2021-03-01Mayfield Station apartments is a great place to live in the heart of Cleveland’s Little Italy, at the bottom of Murray Hill. It’s a brand new, modern, apartment building situated next to the Regional Transit Authority (RTA) train system that can have you downtown in 15 minutes and 45 minute ride to Cleveland Hopkins International airport. The neighborhood feels safe and is loaded with adorable restaurants and bars.The building itself is immaculate and secure. Management has has been very helpful and kind. My husband and I have loved living there this year. We highly recommend the Mayfield Station Apartments!!

2021-02-10Mayfield Station is a great place to live. There’s great restaurants and activities within a short walking distance. Jenna (property manager) is absolutely amazing! It’s a perfect place for young professionals with a short walk to UH, Cleveland Clinic, and Case Western.

2021-03-08Mayfield Station Apartments has been an amazing place to live in. Great amenities, great location in Little Italy/University Circle next to lots of good restaurants, University Hospitals, Case Western Reserve, and great management who is easy to get in contact with. It is next door to the RTA railway, where you can get to downtown and/or Cleveland Airport easily.

2021-01-06Mayfield Station is great place to live! Its close to CWRU, Great Restaurants and is a great central location. Jenna, the leasing manager, as well as the staff here are so helpful and amazing individuals. I wouldn’t want to live any where else

2021-03-20Living here is extremely convenient and the park makes a great way to get out in an urban area. The apartments are a perfect size for me and the train is fairly quiet. My only critic is that the floors are a little uneven in some spots. Doesnt effect too much though so I love living here!

2020-08-05I love living here at Mayfield Station. Everything you need is right outside your door. The building is brand new, and the apartments have beautiful wood floors and giant floor to ceiling windows for lots of light. So far, my neighbors have been great too. I was a little worried about noise from the train track and the rapid but that has not been the case. The sounds from the trains are very gentle and relaxing Modern welded rails make them quieter than they used to be. The rapid makes old fashioned Choo Choo train whistle sounds and is cheery when you hear it! I am really glad I wound up here even though it is a little more than what I budgeted for. Management is excellent. One star off because there are no amenities like pool, exercise room, etc. although you can find those things within a short walk. Pet friendly if that matters to you.

2020-07-13Mayfield Station is a great place to live! I love being able to walk to restaurants and cafes. The park across the street is a perfect place to play with my dog!
