and have frequent equipment failures. I usually only actually get food about 1 out of 3 attempts. Go to Clyde. Never had a problem there.
Hands down the worst McDonalds around. Weather morning or night. I been in the drive through for 20 mins. The inside still isnt open. Because the owner is cheap and wont pay people. Foods always wrong. Just a horrible McDonalds. McDonalds corporation should talk to the franchise owner.

The Bellevue McDonalds is a HUGE hit or miss for me. Sometimes service is great, employees are professional. Other times I regret going. It really depends on which employees are working that day, because sometimes I cant hear whoever is on the speaker over the other employees in the background laughing and screaming and being obnoxious. The worst problem I have is when I order coffee, more than half the time I come in to order one they usually say their coffee machine is broken, but with past experience of working in fast food myself, I know that really means it needs cleaned and they are too lazy to do it.So in all, I sometimes get great service, other times its below mediocre. They need to have some changes in employment if they want more satisfied customers and better reviews.
Couldnt hear us in the drive thru. Person taking our order missed 2 sandwiches. We literally had to yell. Pickup window they said I cant help you with your 2 sandwiches, youll have to get back in line. Everytime its something at this McDs

This is the worst McDonalds Ive ever been too. They burnt my chicken sandwich and the fries were only half cooked. To top it off the dining room was closed and I could even use the restroom after I purchased their awful food. If you can avoid this McDonalds I definitely would. Will never be going back to this place.
Ordered 2 cheese burgers and 2 McChicken all of it was cold and old. Fries were old and thrown in fryer a 2nd time to reheat them after they have been sitting for who knows how long. Would not recommend this McDonalds to a pack of starving stray dogs.
The only McDonalds with a truck lot but a closed dining area. Please let trucks know before we spend 4 minutes getting into and parking in your lot.. inform us on your sign you dont feed us.
The inside was closed pretty early but the drive through was open the whole time had good tasting food not much different than any other McDonalds though it was just like your average McDonalds from our driver through experience
I enjoy eating at most McDonalds and I don’t mind waiting a bit in line. However this McDonald’s is the absolute worse McDonalds I have been to. This is the slowest McDonald’s in northern Ohio. This is not the first time , this is an on going issue for months! At this point you should just close the doors! I have worked and lived in town for twenty plus years. If you need a good meal quickly go to Wendy’s!
Early morning meal for 3. We ordered 6 sausage burritos and 2 of those pancake sandwiches. The food was just ok. You could tell that the sausage burritos had been sitting around for at least an hour before they were in the bag. They looked disgusting. But we gobbled them up anyhow. We had mild sauce and that stuff is great. Also, waiting in the drive thru... At least 20 minutes?? Uncool. Still ,it is McDonalds. Its whats to be expected.
The worst Big Mac ever. Meat was black and overcooked and the sandwich was actually cold. The cheese was not melted. I put fries into the sandwich to warm it up. I didnt ask for my money back because I know they have a problem refunding and I think they have a sign of no refunds and I thought they may do something with my food if I had them remake it. Fries were good. Did not finish my food and hope all the preservatives will keep me from getting sick.
Hamburgers cold. Cheese still had a chill on it. Got the order wrong - missing small cone. Fries so cold they were already stiff. I only live 1/2mi. away. No salt - not even offered. And the milkshake - not sure if it was the shake or the whipped cream on top, but something definitely seemed to be past its expiration date. We usually just do breakfasts there, but thought wed like a snack this evening. Now I remember why we just do breakfast.

The place cant even get an order right. So since McDonalds is a treat for us and the grandkids someone had to go without because of incompetence. Then I sat at the first drive-thru window for 10 minutes. While the person was talking to another employee. Needless to say they had my food ready because they wouldnt wait on me at the first window my food was cold.

If youre in a hurry, this is not typically your best option. About 95% of the time, you are asked to pull your car out of the drive through to wait for your order. I just avoid it when Im rushed. However, most times the order is decently accurate.

Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed. Just was there...not ONE customer in the drive thru. I ordered four McChicken and a large fry. Order was repeated back to me AND shown on their menu. I pay. I pull up to get my food. Did you have the McDouble and large ice water? And. Whenever I order, no matter the time or day...always have to pull forward abd wait another 10-15 minutes. Just got home from there and got my food out, ordered a quarter pounder meal with no pickles, burger had pickles, fries were not completely cooked, and my soda was dead. This has happened 3 times now. Refuse to eat there anymore.

Very polite staff brought our food to the table as it was made available. Its nothing spectacular, but they were very courteous and I greatly appreciate them. I come here all the time and get the same warm treatment each visit. I only wish they were open later so Id have somewhere to get some quick dinner when getting off work after midnight.
Took 10 minutes before anyone said anything to us while we were waiting at the counter. At least the order was right. I was also a bit disgusted to see that behind the counter, there is food everywhere on the ground. Fries, chicken nuggets, and some spilled icecream too. I would suggest better clean up. I believe these are the reasons they are looking to hire. They certainly need it!
All outside lights, including parking lot lights were not on or not working. Even the Golden Arches sign was black. It was a little unnerving to pull up and order in the dark. We ordered 2 kids happy meals but only one had a toy in it so I called right away and was told to just come back through the drive-thru to recieve the toy. We sat in line for 10 minutes behind another car. When we finally pulled up no one offered an explanation or even an apology for our wait. As we pull away I notice they gave us a boys toy even after they asked us what gender. Uhhg, very disappointed.
Today for the first time I actually got my food in a decent amount of time, unfortunately that meant that I received a burger that was raw. Called and the phone rang for over a minute prior to someone finally answering. I did receive an anything but genuine apology and the option to have my burger replaced but it was too late for that.
Store is supposed to be open until 11pm. However when I walked up there at 10:30 lobby is closed for cleaning. When I worked for McDonalds the heavy cleaning was done after hours. Nice way to lose business
I went to Bellevue McDonalds this morning around 9am ordered the big breakfast with pancakes paid for it was instructed to park n spot 4 I did this after about 10 minutes I see people getting their orders an leaving I asked girl at McDonalds where my order was they didnt know. I asked for honey mustard with my McNuggets but I got plain honey instead. I called to complain and I was told that if I returned, they would give me honey mustard. Im a driver. I cant just turn around and go back for honey mustard. He am I supposed to explain that to my employer?

The food was fine. We enjoyed it and this restraunt, execpt as we were eating an employee began cleaning the area around us. So close he swept my grandsons foot. Never apologized. He didnt seem pleasant and looked as us like he expected the kids to make a mess. They didnt nor would they.
If I had an option to not rate this at all I would give 0 stars. With the meals I had ordered wait time wasnt all that bad until I had asked for a sauce that should have come with the nugget meal. No one seemed to be wearing a name tag but based on the manager talking to the cashier I would safely assume his name is hunter. The fries were unbearably salty and i did not eat many of them. It tasted like someone dumped an entire can of Mortons salt onto a handful of fried. The dining room tables were filthy as the restroom was. By the time I noticed the filthy bathroom they had already started to pick up for lunch so I didnt say anything. While attempting to enjoy a halfway decent meal I over here the cashier who I believe is named hunter and the manager with the faded blue ish green ish hair bantering back and forth about the coffee pot and how it went everywhere. The cashier hunter stated to the people working the drive through window yall need to stop taking my coffee make your own. As the manager attempted to come up and act like she cared to fix the issue it turned into the cashier hunter and manager being mouthy and disrespectful. If I were an employer here I could tell you half the people working here today would never be on my payroll. The entire inside of this place was foggy as if one or more of the ventilation systems were not operating appropriately. This is the 3rd time I have been to this mcdonalds this month and based on all 3 experiences I would rather drive to tiffin McDonalds and back to enjoy a properly prepared meal without all the back talk and disrespect. At first upon my arrival they were not busy. No excuse as to why the tables were not wiped or bathroom not clean.. It seems like no one here ever smiles or is happy and part of CUSTOMER SERVICE is being face to face with people. These impressions are imprinted on everyone in this restaurant and no teamwork displayed what so ever. Very disappointed. I dont understamd how this place stays open if there is this many unhappy people and mouthy employees.
Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 1 lg fry, 1 sm fry and 2 hot fudge sundaes. Cashier only rang up 1 cheeseburger,1 sm fry and 2 sundaes. Had to flag down another employee to get order straight. We were offered no apologies, nothing. Then when 2 pretty teenage girls walked up to counter, they fell over themselves to wait on them. One girl said she had no money, they took the order anyway, then left both girls go behind the counter and make their own sundaes. So very unprofessional, clearly not surpervised by an actual adult. Wont be stopping here again.
Dont go to this location if your pressed for time. Even when they are not busy they are slow. If I want to wait that long for my food Ill go to a place with good food not mediocre food. Both the service and app scanner isn’t doing too well at the drive up window when you are using the McDonalds app for discounted or free items. Technology needs improvement and training as well as to how to input information. Otherwise, all is good at the Bellevue location.
Ordered food, they told us to sit down and they would bring EVERYTHING to us. I even verified that he was bringing the drinks. Three small children waiting for food and we had to get up 4 times to get drinks, napkins, salt and ketchup after they told us they would bring what we requested. Not only that but they screwed up our orders.
Worst McDonalds ever, they had employees from other restaurants working trying to clean the back of the restaurant, yet they had open grease traps and didn’t cover them or tried to hide it. Employees that work here are very rude and won’t serve people in a timely manor, I would also recommend that you double check everything to make sure you got everything you paid for before leaving. I learned this lesson a few times and if you called to let them know your missing food they tell you I’m sorry but you left ! - how does this make sense, you as an employee didn’t put it in the bag, so you didn’t do you’re job. I’ll go elsewhere

Usually service is half way decent. But somedays we drive by and they arent open yet. When it clearly states on Google and their doors they open at 5am everyday... We went through at 550am and sat at the ordering screen for 5 minutes and no answer so said screw it. This happens mutiplw times a week.. they dont even have their outside lights on. Like theyre making their own hours? It says 5am. They should be ready to go!

Slooow service! My husband and I ordered breakfast, which included hot cakes. I also had a caramel frappe, food was on the tray but no frappe. My husband sat down with our food while I continued to wait and wait for the frappe. She started to make it then walked away and did something else. It took another customer to say something about my frappe and his iced coffees to finally get it 5 minutes or so after my food. Needless to say that my hot cakes were not hot. Going back there again, slim.
We had to wait for 20 minutes for 4 mcdoubles and 1 lg pop and then they messed 2 of the mcdoubles up. The Bellevue McDonalds has very rude (kids) working at night. Very slow service. They should either be retrained or fired no one should never have to wait as long as we did.

I normally dont give bad reviews, I live here in bellevue...luckily , because I always have to go back because something is wrong... never, ever have I been through the drive thru and not been asked to pull over to the side to wait.. and by wait.i mean 15 minutes usually.. today I believe was my last straw with this mcdonalds.. all I asked for was 2 sweet teas... thats it..no food , no ice cream, just sweet teas.. We had a hiccup with our breakfast order not being correct. The nice young manager was very apologetic and wanted to make things right. He asked us to come back for lunch and it would be on him. We took him up on his offer and came back. He went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had the certain toy she wanted for her kids meal. Lunch was great! He had a warm and welcoming smile. I was the only person in line for lunch. Then as soon as I revived my drinks was told to move up to the waiting spot and my food would be right out. 10 minutes later and 10 cars later not exaggerating at all I counted them and watched the clock, I finally said forget this Im going in. Went in and asked where my food was, explained to them ive been waiting for 10 minutes and was already running late for work.oh THEN it was a priority to slap together 2 Mcgriddles.😒😒 I mean come the F on people its called FAST FOOD. I wouldnt recommend using this location of you want fast food.
Service was incredibly slow. When I pulled up to the window to pay, no one was there, yet when I pulled ahead to get my food, they seemed unhappy when I started to pay there. If they are short staffed, I would suggest they hire or get better organized.

2022-05-20Received nuggets instead of the cheeseburger we ordered in they happy meal. Cold fries & chicken sandwich. The quarter pounder patties were not fresh. Forgot the chocolate milk for the happy meal. Took a super long time to make our order (@5pm). Also, the hook in the ladies handicap stall was broken.

2022-03-12Not even close to what I ordered or payed for. Gross cold food that was obviously other menu items remade and reheated to get close to what I ordered. Couldnt even eat half of it because it was so bad, and my bar is super low for Mc Donalds. Never again.

2021-07-06How the heck they burnt my fresh fries but Ill NEVER return to this location. This isnt the first time Ive gotten nasty fries. Last time I tried breakfast which was fine if they could of gotten my order right!

2022-03-31Was in the drive thru line with only 2 people ahead of me. Waited at the speaker for several minutes then the girl came on and said it would be several minutes at least till she even took our order! Will not be returning here.

2021-12-27Fries, chicken sandwich, & nuggets were all super dark in color and tasted horrible assuming the oil hadnt been changed-ew. When I told the lady at the window we were missing a happy meal she said, I gave you one. I said yes you did but Im still missing one she responded with, give me your receipt. Oh & we were charged almost 1.00 for a slice of cheese that we didnt get. We wont be back.

2019-06-17One of the quickest McDonalds I have ever been to. We had a group of 16 people heading to Cedar Point.Breakfast food and coffee was fast. I dont know how it it like for day food though.Good management.

2021-12-22Went through the mcdonalds drive through in Bellevue. Order 2 hamburgers sm fries no salt an a big Mac with extra sauce an a LG mocha Frapp with extra drizzle no whip cream. We waited 20 minutes in that drive thur line .when we got our order it was wrong. Big Mac had no sauce fries had salt on them an the Frapp had whip cream so told the girl to remake it she had a fit bout it! If u would treat your employees with respect maybe u wouldnt lose all the good employees!!!!! Worked fastfood for 19yrs an I had seen what goes on in those years!!! Retrain all your worthless drive thur ppl
