Kelsie was a great help in the store. She did not pressure us into anything and was patient as we tried different mattresses. The delivery experience was ok. They were on time and quick but my husband and I had to make some adjustments to the frame because it wasn’t properly strapped.
Shopped at Mattress Firm today and couldnt be happier. Allie my sales lady and Kelsey the manager are the best. Had me try several mattresses and were very knowledgeable about what would prolly fit me best as I have had 3 back surgeries. Found one that was just right and its in stock. Yay So no waiting for something to come in at this store.

Angela the manager at this store went far beyond expectations reconciling a problem I had at another store. She was awesome to work with and wronged a right that I was beginning to think wasnt gonna be able to be done. If youre shopping for a mattress from Mattress Firm Id definitely recommend going to the North Olmsted location and working with her.

Wow, can’t say enough good things about this place. We have never bought a bed before (always got hand me down beds) but Donald was absolutely amazing and fun to work with. He was very transparent made sure we understood every part of the buying experience. We are beyond delighted with our new bed and never felt pushed to buy or uncomfortable about asking questions. Even chatting casually with George and Winston was a pleasure. Everyone there is so nice and genuinely care about what your needs are instead of pushing a sale. If you need a new mattress this is the place to go. They have prices and beds for everyone!!

My mom and I just walked in like 40 mins ago and not one single worker said hello how are you we’ll be right with you, we were ignored and no one acknowledged us whatsoever. Pretty sad cause we were looking to spend money. But we took our business elsewhere. Just sad you seem them out smoking but can’t help a customer

I can not say enough things about how well my service was here. My boyfriend and I had gone in to look at getting a new mattress since the one we had purchased in November was terrible uncomfortable. I was told by customer service there was nothing they could do since it was past the 120 day window which I wasn’t aware of but luckily George at mattress firm in north Olmsted found a way to not only help us exchange it for something else, but he even stayed late to help us. Although we had a minor issue looking up my existing account (no fault of him at all) it was worth every minute. He was professional, informative and very kind. From now on we will continue to do business with him :)

I was very pleased with the help I received when going to Mattress Firm yesterday. Donald Swift helped me in many ways. I was concerned as to how safe it was to come into the store during COVID. Donald assured me on the phone that the number of people coming in during the afternoon would be low so that’s when I went. Donald listened carefully as I told him of my needs due to lower back problems. Winterstorm they was getting ready to close we needed a mattress right away because we transferred are son crib to a toddler bed which we thought was a twin and surprisingly it was a full they stayed open until we arrived safely quick transaction thank you so much
I was placing an order online in which I was hoping for a quick delivery well it said 12/27. So I decided to give the store a quick call to see what could be done. This was a completely satisfying experience. There was huge display of mattresses in good light. Donald, the sales person , was expert and personable. Nothing was left out of his presentation, from details of construction through current mattress technology and trends, and all questions were answered. Salesman was fine, nice mattress. Delivery people scraped up our door and took a gouge out of our heirloom dresser. Keep an eye on them if you opt for delivery.

I came in and had talked to Jon near closing time (totally my own fault!). He was incredibly patient and extremely knowledgeable. He took me through a quick but thorough process of selecting a mattress. Not only did he take my budget into account, but, also how comfortable each bed would be for me. I went in to Mattress Firm earlier this week looking for a mattress and JT assisted me. I went in for a Serta Perfect Sleeper and after laying on the mattress it was not what I was looking for and JT showed me something better!! Beautyrest Pressuresmart was what I was really looking for. I left that day telling him I would follow up after I did a little research. I called today and asked for him and a lady named Kelsie helped me. I wanted to get confirmation of the details of the mattress and she assisted me with that by answering my questions. She also was nice enough to get me in contact with JT today and I purchased the mattress so conveniently and set up fast delivery. I received great customer service from both parties!!! I cant wait for my mattress to be delivered.

Nick was so nice, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable in all the products. With 18 mattress stores within a square mile I asked store manager Don why I should buy from him and he told us price. He exeeded just a good price. He worked well with our budget as we were buying 2 queens and 1 full sets! He was extremely nice and helpful and not at all pushy. I had dreaded the experience and we were extremely happy with choosing Dons Mattress Firm (there is literally another Mattress Firm 1 block away!)

David was extremely helpful. Took the time to explain our options. Looking forward to our new mattress.Well while David might have been wonderful the delivery experience has been horrendous. In the store we scheduled delivery for January 4th. An hour later David called and asked if we would mind moving up our delivery to the 1st. Eager for our new bed, we agreed even though it meant rearranging both New Years Eve and Day. As my January 1st delivery window came and went with no word from the delivery driver I called the store to find out where my mattress was. Only to be told that someone had card and cancelled our delivery yesterday at 330pm. Informing the manager on duty that was impossible since we were at a holiday party at that time, he said he would see what he could do. He attempted to tell me that delivery could not happen until Wednesday, which is unacceptable to us. We finally settles on tomorrow, though at this point I have low expectations of it actually happening. Same on you Mattress Firm this is not how I wanted to spend my holiday.
I spoke with John about finding my dream bed. Not only was he knowledgeable and friendly but helped me through the financing process to make it painless. I never felt like I was just another sale. I will be sending anyone I know here without a doubt!

I went in to price an adjustable bed for my father. I ended up buying on the spot - the sales person, Donald Swift, was very helpful and not pushy at all. We utilized the don’t love it return it feature and are probably customers for life. We ordered a mattress that wasn’t a good fit and ended up exchanging it for a much better fit.

2022-05-06Went in today thinking I wouldn’t be able to afford anything but Angela made it happen for me! She was so efficient and knowledgeable! I was very impressed with her customer service! she made me feel comfortable as if we had known each other for years. She was very patient and waited for me to make my choices and had information and recommendations for each choice ! I would definitely recommend seeing her if your looking for a mattress! Amazing all away around ! I will be getting the best sleep of my life thanks to her !

2022-08-07I had great service...the saleswoman Lara was very knowledgeable, kind and made accommodations for me when my initial purchase suddenly became unavailable by suggesting and making sure that another just as great product substitution was put in place so that I didnt go home empty handed. She completed the sale and I was very happy for her hanging in there and fighting on my behalf. Thank you Mattress Firm!

2022-05-03I originally had left a 5-star review after initially ordering our sectional sofa and ottoman from Bobs. After how the delivery played out, I think its only fair to leave an updated review to let potential customers know what to anticipate. After a delivery that was made by a contracted company, Select Express, that included yard damage, broken patio items, and a wrong box delivered, I have Bobs who takes no fault in this entire ordeal and redirects you to deal with their contracting company. The contractors will then give you the run around for an entire month, even after providing all requested documentation, avoiding any responsibility for damaged items from their careless drivers. While this could be a fluke, I also have a close friend who just dealt with a horrendous experience from Bobs for a sectional that resulted in a failed delivery with broken pieces, and a second attempt that came with the wrong sofa replacement piece. Overall, be very wary when spending any money at this establishment.
