Everything was excellent, only issue was drive thru time... but that was because it was crowded not the employees fault
Placed an order for 4 big macs, 2-10 piece chicken nuggets, 2-6 piece happy meals with extra fries in each happy meal. Two medium sweet tea, a frappe and chocolate milk. Didnt receive the extra fries and only one 10 piece nugget. This cost me almost $38.00. I am not happy with the service. Especially when I had to wait 10 minutes for the nuggets
Gave me a McFlurry half way full with no Oreos and refused to make a new one.
The people ignored me all but one lady. They let the timer go on and on. Told customers that they had to order at the boards,I watched 3 people walk out because they couldnt figure out how to order. The whole time the manager set there. I heard that she was the manager of the whole mc Donalds of Ada, Ohio

Actually was able to order inside. The bad thing is they will not let you order at the counter. They have you use their kiosk that doesnt take cash. If you want to use cash, then you have to give a receipt to them at the counter and then exchange money at said register. How asinine. I mean seriously, I get they spent probably $100,000+ installing these kiosks in their stores but the ordering system they use is too clunky and designed to make you spend more money. Example, say you wanted a 10 piece meal, you ring up a medium meal and wanted a large drink. There is about 3 extra steps in getting that. It is far faster and less frustrating ordering from an employee than the kiosk. Instead of taking 3 minutes to order a large order of food with an employee it takes 10 minutes going through all the options. Hopefully they will see how dumb it is forcing people to use the kiosk. That or invest more money into it making the system run like their PCPOS system.

This location CONSTANTLY gets orders wrong. Specialty orders get twisted, normal orders regularly missing items. The Worst: they say “we’re waiting on fresh fries, please pull forward and we’ll bring it out.” When you get your order in this case, the fry boxes are NEVER full, and most times they’re soggy: if you’re going to make me wait longer, at least COOK THEM and fill the boxes!!
Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru. Finally got to the window and sat there for 5+ minutes without anyone even acknowledging me. So I left without paying and without my food. The drive thru wait time gets worse everytime I go there. Get it together! 👏🏻👏🏻

Last night I ordered some milkshakes for me and my family. More specifically a chocolate shake, and some shamrock shakes. When we got our shakes they looked like jello almost with a very deep green color. Once everyone began drinking them the flavor turned to menthol cough syrup. Everyone got sick from them and it hasnt gone away this morning either. I dont know if corners were cut for time purposes but please save your stomach and dont get milkshakes from there.
Typical McDonalds. Drive through was packed for 1:30 on a Saturday. Order was correct, fry boxes were barely filled and be sure to ask for ketchup and napkins as they were not in the bag nor were we asked if we wanted any.
Fast friendly service. But lately everytime we go there and order ice cream or a milk shake the machine is either down or being cleaned. It dont matter what time of day it is.
The worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I pulled in and asked if they had any pies. They said yes we have pumpkin pies. I pulled up and paid for 2 of them. Pulled forward to be told that they did NOT have any pies. Why did you tell me you did after I asked then have me pull up and pay only to tell me that you didnt. THEN I was told it would be 12 minutes if I wanted them. No biggie Ill wait 12 minutes. 35 minutes later I finally get 2 pumpkin pies. What a joke. Never again.

This place is okay. There ice cream is never available for one reason or another. They dont move very fast. The food is always good though. So far at least!
Orders are always wrong, food always missing but you cant tell until you get home because they jam everything in one bag. Havent had the ability in weeks to print receipts...dont tell you that until your card is charged. Horrible service and very understaffed.
This is the second time Ive gone through drive-thru for breakfast and not received what I ordered. Missing sandwich the first time, this time was a big breakfast with hotcakes - but only received the hotcakes. And no, they werent busy either time.
Went for lunch, ask for a quarter pounder combo large size with a sweet tea. Had to wait 10 min for what the make there at 11:50 in the morning. Plus when I got home my fries had what was equivalent to a small in the box. This is the last mistake I will allow. Will no longer use this location.
Its your typical McDonalds. 90% of the time the ice cream machine is broke.Just waited 30 minutes for our food. Was asked to pull fowards, waited 20 minutes, they forgot our fries and had to wait another 10 minutes on those! Not the only person who was waiting that long for food. Service has gone WAY down here.
Good as expected. Only complaint is that they messed up my sons sauce for his chicken tenders, then didnt want to fix the problem. Im not sure why they guard the sauce like its a military secret. If its that big a deal, then dont mess it up.

The service is TERRIBLE. Every time I stop they have 3 cars pulled to the side waiting in orders. Then they run out of LG. drinks you can only get a medium . Always something. They should close their doors.
I ran the Grand Lake Marathon last month. I should have put a patch on my shirt with the McDonald’s logo. Honestly though, this is the best McDonald’s in the area. They have much better service than ones in Lima or Findlay.
They make my coffee just the way I like it. Would give 5 stars if the ice cream machine worked more than half of the time. But overall a good McDonalds restaurant. Workers are friendly.
Didnt hate. Just ordered a plain bacon egg and cheese bagel (plain) because I didnt want the sauce on it and they gave me a bagel. With nothing on it. No bacon, no egg, no cheese!!! Although they did get the no sauce correct. They were kind when I went back through the drive through.
This is a lower budget hotel but clean and comfortable. Their complimentary breakfast was minimal (cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt, fruit cup, coffee & tea). The staff was nice and serviced our room well.
Our large order was prepared quickly and brought out with very pleasant courtesy.

Every time I am here and order buttermilk crispy tenders, I am told they arent available. Today when asking why, was told they didnt know if they were out of then or if they were being discontinued. As I was still talking to the girl working through the window, she closed the door in my face. RUDE!

I went to the counter and was not greeted at all (I used to work in customer service at McDonalds and I know thats NOT how they train you) I smiled and just decided he was having a bad day. I then ordered a mocha frape and two sausage mcgriddles add cheese. I received a caramel frape and two sausage burritos. Thats why my receipt said too! I know I clearly said what I wanted. Workers need to learn to pay closers attention and actually do their jobs.
Damn sight better than Bluffton, even though they are run under the same people. The people have better attitudes, the order was correct and given rather quickly. Will return when going thru.
The drive thru is slow at times and if you dont check your order, you will most likely find that they forgot something or got it wrong. If you want frees cookies in the morning, they will make them for you, but if you want chicken on a chicken salad, forget it. No chicken in the morning. Unless you get the McChicken, which is not the same and they dont adjust the price for the cheaper chicken. It is good for a quick meal though, when you are on the go, and if you eat low carb you can ask for your burger or breakfast sandwich without the bun. Just make sure you ask for a fork too, because you might find out they didnt provide it, or napkins.
This place is a joke management should be fired and start completely over! I go thru the drive thru for two Sausage Mcmuffin with Egg meals. At 9:30 a.m. I get home to start eating and see they put a folded egg on my Mcmuffins instead of the round egg that is spouse to be on that sandwich. So I go back flop the messed up order on the counter and tell them what I ordered. You would think this time its definitely going to be right! But nope now I have two ham egg and cheese. They finally got the order right after 3 tries and a Half Hour Later!

I waited in line for 25 min for a mcflurry and a chocolate shake. Lady was rather rude with my husband when he was at the window, the back drive threw window was unlocked,and we were not told what window to pull to pay sat at the back drive threw window for 10 min

2022-05-05I live in a small town and the McDonald’s is really the only fats food place, when the line gets long it wraps out to the road so I try and use the app. I do the curbside pick up. With the curbside pick up you wait 20ish more minutes than if you went thru the drive thru. I’m sorry I don’t want to cause an accident by sitting in the road waiting in line, and for that I wait longer on food that’s usually cold.

2022-04-16Ordered my food through the machine, no receipt came out. When I got my sandwich it was wrong one, I told the worker that he said their computer shows different. Before me there was another customer who got wrong food as well. There wasnt even a label on my bag. What a shame. I left wrong sandwich to the hungry worker who was arguing with me. I got no food, no refund.

2022-06-24Often issues with orders. This morning I went through the drive thru for an iced coffee. The gal dropped my order and in the chaos I did not get my card back. My card was used multiple times while I was driving to work before I got to turn it off. Always a regretful experience but this one tops them all.

2022-01-09If I could give ZERO stars Would. My whole order was wrong from missing sandwiches whats wrong with people reading the ticket back before handing the food out. Double check the order maybe then and maybe then you wouldnt get bad reviews if your employees put more effort into their jobs as they do their cell phones and goofing off.

2022-02-01Every time we go to the ada location we have to wait forever for cold food or they totally mess up your order. Employees have no clue what is going on. Tonight my big mac bun was hard, my fionce specially requested tomatoes on his chicken sandwich and all we got was a piece of chicken on a bun! Most horrible experience. Thats why I go to the neighbouring towns McDonalds. Ada McDonalds is a huge joke they need to shut it down!

2021-10-09Have to always check my bag before I drive off, happened many times to where the food was missing.Seem to mess up orders over no cheese, I give an exception for that cause of younger workers, it happens.But when Im missing fires and when I go back to get replacement fries they end up soggy not fully cooked. Im assuming pushing out fries quick to satisfy customer...but it was too fast.Your better off dining in and ordering well done, that is if you can dine in, cause dine in I havent had missing food, but drive through I have missing food
