The team showed up right on time, was very professional and handled all of my furniture with extreme care. This was my first time using movers and it was worth every penny! I would highly recommend using McClain Moving.
I cannot thank these guys (Jesse and Josh) enough as they made things pleasant even though their third guy didnt show up. Yes, it did take a bit longer due to that but they stayed positive throughout the day. They were of great help to me as well as Pat whom answered all my questions prior to the move. I would highly suggest them to anyone looking for quality movers.
Andrew, Pat, and team were professional high class movers. I was recommended by a friend, and I’m now recommending them. If your in need of a great team. Call these guys I had a great experience from start to finish!
Andy and Josh were amazing! If there was an annual award for moving companies this company would win first place! They arrived on time, they were professional, kind, and treated every last box with care even if it wasn’t listed as fragile. They were honest hard working men. My experience with McClain Moving was top notch from my first call with Andrew until moving day with the great moving crew I had, Josh and Ivan! Andrew was so patient with me considering I had to switch my moving day twice. When Andrew said to me, Cortney, we will make it work and do what we have to do to make you happy,....as a customer you just do not hear that from too many companies today. I knew that I was in good hands. Josh and Ivan informed me when they were coming, and they worked so well together. They were pleasant to be around and efficient. They handled all of my furniture like it was their own. My parents were so impressed as well, that they will be using McClain Moving when they move in September! I am pretty sure they will be requesting Ivan and Josh if possible! They are definitely valuable members of the McClain Moving Team! I had an amazing experience with McClain Movers, they were efficient and came right on time. Both Deshawn and Andy were hard workers the best movers I have ever worked with. They took care of my belongings like it their very own.. Very respectful and went above my expectations!!! As before the work was amazing, Andrew and Timothy worked their butts off during the cold and snow!! They were professional and moved quickly!! They rearranged my storage unit to perfection.. I told them I will be forever a returning customer!! Thank you guys!!!***************************************Guess what?? I bought my forever home so guess who I called my friends at McClains!! They were very helpful on the phone making sure I felt like a valued customer which I did.. This time I had 3 guys move me the leader was Taz.. very nice men, on time and worked rather quickly.. however this time these movers did not use any of the blankets on my furniture.. (they did on my previous moves).. I left to get them all pizza and drinks only gone for 30 mins. and they were waiting on me!! Taz moves like the Tasmanian Devil.. but again I only have 1 complaint this time due to not using those blankets I did receive a scratch and piece of wood scrapped off.. this definitely will not refrain me from recommending them or using them again, I will just make sure my furniture is protected and wrapped!!
Andy and his crew were very professional. They were very honest, and polite, which is very important to us seniors! The handled our furniture and our other items with such care! I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends, Job Well Done guys!
McClain Moving and Trucking did an excellent job with our move. Very satisfied with the quality and care of all furniture and boxed items. They arrived on time and even were able to help with furniture arrangement and assembly. We had quite a bit of stuff and the team was able to maneuver everything so it all fit perfect on one trip. The movers themselves were excellent at keeping everything clean throughout the move process. Highly recommend and will send their contact info to family and friends in need of their services.
I have nothing but great words to say about the company. I used McClain moving twice in last 30 days for a big move. They were able to accommodate a last minute request. The boys were so fast and extremely professional. They were amazing. I will never use a different company for moving. Fantastic work !

I decided to hire movers for the first time with this move and was nervous from all of the horror stories. But McClain movers was wonderful! Andy and Richie were awesome. Super polite and worked hard to get everything done including all of my difficult pieces. I would definitely work with them again.
What’s great moving experience. The men from Mc Clair very prompt, courteous and professional. I was very impressed with this move. Everything went so smoothly and the guys where great!! I won’t be moving again because I purchased a home but if I were it would be McClain Moving for sure. McClain Moving & Trucking were wonderful to deal with from getting a quote, to completion of the move. The movers, the price and work ethics made this move so much easier. The guys were very polite, very respectful, the two young men, DeShaun and Andy worked well together and worked steady, non-stop on the move! I would use McClains again. I highly recommend!
We used McClain Movers on Monday, August 2. The communication was superb. Emails, text confirmations, and driver notifying is he was on the way. Arrived as scheduled. Josh and Richie were are movers. They hustled, they were careful, they asked were to put everything and were super friendly. They also had great attitudes and very courteous. Would definitely recommend.

I did a lot of research before booking my movers, and I am happy I chose McClain moving. They were prompt with arrival and hustled the entire time. We had a lot of stuff and they got It moved in the time quoted.The movers accidentally broke one of our TVs, even tho they had it wrapped and secured better than anything I’d ever seen before (they were very detailed!). The owner made it right within 24 hours , and paid to have my tv replaced.I hope I don’t have to move again for a long time , but when I do I will use McClain. The truck arrived on time and because our move was from a one bedroom on the second floor (no elevator) two professional movers introduced themselves. Josh was the team leader and communicated effectively each step of the process. We have moved many times and this one was one of the best experiences. We were totally relocated in about four hours. We would highly recommend the McClain Moving and Trucking for your project.
Courteous, kind, careful and efficient! Best moving company EVER. McClain moved my mom from Middleburg Heights to Brecksville and it was an excellent experience. The crew was a well-oiled machine and so professional! It was evident that each really liked and respected the work they were doing. They made what seemed like an insurmountable job look like childs play. Even my teenage son commented on how nice they were to work with! They went above and beyond to be sure we were happy, and took such wonderful care of my mother. If I could give this review 10 stars, I would. Heck, Id give them 11.
McClain moving was the best moving service experience I have had. They showed up on time, padded all of the door frames and covered the flooring to ensure both homes were left clean. Very professional crew who really worked hard, it was impressive to watch how fast they moved our stuff (two trucks full). Hopefully I won’t move for a long time, but if I do I’ll call these guys again.
Used them to move dining room sets to and from 3 houses. Theydid a great job. They were on time and all of us are very happy. Willcall them in future .
The two movers that I got (Josh and Rich) did a great job. They were hard workers, and worked efficiently. They were very respectful of my stuff and didnt damage anything (walls or items being moved). Great job. I would use them again if I moved again.
I couldnt have asked for a better experience with McClain moving and trucking! I was particularly impressed with my movers DeShawn and Andy. Not only did they have top notch professionalism and communication skills, but I was very surprised with how quickly they moved. Even though the move is an hourly rate, they practically ran back and forth to the truck. I felt that my satisfaction was their number one priority. The next time I move will be into my first house, not only will I use McClain moving and recommend them to all my friends, but Ill be requesting DeShawn and Andy specifically.

Josh and Ritchie came over promptly at 8:30am. Assessed what needed to be moved and started their job. They were very nice and professional. The crew was on time if not early. They were extremely organized and moved out 3 offices of furniture, file cabinets, desks, chairs, and tons of boxes! They completed loading the truck within 1-1/2 hours. They completed unloading and assembling everything in less than 2 hours. The team leader was excellent! We absolutely loved our movers!! They were recommended to us and we will recommend them to everyone!! DeShaun (spelling?) was INCREDIBLE!! He was so professional, efficient, friendly, and he even played with my dogs who were incredibly anxious. They are extremely reasonably priced, they were early, and even finished faster than they quoted us! Highly recommend this company. The owners even swung by the new house to say hello and make sure everything was running smoothly!
McClain Moving did an AMAZING job on my mothers move from Strongsville (CLE suburb) to Gahanna (CBUS suburb) - Andrew McClain was fabulous to work with on pricing & set up, very professional and responsive. The McClain family is a wonderful and trustworthy family and the business locally owned - I highly recommend trusting them with your next move!Our move was challenging coming from a 3rd floor apartment with a slow elevator but the team was phenomenal. Dee Shaun and Josh made the experience great - They took extreme care for our items and their professionalism and kindness was unparalleled. They worked tirelessly from 8 am to 10 pm taking bare minimum breaks to get the job done. Despite the hot July heat; they remained positive, smiling, and going above-and-beyond for disassembly and reassembly of our larger pieces, carefully removing light bulbs, etc. They made sure all carpets, entryways, and doors were kept clean and covered.I can honestly say that both individuals had amazing work ethic, especially Dee Shaun who came with over 11 years of moving experience and made the process incredibly efficient. Cant say enough good things about this company!!!

The 2 guys moving were great and friendly and worked. However, the Company charges for their time in the truck (which wasnt needed) to and from the job site from their yard. So I paid over 1.5 hours just to get them to our house and back which was about 1/3 of our bill time. So you pay full price for guys riding in a truck even when the truck was not needed.
2 guys and a 26 foot truck were sent out as discussed in extremely hot weather. These guys worked hard and non-stop. DeShawn and Andy were very professional, cordial, and personable as we talked about high school sports. The cost was exactly as stated and better than competitors. Not one scratch in the furniture or walls. Superb and would hire again in a second. I cant say enough!

We had an excellent experience with our move with McClain! They took special care of our belongings. Did not leave the new house until we were completely satisfied. They wrapped all the furniture and fragile items, beyond what we had done, to prevent any mishaps. They are hard workers and very personable. Cannot say enough good things about them. Our moving day...on Friday the 13th, 😊went better than we could have expected!!

2022-03-04If I could give McClain Moving 10 stars I would! Great company that employs great people. I hired them based on their stellar Google reviews and they still exceeded my expectations. Not only did they do the job well, but they did it fast, professionally, and with a smile. They went above and beyond for me and for a very affordable price. I appreciate them so much. They were the ONLY good thing about moving. I HIGHLY recommend McClain Moving and will happily be using them again when the need arises. Thanks for everything, guys!

The three movers whom moved me in( Andy, Taz, and Chris) were thorough, and they obviously know their craft well!! They were also very personable. In ending, if you are moving( Always stressful) Ease your worry by calling McClain Moving. You will be happy you did.

2022-07-02The crew with McClain Moving were extremely professional, helpful, and responsive throughout a 6-hour moving job. They checked in with me and my family throughout the move the understand which items should be loaded into the moving truck and which should get loaded into the bed of a friends pickup to donate. They were extremely efficient and cheerful in the face of a challenging move, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to make their move go smoothly.

2022-04-11The guys handled every piece of furniture with the utmost care as if it were their own. Each piece was covered in a moving blanket and then shrink wrapped. They worked hard and fast and not one complaint. They placed each piece of furniture exactly where I wanted it. After all was said and done, my total bill came in under what I was quoted. Nice surprise to me. I will definately be using them for my next move. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

2021-11-13I just had my 25th move and it was by far the best experience! Im so glad I hired McClain movers.Andrew was great setting it up over the phone. Their rates are very reasonable, especially for what I got. Josh and Richie were amazing! They were professional, efficient, smart and strong - Everything you need in a mover. They took great care with all my possessions - not one item was damaged. They were also very personable. We chatted while working and the time flew by. Ive never had such a good time moving!I will recommend this company to anyone I know who is moving!

2022-08-01The 3 guys who moved my things into storage were absolutely awesome! I explained how important the items were to me, my mom and dads grandfather clock and piano and my grandmothers china cabinet and tables/chairs. They took such care with everything...they wrapped everything in plastic for storage, cardboard for transportation, loaded and unloaded everything carefully so as not to damage it and were personable and friendly along the way. To say these guys were careful is an understatement. There was nothing more I could have asked them to do. I would recommend them without the slightest hesitation.

The furnishing were expensive and heavy and they moved it all-wrapping, packing, dismantling, and rebuilding. Best of all they were always courteous and even smiling.
